The hydrothermal reaction of Cd(OAc)2·H2O with 1,2-benzenedicarboxylate(1,2-BDC),imidazole and H2O resulted in the formation of a binuclear polymeric Cd(Ⅱ) complex {[Cd2(1,2-BDC)2(Im)4]·(H2O)}n which was then characterized by elemental analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal is of monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a = 14.6455(3),b = 9.3530(2),c = 23.7838(5) ,β = 106.6290(10)°,C112H104Cd8N32O36,Mr = 3373.47,V = 3121.64(11) 3,Dc = 1.795 g/cm3,F(000) = 1672,μ = 1.428 cm-1 and Z = 1.The final R = 0.0316 and wR = 0.0687 for 5045 reflections with I > 2σ(I).In the title complex,the two Cd(Ⅱ) ions are in different coordination environments with distorted octahedral and pengonal bipyramidal geometries,respectively.Two Cd polyhedra are linked together through one μ2-η1:η1 and one μ2-η1:η2 carboxylate groups from different 1,2-BDC ligands,giving rise to a binuclear Cd(Ⅱ) cluster,and such clusters are connected by bridged 1,2-BDC ligands to form a 2-D structure along the c axis.The inter-and intermolecular hydrogen bonds further connect the 2-D structures into a 3-D supramolecular network.  相似文献

A manganese(II) complex (tataH)2[Mn(pydc)2]·4H2O (C20H28MnN14O12, Mr = 711.50, tata = 2,4,6-triamino-1,3,5-triazine, pydcH2 = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 9.9847(3), b = 10.9813(3), c = 15.2616(5) , α = 101.5310(10), β = 90.2610(10), γ = 116.4600(10)°, V = 1459.44(8) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.619 g/cm3, μ = 0.539 mm–1, F(000) = 734, the final R = 0.0292 and wR = 0.0745. In the crystal the MnII atom is six-coordinated by four carbonyl oxygen atoms and two pyridine nitrogen atoms from two tridentate pydc ligands to furnish a distorted octahedral geometry. The complex shows the A…D…D’…A’ H-bonded tetramer. The molecules are packed in a three-dimensional framework structure by the combination of O–H…O, N–H…O and N–H…N hydrogen bonds between (tataH)+, [Mn(pydc)2]2– and crystal water.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Mg(L)(H2O)2]·H2O] (LH2 = L-cysteic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with a = 5.962(3), b = 11.224(6), c = 13.664(7) , V = 914.3(8) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 245.50, Dc = 1.783 g/cm3, μ = 0.445 mm–1, flack parameter = 0.32(16), F(000) = 512, the final R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.1172 for 1578 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Mg(II) atom shows an octahedral geometry defined by two carboxyl O atoms from two different L-cysteic acid ligands, one carboxyl O atom and one amino N atom from the adjacent ligand, and two aqua ligands. The Mg(II) atoms are bridged by L-cysteic acid ligands, leading to a 1D infinite zigzag chain. In the structure there are extensive hydrogen bonds, through which the complex completes its 3D framework structure.  相似文献

A supramolecular framework,1.5Zn(phen)3·L·3NO3(C63H48Zn1.5N16O9S),has been synthesized.The ligand L was synthesized by the condensation of p-aminoacetophenone with thiosemicarbazide.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group C2/c,with a = 31.005(2),b = 15.114(2),c = 24.887(3) ,β = 94.260(2)o,Z = 8,V = 11630(2) 3,Dc = 1.489 g/cm3,Mr = 1303.29,λ(MoKα) = 0.71069 ,μ = 0.735 mm-1,F(000) = 5368,Rint = 0.0699,R = 0.0505 and wR = 0.0707.Two independent Zn atoms are both coordinated by six N atoms from three phen ligands.π-π and C-H···π interactions among the L ligands and Zn(phen)3 cations,π-π and C-H···π interactions among the Zn(phen)3 cations and N-H···O hydrogen bonds among the L ligands and nitrate anions connect the whole structure into a 3-D supramolecular framework.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional polymeric complex [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]L (L = N,N?-bis(furan- 2-ylmethylene)hydrazine) has been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV spectra, TG-DTA technique and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, pace group P1 with a = 5.9268(8), b = 10.8678(15), c = 13.3671(19) , α = 109.295(2), β = 95.092(2), γ = 97.8580(10)°, V = 796.70(19) 3, Z = 2, C12H10CdN4O3S2, Mr = 434.76, μ = 1.648 mm–1, Dc = 1.812 g/cm3, F(000) = 428, R = 0.0308 and wR = 0.0769. The crystal structure reveals that the structure of [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]n features di-μ-1,3-thiocyante bridges and 1D chains. The octahedrally coordinated Cd atom is surrounded by one oxygen atom from water molecule, three S atoms and two Natoms from five di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges. The Cd atoms are connected by two di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges with the Cd(1)…Cd(1A) separation of 4.239(1)  and Cd(1)…Cd(1B) of 5.852(1). In addition, the one-dimensional straight chain structure is further connected by multiform intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bonds and π…π interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

