It is shown that the spin- anisotropic Ising model with multisite interactions on a zigzag ladder may be mapped into the one dimensional spin- Axial-Next-Nearest-Neighbor Ising (ANNNI) model with multisite interactions. The partition function zeros of the ANNNI model with multisite interactions are investigated. A comprehensive analysis of the partition function zeros of the ANNNI model with and without three-site interactions on a zigzag ladder is done using the transfer matrix method. Analytical equations for the distribution of the partition function zeros in the complex magnetic field (Yang-Lee zeros) and temperature (Fisher zeros) planes are derived. The Yang-Lee and Fisher zeros distributions are studied numerically for a variety of values of the model parameters. The densities of the Yang-Lee and Fisher zeros are studied and the corresponding edge singularity exponents are calculated. It is shown that the introduction of three-site interaction terms in the ANNNI model leads to a simpler distribution of the partition function zeros. For example, the Yang-Lee zeros tend to a circular distribution when increasing by modulus the three-site interactions term coefficient. It is found that the Yang-Lee and Fisher edge singularity exponents are universal and equal to each other, .  相似文献

We present a general, rigorous theory of partition function zeros for lattice spin models depending on one complex parameter. First, we formulate a set of natural assumptions which are verified for a large class of spin models in a companion paper [5]. Under these assumptions, we derive equations whose solutions give the location of the zeros of the partition function with periodic boundary conditions, up to an error which we prove is (generically) exponentially small in the linear size of the system. For asymptotically large systems, the zeros concentrate on phase boundaries which are simple curves ending in multiple points. For models with an Ising-like plus-minus symmetry, we also establish a local version of the Lee-Yang Circle Theorem. This result allows us to control situations when in one region of the complex plane the zeros lie precisely on the unit circle, while in the complement of this region the zeros concentrate on less symmetric curves.Reproduction of the entire article for non-commercial purposes is permitted without charge.  相似文献

Traditional Monte Carlo ray-tracing (MCRT) methods for continuous participating media are not applicable in media represented by point masses (or stochastic particles) frequently encountered in combustion modeling. In the authors’ previous work several ray models and particle models have been proposed for radiation simulations in such media. In the present paper an efficient emission scheme is developed for MCRT in highly inhomogeneous media represented by particle fields. Ray energies are limited to a narrow range to reduce statistical error, by having particles emit numbers of photons proportional to their emissive power (including combination of weak particles). A method to evaluate the radiative heat source, required by the overall energy equation, is also developed. A particle field representing the highly inhomogeneous medium in a turbulent jet flame is employed to test the proposed methods.  相似文献

随机源对于信息理论安全的密钥分发至关重要,本文提出了一种基于单向注入垂直腔面发射激光器系统的密钥分发方案.首先基于单向注入的方式产生无时延特征的激光混沌信号,并通过单向注入驱动两个从激光器产生带宽增强的混沌同步信号.然后经过采样、量化以及异或等后处理,生成密钥流.数值仿真结果表明,在单阈值情况下,合法用户之间的误比特率低至1%左右,合法用户与窃听者之间的误比特率都高于10%;在双阈值情况下,误比特率可以低至10-6.最后,对生成的密钥流进行了NIST随机性测试.该方案有效地增强了密钥分发的安全性.  相似文献

A conditional probability distribution suitable for estimating the statistical properties of ocean seabed parameter values inferred from acoustic measurements is derived from a maximum entropy principle. The specification of the expectation value for an error function constrains the maximization of an entropy functional. This constraint determines the sensitivity factor (β) to the error function of the resulting probability distribution, which is a canonical form that provides a conservative estimate of the uncertainty of the parameter values. From the conditional distribution, marginal distributions for individual parameters can be determined from integration over the other parameters. The approach is an alternative to obtaining the posterior probability distribution without an intermediary determination of the likelihood function followed by an application of Bayes' rule. In this paper the expectation value that specifies the constraint is determined from the values of the error function for the model solutions obtained from a sparse number of data samples. The method is applied to ocean acoustic measurements taken on the New Jersey continental shelf. The marginal probability distribution for the values of the sound speed ratio at the surface of the seabed and the source levels of a towed source are examined for different geoacoustic model representations.  相似文献

