One new zinc coordination polymer,[Zn(NAA)2(4,4'-bpy)]n(1,HNAA = 1-naphthaleneacetic acid,4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine),has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Coordination polymer 1 is of monoclinic system,space group Cc with a = 9.8720(6),b = 16.7397(9),c = 17.0371(12) ,β = 104.8080(10)°,V = 2721.9(3)3,C34H26N2O4Zn,Z = 4,Mr = 591.94,Dc = 1.444 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 0.946 mm-1,F(000) = 1224,the final R = 0.0282 and wR = 0.0720 for 3300 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).1 exhibits an interesting one-dimensional chain structure.Furthermore,the luminescent property of 1 has also been investigated.  相似文献

A new metal-organic coordination polymer [Zn1.5(PDB)(bix)0.5(μ2-OH)]2n 1 (H2PDB = pyridine-3,4-dicarboxylic acid, bix = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2/c with a = 7.411(2), b = 7.848(3), c = 25.048(8), V = 1451.8(8)3, C28H22N6O10Zn3, Mr = 798.63, Dc = 1.827 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 2.529 mm-1, F(000) = 804, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0440 and wR = 0.1035 for 1952 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). It exhibits a three-dimensional framework structure. Moreover, its luminescent property has been investigated in the solid state.  相似文献

A new cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer,namely,[KCd2(edta)I]n(1,H4edta = ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid),has been prepared and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Crystallographic data for 1:C10H12Cd2IKN2O8,Mr = 679.02,monoclinic,space group P21/n,a = 9.870(5),b = 8.989(4),c = 19.082(10) ,β = 104.581(10)o,V = 1638.5(13) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 2.753 g/cm3,μ = 4.776 mm-1,F(000) = 1272,the final R = 0.0473 and wR = 0.1311 for 2846 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).Polymer 1 features a 2-D layered structure,in which each edta4-ligand chelates/bridges five adjacent six-/seven-coordinated Cd(Ⅱ) centers with all ten donors(eight oxygen and two nitrogen) involved with coordination.Additional iodide I-ions as counterions are bound to the Cd(Ⅱ) centers in a terminal mode and the potassium K+ ions are located in the layers and surrounded by O and I atoms from neighboring environment.The thermal stability of 1 has been discussed.  相似文献

A new Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn3(btec)(OH)2(H2O)2]n (1, btec = 1,2,4,5- benzenetetracarboxylate) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound crystallizes in mono- clinic, space group C2/c, with a = 19.580(3), b = 5.0137(8), c = 15.975(3), β = 121.629(2)°, V = 1335.3(4)3, C10H8O12Zn3, Mr = 516.27, Z = 4, Dc = 2.568g/cm3, μ = 5.419 mm-1, F(000) = 1016, R = 0.0590 and Rw = 0.1279 for 1110 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis shows that the asymmetric unit of the title compound contains two crystallographically unique Zn(Ⅱ) atoms which are connected through the bridging carboxylate oxygen atoms of the btec ligands and μ2-bridging oxygen atoms of water molecules to generate an infinite one-dimensional chain. The adjacent chains are linked together through the benzene rings of the btec ligands to form a two-dimensional polymeric network. The adjacent two-dimensional layers are further connected together by the benzene rings of btec ligands to give the final three-dimensional structure. The benzene rings act as pillars between two layers.  相似文献

A novel mixed-ligand coordination polymer [Pb(phen)(NNDS)(H2O)]n·n H2O(1) was obtained from the reaction of 1,10-phenanthroine(phen), Pb(OAc)2 and sodium 1-nitroso-2-naphthol-3,6-disulfonate(Na2NNDS) in a mixed solvent. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 11.5835(9), b = 14.6334(11), c = 13.9030(11) ?, β = 98.4180(10)o, V = 2331.3(3) ?3, Z = 4, Mr = 754.70, Dc = 2.150 mg/m3, μ = 7.483 mm-1, F(000) = 1456, the final R = 0.0430 and w R = 0.0841 for 4221 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The Pb(II) center is coordinated by six O and two N atoms showing a distorted dodecahedron configuration. The multidentate ligand of NNDS dianion exhibits peculiar coordination mode, and the two O atoms of two sulfonate anions bridge two Pb(II) cations into a dimer, and the O atom of nitroso group links the other dimer into 2D sheets extending in the [011] plane. There exist significant π-π stacking interactions between adjacent phen and NNDS. The 3D network is formed by 2D sheets interlinked by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. The thermostability of 1 was investigated by TG and DSC.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, [Zn2(m-bix)(p-bdc)2](1), was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions by a reaction of 1,3-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene(m-bix), 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid(H2p-bdc) and Zn(NO3)2. The colorless block crystals of complex 1(C30H22N4O8Zn2) belong to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.213(2), b = 12.052(2), c= 12.392(3) A, α = 82.97(3), β = 76.04(3), γ = 78.02(3)o, V = 1443.8(5) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.604 g/cm-3,Mr = 697.26, F(000) = 708, R = 0.0403 and w R = 0.0907 for 4886 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). In1, the tetrahedral ZnI I cations are linked by [p-bdc]2– anions into 2D sq1 networks, which are further connected by bix ligands forming an interesting 2-fold 4,4-connected mog-type 3D network with a point symbol of {4·64·8}2{42·62·82}. Complex 1 was characterized by elemental, IR spectroscopy,powder X-ray diffractions and thermalgravimetric analysis. In addition, complex 1 exhibits coordination induced photoluminescent property.  相似文献

