构造了由多模真空态、多模泛函相干态、多模泛函相干态的相反态、多模复共轭泛函相干态和多模复共轭泛函相干态的相反态这五个宏观上完全可分辩的量子态线性叠加所构成的强度不等的非对称五态叠加多模泛函叠加态光场|Ψ(5)vas〉q.利用多模压缩态理论,首次研究了态|Ψ(5)vas〉q的广义非线性等幂奇数次高次振幅压缩特性.结果发现:在一定的条件下,态|Ψ(5)vas〉q可呈现任意次的广义非线性等幂次高次振幅压缩效应,其压缩程度、压缩深度和压缩幅度与压缩次数、腔模总数、态间叠加几率幅、各模光场的经典强度以及经典初始相位的空间分布函数等强烈地非线性相关联;特别是,在特定条件下,真空场的注入可以提高压缩程度.  相似文献

The weak energy condition is known to fail in general when applied to expectation values of the energy momentum tensor in flat space quantum field theory. It is shown how the usual counter arguments against its validity are no longer applicable if the states |ψ〉 for which the expectation value is considered are restricted to a suitably defined subspace. A possible natural restriction on |ψ〉 is suggested and illustrated by two quantum mechanical examples based on a simple perturbed harmonic oscillator Hamiltonian. The proposed alternative quantum weak energy condition is applied to states formed by the action of the scalar, vector and the energy momentum tensor operators on the vacuum. We assume conformal invariance in order to determine almost uniquely three-point functions involving the energy momentum tensor in terms of a few parameters. The positivity conditions lead to non-trivial inequalities for these parameters. They are satisfied in free field theories, except in one case for dimensions close to two. Further restrictions on |ψ〉 are suggested which remove this problem. The inequalities which follow from considering the state formed by applying the energy momentum tensor to the vacuum are shown to imply that the coefficient of the topological term in the expectation value of the trace of the energy momentum tensor in an arbitrary curved space background is positive, in accord with calculations in free field theories.  相似文献

本文扼要地介绍了光子数态、热光场态、相干态、压缩态、相位态和中间态等。重点是介绍它们的物理性质。例如,指出相干态在谐振子座标表象中的表示就是带电谐振子在均匀电场中的基态波函数;它的时间演化波包的概率密度分布,形状不随时间变但中心位置随时间作周期振荡。文中对相干态和压缩态等提供了也许是一点新的看法:将相干态、压缩真空态、压缩相干态和相干压缩态等看作是一准玻色子的基态或相干态。而实现的手段可以是原来的幺正算符也可以是投影算符。这样的好处是:(1)对相干态和压缩态间的联系有更深的认识;(2)便于计算和进一步展开等等。文中还对各个态的压缩性、统计性等作了介绍,有的还用图表等演示了它们的非类经典特性。最后,文中还介绍了准概率分布函数、相空间技术以及它们的应用并给出了示例  相似文献

The entanglement of two qubits is investigated in the range of their ultra-strongly coupling with a quantum oscillator. The two qubits are initially in four Bell states and they are under the control mechanism of the coherent state of the quantum oscillator. There are four parameters: the average number of the coherent state, the ultra-strong coupling strength, the ratio of two frequencies of qubit and oscillator, and the inter-interaction coupling of the two qubits in the mechanism, and they all are influential parameters on the entanglement of the two qubits. One Bell state |0>is easyily kept and is trivial case. The novel results show that there is one state |I0> among the other three Bell states which the entanglement of the two qubits could be almost completely preserved. The possibility is made into reality by the appropriate choice of the four influential parameters. We give two different schemes to choose the respective parameters to maintain the entanglment of |I0> almost undiminished. The results will be useful for the quantum information process.  相似文献

Previous work on the retrodictive theory of direct detection is extended to cover the homodyne detection of coherent optical signal states and . The retrodictive input state probabilities are obtained by the application of Bayes' theorem to the corresponding predictive distributions, based on the probability operator measure (POM) elements for the homodyne process. Results are derived for the retrodictive information on the complex amplitude of the signal field obtainable from the difference photocount statistics of both 4-port and 8-port balanced homodyne detection schemes. The local oscillator is usually assumed much stronger than the signal but the case of equal strengths in 4-port detection is also considered. The calculated probability distributions and error rates are illustrated numerically for values of signal and local oscillator strengths that extend from the classical to the quantum regimes.  相似文献