A new complex [Pb(phen)2(4-NBA)]2·2(NO3)·H2O(phen = 1,10-phenanthroline,4-NBA = 4-nitrobenzoate) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses and IR spectroscopy.The complex crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 13.416(3),b = 14.065(3),c = 16.845(3) ,β = 110.55(3)o,V = 2976.5(10)3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.796 g/cm3,F(000) = 1564,GOOF = 0.962,the final R = 0.0686 and wR = 0.1746.The crystal structure shows that the lead ion is coordinated with two carboxylate O atoms from the 4-NBA anion,and four N atoms from two phen molecules,forming a slightly distorted pentagonalbipyramidal coordination geometry.It is further extended by various supramo-lecular interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular network.The TG analysis result shows that this complex begins decomposing at 30 ℃ and decompounding completely at 733 ℃.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound (C7H14N2O7P2, Mr = 300.14) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.258(3), b = 8.886(3), c = 9.275(3) , α = 96.669(3), β = 115.706(3), γ = 104.467(3)°, V = 573.8(3) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.737 g/cm3, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073, F(000) = 720, μ(MoKα) = 0.41 mm-1, R = 0.030 and wR = 0.078. A total of 1970 unique reflections were collected, of which 1742 with I > 2σ(I) were observed. EIDHP has a structure similar to zoledronic acid (ZL). ZL is a potent bone antiresorptive bisphosphonate drug having significant activity against several parasitic protozoa. EIHDP has inner-salt character, consisting of a negatively charged PO3 group and a positively char- ged N(1) atom. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular hydrogen bonds of O–H···O and N–H···O.  相似文献

The reaction of Co(OAc)2·4H2O with the Schiff base H2L in a methanol solution affords the red crystals of {[CoIIIL2]·[CoII(H2O)6]0.5·2.25H2O}4 1 (H2L = N-(2-hydroxyphenyl) sali-cylidenimine). The molecular and crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n, C104H114Co6N8O37, Mr = 2421.61, a = 10.625(3), b = 16.335(4), c = 15.265(4) , β = 102.990(4)o, V = 2581.6(11) 3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.558 g/cm3, μ = 1.034 mm-1, F(000) = 1252, R = 0.0414 and wR = 0.1167 for 5889 reflections. The Co(III) atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and four oxygen atoms of two tridentate L ligands. The abundant hydrogen bonding interactions extend the complex into a one-dimensional supra-molecular framework. The uncoordinated water molecules act as space-fillers and consolidate the whole architecture through the hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

Three new dimethyltin complexes of N-(3-methoxysalicylidene)-α-amino acid,(CH3)2Sn(3-CH3O-2-OC6H3CH=NCHRCOO)(R = H,1;CH3,2;(CH3)2CH,3),have been synthe-sized by treating dimethyltin dichloride with the potassium salt of the ligand and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR spectra.The crystal structure of [(CH3)2Sn(3-CH3O-2-OC6H3CH=NCH2COO)(CH3OH)]2 H2O(1a),formed from methanol solution of 1,has been deter-mined.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group C/2c with a = 20.636(3),b = 7.8854(9),c = 20.668(2) ,β= 113.265(2)°,V = 3089.7(6) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.707 g/cm3,= 1.675 mm-1,F(000) = 1592,R = 0.0301 and wR = 0.0841.In complex 1a,the tin atom is six-coordinate and possesses a distorted [SnC2NO3] octahedral geometry with the two methyl groups occupying the trans positions.The weak Sn O interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds connected the molecules into an infinite chain.  相似文献

