By anaerobic incubation of pinoresinol diglucoside (1) from the bark of Eucommia ulmoides with a fecal suspension of humans, eleven metabolites were formed, and their structures were identified as (+)-pinoresinol (2), (+)-lariciresinol (3), 3'-demethyl-(+)-lariciresinol (4), (-)-secoisolariciresinol (5), (-)-3-(3", 4"-dihydroxybenzyl)-2-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxybenzyl)butane-1, 4-diol (6), 2-(3', 4'-dihydroxybenzyl)-3-(3", 4"-dihydroxybenzyl)butane-1, 4-diol (7), 3-(3"-hydroxybenzyl)-2-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxybenzyl)butane-1, 4-diol (8), 2-(3', 4'-dihydroxybenzyl)-3-(3"-hydroxybenzyl)butane-1, 4-diol (9), (-)-enterodiol (10), (-)-(2R, 3R)-3-(3", 4"-dihydroxybenzyl)-2-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxybenzyl)butyrolactone (11), (-)-(2R, 3R)-2-(3', 4'-dihydroxybenzyl)-3-(3", 4"-dihydroxybenzyl)butyrolactone (12), (-)-(2R, 3R)-3-(3"-hydroxybenzyl)-2-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxybenzyl)butyrolactone (13), 2-(3', 4'-dihydroxybenzyl)-3-(3"-hydroxybenzyl)butyrolactone (14), 2-(3'-hydroxybenzyl)-3-(3", 4"-dihydroxybenzyl)butyrolactone (15) and (-)-(2R, 3R)-enterolactone (16) by various spectroscopic means, including two dimensional (2D)-NMR, mass spectrometry and circular dichroism. A possible metabolic pathway was proposed on the basis of their structures and time course experiments monitored by thin-layer chromatography. Furthermore, a bacterial strain responsible for the transformation of (+)-pinoresinol to (+)-lariciresinol was isolated from a human fecal suspension and identified as Enterococcus faecalis strain PDG-1.  相似文献

A procedure was proposed for regioselective acylation of methyl 2-methyl-4H-thieno[3,2-b]-pyrrole-5-carboxylate with 2-(3-indolyl)-2-oxoacetyl chloride. Reactions of the resulting methyl 6-[2-(3-indolyl)-1,2-dioxoethyl]-2-methyl-4H-thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole-5-carboxylate with aromatic aldehydes and ammonium acetate in acetic acid afforded the corresponding methyl 6-[2-aryl-4-(3-indolyl)imidazol-5-yl]-2-methyl-4H-thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole-5-carboxylates. The structure of methyl 6-[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-(3-indolyl)imidazol-5-yl]-2-methyl-4H-thieno[3,2-b]pyrrole-5-carboxylate was studied by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

4-Methyl-3-penten-2-one, 3-hepten-2-one, 3-methyl-1-phenyl-2-buten-1-one, 4-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-, 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-, 4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-, 4-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-, and 4-(4-dimethylaminophenyl)-3-buten-2-ones, and 3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-phenyl-2-propenone react with cyclohexane in the presence of excess aluminum chloride or aluminum bromide in CH2Cl2 or CH2Br2, respectively, at room temperature to form the corresponding saturated ketones in high yields. Using 4-phenyl- and 4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-buten-2-ones as examples, it was shown that the reaction pattern does not change in going from the Lewis acids AlCl3 and AlBr3 to proton-donor acid system CF3SO3H-SbF5. The reactive intermediates are likely to be C-protonated complexes of ,-unsaturated ketones with aluminum halides or their O,C-diprotonated analogs.  相似文献

以N-甲基-4-硝基苯胺作为起始原料,依次经氯乙酰化、取代及氢化还原反应制得关键中间体N-(4-氨基苯基)-甲基-2-(4-甲基-1-哌嗪基)乙酰胺(4);以4-氯-3-硝基苯甲酸为原料,依次经酯化、取代、氢化还原及环合反应制得6-甲氧羰基-2-吲哚酮(8); 8与原苯甲酸三乙酯和乙酸酐经“一锅煮”反应制得中间体1-乙酰基-3-甲氧基(苯基)亚甲烯基-2-氧代吲哚环-6-羧酸甲酯(9); 4和9进行取代反应的同时脱除保护,经“一锅煮”反应合成尼达尼布,总收率57.2%,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和MS(ESI)确证。  相似文献

Microbial transformation of xanthohumol using the culture broth of Cunninghamella echinulata NRRL 3655 afforded (2S)-8-[4"-hydroxy-3"-methyl-(2"-Z)-butenyl]-4',7-dihydroxy-5-methoxyflavanone (5) and (2S)-8-[5"-hydroxy-3"-methyl-(2"-E)-butenyl]-4',7-dihydroxy-5-methoxyflavanone (6). Xanthohumol (1) and flavanone 6 as well as (E)-2"-(2"'-hydroxyisopropyl)-dihydrofurano[2",3":4',3']-2',4-dihydroxy-6'-methoxychalcone (2), (2S)-2"-(2"'-hydroxyisopropyl)-dihydrofurano[2",3":7,8]-4'-hydroxy-5-methoxyflavanone (3) obtained with Pichia membranifaciens showed antimalarial activity against Plasmodium falciparum.  相似文献