A new type of double-resonance spectroscopy of a quantum gas based on interaction-induced frequency modulation of a probe transition has been considered. Interstate interaction of multilevel atoms causes a coherence-dependent collisional shift of the transition between the atomic states |1〉 and |2〉 due to a nonzero population of the state |3〉. Thus, the frequency of the probe transition |1〉?|2〉 experiences oscillations associated with the Rabi oscillations between the states |1〉 and |3〉 under continuous excitation of the drive resonance |1〉?|3〉. Such a dynamic frequency shift leads to a change in the electromagnetic absorption at the probe frequency and, consequently, greatly enhances the sensitivity of double-resonance spectroscopy as compared to traditional “hole burning”, which is solely due to a decrease in the population of the initial state |1〉. In particular, it has been shown that the resonance linewidth is determined by the magnitude of the contact shift and the amplitude of the drive field and does not depend on the static field gradient. The calculated line shape and width agree with the low-temperature electron-nuclear double-resonance spectra of two-dimensional atomic hydrogen.  相似文献

We present several efficient entanglement concentration protocols (ECPs) with the nitrogen-vacancy (N-V) centers coupled to low-Q microresonators. Based on the input-output process of ancillary coherent light pulse in low-Q microresonators, we can obtain the maximally entangled states among remote participants via local operations and classical communication. Our protocols use a conventional photon detector to discriminate the two coherent states |α〉 and |?α〉, which is more convenient than homodyne measurement. We discuss the feasibility of our protocols, and they may be beneficial for quantum repeaters and quantum information processing.  相似文献

The statistic properties of photon emissions from single semiconductor quantum dots with V-type level driven by pulses are investigated theoretically. Based on quantum regression theorem and master equations, the dynamic equations of the second-order correlation function of the photon emissions are deduced. The calculated results reveal that the efficiency of single photon emissions from two orthogonal polarization eigenstates |x〉and |y〉) reaches the maximum when the input pulses area is about π, and the probability of the cross-polarized single photon emission from |x 〉 and |y 〉decreases with increasing of pulse width.  相似文献

Reconstruction of photon statistics of optical states provides fundamental information on the nature of any optical field and helps with various relevant applications. Nevertheless, no detector that can reliably discriminate the number of incident photons is available. On the other hand, the alternative of reconstructing the density matrix by quantum tomography leads to various technical difficulties that are particularly severe in the pulsed regime (where mode matching between a signal and local oscillator is very challenging). Even if on/off detectors, as usual avalanche photodiodes operating in Geiger mode, seem useless as photo-counters, it was recently shown how reconstruction of photon statistics is possible by considering a variable quantum efficiency. Here we present experimental reconstructions of photon number distributions of both continuous-wave and pulsed light beams in a scheme based on on/off avalanche photodetection assisted by maximum-likelihood estimation. Reconstructions of the distribution for both semiclassical and quantum states of light (as single photon, coherent, pseudothermal, and multithermal states) are reported for single-mode and multimode beams. The stability and good accuracy obtained in the reconstruction of these states clearly demonstrate the interesting potentialities of this simple technique.  相似文献

Quantum secure direct communication is the direct communication of secret messages without need for establishing a shared secret key first. In the existing schemes, quantum secure direct communication is possible only when both parties are quantum. In this paper, we construct a three-step semiquantum secure direct communication (SQSDC) protocol based on single photon sources in which the sender Alice is classical. In a semiquantum protocol, a person is termed classical if he (she) can measure, prepare and send quantum states only with the fixed orthogonal quantum basis {|0〉, |1〉}. The security of the proposed SQSDC protocol is guaranteed by the complete robustness of semiquantum key distribution protocols and the unconditional security of classical one-time pad encryption. Therefore, the proposed SQSDC protocol is also completely robust. Complete robustness indicates that nonzero information acquired by an eavesdropper Eve on the secret message implies the nonzero probability that the legitimate participants can find errors on the bits tested by this protocol. In the proposed protocol, we suggest a method to check Eves disturbing in the doves returning phase such that Alice does not need to announce publicly any position or their coded bits value after the photons transmission is completed. Moreover, the proposed SQSDC protocol can be implemented with the existing techniques. Compared with many quantum secure direct communication protocols, the proposed SQSDC protocol has two merits: firstly the sender only needs classical capabilities; secondly to check Eves disturbing after the transmission of quantum states, no additional classical information is needed.  相似文献

