现代高速飞行器结构热模态频率特性试验研究,对这类飞行器设计校核和飞行安全具有重要意义。根据飞行过程中遭受的气动加热特性设计了瞬态热环境模拟系统,同时,根据高温环境的特点对测试中的激励和测量方式进行了重新设计,成功地将普通激振器应用于高温结构模态试验,最终将热环境模拟系统与振动测试系统组合,形成一套考虑瞬态热影响的热模态试验系统,实现了瞬态热环境下结构模态的地面测试。对一个切尖三角翼测量了各个加热区的温度随加热时间的变化,验证了加热温度控制的精确性;在纯随机激励下对测得的激励和振动响应信号采用短时傅里叶变换(Short Time Fourier Transformation,STFT)进行时变模态参数辨识,获得了前四阶模态频率随加热时间的变化,并与结构有限元数值计算结果进行了比较,试验与计算结果吻合得很好,验证了该试验方法对热模态测试问题的有效性和准确性。通过分别对瞬态和稳态热环境下结构模态频率试验和计算结果的分析,探讨了结构瞬态温度场对模态频率影响的机理,揭示了结构内部存在的热应力和材料属性的变化,是决定模态频率随加热时间变化趋势的内在原因。  相似文献

振动模态分析和模态参数识别是动态测试的一个重要研究方向。模态参数在模型的修正、响应的预测、系统的健康检测及控制等方面有着重要的作用。但动态测试的不确定度分析,尤其是模态参数的不确定度的研究还十分缺乏。本文主要基于贝叶斯方法,通过傅立叶变换(FFT)建立时域数据和频域数据之间的对应关系。根据共振频带内的多个模态的响应数据得到相对应的模态参数,优化得到模态参数的最佳估计值,评定模态参数识别的不确定度。在固支梁的模态实验中,加速度传感器采集环境激励中的振动数据,运用贝叶斯法进行处理得到模态参数的最佳估计值。在此基础上,通过模态参数的最佳估计值,以及仪器的检定报告数据,结合合成不确度分析方法,系统分析了模态参数识别的不确定度。  相似文献

为了评估人行荷载作用下梁式结构的振动舒适度,利用微分求积-积分求积,即DQ-IQ混合法求解移动荷载作用下梁的振动响应。人行荷载作用下梁式结构的振动控制方程是含Dirac函数的偏微分方程,首先利用IQ法离散与时间相关的Dirac函数,再利用DQ法把控制方程转化为二阶常系数微分方程,最后利用Newmark算法求解微分方程。以某钢结构连廊为例,利用DQ法计算结构自振频率并与解析解进行对比,结果验证了节点选取和边界条件施加的合理性,再利用DQ-IQ混合法和振型叠加法分别计算了不同行走步频下连廊的响应,计算结果表明,DQ-IQ混合法具有较高的可靠性和精确性。DQ-IQ混合法也可以推广到诸如车辆荷载作用下路面或桥梁的动力响应等其他移动荷载下结构的振动分析。  相似文献

In this research, the free vibration analysis of cylindrical shells with circumferential stiffeners, i.e., rings with nonuniform stiffener eccentricity and unequal stiffener spacing, is investigated using analytical and experimental methods. The Ritz method is applied in analytical solution, while stiffeners are treated as discrete elements. The polynomial functions are used for Ritz functions. The effects of nonuniformity of stiffener distribution on natural frequencies are considered for free–free boundary conditions. Results show that, at constant stiffener mass, significant increments in natural frequencies can be achieved using nonuniform stiffener distribution. In experimental method, modal testing is performed to obtain modal parameters, including natural frequencies, mode shapes, and damping in each mode. Analytical results are compared with experimental ones, showing good agreement. Because of insufficient experimental modal data for nonuniform stiffener distribution, the results of modal testing obtained in this study could be a useful reference for validating the accuracy of other analytical and numerical methods for free vibration analysis.  相似文献

远程高速飞行器飞行速度快, 滞空时间长, 飞行过程中翼、舵等结构会出现长时间的剧烈振动, 由气动加热产生的高温还会使飞行器材料和结构的弹性性能发生变化, 从而引起翼、舵等结构振动特性的改变.因此获得高温与振动复合环境下的远程高速飞行器翼、舵等结构的振动特性参数对于高速飞行器的安全设计具有非常重要的意义.将高温热环境试验系统与振动试验系统相结合, 在对中空翼面结构进行振动激励的同时使用红外辐射加热方式对翼面结构生成可控的热环境, 并通过自行设计的耐高温引伸装置将中空翼结构的振动信号传递到非高温区进行数据采集与分析的方式, 实现了高达800℃~900℃的力热复合环境下的翼结构固有频率、模态等振动特性参数的试验测试, 其试验结果为远程高速飞行器中空翼结构在高温振动环境下的动特性分析和安全可靠性设计提供了重要依据.  相似文献

