Ba0.5Sr0.5Ti0.99Co0.01O3 (BSTC) thin films have been fabricated with pulsed laser deposition on Nb-doped SrTiO3 (STN) substrate. In Pt/BSTC/STN capacitor, we systematically investigated the capacitance, leakage current and polarization versus bias voltage characteristics, and found that curves of capacitance versus voltage and leakage current versus voltage were not symmetric, and polarization hysteresis loop exhibited large relaxation of the remnant polarization at negatively poled state. A detailed analysis of capacitance data demonstrated a difference of the built-in voltage between top Pt/BSTC interface (Vb,t=2.5 V) and bottom BSTC/STN interface (Vb,b=1.1 V). Such different built-in voltages lead to the presence of an internal electric field, which results in asymmetric electric characteristics in Pt/BSTC/STN capacitor.  相似文献

 The crystal structure of a layered ternary carbide, Ti3(Si0.43Ge0.57)C2, was studied with single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound has a hexagonal symmetry with space group P63/mmc and unit-cell parameters a=3.0823(1) Å, c=17.7702(6) Å, and V=146.21(1) Å3. The Si and Ge atoms in the structure occupy the same crystallographic site surrounded by six Ti atoms at an average distance of 2.7219 Å, and the C atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two types of symmetrically distinct Ti atoms, with an average C-Ti distance of 2.1429 Å. The atomic displacement parameters for C and Ti are relatively isotropic, whereas those for A (=0.43Si+0.57Ge) are appreciably anisotropic, with U11 (=U22) being about three times greater than U33. Compared to Ti3SiC2, the substitution of Ge for Si results in an increase in both A-Ti and C-Ti bond distances. An electron density analysis based on the refined structure shows that each A atom is bonded to 6Ti atoms as well as to its 6 nearest neighbor A site atoms, whether the site is occupied by Si or Ge, suggesting that these bond paths may be significantly involved with electron transport properties.  相似文献

The structural, magnetic and transport properties of La0.5Sr0.5MnO2.88 and La0.5Sr0.5Mn0.5Ti0.5O3 samples have been investigated systematically. Indeed, this series has been considered to understand the influence of physical parameters such as oxygen deficiency and titanium doping effect in undoped La0.5Sr0.5MnO3 sample. Ceramic material based on La0.5Sr0.5MnO2.88 exhibits interesting behaviours of charge-ordering (CO), ferromagnetic (FM) states and a good conductivity down to the lowest temperatures. The substitution of Ti for Mn destroyed drastically the CO, damaged the motion of itinerant eg electrons and changed the local parameters of perovskite cell. A change of the structure from tetragonal to rhombohedral symmetry is observed causing a weakening of double-exchange interaction. The experiment results show that the suppression of the CO is sensitive to the variety of Mn3+/Mn4+ ratio. In a field of 8 T at 10 K, FM and CO phase can be evaluated to be ∼20:80 according to the μexpcal ratio for La0.5Sr0.5MnO2.88, whereas the CO state is suppressed for La0.5Sr0.5Mn0.5Ti0.5O3 sample, FM and anti-ferromagnetic (AFM) phase are coexisted and evaluated to be ∼54:46, respectively.  相似文献

Using electron spin resonance (ESR) technique we have obtained data evidencing the existence of magnetic vortices in high-temperature superconductors at temperatures above the critical one T c. We have studied magnetic excitations in Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10 single crystals above T c with the method of surface spin decoration. The surface layer of diphenylpicrylhydrazyl was used as a sensitive probe of magnetic field distortions. The temperature dependence of the ESR signal parameters has indicated that far above T c the magnetic flux of a sample is affected by the superconducting order parameter fluctuations while close to T c its changes are due to vortex-type excitations.  相似文献

A novel layered hydrotalcite-like material, Co7(H2O)2(OH)12(C2H4S2O6), has been prepared hydrothermally and the structure determined using single crystal X-ray diffraction (a=6.2752(19) Å, b=8.361(3) Å, c=9.642(3) Å, α=96.613(5)°, β=98.230(5)°, γ=100.673(5)°, R1=0.0551). The structure consists of brucite-like sheets where 1/6 of the octahedral sites are replaced by two tetrahedrally coordinated Co(II) above and below the plane of the layer. Ethanedisulfonate anions occupy the space between layers and provide charge balance for the positively charged layers. The compound is ferrimagnetic, with a Curie temperature of 33 K, Curie-Weiss θ of −31 K, and a coercive field of 881 Oe at 5 K.  相似文献

Raman spectra of the three entitled crystals are analysed within the framework of a lattice-dynamical model treatment using preliminary obtained X-ray diffraction data. The short range atomic arrangement and spectrochemical peculiarities of these structures are jointly discussed, which is considered as an initial step for studying the nature of the glass phases in the xTl2O+(1−x)TeO2 system. The charged TeO32− groups and the neutral TeO2 quasi-molecules are proposed as the basic units forming the complex tellurite anions. However, no relevant characteristic frequencies can be indicated in the spectra since the interatomic separation in those units are highly variables and their vibrational states are mixed and delocalised.  相似文献

