The total alkaloids of the plantFumaria parviflora Lam., collected in Ashkhabad Province (Turkmen SSR), in the flowering and incipient fruit-bearing period have been studied. The methanolic extraction of 10.5 kg of the plant yielded 0.39% of total alkaloids, from which cheilanthifoline, scoulerine, parfumine, norjusiphine, isoboldine, coclaurine, dihydrosanguinarine, stylopine, sanguinarine, oxysanguinarine, adlumine, adlumidine, hydrastine, bicuculline, protopine, cryptopine, adlumidiceine, N-methyladlumine, a base with mp 281–282°C, and a new alkaloid — d-fumaricine — have been isolated from the plant for the first time.  相似文献

The alkaloid composition of the roots ofCorydalis paniculigera Rgl., collected in the flowering phase in the Alai range, has been studied. Chloroform extraction yielded 0.39% of total alkaloids, from which were isolated wilsonirine, thalicmidine, coclaurine, stylopine, dihydrosanguinarine, sanguinarine, oxosanguinarine, adlumine, adlumidine, bicucculine, sibiricine, protopine, pancorine, and corunnine, and new alkaloids which have been called pancoridine (I) and pancorinine (II). The structures of (I) and (II) have been established on the basis of spectral characteristics and also the production of wilsonirine on their reduction in sulfuric acid.  相似文献

The alkaloids of the epigeal part and roots ofCorydalis stricta have been studied. Of the 23 alkaloids isolated, N-methylcorypalline proved to be new, and its structure has been determined. Papaver fugax growing on the shore of Lake Kazenoi Am in the Checheno-Ingushskii ASSR at the boundary with the Dagestan ASSR has yielded 0.39% of alkaloids. The roots ofDelphinium tamarae Kem. Nath., collected in the period of the withering of the epigeal part of the environs of the village Bakuriani (Georgian SSR) have yielded 2.02% of combined alkaloids. When the combined material was separated, methyllycaconitine, lycoctonine, and anthranoyllycoctonine were isolated, together with a new base having mp 286°C which has been called norsongoramine. The alkaloid pattern of the endemic plant Papaver coreanum Nakai (Papaveraceae) was determined for the first time. Eight alkaloids could be identified by LC/ESI-MS/MS and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Among them, protopine and allocryptopine represent the main components. Besides norsanguinarine, sanguinarine, dihydrosanguinarine, oxysanguinarine, lincangenine, and cryptopine, some other trace alkaloids were found whose structures remain unknown.  相似文献

Summary 1. A study of the dynamics of the accumulation of the alkaloids ofD. strictus according to the vegetation period showed the maximum accumulation of alkaloids in the period before budding with 0.2% in the epigeal part and 0.72% in the roots, and in the period of full fruit-bearing with 0.05–0.3% of combined alkaloids in the seeds.2. The separation of a mixture of bases of the epigeal part and of the seeds yielded seven alkaloids, six of which contained sulfur: diphthocarpamine, diphthocarpidine, diphthocarpaine, diphthocarpamidine, dipthocarpine, diphthocarpinine, and base No. 5.3. 二氢苯骈[c]菲啶类生物碱是自然界中一类重要的生物活性成分,但含量很低.利用硼氢化还原方法,对博落回粗提物中的血根碱和白屈菜红碱混合物进行还原、分离,得到了二氢血根碱和二氢白屈菜红碱;并初步评价了其抗乙肝病毒活性.结果表明,利用硼氢化还原方法制备二氢苯骈[c]菲啶类生物碱的产率较高,还原产物具有一定的抗乙肝病毒活性.  相似文献

A method for the analysis of alkaloids in Macleaya cordata (Willd.) R. Br. using high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC-DAD-ESI/MS) was developed. Using protopine (PRO), allocryptopine (ALL), sanguinarine (SA), and chelerythrine (CHE) as the model components, different columns for the separation and different mobile phases for the signal intensities of alkaloids in ESI/MS were investigated, respectively. The results showed that good separation and high signal intensities can be obtained on a high carbon loading (17%) reversed-phase C(18) column with 30 mM formic acid in mobile phase for the analysis of alkaloids. Under the optimal separation condition and UV detection (284 nm), linearity of the six alkaloids was obtained over concentration range from 0.05 to 100.00 microg/ml. The limit of detection (LOD) was 1.62, 1.87, 1.79, 1.76, 1.10, and 0.94 ng/ml for SA, CHE, PRO, ALL, dihydrosanguinarine (DHSA), and dihydrochelerythrine (DHCHE), respectively. The LODs with ESI/MS detection were lower three orders of magnitude than those obtained with UV detection. The proposed method could be used to control quality of the raw materials of the herb more comprehensively.  相似文献

Summary It has been established that the epigeal part of the plantNitraria schoberi L. in the budding stage contains 0.5% of alkaloids.By a combination of the fractionation of the mixture of alkaloids by polybuffer separation with other methods of separation, nine alkaloids have been isolated and studied.Fractions with a high pH value yielded the following strong bases: nitramine (pH 9 and 8), schoberidine and base A (pH 8), and nitrarine, isonitrarine, and nitramidine (pH 7). A simple and efficient method was developed for the simultaneous determination of eight isoquinoline alkaloids in methanol extracts of Dicranostigma leptopodum (Maxim) Fedde and the effective fractionation of the alkaloids of D. leptopodum by high‐performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection. The chromatographic conditions were optimized on a SinoChrom ODS‐BP column to obtain a good separation of the four types of alkaloid analytes, including two aporphines (isocorydine, corydine), two protopines (protopine and allocryptopine), a morphine (sinoacutine), and three quaternary protoberberine alkaloids (berberrubine, 5‐hydroxycoptisine, and berberine). The separation of these alkaloids was significantly affected by the composition of the mobile phase, and particularly by its pH value. Acetonitrile (A) and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution adjusted to pH 6.32 with triethylamine (B) were selected as the mobile phase with a gradient elution. With this method, a new quaternary protoberberine alkaloid was isolated and the two structural isomers (isocorydine and corydine) were baseline separated. The appropriate harvest period for D. leptopodum was also recommended based on our analysis. The method for the effective fraction of the alkaloids of D. leptopodum was optimized under this method with regard to the varying significant pharmacological activities of the alkaloids.  相似文献
