Trinucleon molecular structures in 6He and 6Be were investigated by using the 6Li(7Li, 7Be)6He reaction at 455 MeV and 6Li(3He, t)6Be reaction at 450 MeV, respectively. Binary decays into t + t from a broad state at E x =18.0±1.0 MeV in 6He and into 3He + 3He from one at E x =18.0±1.2 MeV in 6Be, respectively, were observed by measuring trinucleon cluster decays in coincidence with reaction particles. The branching ratios for binary decay were estimated to be about 0.7 for 6He and 6Be. These large branching ratios show that a trinucleon cluster state exists as an isobaric partner around E x =18 MeV in 6He and 6Be.  相似文献

Angular distributions of tritons from the 6Li(n, t)4He reaction were measured at En = 7.25, 6.77, 6.57, 5.24 and 4.71 MeV. Angular distributions of douterons from respectively, the 6Li(n, d)5He two-body breakup reaction were measured at En = 6.77 and 6.57 MeV, and of protons from the 6Li(n, p)6He reaction at En = 6.77, 5.24 and 4.71 MeV. All these reactions in 6Li were analyzed as direct interaction in the formalism of the distorted wave Born approximation. The optical model for the nuclear interaction was found to apply reasonably well to nuclei as light as 4He, 5He, 6He and 6Li. In addition, 6Li as an alpha-deuteron cluster gives the best bound-state wave function to describe the experimental angular distribution of tritons. The excitation functions at forward angles of the 6Li(n, t)4He, 6Li(n, d)5He and 6Li(n, p)6He reactions were measured for incident neutron energies between 4.4 and 7.3 MeV. It is found that the 6Li(n, d)5He two-body breakup reaction has a threshold at about En = 5.3 MeV. Angular distributions at En = 18.3 MeV for tritons and protons from the 9Be(n, t)7Li and 9Be(n, p)9Li, respectively, were also measured.  相似文献

The principal mechanism of the 6Li(6Li, 2α)α reaction for E0 = 36 to 46 MeV is the formation and sequential decay of 8Be levels near Ex = 11, 17, and 20 MeV. In contrast to previous results obtained at lower bombarding energies, the cross section for the direct reaction involving a spectator α-particle is, under the most favorable conditions, only one third of that for excitation of these 8Be levels.  相似文献

The data for the 7Li + 9Be and 7Be + 9Be elastic scattering at the energies E lab(7Li) = 15.75 , 24, 30, 34, 63 and 130MeV and E lab(7Be) = 17 , 19 and 21MeV were analyzed within the optical model and coupled-reaction-channels method. The elastic and inelastic scattering, reorientation of 7Li , 7Be and 9Be as well as most important transfer reactions were included in the coupled-channels scheme. The resulting 7Li and 7Be potentials are very similar and have the same energy dependence. The real potential for recently derived 8Be + 9Be scattering potentials is very similar to that for 7Li , 7Be but the imaginary part of the 8Be one has a much greater strength at longer range.  相似文献

Elastic scattering angular distributions have been measured for 7Be + 9Be system at Elab = 17, 19 and 21 MeV in the angular range θcm=26–58°, and for 7Li + 9Be system at Elab= 15.75, 24 and 30 MeV. An optical model (OM) analysis of these data have been carried out. For the 7Li + 9Be system fusion cross sections were obtained at Elab = 15.75, 24 and 30 MeV by measuring the α-evaporation spectra from the compound nucleus at backward angles. The measured α-evaporation spectra were reproduced by the statistical model calculations and fusion cross sections were extracted therefrom. The ratios of the experimental fusion cross sections to the total reaction cross sections (obtained form OM analysis) were found to be rather small. This result suggests that break-up process has a strong influence on fusion process leading to a reduction in fusion cross section.  相似文献

Angular distributions of the10B(α,7Li)7Be reaction were measured atE lab = 91.8 MeV in the entire center of mass angular region. A DWBA analysis explains the reaction as triton and helion transfer in the forward and backward angular regions, respectively.  相似文献