以等效弹簧模型来模拟裂纹引起的局部软化效应,将该模型同Bernoulli-Euler梁理论、模态分析方法以及断裂力学原理等结合起来,利用传递矩阵法导出含裂纹梁振动的各种边界条件下的特征方程通解。借助于特征方程,提出两种识别裂纹深度和位置参数的数值方法,最后,通过对含裂纹悬臂梁的分析说明文中方法的有效性。  相似文献

Based on the powerful Computational Structural Dynamics method coupled to a Computational Fluid Dynamics approach, the PolyMAX algorithm is used along with the simulation of two-way fluid–structure interactions, as a new virtual testing method for estimating the structural modal parameters and damping ratios of a vibrating structure in either air or some other fluid. The viscosity and motion of fluid are accounted for, as are the shape of the flow passage and a variety of boundary conditions. The method is shown to be able to simulate the vibration of a structure within a real operating environment in which the structure experiences a specified excitation load while the vibration responses of the structure are obtained through a two-way FSI model. Based on the PolyMAX method for estimating the modal parameters, these vibration responses are processed and analyzed. Finally, the dynamic parameters (i.e., the natural frequencies and the damping ratios) of the vibrating structure are identified. For validation, the natural frequencies and damping ratios of two simple submerged cantilever plates were simulated both in air and water and the simulated results were found to agree closely with experimental data.  相似文献

The axially moving beams on simple supports with torsion springs are studied. The general modal functions of the axially moving beam with constant speed have been obtained from the supporting conditions. The contribution of the spring stiffness to the natural frequencies has been numerically investigated. Transverse stability is also studied for axially moving beams on simple supports with torsion springs. The method of multiple scales is applied to the partialdifferential equation governing the transverse parametric vibration. The stability boundary is derived from the solvability condition. Instability occurs if the axial speed fluctuation frequency is close to the sum of any two natural frequencies or is two fold natural frequency of the unperturbed system. It can be concluded that the spring stiffness makes both the natural frequencies and the instability regions smaller in the axial speed fluctuation frequency-amplitude plane for given mean axial speed and bending stiffness of the beam.  相似文献

Vibration absorbers are usually designed using the finite element (FE) model of structures. It is generally believed that the modal models are more accurate than FE models, because in modal testing the model is built by direct measurement of the test structure. In this paper, a method is proposed to design a translational vibration absorber using the measured frequency response functions of a primary structure. The designed vibration absorber imposes a node on the structure when it is excited by a harmonic force. The method is based on the structural modification using experimental frequency response functions technique and determines the required receptance of the absorber at the excitation frequency. Moreover, a procedure is developed to suppress the vibration amplitude of two arbitrary points on a linear structure subjected to harmonic excitations by attaching two sprung mass absorbers. A cantilever beam is considered for the numerical case study, and the sprung masses are designed to suppress the vibration amplitude of the beam at the selected arbitrary points. A U-shape plate was considered for the experimental validation of the method for imposing a node using one absorber. Also, a beam was tested to demonstrate the effectiveness of method for imposing two nodes on the structures. The experimental results show that the designed absorbers can considerably suppress the vibration amplitude at the selected points on the structure.  相似文献

裂纹的萌生和扩展直接影响构件的振动响应,对构件的安全可靠性具有重要影响.本文以圆截面悬臂梁为对象,结合转角模态振型和模态频率等高线,研究了一种双裂纹识别技术.首先,基于应力强度因子和卡氏定理推导了无裂纹梁单元和含裂纹梁单元的刚度矩阵;在此基础上,建立了含裂纹圆截面悬臂梁的有限元动力学方程;然后,结合裂纹对梁转角模态振型和模态频率的影响,提出了双裂纹识别策略.最后,通过算例讨论了双裂纹识别策略的可行性.结果表明,圆截面悬臂梁的模态转角在裂纹位置出现突变,裂纹深度越大转角突变值越大;将识别出的裂纹位置作为已知参数,通过模态频率等高线法,可以准确地识别出双裂纹的深度.  相似文献

柔度矩阵可以由结构的低价模态近似计算获得,因此被广泛用于结构的模型修正和损伤识别中。由普通柔度派生而来的广义柔度,可以由低价模态数据更加精确的获得,且随着广义柔度次数的增高其精度越高,往往只需要第一或二阶模态数据即可获得很准确的高次广义柔度。因此,广义柔度灵敏度方法自提出以来受到广泛关注。本文详细研究了基于高次广义柔度灵敏度的损伤识别计算方法,研究中发现,利用广义柔度灵敏度进行损伤识别计算时,并非越高次的广义柔度其识别结果越准确,随着广义柔度次数的增加,损伤识别结果精度呈现出先提高但随后显著降低的趋势。究其原因在于,虽然随着广义柔度次数的增加,广义柔度本身的精度更高,但与之相应的灵敏度方程组系数矩阵的条件数却也显著增大了,即方程组的病态性反而更加严重了,这导致了基于高次广义柔度计算所得的损伤参数的精度反而不如低次广义柔度的情况。因此,本文的研究表明,工程中利用广义柔度进行模型修正或损伤识别时,一般采用一次广义柔度或二次广义柔度即可,且计算中为了克服方程组的病态性和数据噪声的不利影响,本文提出了一种反馈奇异值截断法,能够明显提高计算精度,获得较准确的识别结果。  相似文献

