The cross sections and energy distributions of photoprotons measured mainly with (e, e'p) reactions on heavy nuclei are summarized. Isospin effects in this reaction are discussed for the IAR and isospin splitting of GDR. These effects for the proton energy distributions are theoretically calculated with the simple shell model and the results show qualitative agreement with the experimental results. Detailed experimental results which can not be explained by the present theory are also discussed.  相似文献

Gamma-decay modes and spin(-parity) assignments of levels in25Mg have been systematically investigated up to 10 MeV excitation energy by particle-γ-ray angularcorrelation measurements with the24Mg(d, pγ) reaction at 6.5 MeV bombarding energy and with the22Ne(α,) reaction at 11.8, 12.5, 14.4 and 15.5 MeV bombarding energy. A level scheme has been established which is comprehensive up to 8.3 MeV excitation energy forI≦9/2 and up to 10 MeV for 9/2O d 5/2 — 1s 1/2-O d 3/2 shell and the unifieds-d shell Hamiltonian. The agreement is good to excellent. The first intruder states are located near 6.8 MeV excitation energy. The collective properties of25Mg beyond the well established rotational bands are investigated using both the new experimental information and theB(E2)'s obtained from the shell model. The spectrum of25Mg is completely rotational for the first five to six MeV above the yrast line. Shell modelB (M 1)'s reflect the Nilsson model structure of25Mg in great detail. The prospectiveI π=9/2?, 13/2?, and 15/2? members of the established negative-parity,K=1/2 band are found in levels atE x=7801, 9410, and 8896 keV.  相似文献

The reactions24Mg(d,p γ) and27Al(d,α γ) have been used to study the main γ-decay modes of all bound and several unbound levels in25Mg up toE x=8 574 keV. The relevance of the data with respect to the rotational model is discussed.  相似文献

Photoproton spectra from 27Al were measured from 14.8 to 27.6 MeV excitation energy in 400 keV steps. From these, high resolution photoproton cross sections to low-lying states of the residual 26Mg nucleus were deduced. The large integrated cross sections to these states justify the interpretation of the de-excitation γ-ray measurements which consistently indicate strong population of low-lying residual states following photodisintegration. Further, the results are discussed with reference to the particle-hole model. By examination of the microscopic configurations of the possible GDR states an explanation is proposed for the differences in the cross sections to various residual states. Finally, the results are compared with spectroscopic factors determined from pickup reactions on 27Al.  相似文献

Excitation functions for the 24Mg(p, γ)25Al capture reaction have been obtained for the beam energy range Ep = 0.2–2.3 MeV. The analysis of these data revealed the presence of the direct capture process to the low-lying states in 25Al at Ex(Jπ) = 0(52+), 452(12+), 945(32+), 2485(12+) and 3062 keV (32?). The presence of the weaker direct capture transitions is manifested through interference effects on the tails of the two broad resonances at Ep = 823 and 1623 keV. The deduced spectroscopic factors for these final states in 25Al are compared with the corresponding values from stripping data as well as model calculations. An astrophysical S-factor of S(0) ≈ 30 keV· b for this reaction has been obtained.  相似文献

We present analytic solutions of the Eilenberger equations for the low-frequency Green's functions corresponding to those quasiparticles whose trajectories pass near the center of an isolated vortex. Using these results we find that for type II superconductors in the temperature rangeT c ?T?T c 2F the order parameter and the supercurrent near the vortex center increase over a lengthξ 1ξ BCS T/T c (ξ BCS=BCS coherence length) and that the density of states at the Fermi surface isN 0 2π 3 ξ BCS 2 /3 In (ξ BCS/ξ 1). The results can be reproduced with the Bogoliubov equations for the elementary excitations. It is shown that this peculiar behavior is connected with the low-lying bound states in the vortex core. The differential cross-sections for the 24Mg(d, p)25Mg52+(g.s.) reactions at Ed = 15 Mev and 72+(1.61 MeV state) reaction at Ed = 14 and 15 MeV have been calculated using the full finite range CCBA code OUKID. It is shown that finite range effects are very important for these light ion reactions and that the deuteron D-state makes a negligible contribution at these energies.  相似文献

Angular distributions of differential cross sections and vector analyzing powers were measured forl=0, 1 and 2 transitions induced by the \(^{26} Mg\left( {\overrightarrow d ,\tau } \right)^{25} Na\) reaction at 52 MeV. The following spins and parities of final states in25Na were deduced:J π =1/2+ (1.069 MeV), 3/2+ (2.202 MeV), 5/2+ (2.914 MeV), 1/2? (3.995 MeV) and 3/2? (5.190, 5.690, 6.549 and 7.603 MeV). The DWBA analysis of proton and neutron pick-up spectra obtained from a parallel measurement of the26Mg(d, τ)25Na and26Mg(d, t)25Mg reactions allows the identification ofT=3/2 analog states in25Mg. Interpretation in terms of the Nilsson model of energies and spectroscopic factors of the first 1/2? and 3/2? hole states observed in proton pick-up reactions from even 1d 5/2- shell nuclei indicates a close correspondence of the final state deformations with those of the first excited 2+ states in the target nuclei.  相似文献

