A chromogenic anion host 4, containing two amide functionalities linked to azo dye and tetrazole rings, was synthesised and its complexes with various anions were investigated. The results show that receptor 4 can recognise selectively biologically important F ion. The binding affinity for F was investigated by naked-eye colour change, UV–vis and 1H NMR spectroscopy. Addition of F ion in CH3CN and Dimethyl sulfoxide to receptor 4 causes a change in colour of the solution from colourless to yellow. The stoichiometry for host:anion is 1:1. Furthermore, receptor 4 was used as an ion carrier in ion-selective membrane electrodes. Selectivity of this membrane was studied towards various anions in water solution. Binding behaviour of receptor 4 towards several anions (Cl, F, Br, I) has been investigated using density functional theory calculations.  相似文献

A new receptor 3-((2-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)phenylimino)methyl)benzene-1,2-diol (1) was synthesised and developed as a highly selective fluorescent chemosensor for the detection of Hg2+ in semi-aqueous media. The fluorescence of receptor 1 was dramatically and selectively quenched on complexation with Hg2+ ion with the detection limit down to 0.20 μM. The developed sensor was successfully applied for the determination of Hg2+ content in water samples. Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations were performed to study the mechanistic behaviour behind the binding of Hg2+ with receptor 1.  相似文献

Different hydrates of the receptor, N-[2-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-ethyl]-2-(quinolin-8-yloxy)acetamide (I), and its co-crystals with acetic acid and l(+)α-hydroxy-phenylacetic acid are synthesised and their structures are studied. The acids such as acetic acid, l(+)α-hydroxy-phenylacetic acid quench fluorescence of I. The receptor I shows a fluorescence quenching on interaction with perchloric acid in benzene, whereas in methanol the solution of I results in the generation of a new fluorescence emission at higher wavelengths. The crystal structure of the perchlorate salt is determined to explain the protonation behaviour of the receptor I and the perchlorate salt in methanol leads to fluorescence emission at a place different from that of the parent compound.  相似文献

设计合成了一种基于4-甲基-1-羟基二苯甲酮对硝基苯腙的比色和比率荧光阴离子受体1。此类受体以羟基和腙单元为识别位点,以硝基苯基为信号报告基团。向受体1的DMSO溶液中加入AcO-、H2PO4-、F-后,溶液颜色由黄色变为紫红色,而加入所研究的其它阴离子则无变化,从而实现对AcO-、H2PO4-、F-这三种离子的裸眼识别。利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱考察了其与AcO-,H2PO4-,F-,Cl-,Br-,I-等阴离子的识别作用。1H NMR滴定为受体分子与阴离子之间氢键作用本质提供了有力证据。  相似文献

A palladium-catalyzed coupling of iodoaniline 2 with bis-TES propargyl alcohol 3 gives indole-3-methanol 4b in 72% yield. Displacement of the hydroxy group of 4b by sodium cyanide followed by hydrolysis of the cyano group and desilylation provides the indole acetic acid metabolite, L-749,335 (1), of the 5-HT1D receptor agonist MK-0462.  相似文献

Cichorium intybus L. (Asteraceae family) is a world-wide grown plant known as chicory. In traditional medicine, this plant is used as diuretic, anti-inflammatory, digestive, cardiotonic and liver tonic. Chromatographic purification of the supercritical fluid extract of aerial parts of C. intybus on silica gel column led to isolation of three compounds: new compound, 28β-hydroxytaraxasterol (I), and two known compounds usnic acid (II) and β-sitosterol (III). Purification of the ethanolic extract of aerial parts of this plant on silica gel column chromatography yielded four compounds: 1,3-dioleylglycerate (IV), sitoindoside II (V), 11β-13-dihydrolactucin (VI) and β-sitosterol-3-O-glucoside (VII). The structures of the isolated compounds were determined by their 1D, 2D NMR and MS spectral data. All the fractions and isolated compounds were tested for cannabinoid and opioid receptor binding, as well as antibacterial, antifungal and antimalarial activities. Compound I showed moderate activity (60.5% displacement) towards CB1 receptor.  相似文献

