Two new phenolic glycosides, kaempferiaosides A and B were isolated from the rhizomes of Kaempferia parviflora (Zingiberaceae) together with 24 known compounds. Their structures including absolute stereochemistry were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence. Among the isolates, 5,3'-dihydroxy-3,7,4'-trimethoxyflavone showed higher activity than silybin, a commercial hepatoprotective agent.  相似文献

Two new labdane diterpene glycosides, named aquosides A and B, and a new megastigmane glycoside, named aquoside C, have been isolated from the air-dried aerial parts of Aquilegia hybrida together with three known compounds comprising a phenolic glycoside and two flavone C-glycosides. Eight megastigmane glycosides were isolated from the leaves of Myrsine seguinii collected in Okinawa. Three of them were found to be known compounds, i.e., ampelopsisionoside, alangionoside J, and linarionoside A. The structures of the new megastigmane glycosides were elucidated from the spectroscopic data and their absolute stereochemistries were determined in detail using a modified Mosher's method.  相似文献

From the leaves of Alangium paltanifolium var. platanifolium, collected in Fukuoka Prefecture, twelve further megastigmane glycosides were isolated. Seven of them, named platanionosides D-J (1-7), were found to be new compounds. Their structures were elucidated from spectroscopic evidence and their absolute structures were determined from beta-D-glucosylation-induced shift trends of 13C-NMR and by application of a modified Mosher's method.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of leaves of Staphylea bumalda DC., collected in the suburbs of Hiroshima City, afforded 11 new megastigmane glucosides, named staphylionosides A-K (3-13), along with two known megastigmane glucosides (1, 2). Chemical investigation of the 1-BuOH soluble fraction of the dried fruits of Myrsine seguinii (Myrsinaceae) led to the isolation of five new glycosides, named myrseguinosides A-E (1-5), together with eight known compounds (6-13). The absolute structures of the new glycosides were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical analyses to be a monoterpene glucoside (1), two flavonol glycosides (2, 3), and two oleanane-type triterpene saponins (4, 5). Myrseguinosides B (2), D (4), and E (5) exhibited 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical-scavenging activity and growth inhibitory activity toward human cancer cells, respectively.  相似文献

From the 1-BuOH-soluble fraction of a MeOH extract of leaves of Schefflera arboricola, collected in Okinawa, six new lupane glucosides, named schefflerins A-F (1-6) and one new dammarane glucoside, named schefflerin G (7), were isolated together with three known compounds, citroside A (8), and oleanane saponins, oleanolic acid (9) and echinocystic acid (10) 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4')-O-β-D-glucuronopynosides. Two new steroid glycosides, named trikamsterosides A and B, and a new sesquiterpenoid glycoside named trikamsesuquiside A were isolated from the underground parts of Trillium kamtschaticum PALL. along with 18 known compounds comprising 12 steroids, one sesquiterpenoid glycoside, one phenylpropanoid, one flavonoid glycoside, and three phenylpropanoid sucrose esters. Their chemical structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data and chemical evidence. Further extensive isolation work on the 1-BuOH-soluble fraction of a MeOH extract of Tricalysia dubia afforded five new ent-kaurane glucosides (4-8) and one new labdane glucoside (9), together with a known megastigmane glucoside, sammangaoside B (1), and monoterpene glucosides (2, 3). The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by analyses of one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopic data. The absolute configuration of the 9-position of sammangaoside B was revised to S and its total stereochemistry was established by the modified Mosher's method.  相似文献
