The Wigner function and phase properties of superposition of two coherent states with the vacuum state 下载免费PDF全文
This paper discusses some statistical properties of the superposition of two coherent states with a vacuum state, such as sub-Poissonian photon statistics and negativity of the Wigner function. Phase probability distribution and phase variance are calculated. Special cases of the constructed superposition states are presented. The results show that depending on the vacuum state coefficient γ and the coherent state coefficient α, it can generate a variety of nonclassical states. 相似文献

A new lattice Bhatnagar--Gross--Krook (LBGK) model for a class of the generalized
Burgers equations is proposed. It is a general LBGK model for nonlinear Burgers
equations with source term in arbitrary dimensional space. The linear stability of
the model is also studied. The model is numerically tested for three problems in
different dimensional space, and the numerical results are compared with either
analytic solutions or numerical results obtained by other methods. Satisfactory

The statistical properties of m-coherent superposition operation(μa + νa■)m on the single-mode squeezed vacuum state(M-SSVS) and its decoherence in a thermal environment are studied.Converting the M-SSVS to a squeezed Hermite polynomial excitation state,we obtain a compact expression for the normalization factor of M-SSVS,which is the Legendre polynomial of the squeezing parameter.We also derive the explicit expression of the Wigner function(WF) of the M-SSVS,and find the negative region of the WF in phase space.The decoherence effect on this state is then discussed by deriving the time evolution of the WF.Using the negativity of the WF,the loss of nonclassicality is then discussed. 相似文献

Generalized photon-added coherent state (GPACS) is obtained by repeatedly acting the combination of Bose creation and annihilation operations on the coherent state. It is found that GPACS can be regarded as a Hermite-excited coherent state due to its normalization factor related to a Hermite polynomial. In addition, we adopt the Hilbert-Schmidt distance to quantify the non-Gaussian character of GPACS and discuss the decoherence of GPACS in dissipative channel by studying the loss of nonclassicality in reference of the negativity of Wigner function. 相似文献

运用负值量子条件熵研究了双量子系统一类混合态的纠缠量度.给出了负值量子条件作为条件熵纠缠度的定义,证明了条件熵纠缠满足作为2×2系统一类混合纠缠态量度的四个基本条件.当双量子系统处于纯态时,条件熵纠缠度即为部分熵纠缠度.应用条件熵纠缠度研究了真空腔场中两全同二能级原子之间纯态和一类混合态纠缠的时间演化,比较了相同条件下两全同原子系统concurrence纠缠度的时间演化.结果表明,两纠缠度演化规律完全一致,验证了负值量子条件熵可以作为双量子系统纯态和一类混合态的纠缠量度.

We propose two schemes for generating a four-atom cluster state in a thermal
cavity. With the assistant of a strong classical field the
photon-number-dependent parts in the effective Hamiltonian are canceled.
Thus the schemes are insensitive to the thermal field. The schemes can also
be used to generate the cluster state for the trapped ions in thermal

Homodyne detection can be used to perform measurements on various quantum states of the light, such as conditional single
photon states produced by parametric fluorescence processes. In the pulsed regime, the time and frequency overlap between
the single photon wave packet and the local oscillator field plays a crucial role. We show in this paper that this overlap
can be characterized by an effective quantum efficiency, which is explicitly calculated in various situations of experimental
interest.

We have proposed a simple scheme to entangle two distant
qutrits trapped in separate optical cavities. The quantum
information of each qutrit is skillfully encoded on the degenerate
ground states of a pair of atoms, hence the entanglement between
them is relatively stable against spontaneous emission. In
Lamb-Dicke limits, it is not necessary to require coincidence
detections, which will relax the conditions for the experimental
realization. The scheme is robust against the inefficient

