提出了基于叠氮功能化聚合物刷微图案制备生物素化梯度表面的方法 .通过数字微镜器件(DMD)调控光辐照引发表面原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)反应,制备叠氮功能化的聚(2-(2-叠氮-2-甲基丙氧基)甲基丙烯酸乙酯)(PAMEMA)聚合物刷微图案,采用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和飞行时间二次离子质谱仪(TOF-SIMS)对PAMEMA聚合物刷微图案的化学组成及分布进行表征,表明叠氮基团在聚合物刷图案化表面的区域选择性分布;以叠氮基团为反应位点,通过点击化学反应实现PAMEMA聚合物刷微图案表面的生物素化,借助荧光标记的链霉亲和素染色实验表征生物素在微图案表面的分布情况;以具有厚度变化的PAMEMA聚合物刷微图案为模板制备生物素表面,结果表明通过控制聚合物刷的厚度可以对微图案表面固定生物素分子的空间密度进行调控以实现具有复杂结构的生物素化梯度表面的成功制备.  相似文献

采用简单的激光刻蚀方法制备了具有类“菜花”状多级结构的粗糙聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)膜, 并用CCD与高敏感性微电力学天平观察和测量PDMS表面对水的吸附情况. 结果表明, 该膜表面具有超疏水性, 同时对水滴具有超低的吸附力. 还对其表面特殊多级结构产生的机理进行了分析, 并探讨了在化学组成和表面结构对超疏水性以及吸附性产生的影响.  相似文献

研究了紫外光化学表面改性对聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)微流控芯片的片基间粘接力及毛细管通道电渗流性能的影响.PDMS片基经紫外光射照后,粘接力增强,可实现PDMS芯片的永久性封合,同时亲水性得到改善,通道中的电渗流增大.与文献报道的等离子体表面处理方法比较,采用紫外光表面处理,设备简单,操作方便,耗费少,是一种简单易行的聚二甲基硅氧烷芯片表面处理方法.  相似文献

构建了一种选择性检测睾酮素的分子印迹表面等离子体共振( Surface plasmon resonance, SPR)传感器。采用紫外光引发表面接枝技术,在固定引发转移终止剂的SPR芯片表面制备了以睾酮素为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂的分子印迹膜( Molecularly imprinted film, MIF)。利用SPR在目标共振角处现场监测使MIF聚合成膜过程更易控。偏振调制-红外反射吸收光谱表征证明MIF接枝成功。原子力显微镜结果显示,MIF 表面均匀散布着纳米尺寸的孔穴。利用 SPR 对2.5×10-16~2.5×10-6 mol/L睾酮素进行吸附检测,检出限低至2.5×10-16 mol/L,对低浓度和高浓度的睾酮素吸附分段进行线性拟合,得到拟合线性方程分别为y=19.69+1.21x(R2=0.9913)和y=11.5+0.45x(R2=0.9895);睾酮素类似物雌二醇、雌三醇和黄体酮的吸附实验结果显示,此印迹膜对模板分子有很好的选择性;5次重复洗脱吸附后,MIF仍保持较好的传感性能,说明此传感器具有较高的稳定性和重复利用性;在人工尿液样品中测得的睾酮素回收率为85.2%~92.8%,说明此传感器可以用于实际样品测定。  相似文献

通过简单浸泡的方法在铜基底上制备出了具有微纳米复合结构的氧化铜, 再利用混合硫醇溶液[含HS(CH2)9CH3和 HS(CH2)11OH]对浸泡后的表面进行修饰, 通过控制溶液中HS(CH2)11OH的浓度, 制备出一系列具有不同浸润性的铜表面, 实现表面从超疏水到超亲水的有效调控. 研究发现, 表面浸润的可控性源于表面复合结构与不同化学组成的协同作用, 微纳米复合结构的存在为表面浸润性的调节提供了必要的条件.  相似文献

研究了α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(HTPDMS)-氯磺化聚乙烯(CSP)非均相共混涂膜表面润湿性与表面结构的关系,发现膜表面疏水性随CSP含量增加而出现突变点.XPS分析证明,这是由于氯元素在表面含量呈突变性。阐明均一的疏水性共混涂膜形成的条件.  相似文献

为了使聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)具有较稳定的亲水性表面,利用氧等离子体技术对PDMS表面进行处理。研究了氧等离子体处理PDMS表面的时间、功率、氧气流量等参数对表面亲水性的影响,通过接触角测量和X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)对处理效果进行了评价。实验表明:PDMS经氧等离子体处理后放置700 h的表面接触角为72°,达到了持久改性的目的;XPS分析表明,表面亲水性的改善主要是由于表面极性成分的增加,最后讨论了氧等离子体处理PDMS表面的改性机理。  相似文献

阐述了等离子体原理,综述了等离子体对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯表面改性的研究工作,大量的实验数据表明了这种方法可以成功改善各种性能。等离子体处理后PET材料表面粗糙度增加,并产生化学基团,因此可改善以下各种性能:润湿性、粘接性、染色性、抗静电性,对人体的生物相容性,添加TiO2的杀菌性,PET表面化学镀金属的性能。PET表面的刻蚀作用,导致其重量的减轻,可替代部分碱减量处理。  相似文献

首先制备了不同粒径的未交联的单分散聚苯乙烯(PS)微球;而后通过离子溅射技术在PS微球表面沉积了一层均匀光滑的铂(Pt)壳层,得到了PS-Pt核壳结构的复合微球;最后借用溶剂溶胀法诱导微球表面起皱的发生,从而制备了表面带有皱纹微结构形貌的PS微球.系统考察了微球表面Pt层厚度(t)、微球粒径(D)、溶剂组成(即溶胀度)等因素对球面起皱和皱纹形貌的影响,获得了球面皱纹周期与Pt层厚度的指数关系;结合理论分析了其起皱行为,实验结果与理论分析相吻合.此外,将表面起皱与表面等离子体刻蚀技术相结合,实现了表面带有纳米点状凸起与皱纹复合微结构形貌的PS微球的可控制备.  相似文献

