We investigate the influences of non-Markovian dissipation and global dephasing process on the dynamical behaviors of global discord among four qubits.We find that for the non-Markovian dissipation model W state is the most robust to decoherence compared to Dicke and GHZ states;however,for the global dephasing model Dicke state is the most robust to decoherence among them.Also the dynamical behaviors of global quantum discord are quite different from that of the multipartite entanglement for the non-Markovian dissipation model,while they are very similar to each other for the global dephasing model.  相似文献

Anderson localization predicts that wave spreading in disordered lattices can come to a complete halt, providing a universal mechanism for dynamical localization. In the one-dimensional Hermitian Anderson model with uncorrelated diagonal disorder, there is a one-to-one correspondence between dynamical localization and spectral localization, that is, the exponential localization of all the Hamiltonian eigenfunctions. This correspondence can be broken when dealing with disordered dissipative lattices. When the system exchanges particles with the surrounding environment and random fluctuations of the dissipation are introduced, spectral localization is observed but without dynamical localization. Previous studies consider lattices with mixed conservative (Hamiltonian) and dissipative dynamics and are restricted to a semiclassical analysis. However, Anderson localization in purely dissipative lattices, displaying an entirely Lindbladian dynamics, remains largely unexplored. Here the purely-dissipative Anderson model in the framework of a Lindblad master equation is considered, and it is shown that, akin to the semiclassical models with conservative hopping and random dissipation, one observes dynamical delocalization in spite of strong spectral localization of the Liouvillian superoperator. This result is very distinct from delocalization observed in the Anderson model with dephasing, where dynamical delocalization arises from the delocalization of the stationary state of the Liouvillian.  相似文献

We find states for a multi-level system which are stable under a very general model of dissipation, one which is governed simply by generic rate parameters; in general such stable states are not entangled. We exhibit such a state explicitly for a two-qubit system. We then specialize to a more physical model of dissipation, one which is governed by pure dephasing. In such a case it is possible, by choice of the dephasing rates, to have a stable, and limiting, entangled state under the evolution governed by the free hamiltonian and pure decoherence. We exhibit such a choice explicitly which has a stable and limiting two-qubit state of maximum entanglement (Bell state).  相似文献

Majorana零能量模式是自身的反粒子,在拓扑量子计算中有重要应用.本文研究量子点与拓扑超导纳米线混合结构,通过量子点的输运电荷检测Majorana零模式.利用量子主方程方法,发现有无Majorana零模式的电流与散粒噪声存在明显差别.零模式导致稳态电流差呈反对称,在零偏压处显示反常电导峰.电流差随零模式分裂能的增大而减小,随量子点与零模式耦合的增强而增大.另一方面,零模式导致低压散粒噪声相干振荡,零频噪声显著增强.分裂能导致相干振荡愈加明显且零频噪声减小,而量子点与零模式的耦合使零频噪声增强.当量子点与电极非对称耦合时,零模式使电子由反聚束到聚束输运,亚泊松噪声增强为超泊松噪声.稳态电流差结合低压振荡的散粒噪声能够揭示Majorana零模式是否存在.  相似文献

Maxwell–Bloch equations are widely used to model the dynamics due to coherent light-matter interaction in quantum cascade laser (QCL) structures, which plays an essential role especially for the generation of frequency combs and mode-locked pulses. While the modest numerical complexity of the Maxwell–Bloch system allows for a full spatiotemporal treatment, its main disadvantage is the inclusion of dissipation by empirical dephasing rates and electron lifetimes. We present a self-consistent multi-domain approach which couples the Maxwell–Bloch equations to advanced carrier transport simulations based on a density matrix Monte Carlo technique, yielding the scattering and dephasing rates. In this way, the compact spatiotemporal modeling of the carrier-light dynamics by the Maxwell–Bloch system can be combined with the versatility and reliability of self-consistent carrier transport approaches. Simulation results are shown for a QCL-based terahertz frequency comb source, and good agreement with experiment is obtained.  相似文献