Colorimetric receptors R1 and R2 have been designed and synthesized by Schiff base condensation and characterised by standard spectroscopic techniques. Anion binding ability of the receptors have been investigated quantitatively through optical, electrochemical and 1HNMR titration studies. UV-vis spectra of receptor R1 and R2 exhibited a significant red shift for F? and AcO? ions with a visual color response. Receptor R1 exhibited selective response towards AcO? ion in the presence of HEPES buffer media. Incremental color change of receptor R2 with the higher equivalence of AcO? ions clearly represent the ratiometric response. Cyclic voltammetric studies of R1 and R2 exhibits shift in oxidation and reduction peak with successive addition of AcO? ions indicating the anion induced oxidation of -NH and reduction of the keto group and nitro species. Electrooptical and 1H NMR titration studies of R2 collectively reflects the anion induced change of chromophore from C=N to N=N indicative of azo-hydrazone tautomeric signaling in the presence of AcO? ions. Lower detection limit of 2.1 and 0.41 ppm achieved with sodium salt of AcO? ion with R1 and R2 reflects their utility as colorimetric chemosensor.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the methanolic extract of dried leaves of Bridelia ferruginea led to the isolation and identification of fourteen compounds (114): compound 1 [mixture of palmitic, stearic and oleic acids], stearyl monoester of 2-O-β-?-glucosylglycerol (2), 6β-hydroxy-(20R)-24-ethylcholest-4-en-3-one (3a), 6β-hydroxy-(20R)-24-ethylcholest-4,22-dien-3-one (3b), lutein (4), vomifoliol (5), corilagin (6), kaempferide-3-O-β-?-glucoside (7), myricetin (8), isomericitrin (9), isoquercetin (10), myricitrin (11), quercitrin (12), rutin (13), and β-sitosterol glucoside (14). The total extract exhibited moderate activity towards CB2 receptor and 90% inhibition against leishmanial pathogen Trypanosoma brucei. Compound 4 exhibited 73% displacement in CB2 receptor with IC50 56.47 μM, and 93% inhibition towards T. brucei with IC50 4.16 μM. Compound 11 showed 99% inhibition towards Escherichia coli with IC50 1.123 μM.  相似文献

The structures and binding energies of complexes formed between tris-ureido-calix[5]crown 1 and n- and 2-phenylethylammonium chloride have been determined by density functional calculations. The structures of 8,8′-bis(3-phenylthioureidomethyl)-2,2′-binaphthalene (1), 8,8′-bis(3-butylthioureidomethyl)-2,2′-binaphthalene (2) and their complexes with anionic guests such as carboxylate ions (acetate, oxalate, malonate, succinate, glutarate, adipate, pimelate, suberate, and azelate), inorganic oxygen-containing anions (nitrate, sulfate, bicarbonate, hydrogen phosphate, and dihydrogen phosphate), and halide ions (fluoride, chloride, and bromide) were obtained using the ONIOM approach. The binding abilities of receptors 1 and 2 to anionic species in terms of binding energy, thermodynamic properties, and selectivity coefficient were obtained at the ONIOM(B3LYP/6-31G(d):AM1) and BSSE-corrected B3LYP/6-31G(d)//ONIOM(B3LYP/6-31G(d):AM1) levels of theory. The multipoint hydrogen bonding between receptors (either the receptor 1 or 2) and anionic guests were found. The hydrogen phosphate is the most preferable ion to bind with either the receptor 1 or 2.  相似文献

Abstract

A relatively simple assay method for the putative cytosolic ‘receptor’ that binds 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) and related compounds is described. The assay is based on specific binding of [125I]dioxin to cytosol ‘receptor’ protein. Saturation is ensured by competition experiments in which unlabeled TCDD and other competitors displace the radiolabeled ligand from specific binding sites. This assay has been applied to estimation of levels of ‘receptor’ in cytosol.  相似文献