Vibration and stability are investigated for an axially moving beam constrained by simple supports with torsion springs. A scheme is proposed to derive natural frequencies and modal functions from given boundary conditions of an elastic beam moving at a constant speed. For a beam constituted by the Kelvin model, effects of viscoelasticity on the free vibration are analyzed via the method of multiple scales and demonstrated via numerical simulations. When the axial speed is characterized as a simple harmonic variation about the constant mean speed, the instability conditions are presented for axially accelerating viscoelastic beams in parametric resonance. Numerical examples show the effects of the constraint stiffness, the mean axial speed, and the viscoelasticity.  相似文献

整星隔振是一种改善卫星振动环境的有效措施,传统整星隔振方案主要通过在卫星与火箭之间插入柔性、高阻尼结构.该方案因串联柔性元件,在实现减振的同时,也导致卫星分支(卫星、卫星支架、过渡支架)及整个运载火箭的模态频率大幅降低和卫星振动位移的显著增大.前者严重影响运载火箭飞行特别是末级飞行的稳定性;后者则会大幅减小卫星与整流罩的动态间隙,严重时可能导致卫星与整流罩碰撞.为了解决串联式整星隔振存在的问题,本文提出了一种在原主承力(过渡支架)结构中并联阻尼元件的整星隔振方案,该方案不改变卫星分支结构形式、连接关系,不影响卫星分支主承力结构的强度和刚度.根据柔性航天器的特点,建立了多自由度系统动力学模型,通过仿真分析研究了不同阻尼特性对系统共振频率附近传递特性的影响,得到了增大阻尼可有效改善系统各阶共振频率附近的振动传递特性.根据某运载火箭的外激励特点、过渡支架结构形式、卫星减振需求,设计的一种黏性阻尼器及其安装支架,通过在过渡支架均匀分布8个减振单元,构建了并联式承载减振一体的整星隔振方案,有限元分析和试验结果表明,该方案与无减振状态相比,卫星分支频率变化小于±5%,共振频率处传递特性改善30%~40%.   相似文献

对在不同位置粘有任意多组压电传感器和压电执行器的轴对称弹性环形薄板的振动控制进行了研究.根据压电执行元件的等效作用量得到了压电智能环板的振动控制方程和传感方程,再利用分离变量法以及由传感器测得的电量和作用在执行器上电压之间的控制模式得到振动方程的全解.实行了对整体结构的主动控制.对不同的压电片布置进行了数值计算.结果表明:当离散分布压电元件布置越密,振动衰减的效果越佳  相似文献

A new method based on a modified line-spring model is developed forevaluating the natural frequencies of vibration of a cracked beam.This model inconjunction with the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory,modal analysis and linear elasticfracture mechanics is applied to obtain an approximate characteristic equation of acracked hinged-hinged beam.By solving this equation the natural frequencies aredetermined for different crack lengths in different positions.The results show goodagreement with the solutions through finite element analysis.The present method maybe extended to analyze other cracked complicated structures with various boundaryconditions.  相似文献

All structures exhibit some form of damping, but despite a large literature on the damping, it still remains one of the least well-understood aspects of general vibration analysis. The synthesis of damping in structural systems and machines is extremely important if a model is to be used in predicting vibration levels, transient responses, transmissibility, decay times or other characteristics in design and analysis that are dominated by energy dissipation. In this paper, new structural damping identification method using normal frequency response functions (NFRFs) which are obtained experimentally is proposed and tested with the objective that the damped finite element model is able to predict the measured FRFs accurately. The proposed structural damping identification is a direct method. In the proposed method, normal FRFs are estimated from the complex FRFs, which are obtained experimentally of the structure. The estimated normal FRFs are subsequently used for identification of general structural damping. The effectiveness of the proposed structural damping identification method is demonstrated by two numerical simulated examples and one real experimental data. Firstly, a study is performed using a lumped mass system. The lumped mass system study is followed by case involving numerical simulation of fixed–fixed beam. The effect of coordinate incompleteness and robustness of method under presence of noise is investigated. The performance of the proposed structural damping identification method is investigated for cases of light, medium, heavily and non-proportional damped structures. The numerical studies are followed by a case involving actual measured data for the case of a cantilever beam structure. The results have shown that the proposed damping identification method can be used to derive an accurate general structural damping model of the system. This is illustrated by matching the damped identified FRFs with the experimentally obtained FRFs.  相似文献