The Meerwein reaction of 1-methylquinolin-2(1H)-one with 4-acetylbenzenediazonium chloride gave 3-(4-acetylphenyl)-1-methylquinolin-2(1H)-one which was brominated to 3-[4-(2-bromoacetyl)phenyl]-1-methylquinolin-2(1H)-one. The latter reacted with pyridine, 4-methylpyridine, quinoline, benzo[f]quinoline, and triphenylphosphine to afford the corresponding quaternary salts, and its reactions with thioacetamide, thiourea, 2-aminopyridine, and 2-aminopyrimidine led to the corresponding thiazole, imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine, and imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine derivatives containing a 2-oxoquinoline fragment. 3-(4-{2-[2-(Arylmethylidene)-hydrazinyl]-1,3-thiazol-4-yl}phenyl)-1-methylquinolin-2(1H)-ones were obtained by condensation of 3-[4-(2-bromoacetyl)phenyl]-1-methylquinolin-2(1H)-one with thiosemicarbazide and aromatic aldehydes.  相似文献

A planar structure for molecules of 2-(2-methylaminophenyl)-4H-3,1-benzoxazine-4-one was found by x-ray structural analysis. Shortening of the N-Ph bond and lengthening of the distance between amino- and azine-N atoms in comparison to the tosyl analog was demonstrated to lead to a bathochromic shift of the absorption spectrum and a hypsochromic displacement of the luminescence spectrum. As a result, the Stokes shift of 2-(2-methylaminophenyl)-4H-3,1-benzoxazine-4-one is smaller than that of 2-(2-tosylaminophenyl)-4H-3,1-benzoxazine-4-one. In the crystal, molecules of 2-(2-methylaminophenyl)-4H-3,1-benzoxazine-4-one are stacked with intermolecular interaction energy between molecules in the stack of –12.5 and –14.2 kcal/mole. A new method was developed for synthesis of 2-acetonyl-4-alkoxymethylbutanolides by treatment of 4-alkoxymethyl-2-(-chloroallyl)butanolides with concentrated sulfuric acid and subsequent hydrolysis. 4-alkoxymethyl-2-(-chloroallyl)butanolides are readily obtained by alkylation of accessible 4-alkoxymethyl-2-ethoxycarbonylbutanolides with 2,3-dichloropropene, followed by hydrolysis and decarboxylation of the resulting 4-alkoxymethyl-2-(-chloroallyl)-2-ethoxycarbonylbutanolides.  相似文献

The electric properties of polymer composites with highly conductive 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethan (TCNQ) salts such as quinolinium–TCNQ complex salt (), acridinium–TCNQ complex salt (), and N-methylacridinium–TCNQ complex salt () were studied. Polyacrylonitrile (PAN), poly(N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK), and poly(4-vinylpyridine), (P4VP), etc., were chosen as matrix polymers. The resistivity (ρ) of the was 0.37 Ω cm at the content of 20 wt % in the film. When the content of was increased up to 40 wt%, a phase separation of the needle crystals was observed and the ρ value increased. When was dispersed into PAN or PVK, the separation was also observed and the samples showed low conductivity. The uniform films were obtained in the and systems, but the values of ρ were high because of the degradation of the TCNQ salts. Uniform films with the naked eye were obtained in the and systems, and the values of Ω were 0.37, 1.05, and 3.40 Ω cm, respectively. was stable even when dispersed into P4VP. The properties of the composites were influenced by the combination of the TCNQ salts and the polymers. The uniformity and the stability of the composites were necessary to obtain the high conductive composites.  相似文献

Bromination–dehydrobromination of methyl (E)-3-(4-methylbenzenesulfonyl)prop-2-enoate gave methyl (Z)-3-bromo-3-(4-methylbenzenesulfonyl)prop-2-enoate whose structure was determined by X-ray analysis. Methyl (Z)-3-bromo-3-(4-methylbenzenesulfonyl)prop-2-enoate behaved as a synthetic equivalent of methyl 3-(4-methylbenzenesulfonyl)prop-2-ynoate in reactions with dimethyl malonate and methyl acetoacetate, which afforded the corresponding Michael adducts, trimethyl 3-(4-methylbenzenesulfonyl)prop-1-ene-1,1,2-tricarboxylate and dimethyl (Z)-2-acetyl-3-(4-methylbenzenesulfonyl)but-2-enedioate, respectively, via nucleophilic attack on the β-position with respect to the sulfonyl group.  相似文献