Electron-phonon interaction is a major source of optical dephasing in semiconductor quantum dots. Within a density matrix theory the electron-phonon interaction is considered up to the second order of a correlation expansion, allowing the calculation of the quantum kinetic dephasing dynamics of optically induced nonlinearities in GaAs quantum dots for arbitrary pulse strengths and shapes. We find Rabi oscillations renormalized and a damping that depends on the input pulse strength, a behavior not known from exponential dephasing mechanisms.  相似文献

A complete theoretical model describing artificial disintegration of nuclei by bombardment with α-particles, developed by Majorana as early as 1930, is discussed in detail jointly with the basic experimental evidences that motivated it. By following the quantum dynamics of a state resulting from the superposition of a discrete state with a continuum one, whose interaction is described by a given potential term, Majorana obtained (among the other predictions) the explicit expression for the integrated cross section of the nuclear process, which is the directly measurable quantity of interest in the experiments. Although this is the first application of the concept of quasi-stationary states to a Nuclear Physics problem, it seems also that the unpublished Majorana work anticipates by several years the related seminal paper by Fano on Atomic Physics.  相似文献

We investigate formation of unique quantum states (metastates) in quantum dot-metallic nanoparticle systems via self-induced coherent dynamics generated by interaction of these systems with a visible and an infrared laser fields. In such metastates, the quantum decoherence rates of the quantum dots can become zero and even negative while they start to rapidly change with time. Under these conditions, the energy dissipation rates and plasmon fields of the nanoparticle systems undergo undamped oscillations with gigahertz frequency, while the amplitudes of both visible and the infrared laser fields are considered to be time-independent. These dynamics also lead to variation of the plasmon absorption of the metallic nanoparticles between high and nearly zero values, forming electromagnetically induced transparency oscillations. We show that under these conditions, the effective transition energies and broadening of the quantum dots undergo oscillatory dynamics, highlighting the unique aspects of the metastates. These results extend the horizon for investigation of light-matter interaction in the presence of zero or negative polarization dephasing rates with strong time dependency.  相似文献

We investigate the effects of Majorana bound states on the ac response of a quantum resistor-capacitor circuit which is composed of a topological superconducting wire whose two ends are tunnel-coupled to a lead and a spinless quantum dot, respectively. The Majorana states formed at the two ends of the wire are found to suppress completely or enhance greatly the dissipation, depending on the strength of the overlap between two Majorana modes and/or the dot level. We compare the relaxation resistance and the quantum capacitance of the system with those of non-Majorana counterparts to find that the effects of the Majorana state on the ac response are genuine and cannot be reproduced in ordinary fermionic systems.  相似文献

Majorana费米子是其自身的反粒子, 在拓扑量子计算中有着重要的应用. 利用粒子数表象下的量子主方程方法, 研究双量子点与Majorana费米子混合结构的电子输运特性, 特别是散粒噪声. 有无Majorana费米子耦合的电流与散粒噪声存在明显差别: 有Majorana费米子耦合时稳态电流差呈反对称, 噪声谱呈现相干振荡并且低频噪声显著增强. 量子点与Majorana费米子对称弱耦合时, 零频噪声由"峰"变为"谷", 并且"边谷"展宽逐渐减小; 当对称强耦合时, 零频噪声的谷深增加, "边谷"向高频端移动. 改变系统与电极的耦合强度时, 零频噪声由谷变成峰. 因此, 稳态电流结合散粒噪声可以探测双量子点结构中Majorana费米子是否存在.  相似文献

The phonon-induced dephasing dynamics in optically excited semiconductor quantum dots is studied within the frameworks of the independent boson model and optimal control. We show that appropriate tailoring of laser pulses allow complete control of the optical excitation despite the phonon dephasing, a finding in marked contrast to other environment couplings.  相似文献