A three-dimensional Cu2+ supramolecular complex [Na2Cu(BTA)2(H2O)8]·H2O 1 (H2BTA = bistetrazolylamine) was synthesized by reacting the aqueous solution of CuSO4·5H2O and H2BTA under stirring. The crystal structure of 1 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The result indicates that 1 crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1,with a = 7.0518(2),b = 12.2692(2),c = 13.8583(3) ,α = 115.7260(10),β = 93.2440(10),γ = 98.3610(10)o,Mr = 573.90,V = 1059.01(4) 3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.800 g·cm-3,μ(MoKα) = 1.155 mm-1,F(000) = 586.0,S = 1.074,the final R = 0.0273 and wR = 0.0744 for 4334 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ). The Cu2+ ion is five-coordinated with a N4O1 donor set with τ = 0.153 according to the method of Addison et al. And the Na+ ions form an infinite main chain through bridging O atoms from coordinated water molecules. In 1,a three-dimensional supramolecular network is formed by O-H···O,O-H···N,N-H···O and N-H···N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The reaction of Zn(ClO4)2·6H2O with 3,3'-bis(2-benzimidazolyl)-2,2'-dipyridine (L) gave a mononuclear zinc(II) complex: [ZnL2](ClO4)2·2DMF·4H2O, which was structurally characterized by EA, IR, UV, 1H NMR, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal (C54H54Cl2N14O14Zn, Mr = 1259.38) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 20.874(2), b = 14.9953(16), c = 20.462(3) , β = 101.553(2)°, V = 6274.8(13) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.333 g/cm3, F (000) = 2608, μ(MoKα) = 0.548 mm–1, R = 0.0682 and wR = 0.1931 for 4984 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Zn(II) is four-coordinated in a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry through four N atoms from four benzimidazole units of two ligands. In the crystal lattice, the [ZnL2]2+ cations are linked to each other by extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonds between nitrogen atoms of benzimidazole rings, water and DMF molecules.  相似文献

A new La(Ⅲ) complex, {[La(L)(NO3)(H2O)3]·H2O}n (L = 1,10-phenanthroline- 2,9-dicarboxylate), has been synthesized and structurally determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.7358(17), b = 8.1664(18), c = 28.271(6) , β = 95.184(4)°, V = 1778.6(7)3, Z = 4, C14H14LaN3O11, Mr = 539.19, Dc = 2.014 g/cm3, μ = 2.471 mm–1, F(000) = 1056, the final R = 0.0350 and wR = 0.0659. In this complex, each metal center adopts a ten-coordination geometry formed by two N atoms from a ligand L and eight O atoms from three H2O molecules, a nitrate ion and carboxylates of two ligands. Each ligand adopts a N2,O3-pentdentate coordination mode using two N and two O atoms chelating a La(III), and using another O atom of carboxylate to bridge another La(III) center resulting in a 1D helical chain molecule. Intermolecular strong O–H···O and weak C–H···O hydrogen bonds extend the 1D chain structure into a 3D supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

N-(Dehydroabietyl)maleamic acid was synthesized from dehydroabietylamine and maleic anhydride.Its structure was characterized by IR,1 H-and 13 C-NMR spectra.The stereo structure of the title compound was also unambiguously confirmed by X-ray crystal structure analysis.The white crystal crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P2 1 with a=12.075(2),b=10.377(2),c=17.840(4),β=100.31(3) °,V=2199.3(8) 3,R=0.0618 and wR=0.1437.Two crystallographically independent molecules with different conformations co-exist in the unit.In each molecule,the two cyclohexane rings form a trans ring junction with chair and half-chair conformations,respectively.The C=C double bond between two carbonyl groups is in a Z configuration.Intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds coexist to stabilize the structure.  相似文献

The dinuclear Schiff base cadmium(II) complex [Cd2(C10H15N3)2(N3)2 (μ1,1-N3)2] was prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray dif- fraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 10.819(2), b = 11.058(2), c = 12.766(3) , β = 102.456(2)o, V = 1491.3(7) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.665 g/cm3, Mr = 747.42, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 , μ = 1.470 mm-1, F(000) = 744, R = 0.0307 and wR = 0.0584. A total of 3420 unique reflections were collected, of which 2575 with I > 2σ(I) were observed. There is a crystallographic inversion centre at the midpoint of the two metal atoms in the complex. Each CdII atom in the complex is in a distorted octahedral coordination. The molecules in the crystal are linked through the intermolecular hydrogen bonds of N–H···N and C–H···N, forming a three- dimensional network.  相似文献