Several properties are calculated for A2Πu of —the majority for the first time—including electric and magnetic moments, and fine/hyperfine structure (fs/hfs) parameters. The new results are compared with our previous ones for X2 and B2 of [P.J. Bruna, F. Grein, J. Mol. Spectrosc. 227 (2004) 67–80]. The electric quadrupole Θ and hexadecapole Φ moments, polarizability α, and hfs constants a, b, c, d, eQq0, eQq2 are evaluated at the density functional theory (DFT) level [B3LYP/aug-cc-pVQZ]. The fs constants (spin–orbit coupling AΠ, Λ-doubling p, q, spin-rotation γΠ), and magnetic moments (g-factors) are obtained via 2nd-order sum-over-states expansions, using wavefunctions and matrix elements obtained with a multireference configuration interaction (MRDCI) method, and the Breit–Pauli Hamiltonian. At equilibrium, 2nd-order properties of A2Πu are dominated by its coupling with B2. For the A state, two independent components are reported for traceless tensor properties (multipoles Θ and Φ; hfs parameters c/d and q0/q2) and three for traced properties (polarizability α and g-factors), i.e., one more component than for axially symmetric Σ states. The currently available experimental data on — limited to AΠ, p, and q—are well reproduced by our theoretical results. 相似文献

A dynamical system consisting of a subsystem having the variablesz=(q,p) and of another dynamical system (thermostat) is considered in the nonquantum case. Using a dynamical equation, it is shown that the linear and quadratic non-Markov fluctuation-dissipation relations (FDRs) of the first kind are valid in the first nonvanishing approximation in interaction constants. Applying these FDRs, one can determine the statistical properties of the fluctuations when the form of the nonlinear phenomenological equation is known. The non-Markov FDRs of the first kind are the direct generalization (to the inertial case) of the Markov FDRs that are the consequence of detailed balance. 相似文献

The Equations of State for Cu, Ag, and Au in the sub-TPa region are constraint by correlated fits of all the thermo-physical data at ambient pressure and by theoretical estimates of the intrinsic anharmonicities. A hierarchy in the parameters provides a robust fitting procedure with typical accuracies of the finally calculated pressures of probably better than 1% at temperatures to the melting curve and pressures into the TPa-region. 相似文献

Here, we show that the sum squeezing in a two-uncorrelated-mode light beam

which is degenerate limit of amplitude-squared squeezing, may be generated
or enhanced in mixing with a two-mode coherent light beam using a beam

A beam splitter operator is a very important linear device in the field of quantum optics and quantum information. It can not only be used to prepare complete representations of quantum mechanics, entangled state representation, but it can also be used to simulate the dissipative environment of quantum systems. In this paper, by combining the transform relation of the beam splitter operator and the technique of integration within the product of the operator, we present the coherent state representation of the operator and the corresponding normal ordering form. Based on this, we consider the applications of the coherent state representation of the beam splitter operator, such as deriving some operator identities and entangled state representation preparation with continuous-discrete variables. Furthermore, we extend our investigation to two single and two-mode cascaded beam splitter operators, giving the corresponding coherent state representation and its normal ordering form. In addition, the application of a beam splitter to prepare entangled states in quantum teleportation is further investigated, and the fidelity is discussed. The above results provide good theoretical value in the fields of quantum optics and quantum information. 相似文献

In this study, we investigated whether a change exists in the emitting state of the monomethyl indoles, dissolved in 1‐chlorobutane (ClB) and 2‐methylbutane (2MB), resulting from a dipolarity increase of the solvent. Analysis of the solvatochromism of monomethyl indoles in ClB at 343–133 K and in 2MB at 293–113 K leads to the following conclusions: (i) the state S1 is the greatest contributor to the structured emission of 4‐Me‐, 5‐Me‐, and 7‐MeIndole; (ii) lowering the temperature of solutions of these compounds in ClB or 2MB below 113 K leads not to a structureless emission or bathochromic shift typical for an S1′ state; (iii) 1‐Me‐, 2‐Me‐, 3‐Me‐, and 6‐MeIndole exhibit a structured emission typical for an S1 state in 2MB but show an invariably structureless emission, subject to a red shift in ClB as the temperature is lowered, which is suggestive for an S1′ emitting state; and (iv) lowering the temperature of solutions of the previous compounds below 133 K causes their emission spreading to become structured and blueshifted (two typical features for an emission from their S1 state). From the viewpoint of quantum information,this paper studies preparation and control of atomic optimal entropy squeezing states(AOESS) for a moving two-level atom under control of the two-mode squeezing vacuum fields.Necessary conditions of preparation of the AOESS are analysed,and numerical verification of the AOESS is finished.It shows that the AOESS can be prepared by controlling the time of the atom interaction with the field,cutting the entanglement between the atom and field,and adjusting squeezing factor of the field.An atomic optimal entropy squeezing sudden generation in different components can alternately be realized by controlling the field-mode structure parameter. 相似文献