Excitation functions for 12C(6Li, 6Li)12C (gs, 4.43 MeV) have been measured at 10 angles (40° ? θcm ? 160°) over the energy range 20 MeV < Elab < 36 MeV. A single anomaly of width Γ ≈ 800 keV is observed at Elab = 22.8 MeV. The results casts doubts on the resonant two-step α-exchange mechanism suggested to occur in this system.  相似文献

Angular distributions of the12C(d,7Li)7Be reaction to the ground and to the unresolved first excited states of7Li or7Be nuclei were measured in the entire angular region in the centre of mass system atE lab=78.0 MeV. Both the one-step five-nucleon cluster transfer as well as two-step sequential transfers were considered in the theoretical analysis. The former mechanism was found to dominate, but the latter is also not negligible.  相似文献

The 3He(τ,γ)6Be capture reaction has been studied for 3He bombarding energies from 12 to 27, MeV. Transitions to the first excited state in 6Be(T = 1, 2+) are readily seen. Transitions to the ground state in 6Be (T = 1, 0+) are very weak and their presence could not be ascertained. The 90° excitation function for these transitions shows a broad maximum centered at Eτ = 23 ±1 MeV. This is interpreted as a resonance in the compound nucleus 6Be at Ex = 23.0±0.5 MeV with a configuration other than 3He+3He. These results are compared with other experimental work as well as with theoretical predictions.  相似文献

Angular distributions of 6Li+6Li elastic scattering were measured for Elab = 5–40 MeV. An optical model analysis of these data together with older data of 7Li+7Li elastic scattering taken at Elab = 8–17 MeV was performed with the aim to search for a “global” OM potential which describes elastic scattering in both LiLi systems in a broad energy range. Both surface and volume absorbing potentials can be found which fulfill this requirement if a linear energy dependence is assumed of the depths of the real as well as the imaginary potential. These depths, if fitted to individual angular distributions, are found to vary in a correlated manner with the beam energy. This is taken as indication of strong coupling between elastic, inelastic, and reaction channels. This is corroborated by the existence of resonances in reaction channels at these energies where the potential depths are most pronouncedly changing.  相似文献

The (6Li, 7Be) and (6Li, 7Li) reactions on 6Li and 7Li nuclei were investigated in the angular interval 0°–20° in the laboratory system at a 6Li energy of 93 MeV. In addition to low-lying states of the 5,6He and 5,6Li nuclei, broad structures were observed near the t(3He)+d and t(3He)+t thresholds at the excitation energies of 16.75 (3/2+) and ~20 MeV (for 5He), 16.66 (3/2+) and ~20 MeV (5Li), 14.0 and 25 MeV (6He), and ~20 MeV (6Li). The angular distributions measured in the 7Li(6Li, 7Be)6He reaction for transitions to the ground state (0+) and excited states at E x=1.8 MeV (2+) and 14.0 MeV of the 6He nucleus were analyzed by the finite-range distorted-wave method assuming the 1p-and 1s-proton pickup mechanism. The (6Li, 7Be) and (6Li, 7Li) reactions were shown to proceed predominantly through the one-step pickup mechanism, and the broad structures observed at high excitation energies are considered as quasimolecular states of the t(3He)+d and t(3He)+t types.  相似文献

Fusion excitation functions are measured for the system 6Li + 28Si using the characteristic $ \gamma$ -ray method, encompassing both the sub-barrier and above-barrier regions, viz, E lab = 7-24 MeV. Two separate experiments were performed, one for the above-barrier region ( E lab = 11-24 MeV) and another for the below-barrier region ( E lab = 7-10 MeV). The results were compared with our previously measured fusion cross-section for the 7Li + 28Si system. We observed the enhancement of the fusion cross-section at sub-barrier regions for both 6Li and 7Li , but the yield was substantially larger for 6Li . However, for well-above-barrier regions, a similar type of suppression was identified for both the systems.  相似文献