We consider the problem of the driven harmonic oscillator in the probability representation of quantum mechanics, where the oscillator states are described by fair nonnegative probability distributions of position measured in rotated and squeezed reference frames in the system??s phase space. For some specific oscillator states like coherent states and nth excited states, the tomographic-probability distributions (called the state tomograms) are found in an explicit form. The evolution equation for the tomograms is discussed for the classical and quantum driven oscillators, and the tomographic propagator for this equation is studied.  相似文献

We consider the N → M probabilistically perfect quantum cloning machine that perfectly produces M faithful copies from N identical input states, where the input states are selected, with prior probabilities η1and η2 = 1 − η1, from a given set of the two linearly independent states |ψ1⊗ N = (cosθ|0〉 + sinθ|1〉)⊗ N and |ψ2⊗ N = (sinθ|0〉 + cosθ|1〉)⊗ N (θ∈(0,π/2)). We derive the optimal distribution of the success probabilities. When M approaches infinite, the probabilistically perfect quantum cloning can be regarded as a kind of the unambiguous state discrimination, and theoretically provides the upper bound of the unambiguous state discrimination. By using the optimal distribution of the success probabilities of the optimal asymmetric 1 → M probabilistically perfect quantum cloning, we can derive the maximum average success probability of the unambiguous discrimination of two nonorthogonal quantum states |ψ1〉and|ψ2〉. As an example, we give the explicit transformation of the optimal symmetric 1 → M probabilistically perfect quantum cloning to copy the two input states |ψ1〉 and |ψ2〉.  相似文献

The superposition states of two qubits including entangled Bell states are considered in the probability representation of quantum mechanics. The superposition principle formulated in terms of the nonlinear addition rule of the state density matrices is formulated as a nonlinear addition rule of the probability distributions describing the qubit states. In this paper, we study quantum teleportation of atomic states via a hybrid entangled state (HES) involving an atom and a cavity field. And we investigate how to implement controlled phase (CP) gates between atomic internal states and coherent states of cavity field. A multi-party semi-quantum key agreement (SQKA) protocol based on delegating quantum computation (DQC) model is proposed by taking Bell states as quantum resources. In the proposed protocol, the participants only need the ability of accessing quantum channel and preparing single photons {|0〉, |1〉, |+〉, |?〉}, while the complicated quantum operations, such as the unitary operations and Bell measurement, will be delegated to the remote quantum center. Compared with previous quantum key agreement protocols, this client-server model is more feasible in the early days of the emergence of quantum computers. In order to prevent the attacks from outside eavesdroppers, inner participants and quantum center, two single photon sequences are randomly inserted into Bell states: the first sequence is used to perform the quantum channel detection, while the second is applied to disorder the positions of message qubits, which guarantees the security of the protocol.  相似文献

对真空场注入三态叠加MFSS(多模泛函叠加态)光场|ψ_0~(3)〉q广义电场分量的等幂次偶次振幅压缩特性进行了详细研究,分析了光场经典强度、经典振幅和经典相位的任意空间分布特征、以及真空场注入对该光场的广义电场分量的等幂偶次Y压缩效应其压缩幅度和压缩量的影响。结果发现:导致态|ψ_0~(3)〉q的广义电场分量存在等幂偶次2m次方Y压缩效应的根本原因在于模间的量子干涉效应、态间的量子干涉效应以及模间和态间的量子纠缠效应;真空场注入可使该光场广义电场分量的2m次方Y压缩效应增强、压缩幅度增大、压缩程度加深。  相似文献

从相位分布和Wigner函数两个方面研究了任意两个相干态|β〉and |mβeiδ〉的叠加态的量子统计性质.结果表明这种叠加态的非经典特性与β2,振幅系数m,相干态间的位相差δ以及叠加系数间的位相差都有关.当参量选择合适,这种叠加态存在着量子效应.计算了两个相干态等几率混合系综的相位分布和Wigner函数,经过与前者比较,结果表明由于相干项的存在,使得叠加态具有很好的量子力学行为.  相似文献