The structure and magnetic properties of Nd_{0.5}Pb_{0.5-x}Sr_xMnO_3 (0≤x≤0.4) manganites were systematically investigated. Significant changes in Curie temperature and metal-insulator (MI) transition temperature of the samples were observed. All samples exhibited a transition from paramagnetic semiconducting to ferromagnetic metallic state. Curie temperature T_C and the MI transition temperature T_p increased with increasing Sr content. We attributed these behaviours to the enhancing of both the double exchange mechanism and the Jahn-Teller electron-phonon coupling.  相似文献

(Tl0.5Pb0.5)Sr2Ca(Cu2−xMx)O7 (M=Co, Ni and Zn) have been synthesized and investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, electrical resistivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements. X-ray diffraction patterns show that all studied samples contain the nearly single ‘1212’ phase. They crystallize in a tetragonal unit cell with a=3.8028-3.8040 Å and c=12.0748-12.1558 Å. In (Tl0.5Pb0.5)Sr2Ca(Cu2−xMx)O7 system (M=Co or Ni), the superconducting critical temperature Tc decreases linearly with both Co and Ni concentrations and the rate of Tc decrease is around −6.5 and −7.0 K/at%, respectively. For (Tl0.5Pb0.5)Sr2Ca (Cu2−xZnx)O7 system, the dependence of Tc on the Zn dopant concentration deviates from a linear behavior and the Zn substitution suppresses Tc much less (−2.5 K/at%) than the Co and Ni substitutions. The suppression in Tc in Co and Ni doped samples are attributed to the magnetic pair-breaking mechanism and the reduction in the carrier concentration. The suppression of Tc in Zn doped samples is not caused by the reduction in carrier concentration which should remain constant, but rather due to nonmagnetic pair-breaking mechanism induced by disorder as well as the filling of the local Cu dx2y2 state due to the full d band of Zn ions.  相似文献

Solid solutions of manganese(II)-doped magnesium pyroborate, ((Mg1−xMnx)2B2O5, 0<x≤0.30, triclinic system, space group: P1¯ (no. 2)), were synthesized by solid state reaction. The unit cell parameters were refined by the Rietveld method of powder X-ray diffraction patterns. (Mg1−xMnx)2B2O5 showed broad red emission at 670 nm under 414 nm excitation. The wavelengths of the emission peak did not depend on the manganese content. Absorption of the d-d transitions of Mn2+ ions was observed in the photoluminescence excitation spectra. The emission intensity reached the maximum at a Mn content (x) of 0.05 and decreased with increasing x from 0.05 to 0.30.  相似文献

Aurivillius SrBi2(Nb0.5Ta0.5)2O9 (SBNT 50/50) ceramics were prepared using the conventional solid-state reaction method. Scanning electron microscopy was applied to investigate the grain structure. The XRD studies revealed an orthorhombic structure in the SBNT 50/50 with lattice parameters a=5.522 Å, b=5.511 Å and c=25.114 Å. The dielectric properties were determined by impedance spectroscopy measurements. A strong low frequency dielectric dispersion was found to exist in this material. Its occurrence was ascribed to the presence of ionized space charge carriers such as oxygen vacancies. The dielectric relaxation was defined on the basis of an equivalent circuit. The temperature dependence of various electrical properties was determined and discussed. The thermal activation energy for the grain electric conductivity was lower in the high temperature region (T>303.6 °C, Ea−ht=0.47 eV) and higher in the low temperature region (T<303.6 °C, Ea−lt=1.18 eV).  相似文献

A theoretical study on the stabilities of the crystal structures of K2Al2B2O7 (KABO) and Na2Al2B2O7 (NABO) has been carried out using density functional theory with generalized-gradient corrections. All structures have been optimized by minimizing the total energies with respect to lattice constants and to the atomic coordinates within the unit cell. In the case of KABO, the structure with space group P321 always takes energy advantage over the whole volume range studied, whereas on both volume expansion and contraction, the original NABO structure becomes unstable, taking a structure transition from its space group to the P321 space group of KABO structure. The theoretical predictions were well realized in the experimental results on the structure changes of the (K1−xNax)2Al2B2O7 solid solution system.  相似文献

A novel mixed cadmium zirconium cesium oxalate with an open architecture has been synthesized from precipitation methods at room pressure. It crystallizes with an hexagonal symmetry, space group P3112 (no. 151), a=9.105(5) Å, c=23.656(5) Å, V=1698(1) Å3 and Z=3. The structure displays a [CdZr(C2O4)4]2− helicoidal framework built from CdO8 and ZrO8 square-based antiprisms connected through bichelating oxalates, which generates channels along different directions. Cesium cations, hydronium ions and water molecules are located inside the voids of the anionic framework. They exhibit a dynamic disorder which has been further investigated by 1H and 133Cs solid-state NMR. Moreover a phase transition depending both upon ambient temperature and water vapor pressure was evidenced for the title compound. The thermal decomposition has been studied in situ by temperature-dependent X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetry. The final product is a mixture of cadmium oxide, zirconium oxide and cesium carbonate.  相似文献