In this paper, an inverse analysis is performed for estimation of source term distribution from the measured exit radiation intensities at the boundary surfaces in a one-dimensional absorbing, emitting and isotropically scattering medium between two parallel plates with variable refractive index. The variation of refractive index is assumed to be linear. The radiative transfer equation is solved by the constant quadrature discrete ordinate method. The inverse problem is formulated as an optimization problem for minimizing an objective function which is expressed as the sum of square deviations between measured and estimated exit radiation intensities at boundary surfaces. The conjugate gradient method is used to solve the inverse problem through an iterative procedure. The effects of various variables on source estimation are investigated such as type of source function, errors in the measured data and system parameters, gradient of refractive index across the medium, optical thickness, single scattering albedo and boundary emissivities. The results show that in the case of noisy input data, variation of system parameters may affect the inverse solution, especially at high error values in the measured data. The error in measured data plays more important role than the error in radiative system parameters except the refractive index distribution; however the accuracy of source estimation is very sensitive toward error in refractive index distribution. Therefore, refractive index distribution and measured exit intensities should be measured accurately with a limited error bound, in order to have an accurate estimation of source term in a graded index medium.  相似文献

Number theory is an abstract mathematical field that has found a fertile environment for development in theoretical physics. In particular, several physical systems were related to the zeros of the Riemann-zeta function. In this work we present the theory of a unitary matrix related to a finite number of zeros of the Riemann-zeta function. The equivalent quantum circuit and the calculation of the entanglement of a multipartite quantum state produced by the Riemannian quantum circuit are also shown.  相似文献

The one-port source characteristics in a duct system, viz., source impedance and strength, can be determined by using the four-load method. In this paper, to avoid the instability problem of the conventional four-load method, a new formulation for the multiload method has been proposed, which employs an error function based on the linear, time-invariant source model. It is shown that the method is less sensitive to input errors compared to the previous methods. For a 10% input error, the proposed method yields a relative error in the source resistance that is about 1/100 times smaller than for the conventional method. The effectiveness of the present method is demonstrated by two test examples, a loudspeaker and a blower, each operating in a duct. It is observed that the conventional and least-squares methods result in large errors, whereas the present method yields far better agreement with the actual source parameters, as measured by the direct method. The present method is then used to obtain the source parameters on the exhaust side of an operating internal combustion engine. The radiated sound spectrum from the exhaust opening is predicted by using the measured source parameters and the calculated result agrees very well with the measured one.  相似文献

实际浅海波导中环境噪声为相干噪声,最小方差匹配场声源功率估计方法能在相干噪声背景下准确估计声源辐射功率,但该方法受环境不确定性影响较大;此外,由于最小方差匹配场声源功率估计方法使用信号幅度作为中间量估计声源功率,信号幅度估计误差会二次放大并传递到声源功率估计结果中。本文提出一种协方差矩阵拟合稳健最小方差匹配场声源功率估计方法,该方法引入信道传递函数不确定集,结合协方差矩阵拟合思想将声源功率估计问题建模为在信道传递函数不确定集约束下对函数取极值的问题,使用Lagrange乘子法求解该问题得到信道传递函数估计值和声源辐射功率估计值。环境失配影响声源辐射功率估计性能的根本原因在于信道传递函数偏差较大,协方差矩阵拟合稳健匹配场声源功率估计方法有效减小了环境失配时信道传递函数的偏差,从而显著提升环境失配稳健性。此外,该方法使用权值直接估计声源功率,无需使用信号幅度作为中间量,避免了估计误差的传递。仿真验证了协方差矩阵拟合稳健匹配场声源功率估计方法的环境失配稳健性。  相似文献

The strongest therapeutic effects in ultrasonic physiotherapy are mainly produced at the first centimeters, i.e. close to the applicator surface and, in general, only in the near-field zone. The acoustic field produced in practice by this type of transducers differs from the classical models because the vibration distribution on the real transducer surfaces is non-uniform. However, neither models using uniform distribution, nor those using typical non-uniform distribution patterns for the source accurately represent the radiation of this kind of transducers. Although this therapy is widely used and many efforts have been made in experimentally studying the patterns of ultrasound radiation produced during physiotherapy applications (IEC-61689, 1998), additional modeling researches still would be needed in order to achieve improved models giving field patterns closer to the measured ultrasonic results. In this paper, acoustic patterns produced from two source radiation functions are proposed and evaluated for field modeling of physiotherapy applicators. Both the functions are approximations to the pressure distribution measured close to the emitting surface and they are based on the modulation of the classical simply-supported function using either sinusoidal or Bessel-type distributions. The simply-supported function is accounted for the radiator-fixing condition and the modulation function simulates the complex vibration distribution of this kind of transducer. The modulator Bessel function is based on reports about Bessel-type vibration distributions found in piezoelectric disk resonators. The use of a selected sinusoidal segment represents another analytical option for obtaining an approximated behavior of the measured data in a real applicator. Both the field models are implemented using the finite element method (FEM) to obtain the numerical solution of wave equation at each point in the radiated space. The solution is reached by considering axisymmetric radiation in attenuation-free media. The results indicate the viability of applying an adequate model for acoustic field calculation by simulating the radiating distribution on the emitting surface as either sinusoidal or Bessel-modulated functions. Models using both the functions describe reasonably real behaviors, but those based on Bessel functions are better correlated with the measurements. The results for three commercial applicators indicate the possibility of representing, with adequate verisimilitude, the acoustic field radiated by physiotherapy ultrasound transducers using linear combinations of Bessel profiles describing the radiation source.  相似文献