It is of triclinic, space group P1, with a = 10.958(2), b = 12.311(3), c = 12.556(3) A, α = 81.549(3), β = 82.404(4), γ = 78.348(3)°, Mr = 1049.15, V = 1631.7(6) 3, Z = 1, Dc = 2.135 g/cm3, F(000) = 980, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 , μ(MoKα) = 4.804 mm-1, the final R = 0.0329 and wR = 0.0723 for 4640 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Eu(Ⅲ) ion is eight-coordinated and two Eu(Ⅲ) ions are held together by four 3-iodobenzoate groups in the bidentate bridging mode. The complex was characterized by DTA-TG, IR, UV and fluorescence spectra.  相似文献

The crystal structure of a solid electrolyte, beta-Al2O3, was investigated by XRD analysis and demonstrated by Diamond software. Its chemical formula was verified by the Ag ion molten salt exchange method and X-ray fluorescence analysis(XRF). The chemical formula of β-Al2O3 is Na2O·8.52Al2O3, and its crystal is of hexagonal, space group P63/mmc, with a = 5.5941  and c = 22.5300 . The chemical formula of β'-Al2 O is Na2O·6.03Al2O3, and its crystal is of trigonal, space group R 3 m, with a = 5.6017 and c = 33.6219 . The maximum span in the sodion migration of β'-phase(2.4283 ) is only about a third of that for the β'-phase(6.9037 ), so the β'-phase has higher ionic conductivity than the β-phase.  相似文献

A new Schiff base compound, C13H9Br2N3O2·CH3OH, isonicotinic acid [1-(3,5- dibromo-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]hydrazide methanol, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound comprises a Schiff base moiety isonicotinic acid [1-(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxyphenyl) methylidene]hydrazide and a methanol molecule. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.464(1), b = 9.511(2), c = 10.901(2) , α = 92.940(2), β = 110.456(2), γ = 96.040(2)o, Z = 2, V = 814.0(2) 3, Dc = 1.759 g/cm3, Mr = 431.09, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 , μ = 4.994 mm-1, F(000) = 424, R = 0.0440 and wR = 0.1061. A total of 3284 unique reflections were collected, of which 2197 with I > 2σ(I) were observed. The molecule adopts a trans configuration about the C=N double bond. The dihedral angle between the benzene and pyridine rings is 22.0(4)o. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular O-H···N and C-H···O hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the ac plane. The preliminary biological tests show that the compound has potential antibacterial activities.  相似文献

1-Phenyl-2-acetoxy-2-methyl-propanone, a new α-hydroxy ketone derivative, was synthesized by Friedel-Crafts acylation and characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, MS spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction measurements. The data are as follows: monoclinic, space group P21/c, Z = 4, C12H14O3, Mr = 206.24, a = 8.9430(2), b =15.2680(4), c = 8.2550(2) , β = 91.9650(5)o, V = 1126.60(5) 3, Dc = 1.216 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.087 mm1, F(000) = 440, R = 0.0725 and wR = 0.1379 for 1282 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares refinement on F2 methods. The benzene ring in the structure is almost coplanar with the adjacent carbonyl groups and t-carbonyl atom. Meanwhile, the long chain is approximately perpendicular to the plane. X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal structure involves two weak intramolecular C–H···O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Two mononuclear Mn compounds of Mn III (salen)(L 1) and Mn III (salen)(L 2) (H 2 salen=N,N-ethylenebis-(salicylideneaminato),L 1=4-(2-hydroxybenzylideneamino)benzoic acid and L 2=4-(2-hydroxybenzylideneamino)-2-hydroxybenzoic acid) have been prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography.Both compounds crystallize in the monoclinic system,space group P2 1 /c with a=14.351(4),b=14.955(3),c=11.869(3) and β=91.529(3)° for 1;and those for 2:a=14.439(9),b=15.217(9),c=11.660(7) and β=91.648(1)°.The compounds have similar structures,in which the Mn III center adopts a distorted square-pyramidal geometry with the basal plane constructed by two N and two O atoms from the salen ligand and the apical position occupied by the carboxylate O atom from L 1 or L 2 ligand.The voltammetric behavior of the compounds is examined,which shows quasi-reversible one-electron reduction of Mn(Ⅲ) to Mn(Ⅱ).The reduction potentials of both compounds fall between-0.33 V [E 0 (O 2 /O 2 ·)] and 0.65 V [E 0 (1 O 2 /O 2 ·)],which suggest that 1 and 2 could be potential mimics of Mn-SOD.  相似文献
