We prepared a novel fluorous deoxy-fluorination reagent N,N-diethyl-α,α-difluoro-[3,5-bis(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl)benzyl]amine (1b) from 3,5-diiodobenzoic acid (3b) via N,N-diethyl-3,5-bis(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl)benzamide (2b) in four steps and used it for the fluorination of alcohols and diols. After the fluorination reactions, the isolation of the products and recovery of 2b was performed by extraction with a fluorous/organic solvent system.  相似文献

Novel 1H,6H-pyranyl[4,3-c][2]benzopyrane-1,6-diones, meshimakobnol A and B, were isolated from natural Phellinus linteus fruit body. The structure elucidation of these fused aromatic compounds was achieved by a spectroscopic method including the measurement of FG-HMBC with various delay times.  相似文献

An aminooxy-containing peptide, the nucleophile partner for oxime ligations, is usually grafted on a NH2-peptide resin by activating a protected aminooxyacetic acid as an active ester. Here, we have shown that its subsequent coupling to NH2-peptide resin competes with the overacylation of the -NH-O- nitrogen and that the overacylation level increases with the basicity of the reaction mixture. Moreover, we found that overacylation is prevented when the COOH of the Aoa-derivatives is engaged in an amide bond.  相似文献

An expeditious one-pot synthesis of 2,3-diaryl/2-aryl-3-heteroaryl-1,3-thiazolidin-4-ones and 1-aryl-1H,3H-thiazolo[3,4-a]benzimidazoles have been accomplished by condensing hetero/aromatic amine, 2-mercaptoacetic acid, aromatic aldehyde and 1,2-phenylenediamine, 2-mercaptoacetic acid and aromatic aldehyde, respectively, in ionic liquids, viz, 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium tetrafluoroborate and 1-methoxyethyl-3-methylimidazolium trifluoroacetate.  相似文献

The known cholinesterase inhibitory capability of the Amarylidaceae alkaloid galanthamine prompted preparation of analogs in which the position of the nitrogen within the azepine ring is altered. The analogs 6H-benzofuro[3a,3,2-e,f][1]benzazepine and 6H-benzofuro[3a,3,2-e,f][3]benzazepine were prepared in 19 and 2.5%, respectively, following Kametani and Shimizu approaches, respectively. The aniline derivative 6H-benzofuro[3a,3,2-e,f][1]benzazepine failed to undergo most of the reactions typical for galanthamine. Thus, it neither oxidized to the analogous narwedine, nor epimerized to the analogous epigalanthamine, nor reduced to the lycoramine analog, under the conditions used for galanthamine.  相似文献

Novel condensation reaction of tropone with N-substituted and N,N′-disubstitued barbituric acids in Ac2O afforded 5-(cyclohepta-2′,4′,6′-trienylidene)pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (8a-f) in moderate to good yields. The 13C NMR spectral study of 8a-f revealed that the contribution of zwitterionic resonance structures is less important as compared with that of 8,8-dicyanoheptafulvene. The rotational barriers (ΔG) around the exocyclic double bond of mono-substituted derivatives 8a-c were obtained to be 14.51-15.03 kcal mol−1 by the variable temperature 1H NMR measurements. The electrochemical properties of 8a-f were also studied by CV measurement. Upon treatment with DDQ, 8a-c underwent oxidative cyclization to give two products, 7 and 9-substituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborates (11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4) in various ratios, while that of disubstituted derivatives 8d-f afforded 7,9-disubstituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborate (11d-f·BF4) in good yields. Similarly, preparation of known 5-(1′-oxocycloheptatrien-2′-yl)-pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (14a-d) and novel derivatives 14e,f was carried out. Treatment of 14a-c with aq. HBF4/Ac2O afforded two kinds of novel products 11a-c·BF4 and 12a,c·BF4 in various ratios, respectively, while that of 14d-f afforded 11d-f. The product ratios of 11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 observed in two kinds of cyclization reactions were rationalized on the basis of MO calculations of model compounds 20a and 21a. The spectroscopic and electrochemical properties of 11a-f·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 were studied, and structural characterization of 11c·BF4 based on the X-ray crystal analysis and MO calculation was also performed.  相似文献

In the course of the chemical synthesis of human protein mitogaligin, we present here a simple method to prepare peptide thioesters using Fmoc chemistry. The hydroxyl side chain of serine was reacted with a trichloroacetimidate Wang resin to anchor it on solid phase. After peptide elongation and orthogonal unmasking of the C-terminus, the amino thioester was introduced under optimized conditions to avoid epimerization.  相似文献

A new class of chemosensors based on the 1′,3,3′,4-tetrahydrospiro[chromene-2,2′-indole] ring system, which detects cyanide with high specificity, is described. These chemosensors show a distinct color change when treated with cyanide in acetonitrile solution buffered with sodium phosphate, and this procedure is not affected by the presence of other common anions. The chemisensors exhibit high sensitivity to low concentrations of cyanide, meeting the European Union water quality control criterion of sensitivity below 0.05 mg L−1, and show a very fast response within tens of seconds. The mechanism for detection is rationalized by the nucleophilic substitution of the phenolic oxygen atom at the indoline C-2 atom by the cyanide anion to form a stable indolylnitrile adduct and to generate the colored 4-nitrophenolate chromophore. These chemosensors can be synthesized by a simple procedure from commercially available starting materials.  相似文献

