采用超临界干燥法制备ZrO2超细催化剂,用于一氧化碳加氢合成甲醇、异丁醇。考察了催化剂的焙烧温度、焙烧时间以及碱金属助剂对合成醇性能的影响,并结合N2吸附、TEM、XRD表征,研究催化剂的织构、体相结构与催化活性的关系。发现随着催化剂焙烧温度升高、焙烧时间的延长,ZrO2由四方晶型(tZrO2)向单斜晶型(mZrO2)转变;浸渍K2CO3在焙烧过程中能够稳定tZrO2,浸渍Na2CO3则促进四方晶型向单斜晶型的转变。微细颗粒四方晶型的ZrO2有利于异丁醇的生成。  相似文献

综述了微晶淀粉的用途和制备方法。微晶淀粉的制备方法按上生成微量的主要步骤可划分为回生法、水解法和结晶法三类。在以晶型(如A、B、C和V型)对微晶淀粉进行分类的基础上,本文按制备方法的不同将微晶淀粉分为回生微晶淀粉、原微晶淀粉和结晶微晶淀粉。文章对微晶淀粉的含义进行了界定,认为微晶淀粉是具有较高结晶度的淀粉微束、片晶或其它晶形的聚集体,并对微晶淀粉的晶型及晶型之间的转化进行了详细论述。  相似文献

本文采用电子显微镜和小角X-射线散射(SAXS)技术研究了含有串晶结构(Shish—kebab)的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)共混物高取向膜在单轴拉伸过程中的微结构变化.深入探讨了拉伸温度对聚乙烯在形变过程中微结构变化的影响.室温拉伸时,聚乙烯串晶结构主要发生了解结晶过程;高温(115℃)形变时,主要表现为折叠链片晶直接转变为伸展链纤维晶的应变诱导结晶过程.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Radiation induced solid-state polymerization of acetylenedicarboxylic acid was carried out at room temperature in open atmosphere and under vacuum conditions. The gray colored powder polymer obtained was insoluble in most common solvents but only partially soluble in DMSO and THF. The limiting conversion to polymer was about 5%. The polymer was characterized by IR, UV, DP-MS, DSC, TGA, and XRD. The mechanism of polymerization was elucidated from the available data. Polymerization followed a free radical mechanism. However, before the addition of monomer molecules to the growing chain, at least one of the carboxylic groups of the monomer breaks away as CO or CO2. The formation of side group cyclization takes place. At least one of the bonds in the side cyclic group is an etheric bond. The DSC, TGA, and XRD results showed that the polymer was partially crystalline and showed no melting up to 1200°C. The mechanism of polymerization and assigned chain structure was studied by the direct pyrolysis mass spectrometric method.

The crystal structure of monomer and polymer was investigated by the XRD method. Both monomer and crystalline polymer were monoclinic with similar cell parameters. Thus, the polymerization follows a topotactic mechanism. The unpolymerized monomer retains its crystal structure and, therefore, CO or CO2 in the monomer molecule has to be eliminated before polymerization could take place.  相似文献

The impact of crystal size on the transition orthorhombic ↔ monoclinic phase in MFI-type purely silica zeolites is investigated between 293 and 473 K using 29Si MAS NMR and powder X-ray diffraction. Three silicalite-1 zeolites are synthesized: a material constituted of micron-sized crystals, pseudospherical nanometer-sized crystals and hierarchical porous zeolites with a mesoporous network created by the use of a gemini-type diquaternary ammonium surfactant giving nanosheet zeolites. Our results show for the first time that the orthorhombic ↔ monoclinic phase transition already known for micron-sized particles also occurs in nanometer-sized zeolite crystals whereas our data suggest that the extreme downsizing of the zeolite crystal to one unit cell in thickness leads to an extinction of the phase transition.  相似文献