This paper compares the force feedback and acceleration feedback implementation of the sky-hook damper when it is used to isolate a flexible structure from a disturbance source. It is shown that the use of a force sensor produces always alternating poles and zeros in the open-loop transfer function between the force actuator and the force sensor, which guarantees the stability of the closed loop. On the contrary, the acceleration feedback produces alternating poles and zeros only when the flexible structure is stiff compared to the isolation system; this property is lost when the flexible modes of the sensitive payload interfere with the isolation system.  相似文献

We consider the phenomenon of amplitude zeros, first discovered in the process d u→W?γ. Using spin-0 particles, we find that the zeros persist for radiation from internal bubbled. However, when we consider the 1-loop correction to the scalar three-point function (with a photon attached in all possible ways), it is shown, by an explicit calculation, that amplitude zeros do not persist in general.  相似文献

We study the effect of regime switches on finite size Lyapunov exponents (FSLEs) in determining the error growth rates and predictability of multiscale systems. We consider a dynamical system involving slow and fast regimes and switches between them. The surprising result is that due to the presence of regimes, the error growth rate can be a non-monotonic function of initial error amplitude. In particular, troughs in the large scales of FSLE spectra are shown to be a signature of slow regimes, whereas fast regimes are shown to cause large peaks in the spectra where error growth rates far exceed those estimated from the maximal Lyapunov exponent. We present analytical results explaining these signatures and corroborate them with numerical simulations. We show further that these peaks disappear in stochastic parametrizations of the fast chaotic processes, and the associated FSLE spectra reveal that large scale predictability properties of the full deterministic model are well approximated, whereas small scale features are not properly resolved.  相似文献

Reaction wheel assemblies (RWAs) are a source of disturbance in satellites, and they are regarded as the largest jitter contributor in optical payloads. In order to ensure a stringent jitter requirement, the wheel disturbance effects on spacecraft should be predicted precisely prior to launch through analytical or experimental approaches. For this purpose, the wheel disturbance should be identified and modeled accurately. In the present study, a micro-vibration model of the RWA is introduced through coupling an analytical wheel model and an empirical disturbance model; furthermore, a parameter estimation process of the coupled model from the micro-vibration disturbance data is proposed. In order to verify the modeling and estimation techniques, a micro-vibration model of a numerical RWA is established and its estimation error is validated. Then, the micro-vibration model is extended to consider an axial disturbance and a measurement offset effect. Finally, the micro-vibration model is applied to a commercial RWA and the model parameters are extracted from the disturbance test data of the RWA using the parameter estimation process. The analytical and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed micro-vibration model and parameter estimation process are effective in the dynamic disturbance modeling of RWAs.  相似文献

We made a tissue phantom with double-peak particle size distribution, which has polystyrene particles of cell nuclear size and mitochondrial size, and measured the spectrum from the tissue phantom using a single optical fiber. In this paper we investigate the characterization method for the tissue phantom with double-peak particle size distribution by comparing the measured spectra with the calculated ones using the Monte Carlo (MC) method. It is first shown that the Mie phase function characterizes better than the Henyey-Greenstein (H-G) phase function in MC calculation. Next, we compare the measurement spectra with those obtained by modeling as single-peak, conventional modeling for particle size distribution, and for double-peak particle size distribution. The single-peak modeling is found to cause considerable error for the tissue phantom with double-peak particle size distribution, which seems to simulate a biological tissue. We suggest that if one simulates the particle size distribution of a biological tissue by conventional modeling, the accuracy of estimation will be lower.  相似文献

The sound field caused by a monopole source above an impedance plane can be calculated by using a superposition of equivalent point sources located along a line in the mirror space below the plane. Originally, such an approach for representing the half-space Green's function was described by Sommerfeld at the beginning of the last century, in order to treat half-space problems of heat conduction. However, the representation converges only for masslike impedances and cannot be used for the more important case of reflecting planes with springlike surface impedances. The singular part of the line integral can be transformed into a Hankel function, which shows that surface waves are contained in the whole solution. Unfortunately, this representation suffers from the lack of validity at certain receiver points and from restrictions on wave number and impedance range to ensure the necessary convergence. The main idea of the present method is to use also a superposition of equivalent point sources, but to allow that these sources can be located at complex source points. The corresponding form of the half-space Green's function is suitable for both masslike and springlike surface impedances, and can be used as a cornerstone for a boundary element method.  相似文献