The synthesis and properties of 4,9-methanoundecafulvene [5-(4,9-methanocycloundeca-2′,4′,6′,8′,10′-pentaenylidene)pyrimidine-2,4,6(1,3,5H)-trione] derivatives 8a,b were studied. Their structural characteristics were investigated on the basis of the 1H and 13C NMR and UV-vis spectra. The rotational barrier (ΔG) around the exocyclic double bond of 8a was found to be 12.55 kcal mol−1 by the variable temperature 1H NMR measurement. The electrochemical properties of 8a,b were also studied by CV measurement. Furthermore, the transformation of 8a,b to 3-substituted 7,12-methanocycloundeca[4,5]furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-diones 16a,b was accomplished by oxidative cyclization using DDQ and subsequent ring-opening and ring-closure. The structural details and chemical properties of 16a,b were clarified. Reaction of 16a with deuteride afforded C13-adduct 19 as the single product, and thus, the methano-bridge controls the nucleophilic attack to prefer endo-selectivity. The photo-induced oxidation reaction of 16a and a vinylogous compound, 3-methylcyclohepta[4,5]furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(3H)-dione 2a, toward some amines under aerobic conditions were carried out to give the corresponding imines (isolated by converting to the corresponding 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones) with the recycling number of 6.1-64.0 (for 16a) and 2.7-17.2 (for 2a), respectively.  相似文献

A model [6+5] segment coupling process involving a C-terminal valine hexapeptide acid and a resin-attached pentapeptide amide, which N-terminated in a hindered Aib unit, was examined using a variety of HOAt-derived coupling reagents. The synthesis characterized by cationic olefin cyclizations accomplished using ketone enol esters and odor of novel (1R,6S)- and (1S,6R)-2,2,6-trimethylcyclohexyl methyl ketones (5) are described. The stereoselective syntheses of (E)-(1R,6S)- and (E)-(1S,6R)-1-(2,2,6-trimethylcyclohexyl)-2-buten-1-one (6) and (1R,6S)-ethyl 2,2,6-trimethylcyclohexylcarboxylate (7), useful raw materials for flavor and fragrance, starting from the (1R,6S)- and (1S,6R)-5 are also described.  相似文献

A convenient synthetic approach to 2-[1-(dialkylamino)alkyl]-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-4-ones has been developed. Thus, 1,1-dimethylethyl 2-isocyanobenzoates, which can be readily prepared from 2-nitrobenzoic acids by a simple four-step sequence, react with N,N-dialkyliminium iodides without using any catalysts under mild conditions to give the desired products in generally fair-to-good yields.  相似文献

Excess enthalpies of binary mixtures between each of alkane-1-amines {CnH2n+1NH2, n=3-8} and methyl methylthiomethyl sulfoxide (MMTSO) or dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) have been determined at 298.15 K. All mixtures showed positive enthalpy changes over the whole range of mole fractions.The limiting excess partial molar enthalpies of the aliphatic amines, H1E,∞, of all the mixtures with MMTSO or DMSO studied were smaller than those of MMTSO or DMSO, H2E,∞, respectively. Linear relations are obtained between limiting excess partial molar enthalpies and number of methylene groups.  相似文献

The design and preparation of stable cyanide-bearing six-coordinate complexes of formula [MIII(L)(CN)x](x + l − m)− (M = trivalent transition metal ion and L = polydentate blocking ligand) are summarized here. Their use as ligands towards either fully hydrated metal ions or coordinatively unsaturated preformed species, to afford a wide variety of low-dimensional metal assemblies whose nuclearity, dimensionality and magnetic properties can be tuned, is also reviewed. Special emphasis is put on the appropriate choice of the end-cap ligand L whose denticity determines the number of coordinated cyanide groups in the mononuclear precursors. Among the different new spin topologies obtained through this rational synthetic strategy, ferromagnetically coupled 4,2-ribbon like bimetallic chains which exhibit slow magnetic relaxation and hysteresis effects (chain as magnets) are one of the most appealing and constitute the heart of the present contribution.  相似文献

More than one century ago, Lippmann found that capillary forces can be effectively controlled by external electrostatic forces. As a simple example, by applying a voltage between a conducting liquid droplet and the surface it is sitting on we are able to adjust the wetting angle of the drop. Since Lippmann's findings, electrocapillary phenomena – or electrowetting – have developed into a series of tools for manipulating microdroplets on solid surfaces, or small amounts of liquids in capillaries for microfluidic applications. In this article, we briefly review some recent progress of fundamental understanding of electrowetting and address some still unsolved issues. Specifically, we focus on static and dynamic electrowetting. In static electrowetting, we discuss some basic phenomena found in DC and AC electrowetting, and some theories about the origin of contact angle saturation. In dynamic electrowetting, we introduce some studies about this rather recent area. At last, we address some other capillary phenomena governed by electrostatics and we give an outlook that might stimulate further investigations on electrowetting.  相似文献

In both reactions, the fluorocarboxylate anion acts as the leaving group. For the corresponding 3-(fluoroiodoacetoxy) derivative this observation precludes the application of the intramolecular Wittig-Horner synthesis to modify quinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-diones by the annulation of a fluorinated but-2-enolide moiety.  相似文献

Cu2+ complexes with peptides containing three histidine residues have very specific metal binding abilities and can mimic the structures of various multi-histidine metal binding sites in proteins. The main goal of the work concerns the investigations of coordination abilities of the group of N-terminally protected Ac-His-Arg-His-Gly-His-Gly, Ac-His-Gly-His-Arg-His-Gly, Ac-Gly-His-His-Arg-His-Gly and Ac-His-His-Gly-His-Arg-Gly, and their unprotected analogs His-Arg-His-Gly-His-Gly, His-Gly-His-Arg-His-Gly, Gly-His-His-Arg-His-Gly and His-His-Gly-His-Arg-Gly towards Cu2+ ions. Detailed spectroscopic (UV/Vis, CD and EPR) and potentiometric studies have been made. The stoichiometry and binding mode for each ligand–Cu2+ system were determined.  相似文献