The bromination of 2-styrylchromones, bearing electron neutral substituents, with two molar equivalents of piridinium tribromide gave 2-(2-aryl-1,2-dibromoethyl)chromones and 3-bromo-2-(2-aryl-1,2-dibromoethyl)chromones. The presence of electron-donating substituents on their B ring led to a mixture of compounds due to the higher reactivity of their C(2)=C(3) and C=C double bonds, whereas the strongly electron-withdrawing group hindered the bromination. The dehydrobromination of 2-(2-aryl-1,2-dibromoethyl)chromones with triethylamine gave a diastereomeric mixture of (E)- and (Z)-2-(-bromostyryl)chromones. Some novel 4(5)-aryl-5(4)-(2-chromonyl)-1,2,3-triazoles have been obtained from the reactions of 2-(2-aryl-1,2-dibromoethyl)chromones, 2-(-bromostyryl)chromones, and 2-styrylchromones with sodium azide. The reactions of 2-styrylchromones with sodium azide are more efficient, general, and constitute a one-pot synthetic method of 4(5)-aryl-5(4)-(2-chromonyl)-1,2,3-triazoles allowing the preparation of 1,2,3-triazoles bearing either electron-donating or electron-withdrawing substituents in their aryl ring. The structure of all new compounds was established by extensive NMR spectroscopic studies.  相似文献

The reaction of methyl aroylpyruvates and 2-(4-aminobenzenesulfamido)-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine in glacial acetic acid in the presence of anhydrous sodium acetate afforded (2Z)-4-aryl-2-hydroxy-N-{4-[(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)sulfamoyl]phenyl}-4-oxobut-2-enamides. Reaction of the above reagents in a mixture of acetic acid and ethanol (1: 1) in the absence of anhydrous sodium acetate gave methyl (2Z)-4-aryl-2-{4-[(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)sulfamoyl]phenylamino}-4-oxobut-2-enoates. The radiofrequency (rf) glow discharge plasma of styrene was investigated by direct sampling mass spectroscopy. Measurements were taken in three regions of the discharge: the plasma column and two dark zones before the electrodes. The plasma-polymerized styrene (PPS) thin films were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy (IR). The effects of monomer pressure and rf power on the ratios of mass peak heights C4H/C4H, C6H/C6H5()CH in the three discharge regions, the polymer deposition rate, and the polymeric structure of the PPS films were studied. It was found that in the different discharge regions and under various discharge conditions, a variety of reactive species were formed by electron impact on monomer molecules. The polymer deposition rate was mainly dependent on the total number of the reactive species produced in the discharge. The concentration of phenyl groups in PPS films was proportional to the relative concentration of phenyl ring-containing reactive species in the gas phase plasma. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

A capability was studied of hydrogenated α-pyrone heterocycle in 7-methoxy-4-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[h]chromen-2-one to undergo aminolysis under the treatment with hydrazine hydrate, primary and secondary aliphatic and aromatic amines. A new approach was developed to the preparation of perihydroxyketone of naphthalene series containing a specific functional substituent in the ortho-position with respect to hydroxy group. The effect was revealed of an acetyl group in the position 9 of 7-methoxy-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[h]chromen-2-one on the reaction of this compound with aliphatic amines and hydrazine hydrate. 9-Methoxy-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-6-methyl-3H-benzo[de]pyrido[3,2,1-if]cinnolin-3-one [9-methyl-6-methoxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-10,10a-diazapyren-1-one] was obtained, a new bis-peri-fused heteroaromatic system.  相似文献

The coupling reaction of 4-aminoantipyrine (4-AAP) with phenol using the superoxide anion radical ( ) as oxidizing agent under the catalysis of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was studied. Based on the reaction, produced by irradiating vitamin B2 (VB2) was spectrophotometrically determined at 510 nm. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the relationship between A 510 and concentration was linear in the range 9.14×10–6–1.2×10–4 mol L–1. The detection limit was determined to be 1.37×10–6 mol L–1. A possible reaction mechanism was discussed. The effect of interferences and surfactants on the determination of was also investigated. The proposed method was applied to determine superoxide dismutase activity in garlic, scallion, and onion with satisfactory results.  相似文献

The condensation of 4-pyridylacetone, m-nitrobenzaldehyde, and cyanoacetamide (cyanothioacetamide) in the presence of bases was used to obtain 5-pyridyl-substituted 6-methyl-4-(m-nitrophenyl)-3-cyanopyridin-2(1H)-ones, the corresponding pyridine-2(1H)-thiones, and their hydrogenated analogs. 2-Carbamoylmethylthiopyridine was isolated in the alkylation of 5-(4-pyridyl)pyridine-2(1H)-thione with iodoacetamide under mild conditions, while 2-carbamoylthio-5-(N-carbamoylmethyl-4-pyridyl)pyridine iodide was isolated under more severe conditions.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 12, pp. 1674–1679, December, 1991.  相似文献

First Magnetoplumbite Structure Including Rare Earth Ions: Nd2Fe Fe Al9O38 The hitherto unknown compound Nd2Fe15Al9O38 with magnetoplumbite structure was prepared. The symmetry of the isolated red-brown single crystals was determined by X-ray single crystal work (space group D? P63//mmc; a = 568.7; c = 2 223 pm; Z = 2) and the distribution of Fe and Al to the metal positions was identified.  相似文献