A new dynamic model of a rotating flexible beam with a concentrated mass located in arbitrary position is derived based on the absolute nodal coordinate formulation, and its modal characteristics are investigated in this paper. To consider the concentrated mass at an arbitrary location of the beam, a Dirac’s delta function is used to express the mass per unit length of the beam. Based on the proposed dynamic model, the frequency analysis is performed. The nonlinear equation is transformed into the linear one via employing the linear perturbation analysis method. The stiffness matrix of static equilibrium of the system under the deformed condition is obtained, in which the effect of coupling between the longitudinal deformation and transversal deformation is included. This means even if only the chordwise bending equation is solved, the longitudinal vibration effect can be still considered. As we know, once the longitudinal deformation is large, it will significantly affect the chordwise bending vibration. So the proposed model in this paper is more accurate than the traditional dynamic models which are usually lack of the coupling terms between the longitudinal deformation and transversal deformation. In fact, the traditional dynamic models for the chordwise vibration analysis in the existing literature are usually linear due to neglecting the coupling terms, and consequently, they are only suitable for the modal characteristic analysis of a beam under small deformations. In order to get some general conclusions of the natural frequencies and mode shapes, the equation which governs the chordwise bending vibration of the rotating beam is transformed into a dimensionless form. The dynamic model presented in this paper is nonlinear and can be conveniently used to analyze the modal characteristics of a rotating flexible beam with large deformations. To demonstrate the power of the new dynamic model presented in this paper, the dynamic simulations involving the comparisons between the different frequencies obtained using the model proposed in this paper and the models in the existing literature and the investigating in frequency veering and mode shift phenomena are given. The simulation results show that the angular velocity of the flexible beam will give rise to the phenomena of the natural frequency loci veering and the associated mode shift which is verified in the previous studies. In addition, the phenomena of the natural frequency loci veering rather than crossing can be observed due to the changing of the magnitude of the concentrated mass or of the location of the concentrated mass which are found for the first time. Furthermore, there is an interesting phenomenon that the natural frequency loci will veer more than once due to different types of mode coupling between the bending and stretching vibrations of the rotating beam. At the same time, the mode shift phenomenon will occur correspondingly. Additionally, the characteristics of the vibration nodes are also investigated in this paper.  相似文献

基于欧拉-伯努利梁理论得到悬臂梁自由振动的振型函数。通过数值计算得出实验用的悬臂梁前五阶振型的节点位置及其与梁长的比值。考虑传感器对悬臂梁固有频率的影响,建立梁-传感器模型进行仿真分析并得出悬臂梁前五阶固有频率。基于节点位置和测点位置,在实验中选择激励点。将具体实验的结果与梁-传感器仿真模型结果进行对比,通过前五阶固有频率的误差分析,发现仿真分析结果与实验结果误差最高为 1.3%。研究完整地叙述了悬臂梁的模态测试流程,可为工程技术人员的模态测试起一定的指导作用。  相似文献

变体飞行器通过光滑连续的结构变形改变气动特性,从而提高飞行器的飞行性能,具有很大的应用前景.由于这类新概念飞行器主要通过改变自身结构形状以获得最佳工作性能的需求,因此具有变形大、质量轻等特点,较容易发生结构振动响应.本文研究了一种以柔性变后缘作为变体形式的二维柔性机翼等效建模方法,基于非均匀梁模型假设,建立了该柔性翼的动力学模型.通过利用Frobenius方法得到解析解及固有频率,并用有限元方法进行对比验证,发现前4阶固有频率的误差均在1%以内,每阶固有频率对应的振型一致.通过3D打印工程塑料ABS和硅胶蒙皮材料制备了柔性机翼结构件,并通过动态测量法和拉伸试验分别测定了打印材料和硅胶蒙皮材料的杨氏模量,搭建振动响应实验平台对制备的柔性机翼试验件进行振动试验.对比发现模型振动试验获得的基频与理论模型结果一致,并与有限元方法误差在3%以内.本文通过理论分析和实验验证,建立了二维柔性机翼等效建模方法,研究结果将为柔性变后缘结构动力学特性分析及其控制应用方面提供理论支持.  相似文献

采用Laplace 变换及奇异函数研究了受压构件支承在受弯构件上钢结构的固有振动问题. 推导出受压构件支承在受弯构件上钢结构的受压构件及受弯构件的振型函数,利用支承处连续条件得到了受压构件支承在受弯构件上钢结构的固有振动频率特征方程. 通过算例分析,得到了随着轴向压力的增大,受压构件支承在受弯构件上钢结构的固有振动频率也增大的结论.  相似文献