TorI, a Tor system inhibitor acting through protein-protein interaction with the TorR response regulator, is an excisionase that interacts with the integrase and DNA during prophage excision. It has been crystallized by the vapor-diffusion method using polyethylene glycol 3350 as a precipitant at pH 8.5. The X-ray diffraction data sets from the TorI crystal was collected at a resolution of 2.1 , using a synchrotron source. The monoclinic perovskite BiCo(1-x) Fe(x) O(3) (x≈0.7) undergoes a second-order structural transition from tetragonal to monoclinic, which is accompanied by a rotation of the polarization vector from the [001] to [111] directions of a pseudo cubic cell. The crystal structure, determined by electron diffraction and powder synchrotron X-ray diffraction, was the same as that of Pb(Ti(1-x) Zr(x) )O(3) at the morphotropic phase boundary.  相似文献

以硫粉为起始原料, 采用甲酸做沉淀剂、聚乙二醇-400为分散剂, 在常温、常压、液相条件下合成了硫纳米粒子. 对影响硫纳米粒子合成的条件进行了优化和分析, 考察了其在有机溶剂中的分散性. 用激光粒度分析仪测定产物的粒径分布, 透射电镜观察产物的形貌, X射线衍射仪分析产物的晶相. 结果表明, 用液相沉淀法成功地合成了颗粒均匀、粒径50~80 nm 的球形单斜相硫纳米粒子. 本方法条件温和、操作简单、成本低廉, 适用于工业化生产.  相似文献

Polyethylene/polyvinyl chloride (PE/PVC) hybrids were successfully prepared by a polymerization‐filling method. The catalyst for ethylene polymerization was supported on PVC particles, and ethylene was then polymerized in‐situ on the surface of the activated PVC. PVC particles could be well segmented and dispersed during in‐situ polymerization, and the prepared hybrids had an additional tangent peak between the glass transitions of polyethylene and PVC, indicating the formation of a compatible interlayer between nascent polyethylene and PVC during polymerization.  相似文献

Macroporous functionalized polymer beads of poly(4‐vinylpyridine‐co‐1,4‐divinylbenzene) [P(VPy‐co‐DVB)] were prepared by a multistep polymerization, including a polystyrene (PS) shape template by emulsifier‐free emulsion polymerization, linear PS seeds by staged template suspension polymerization, and macroporous functionalized polymer beads of P(VPy‐co‐DVB) by multistep seeded polymerization. The polymer beads, having a cellular texture, were made of many small, spherical particles. The bead size was 10–50 μm, and the pore size was 0.1–1.5 μm. The polymer beads were used as supports for zirconocene catalysts in ethylene polymerization. They were very different from traditional polymer supports. The polymer beads could be exfoliated to yield many spherical particles dispersed in the resulting polyethylene particles during ethylene polymerization. The influence of the polymer beads on the catalytic behavior of the supported catalyst and morphology of the resulting polyethylene was investigated. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The title compound of l-alanine thiourea, a semi organic material, has been grown from slow evaporation solution growth technique at room temperature. It is a potential material for nonlinear optical applications. The grown single crystals have been analyzed using powder X-ray diffraction. It belongs to monoclinic crystal system, and its lattice dimensions were determined. The presence of functional groups was identified from FTIR spectral analysis. The title compound has good optical transmission in the entire visible region. Thermal stability of the grown crystal was investigated by thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis.  相似文献

在制备超细Fe3O4 磁性粒子的基础上 ,以 3种低分子量聚合物Disperbyk 1 0 6、Disperbyk 1 0 8和Disperbyk 1 1 1为Fe3O4 微粒在单体相中的分散稳定剂 ,采用细乳液聚合法制备了平均粒径为 3 40nm的PS Fe3O4 磁性复合微球 .详细研究了分散剂种类对细乳液聚合制备磁性复合微球的影响 ,并采用XRD、TGA和TEM等手段对磁性复合微球的形态、结构及磁响应性等进行了表征 .实验结果证明分散剂的选择对磁性复合微球的成功制备起着至关重要的作用 ,兼具酸性和碱性功能基的分散剂Disperbyk 1 0 6具有更好的分散和稳定效果 .TEM结果表明 ,所制备的复合微球具有一些缺陷 ,而缺陷处往往是Fe3O4 磁性粒子聚集的地方  相似文献