The population of T = 32 states in 25Mg from the giant dipole resonance in 26Mg was observed by the 26Mg (γ, ′) reaction. The previously reported result, that neutron decay between 18.9 MeV and 23.0 MeV proceeds mainly to these states, could not be confirmed. Therefore the isospin splitting of the giant resonance of 26Mg remains questionable.  相似文献

The paper deals with the photonucleon energy spectra for two branches of the giant resonance (T < andT >) on the basis of the microscopic theory of the pre-equilibrium decay. The first stage of the reaction is described by the wave function obtained by matrix diagonalization based on particle-hole configurations (T < andT >). The effectiveness of22Ne (a, n)25Mg reaction as a neutron source is examined at high temperatures 0.8?T 9?3.0 (T 9 is the temperature in units of 109 K). An assembly consisting of12C,16O, and22Ne is considered at the end of helium burning in some massive stars. Alpha particles necessary for this neutron producing reaction are assumed to be due to reactions involving12C and16O nuclei. Assuming22Ne as the only neutron absorber, the number density of neutrons is calculated. The mantles outside the cores of massive stars are possibly the physical sites for these reactions.  相似文献

Excitation energies and electromagnetic properties of the low energy spectra of21Ne and25Mg have been calculated using the Multi-Configuration-Hartree-Fock (MCHF) model. BothT=0 andT=1 pairing correlations are found to be simultaneously important in those odd mass nuclei. Spin assignments have been made to the25Mg levels in theE x=5–6 MeV region fromγ-ray angular distributions measured in the22Ne(α, n y) reaction atE α=8.0 and 8.8 MeV and fromp-γ angular correlations measured in the24Mg(d, p γ) reaction atE d=6 MeV. Unique spin assignments ofJ=7/2, 5/2, 5/2, and 9/2 could be made to the levels atE x=5005, 5511, 5851, and 5967 keV, respectively. Ambigious assignments have been made to the levels atE x=5245, 5524, 5785, 6032 keV (J=11/2, 7/2), 5455 keVJ=13/2, 9/2), and 5738 keV (J=3/2, 5/2). The present data confirm previous assignments ofJ=1/2 to the levels atE x=5108 and 5466 keV, respectively. Lifetime estimates have been obtained, using the Doppler-shift attenuation method, for the levels atE x=5245 keV (τ=30–60 fs), 5785 keV (τ=50–100 fs), 5967 keV (τ=50–100 fs), and 5455 keV (τ>1ps). All other levels in theE x=5–6 MeV region haveτ<60 fs. A breakdown of theK-selection rule has been observed in theγ-decay of some high spin states, indicating a deviation from the strong coupling model.  相似文献

The strengths of resonances in 25Mg(p, γ)26Al have been measured in the energy range Ep = 600–1730 keV. Several serious disagreements with previously published results are reported. Thermonuclear reaction rates are calculated for the temperature range (0.5–10) × 109 K for production of 26Al in its ground state and in its isomeric first excited state. Total thermonuclear reaction rates are compared with those calculated from statistical-model cross sections and, even in energy ranges where the experimental cross section derives from widely spaced resonances, the agreement is very good. The establishment of a thermal population of 26Al excited states in a stellar environment is discussed, with both electromagnetic transitions and proton inelastic and superelastic scattering as the thermalising processes.  相似文献

Nuclear magnetic resonance of 29Si and 25Mg in natural abundance has been observed in Cr3+ doped Mg2SiO4 after cooling the nuclear spin system by dynamic nuclear polarization. The quadrupole coupling tensors of 25Mg at the 4a and 4c positions have been determined.  相似文献

Photoproton energy spectra have been measured for the 90,91Zr(γ,P)89,90Y reactions at an Eγ endpoint energy of 30 MeV, and for the 90,91Zr,(e, e'p)89,90Y reactions at a number of different electron beam energies around Ee = 21 MeV. Isotopically enriched target foils of metallic 90Zr(97.65%) and 91Zr(89.2%) were used, and the proton spectra measured at 90°. Prominent proton groups are observed in the 91Zr spectra, particularly around Ep ≈ 11 MeV, which closely resemble groups produced in the 90Zr photoreactions. Moreover, the correlating non-ground state proton groups are being produced in transitions leaving the corresponding 89Y, 90Y residual nuclei in excited levels which also correlate in energy. These photoproton groups from 90Zr have previously been identified as representing T> strength. A qualitative explanation is proposed in terms of the core-excitation model, in which the structure in the 91Zr proton spectrum is described as representing dipole T> (T = 132) strength formed by coupling the 2d52 neutron to dipole T> (T = 6) excitations of a 90Zr core.  相似文献
