Differential cross sections and analysing powers for transitions to many residual states of 12C below 20 MeV excitation energy have been measured for the (p̄, d) reaction on 13C at 119 MeV. Distorted wave Born approximation calculations using either adiabatic or conventional deuteron elastic scattering potentials were unable to adequately reproduce the cross-section and analysing power data for the strongest observed transitions. In order to improve the fits to both these sets of data it was necessary to include an imaginary spin-orbit term in the deuteron potential. The spectroscopic factors deduced in this analysis are, however, smaller than theoretical predictions. The mechanisms for the population of the observed weak residual states are discussed semi- quantitatively, and for the higher excitation energy region, a comparison to the known level structure of 12C is made.  相似文献

The angular distributions of the (p, d), (d, t) and(3He, ) reactions on13C have been analysed within the framework of DWBA in which additional information on nuclear vertex constants was introduced. Although all these reactions seem to be similar single nucleon transfer, their mechanism is shown to be quite different and so is the information extracted thereof. While from the (p, d) reactions spectroscopic factors may be extracted unambiguously, from the (d, t) reactions it is possible to obtain directly the values of vertex constants only, which in turn are consistent with those determined by extrapolation of the experimental cross sections of the (p, d) reactions to the pole.In the case of (3He, ) reactions, however, the analysis indicates inadequacy of the DWBA concerning the calculations of central partial amplitudes. For a more reliable extraction of structural information, besides the correct normalization of peripheral amplitudes, a contribution of more complex mechanisms must be taken into account.  相似文献

We have studied the 1?C(d,p)1?C reaction in inverse kinematics using the Helical Orbit Spectrometer at Argonne National Laboratory. Prior studies of electromagnetic-transition rates in 1?C suggested an exotic decoupling of the valence neutrons from the core in that nucleus. Neutron-adding spectroscopic factors give a different probe of the wave functions of the relevant states in 1?C. Shell-model calculations reproduce both the present transfer data and the previously measured transition rates, suggesting that 1?C may be described without invoking very exotic phenomena.  相似文献

The angular distribution of the 12C(7Li,6He)13N reaction at E(7Li) = 44.0 MeV was measured at the HI-13 tandem accelerator of Beijing, China. The asymptotic normalization coefficient (ANC) of 13N → 12C + p was derived to be (1.64 ± 0.11) fm-1/2 through the distorted wave Born approximation (DWBA) analysis. The ANC was then used to deduce the astrophysical S (E) factors and reaction rates for the 12C(p,γ)13N direct capture reaction at energies of astrophysical relevance.  相似文献

The 13C(7Li, 6He) 14 N0,1 reactions were measured at E (7Li) = 34 MeV with the Q3D magnetic spectrometer of the HI-13 tandem accelerator, and the first peaks of the angular distributions were obtained for the first time. The 14N0,1 proton spectroscopic factors were extracted to be 0.67±0.09 and 0.73±0.10 , respectively. Using the 13C(p, ??) 14N direct capture S dc(E) factors derived by the spectroscopic factors, the direct measurement data for both 1? and 0? resonances were well fitted via updating the resonance parameters, and then the total astrophysical 13C(p, ??) 14N S(E) factors and reaction rates were determined at stellar energies. The present work offers an independent examination to the existing results of the 13 C(p, ??) 14N reaction.  相似文献

A detailed theoretical analysis of spin degrees of freedom in carbon isotopes is performed, probing them by electron scattering, pion photoproduction and radiative pion capture from the mesoatomic orbits.Dedicated by the co-authors to the memory of J. Gmitro.The present paper is one of the last works made together with our colleague Marian Gmitro. We had to complete it without him. The energy dependence of the proton polarizationP has been measured for a fixed reaction angle of 52 degrees by p-He4 elastic scattering.P varies rapidly with the deuteron energyE d . 本实验测量了C~(12)(d,p)C~(13)及Ca~(40)(d,p)Ca~(41)基态反应质子群的角分布和微分截面。氘核能量为13.3MeV,对C~(12)和Ca~(40)的反应,其测量角度范围分别为3°—167°和10°—164°,每隔2.5°或5°测量一点,其主要结果如下:(1)对于这两群质子,在主削裂峯附近的实验点和用简单Butler理论算得的理论角分布曲线都符合得相当好;理论计算数据对实验数据在主峯处归一;由此而定得的核能级参数与前人所得到的是一致的。(2)大角度区的实验截面数值没有减小到象Butler理论所要求的那样小,并有非常明显的次极大出现,其位置与Butler理论所预言的不一致;这些特点可以用扭曲波理论来解释,非氘核削裂机制也可能有部分贡献。(3)在C~(12)(d,p)C~(13)反应中,前角度区的截面有很大下降,而后角区则有明显的增加,这些现象都和Butler理论不一致;然而,这也可以用扭曲波来解释。(4)用主峯处的截面和Butler理论算得的基态的约化宽度,对C~(12)(d,p)C~(13)和Ca~(40)(d,p)Ca~(41)反应分别为r~2=0.17和0.041;用扭曲波理论计算时,则得到较大的r~2值,后者更接近于单粒子模型所预言的数值,基于上面这些事实,对本实验的数据使用扭曲波理论来进行分析似乎是值得的。  相似文献