A coordination polymer formulated as[Mn(5-pncH2)2H2O](1,5-pncH3=5-phosphono-1-naphthalenecarboxylic acid),was hydrothermally synthesized and magnetically characterized.Compound 1 features a three-dimensional structure in which the inorganic chains of[Mn(O-P-O)]n are cross-linked by the organic groups of phosphonate ligands.Magnetic measurements of 1 indicate that dominant antiferromagnetic interactions are mediated between the Mn centers.  相似文献

The final R=0.0634 and wR=0.1703 for 4291 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the title complex, the bta ligand acts as a four-dentate bridging ligand to link up cobalt atoms into a lamellar framework, which are further interlinked by the dib ligands to generate a binodal (3,8)-connected tfz-d net.  相似文献

The self-assembly of 5-bromoisophthalic acid (H2BIPA) with Tb(NO3)3·6H2O under hydrothermal conditions gives rise to a 3D coordination polymer, [Tb2(BIPA)3(CH3CH2OH)]n (1), which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 19.2591(17), b = 8.2537(7), c = 18.5663(17), β = 104.4720(10)°, V = 2857.6(4)3, C26H15Br3O13Tb2, Mr = 1092.95, Dc = 2.540 g/cm3, F(000) = 2040, μ = 9.173 mm-1 and Z = 4. The final R = 0.0324 and wR = 0.0767 for 5299 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Complex 1 displays an unusual three-dimensional (4,6)-connected network with (48.66.8)2(44.62)2(42.84) topology, which is different from [Tb(HBDC)(BDC)(H2O)4]·3.3H2O (BDC = isophthalate) because the -Br substituent of isophthalate results in different electronic effect and steric hindrance to change the coordination modes of carboxylate groups in the assembly process. Two helical one-dimensional complexes [MnII(MeOH)4][MnIV(L·)2]·2MeOH (1) and [MnIII(salen)][MnIII(L)2] (2) (H2L = HON=C(Ph)N=NC6H4CO2H) contain the noninnocent ligand [Mn(L·)2]2- and innocent low-spin [Mn(L)2]-. Intrachain anti-ferromagnetic interaction between adjacent manganese ions via the syn-anti carboxylate bridges in complex 1. A high dimensional copper coordination polymer {[Cu2(btb)2(H2O)4( -Mo8O26)] H2O}n(1, btb = 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butane) based on [ -Mo8O26]4 anions and flexible bis(triazole) ligands has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, single-crystal X-ray diffraction and thermal analysis. The crystallographic data show that complex 1 crystallizes in triclinic space group P with a = 9.7550(10), b = 10.3996(11), c = 10.9516(11), = 77.622(2), = 89.602(2), = 87.610(2), V = 1084.25(19)3, C16H34Cu2Mo8 N12O31, Mr = 1785.15, Dc = 2.734 g cm 3, μ(MoKα) = 3.303 mm 1, F(000) = 856, GOF = 1.060, Z = 1, the final R = 0.0376 and wR = 0.0982 for I > 2 (I). In 1, the inorganic building block [ -Mo8O26]4 anions are connected with each other to generate one-dimensional chains. Then the chains are further connected by Cu2+ ions to form a three-dimensional (3D) inorganic framework [Cu2( -Mo8O26)]n containing quadrangular channels, with the pcu alpha-Po primitive cubic topology. The btb ligands are encapsulated into the void of the 3D inorganic framework forming a new three-dimensional architecture. The thermal analysis illustrates that complex 1 retains a comparatively good thermal stability.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of 5-(pyridin-2-yl-methyl)aminoisophthalic acid(H2paip) with Mn(OAc)2·4H2O and Cu(NO3)2·3H2O produced two 2D complexes, [Mn(paip)]n·nH2O(1) and [Cu(paip)(H2O)]n(2). In complex 1, paip serves as a μ4-bridge, and its two carboxylate groups in μ2,η2-bridging and chelating modes connect Mn(Ⅱ) into 1D chains, which are further extended into a 2D layer through coordination of two chelating nitrogen atoms. However, paip in complex 2 acts as a μ3-bridge to link Cu(Ⅱ) into a 2D layer, in which two carboxylate groups function in a monodentate mode, and hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water and carboxylate oxygen atoms further extend the 2D layers into a 3D supramolecular network. The frameworks of complexes 1 and 2 are stable up to 470 and 250 ℃, respectively. Magnetic measurement shows that complex 2 possesses a weak antiferromagnetic interaction.  相似文献