Mechanochemical reaction of ZnO and α-Fe2O3 in a planetary mill formed an amorphous precursor, which was subsequently heated to successfully produce zinc ferrite (ZnFe2O4) nanocrystallites. The amorphous precursor and nanocrystallites were characterized by differential thermal analysis (DTA), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Calcination of the precursor powder at 600 °C led to the formation of ZnFe2O4 nanocrystallites of about 22 nm in crystal size, and most of particle was about 10-50 nm in diameter. Effect of calcination temperature on the crystal size of the nanoparticles was investigated. The mechanism of nanocrystallite growth was primarily investigated. The activation energy of ZnFe2O4 nanocrystallite formation during thermal treatment was calculated to be 18.5 kJ/mol.  相似文献

Low-density polycrystalline Bi1.8Pb0.3Sr1.9Ca2Cu3O x high-temperature superconductors with a foamlike microstructure and composites consisting of this superconductor and silver in an amount of 20, 25, and 30 vol % are synthesized. The microstructure, as well as the temperature and field dependences of the magnetization, M(T) and M(H), are studied. It is found that, in Bi1.8Pb0.3Sr1.9Ca2Cu3O x high-temperature superconductors and Bi1.8Pb0.3Sr1.9Ca2Cu3O x + Ag composites, the diamagnetic response is enhanced and the screening properties are improved compared with high-temperature polycrystalline superconductors with the same composition that are prepared by the standard technology. The observed effect is explained by the features of magnetic flux penetration into a porous medium.  相似文献

The far-infrared and infrared reflection spectra of Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3O10 superconducting film are reported in this paper. It is found there are three sharp reflection edges in both the superconducting and normal states, their positions being near ≈ 150, ≈ 350 and ≈600 cm-1. We attribute these reflection spectra to the Drude free carriers and a wide mid-infrared absorption band. When the incident angle increases from 7° to 30°, some additional stractures appear in the refiection spectra, which are the A2u phonon modes vibrating along c-axis.  相似文献

Total and partial densities of states of constituent atoms of two tetragonal phases of Tl3PbCl5 (space groups P41212 and P41) have been calculated using the full potential linearized augmented plane wave (FP-LAPW) method and Korringa-Kohn-Rostoker method within coherent potential approximation (KKR-CPA). The results obtained reveal the similarity of occupations of the valence band and the conduction band in the both tetragonal phases of Tl3PbCl5. The FP-LAPW and KKR-CPA data indicate that the valence band of Tl3PbCl5 is dominated by contributions of the Cl 3p-like states, which contribute mainly to the top and the central portion of the valence band with also significant contributions throughout the whole valence-band region. Further, the bottom of the valence band of Tl3PbCl5 is composed mainly of the Tl 6s-like states, while the bottom of the conduction band is dominated by contributions of the empty Pb 6p-like states. The KKR-CPA results allow to assume that the width of the valence band increases somewhat while band gap, Eg, decreases when changing the crystal structure from P41212 to P41. The X-ray photoelectron core-level and valence-band spectra for pristine and Ar+-ion-irradiated surfaces of a Tl3PbCl5 monocrystal grown by the Bridgman-Stockbarger method have been measured.  相似文献

High-purity powder specimens of AgCa2Mn2V3O12 and NaPb2Mn2V3O12 have been successfully synthesized by solid-state chemical reaction. The Rietveld refinements from X-ray powder diffraction data verified that these compounds have the garnet-type structure (space group , No. 230) with the lattice constant of a=12.596(2) Å for AgCa2Mn2V3O12 and a=12.876(2) Å for NaPb2Mn2V3O12. Calculation of the bond valence sum supported that Mn is divalent and V is pentavalent in these garnets. Estimation of the quadratic elongation and the bond angle variance showed that the distortions of the MnO6 octahedra and the VO4 tetrahedra are significantly suppressed. Our new results of AgCa2Mn2V3O12 and NaPb2Mn2V3O12 are compared to those of AgCa2M2V3O12 and NaPb2M2V3O12 (M=Mg, Co, Ni, Zn).  相似文献

Magnetoelectric composites of NiFe2O4 and Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 were prepared using conventional double-sintering ceramic method. The phase formation of magnetoelectric composites was confirmed by XRD technique. Variation of dielectric constant and loss tangent at room temperature with frequency in the range 100 Hz-1 MHz has been studied. Also the variation of dielectric constant and loss tangent with temperature and composition at fixed frequencies of 1 kHz, 10 kHz, 100 kHz and 1 MHz is reported. The static value of the magnetoelectric conversion factor was measured as a function of intensity of the magnetic field. The ME voltage coefficient of about 430 μV/cm Oe was observed for 15% NiFe2O4+85% Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 composite. All the samples show linear variation of magnetoelectric conversion in the presence of static magnetic field.  相似文献