Considering the influences of collective dephasing, multilocal qutrit-flip, local qutrit-flip, and the combination of global mixed noise, we study the dynamics of entanglement and the phenomenon of distillability of sudden death (DSD) in a qutrit-qutrit system under various decoherent noises. It is shown that the system always undergoes DSD when it interacts with multilocal and local qutrit-flip noise, and the time-determined bound entangled state is more dependent on different noises. Comparing with the cases of global mixed and collective dephasing noise,we conclude that the qutrit-flip noise is responsible for the DSD.  相似文献

首先回顾了描写核多体系统输运现象的一些主要模型和方法,然后介绍了输运现象微观动力学基础研究上一些新的结果,强调了单粒子运动动力学特征在建立集体输运方程和理解超重核合成机制上的重要作用。能量耗散和熵产生的数值计算结果表明,集体运动耗散过程可分为退相干、弛豫和定态等3 个阶段,弛豫过程通常表现为非常复杂的反常扩散过程。在这些理论工作的基础上,提出了一种自洽地分离核多体系统集体和单粒子变量的可能途径。In this article, I provide a simple review on conventional methods and models on the transport phenomenon of nuclear many-body systems. By exploiting the basic idea of time-dependent projection operator, I recommend a novel method to derive the transport equation for collective motion which is embedded on the microscopic dynamics of timedependent single-particle motion. It is emphasized that the microscopic dynamics of single-particle motion should play an important role for understanding the dynamics of nuclear reaction and the synthesis mechanisms of new superheavy elements. The numerical results of energy dissipation and entropy production indicate that the collective motion passes through three stages, such as dephasing/decoherence, statistical relaxation and stationary state. The statistical relaxation is a complex anomalous diffusion process in general. With the aid of above analysis and results, a possible way to define the collective and single-particle variables for the realistic nuclear many-body systems is proposed.  相似文献

A system consisting of two qubits and a resonator is considered in the presence of different sources of noise, bringing to light the possibility of making the two qubits evolve in a synchronized way. A direct qubit–qubit interaction turns out to be a crucial ingredient, as well as the dissipation processes involving the resonator. We study the dynamics of the Jaynes-Cummings model within transformed rotating-wave approximation (TRWA). We analyze this model coupled to a dephasing reservoir, through the Lindblad formalism in the master equation. Then, we examine the expectation value of the number operator. Finally, we investigate the validity of this model under dephasing using the Mandel parameter and the total number of quanta.  相似文献

We derive a quantum master equation for a single mode excitation of a Bose-Einstein condensate by a high-finesse optical cavity. This system is formally analogous to a broad class of opto-mechanical systems comprising vibrating mirrors and resonator modes coupled by radiation pressure. The presented equation accounts for the dissipative part of the dynamics due to the coupling of a driven, lossy optical mode of a resonator. This allows for exploring the quantum limit of opto-mechanical systems in the presence of dissipation in a classically bistable regime. We find that the measurement-induced back-action noise impedes the observation of quantum tunneling and leads to a non-exponential dephasing of coherent matter wave oscillations.  相似文献

Using the Majorana fermion representation of spin-1/2 local moments, we show how the dynamic spin correlation and susceptibility are obtained directly from the one-particle Majorana propagator. We illustrate our method by applying it to the spin dynamics of a nonequilibrium quantum dot, computing the voltage-dependent spin relaxation rate and showing that, at weak coupling, the fluctuation-dissipation relation for the spin of a quantum dot is voltage dependent. We confirm the voltage-dependent Curie susceptibility recently found by Parcollet and Hooley [Phys. Rev. B 66, 085315 (2002)]].  相似文献

In this paper, we evaluate the quantum and classical correlations in exact dynamics of qubit systems interacting with a common dephasing environment. We show the existence of a sharp transition between the classical and quantum loss of correlations during the time evolution. We show that it is possible to exploit a large class of initial states in different tasks of quantum information and processing without any perturbation of the correlations from the environment noisy for large time intervals. On the other hand, we include the dynamics of a new kind of correlation so-called quantum dissonance, which contains the rest of the nonclassical correlations. We show that the quantum dissonance can be considered as an indicator to expect the behavior of the dynamics of classical and quantum correlations in composite open quantum systems.  相似文献