Quasielastic scattering angular distributions have been measured for the 7Be + 9Be system at E lab = 17 , 19 and 21MeV in the angular range $ \theta_{{cm}}^{}$ = 24° - 57° . An optical model (OM) analysis of these data has been carried out in order to extract optical potential parameters and reaction cross-sections. One-proton stripping cross-sections were also measured for this system at E lab = 19 and 21MeV. These transfer angular-distribution data were compared with the finite-range distorted-wave Born approximation (FRDWBA) calculations. For the 7Li + 9Be system quasielastic scattering angular distributions were measured and emitted light charged particles were detected at E lab = 15.75 , 24.00 and 30.00MeV in the angular range $ \theta_{{cm}}^{}$ = 7° - 70° . Fusion cross-sections were obtained by reproducing the measured $ \alpha$ -evaporation spectra from the compound nucleus at backward angles with the statistical model calculations. The ratios of the experimental fusion cross-sections to the total reaction cross-sections (obtained from OM analysis) were found to be small. This result suggests that the break-up process has a strong influence on the fusion process leading to a reduction in the fusion cross-section.  相似文献

The energy spectra of 6He nuclei from the 90Zr(6Li, 6He) reaction at E6Li = 93 MeV have been measured over the angular range of 7 ° ? θlab ? 20 °. The theoretical DWBA analysis of these spectra and angular distributions was performed employing transition densities of bound and resonance states obtained on the basis of the theory of finite Fermi systems. It is shown that up to excitation energies of Ex ≈ 10 MeV in 90Nb a direct charge-exchange mechanism dominates in this reaction, while at higher Ex the contribution made by multistep processes increases significantly. It is also shown that the quasi-elastic cross section is determined by a sum of partial contributions of spin-isospin-flip transitions with multipolarities L=0 through L=6.  相似文献

The angular distributions of deuterons from the 6Li(α, d)8Be reaction corresponding to the 0+ ground state and the 2.9 MeV (2+) state in8Be have been measured at Eα = 17.3, 23.3 and 25.1 MeV. The excitation functions for this reaction have been measured at seven emission angles in the region from 12 up to 25 MeV. The experimental angular distributions are compared with theoretical predictions obtained using DWBA stripping calculations and the plane wave approximation (PWA) for various direct processes. It is shown that the experimental angular distributions can be described throughout the angular region using the simple mechanisms associated with the break-up of the 6Li target nuc clusters and heavy-particle stripping. The interference of these processes is taken into account.  相似文献

The 25Mg(d, 6Li)21Ne and 27Al(d, 6Li)23Na reactions were studied with a broad-range magnetic spectrograph at Ed = 55 MeV with an energy resolution of ~ 40 keV. Angular distributions were obtained from θlab = 10°–37° for some eighty transitions to states up to Ex ? 9.5 MeV. The data were analyzed with zero-range and finite-range DWBA. Experimental spectroscopic factors are compared with those predicted by the SU(3) model and by microscopic shell-model calculations made with the Chung-Wildenthal interaction in the full (1sd)n space.  相似文献

The elastic scattering and the 6He angular distributions were measured in 7Li + 7Li reaction at two energies, E lab = 20 and 25 MeV. FRDWBA calculations have been performed to explain the measured 6He data. The calculations were very sensitive to the choice of the optical model potentials in entrance and exit channels. The one-step proton transfer was found to be the dominant reaction mechanism in 6He production.   相似文献

Elastic and inelastic scattering of 7Li by 58Ni at Elab = 14.2 and 20.3 MeV is investigated theoretically, special emphasis being laid on polarization phenomena. A parameter-independent study shows second-rank tensor interactions to be the main origin of tensor analyzing powers for both elastic and inelastic scattering. Coupled-channel (CC) calculations using cluster-folding interactions which include the tensor terms are found to be successful in reproducing the data for cross sections and vector and tensor analyzing powers, when projectile excitation effects are sufficiently taken into account. Scattering of 6Li by 58Ni at Elab = 20.0 MeV is also investigated by the CC calculation, where successes similar to the 7Li case are obtained in understanding experimental data.  相似文献

Six quasi-stationary states of 13Be populated in the 14C(11B,12N) 13Be reaction at Elab = 190 MeV are reported. A Q-value = −39.60(9) MeV and a mass excess, M.E.= 33.95(9) MeV, have been found for the lowest observed spectral line. The ground state is unstable with respect to one-neutron emission by 0.80(9) MeV. Excitation energies of 1.22(10), 2.10(16), 4.14(12), 5.09(14) and 7.0(2) MeV have been obtained for the observed spectral lines.  相似文献
