A one-pot synthesis of substituted oxazino-2-quinolones is described. The cornerstone of this methodology involves PTC catalyzed addition of an ethylene dihalide to a quinol to generate the corresponding O-alkylated intermediate in situ followed by ring closing and subsequent formation of a carbonyl group in the oxazinoquinolone in a one-pot sequence.  相似文献

[reactions: see text] The synthesis of nitrogen-containing heterocycles from alkyl dihalides (ditosylates) and primary amines and hydrazines via a simple and efficient cyclocondensation in an alkaline aqueous medium that occurs under microwave irradiation is described. This improved greener synthetic methodology provides a simple and straightforward one-pot approach to the synthesis of a variety of heterocycles, such as substituted azetidines, pyrrolidines, piperidines, azepanes, N-substituted 2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindoles, 4,5-dihydropyrazoles, pyrazolidines, and 1,2-dihydrophthalazines.  相似文献

A novel methodology for facile production of α-cyano chalcones under microwave irradiation is described. Utilizing a Knoevenagel condensation between benzoylacetonitriles and aromatic aldehydes, substituted chalcones are generated via a 15-min, one-pot synthesis. Diversification of aromatic groups, including electron-withdrawing, electron-donating, and heterocyclic substitutions, has led to the isolation of over twenty colored, solid chalcone products. Furthermore the methodology can be extended to the synthesis of benzylidenemalononitriles as well as methyl and ethyl α-cyano cinnamates.  相似文献

An efficient, one-pot synthesis of substituted pyrazoles from enones, hydrazides, and halides was developed. In comparison with the classical Knorr pyrazole synthesis, this methodology gave a different type of product (R3≥R5). A rapid one-pot solvent-free procedure has been developed for the synthesis of fluorinated 2,3-disubstituted quinazolin-4(3H)-ones by neat three-component cyclocondensation of anthranilic acid, phenyl acetyl chloride and substituted anilines under microwave irradiation. The experimental methodology and microwave conditions described here are well established, allowing significant rate enhancement and good yields compared to conventional reaction conditions. The reaction is generalized for O, M & P substituted anilines to give quinazolin-4(3H)-ones. Synthesized compounds have been screened for their antifungal activity.  相似文献

A simple, efficient procedure for the preparation of phospho sulfonic acid PO(OSO3H)3 as a Brønsted acidic and recoverable heterogeneous catalyst is described, used for the one-pot synthesis of aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes and 1,8-dioxo-octahydro-xanthenes. A cost-effective, simple and convenient procedure for the synthesis of aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes was developed via a one-pot condensation from substituted benzaldehydes and β-naphthol under solvent-free conditions. The one-pot condensation of substituted benzaldehydes and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione (dimedone) under solvent-free conditions leads to 1,8-dioxo-octahydro-xanthenes. These protocols afford a number of advantages, such as: excellent yields, very short reaction times, easy procedure, simple methodology and ease of preparation and regeneration of the catalyst.  相似文献

An expeditious one-pot synthesis of substituted pyrimidinone derivatives with aromatic aldehydes, cyclopentanone, and urea (or thiourea) was developed with boric acid (10 mol%) and glycerol (0.1 mL) in aqueous medium at 45–50 °C. The methodology is simple, highly efficient, and high yielding. The idea behind this methodology is that boric acid, being a weak acid, behaves as a strong acid in presence of glycerol in aqueous medium.  相似文献

A new method for the synthesis of benzocycloalkene derivatives is described, through the palladium-catalyzed one-pot two-step reactions of benzocyclic ketones, tosylhydrazide with aryl bromides. Palladium-carbene complex as an important intermediate undergoes migratory insertion to form benzylpalladium complex, followed by a fast β-hydride elimination to give substituted benzocycloalkenes. The advantages of this reaction include readily available starting materials, broad substrate scope, high efficiency, and gram scale synthesis.  相似文献

An intramolecular palladium(0)-mediated α-arylation of ketones applied to the synthesis of various substituted tetracyclic indoles is reported. Most significantly, the efficiency of the transformation was enhanced by the use of monoligated Pd(0) complexes. This methodology was extended to double α-arylation of ketones using one-pot reactions with either simultaneous addition or sequential addition of two aryl halides for producing aryl substituted tetracyclic indoles.  相似文献

Cu doped ZnO nanocrystalline powder(10 mol%) has been found to be an efficient catalyst for the one‐pot multi‐component synthesis of fully substituted new indeno[1,2‐b]pyridines through a com-bination of 1,3‐indandione, propiophenone or acetophenone derivatives, aromatic aldehydes, and ammonium acetate in ethanol/H2 O at room temperature.