Here, a simple combined strategy of surface wrinkling with visible light irradiation to fabricate well tunable hierarchical surface patterns on azo‐containing multilayer films is reported. The key to tailor surface patterns is to introduce a photosensitive poly(disperse orange 3) intermediate layer into the film/substrate wrinkling system, in which the modulus decrease is induced by the reversible photoisomerization. The existence of a photoinert top layer prevents the photoisomerization‐induced stress release in the intermediate layer to some extent. Consequently, the as‐formed wrinkling patterns can be modulated over a large area by light irradiation. Interestingly, in the case of selective exposure, the wrinkle wavelength in the exposed region decreases, while the wrinkles in the unexposed region are evolved into highly oriented wrinkles with the orientation perpendicular to the exposed/unexposed boundary. Compared with traditional single layer‐based film/substrate systems, the multilayer system consisting of the photosensitive intermediate layer offers unprecedented advantages in the patterning controllability/universality. As demonstrated here, this simple and versatile strategy can be conveniently extended to functional multilayer systems for the creation of prescribed hierarchical surface patterns with optically tailored microstructures.

Here the redox‐driven switch between the wrinkled and dewrinkled states on poly­aniline (PANI) film is reported. This switch is derived from the reversible transition in different intrinsic redox states of polyaniline (e.g., between emeraldine salt (ES) and leucoemeraldine base (LEB) or between ES and pernigraniline base (PB)) that are involved in the redox reaction, coupled with the corresponding volume expansion/shrinkage. Interestingly, the as‐wrinkled ES film becomes deswollen and dewrinkled when reduced to the LEB state or oxidized to the PB state. Conversely, oxidation of the LEB film or reduction of the PB film into the swollen ES film leads to the reoccurrence of surface wrinkling. Furthermore, the reducibility of the dewrinkled LEB film and the oxidizability of the dewrinkled PB film are well utilized respectively to yield various wrinkled PANI‐based composite films.

A bio‐inspired method is used to render controlled wrinkling surface patterns on supramolecular architectures assembled from polyoxometalate (POM) clusters. It involves a polyamine‐multivalent anion interaction generating positively charged coacervates, which while dictating the assembly of POM into spherical structures further facilitate an interesting surface morphogenesis with wrinkling patterns. This spontaneous surface wrinkling depends on the type of multivalent anion and the pH. As the polyamine‐anion interaction becomes stronger, the wrinkles turn denser with lesser depth, which eventually undergoes post‐buckling to engender a complex surface pattern. Interestingly, the order of influence exerted by different anions on the morphology follows the Hofmeister series. Moreover, the mild synthesis conditions keep the functional POM units dispersed in the sphere with a structural transformability to their lacunary form.  相似文献

In this paper,we present a simple method by combining surface wrinkling and template replication to create a series of hierarchical structures on polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) elastomer.The primary stable lined patterns are formed by duplicating commercialized compact disk and digital versatile disk with PDMS.The secondary microscale patterns are from surface wrinkling,which is elicited by oxygen plasma(OP) treatment of the prestrained PDMS stamp followed with the prestrain release.By systematically varying the OP exposure duration,the prestrain,and the angle(θ) between the primary pattern orientation and the prestrain direction,we obtain highly ordered well-organized composite patterns from different patterning techniques and with different length scales and mechanical stabilities.  相似文献

Transparent, biodegradable, mechanically robust, and surface‐patterned silk films were evaluated for the effect of surface morphology on human corneal fibroblast (hCF) cell proliferation, orientation, and ECM deposition and alignment. A series of dimensionally different surface groove patterns were prepared from optically graded glass substrates followed by casting poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) replica molds. The features on the patterned silk films showed an array of asymmetric triangles and displayed 37–342 nm depths and 445–3 582 nm widths. hCF DNA content on all patterned films were not significantly different from that on flat silk films after 4 d in culture. However, the depth and width of the grooves influenced cell alignment, while the depth differences affected cell orientation; overall, deeper and narrower grooves induced more hCF orientation. Over 14 d in culture, cell layers and actin filament organization demonstrated that confluent hCFs and their cytoskeletal filaments were oriented along the direction of the silk film patterned groove axis. Collagen type V and proteoglycans (decorin and biglycan), important markers of corneal stromal tissue, were highly expressed with alignment. Understanding corneal stromal fibroblast responses to surface features on a protein‐based biomaterial applicable in vivo for corneal repair potential suggests options to improve corneal tissue mimics. Further, the approaches provide fundamental biomaterial designs useful for bioengineering oriented tissue layers, an endemic feature in most biological tissue structures that lead to critical tissue functions.

以新鲜荷叶为原始模板制备聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)软模板,并用该软模板在真空下热压得低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),冷却剥离得到LDPE超疏水薄膜.场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)显示其表面由细长乳突(长约30 μm)构成,接触角为154°±3.5°,水滴极易滚落,而常压下热压得到的薄膜表面乳突则短而粗(长约8~10μm),接触角仅137°±2.7°,短粗的乳突高度接近模板微坑的深度,证明细长乳突是在微模塑脱模时拉伸形成的.  相似文献

在室温、不同酸性条件下合成出微米级球形介孔二氧化硅材料,通过XRD、SEM以及氮气吸附等手段对介孔二氧化硅材料进行了表征。用TEM跟踪不同反应时间介孔二氧化硅球的形成,对这些球颗粒的合成机理进行了讨论,同时探讨了不同酸性条件下介孔二氧化硅表面形貌和介相结构的变化。  相似文献