The astrophysical factor of the 8B(p, γ )9C reaction at zero energy, S 18(0), is determined from three-body model analysis of 9C breakup processes. The elastic breakup 208Pb(9C,p 8B)208Pb at 65 MeV/nucleon and the one-proton removal reaction of 9C at 285 MeV/nucleon on C and Al targets are calculated with the continuum-discretized coupled-channels method (CDCC) and the eikonal reaction theory (ERT), respectively. As a result of the present analysis, S 18(0) extracted from the two reactions shows good consistency, in contrast to in the previous studies.  相似文献

本实验测量了C~(12)(d,p)C~(13)和Ca~(40)(d,p)Ca~(41)两个基态反应质子群在六个角度上的极化值。在C~(12)的反应中,小角区的结果和前人的工作相近,和半经典符号规则j_n=l_n±1/2,P=(±)一致。θ_L=115°的数据是前人没有测量过的,我们得到P=0.529±0.068,在Ca~(40)的反应中,小角区数据的符号也和半经典符号规则一致,和Немeц及Boschitz的实验结果相同,而和Hird,Takeda及Bercaw的实验结果相反,看来这是由于入射能量不一样所致。因为在这些实验中,三个较高入射能量和三个较低入射能量的结果,都分别有一致的符号,把已发表的极化实验数据进行比较,可以看出,半经典符号规则还是有一定的参考价值,或者,可能找出一个修改后的符号规律,以供核能谱学应用。在有些情况下,我们看到,随着氘核能量的增加,极化角分布的图形似乎有向小角区移动的趋势,这可能是直接反应的一个特性。关于截面和极化角分布间的位置对应关系,我们认为,截面角分布的极小,除了可对应于极化的变号以外,还可能对应于极化绝对值的极大,截面角分布的极大也可能对应于极化的变号,对于这些现象,我们用粗糙的扭曲波理论进行了讨论。  相似文献

High energy γ-ray can be used for nuclear waste transmutation by using the giant dipole resonance(GDR). The photonuclear reaction ~(197)Au(γ, n) is known as a standard for studies on photoactivation experiments. The previous experiments on ~(197)Au(γ, n) have been performed with bremsstrahlung, positron annihilation in flight or laser Compton scattering γ-ray.In this work, a new mono-energetic γ-ray source based on ~(13)C(p, γ)~(14)N reaction is used to measure the cross section of ~(197)Au(γ, n) and the measured value is compared with the results obtained with other ways.  相似文献

The angular distribution of the ^13C(d,p)^14C reaction is reanalysed using the Johnson-Soper approach. The squared asymptotic normalization coefficient (ANC) of virtual decay ^14 C →^13 C^14+ n is then derived to be 21.4±5.0 fm^-1. The squared ANC and spectroscopic factor (SF) of ^14O→^13N +p are extracted to be 30.4± 7.1 fm^-1 and 1.94 ± 0.45, respectively. The astrophysical S-factors and reaction rates of ^13N(p, γ)140 are determined from the ANC of ^14O → ^13N + P using the R-matrix approach.  相似文献

The observation of an enhancement in the production of low energy pions in the Cu(p, +)X reaction is confirmed. The width of the bump is about 5 MeV around 350 MeV. A similar enhancement appears at 330 MeV for C(p, +)X but the width has not been measured. An attempt to observe this behaviour in Cu(p, )X is described. From the data one cannot conclude about the existence of a structure around 350 MeV proton energy. The lack of resolution in the spectrometer may have washed out the small effect expected from + measurements.  相似文献

在独立α集团模型下,利用扭曲波冲量近似(DWIA),计算了实验室系下入射能量为101.5MeV的敲出反应16O(p,pα)12C和实验室系下入射能量分别为90MeV和140MeV的敲出反应16O(α,2α)12C.得到的反应截面和谱因子与实验数据基本符合,比用壳模型的结果有了一定的改进,表明独立α集团模型能较好地描述α集团敲出反应的机理.  相似文献
