A novel optical system is proposed that implements digital speckle pattern interferometry (DSPI) and digital speckle photography (DSP) simultaneously using two wavelength illumination of an object for simultaneous measurement of all three components of the displacement vector field. A collimated red light illuminates both the object and a reference surface in a DSPI configuration which is sensitive to out-of-plane displacement field while a blue light illuminates the object in a DSP configuration which is sensitive to in-plane displacement fields. A color 3-CCD camera records the red and blue lights individually through its red and blue channels, respectively. Two reference images and one image in the deformed state of the object are required for quantitative measurement. Experimental results are presented to validate the system.  相似文献

The π phase-shifting Fourier transform technique is introduced into the surface profile measurement of moving objects. A digital grating comprising two regions, which have a π phase shifting is projected onto the object. Two line-scan CCD cameras are used to capture two deformed fringe patterns with π phase shifting at the same time. As the object is moving, each point at the object surface can be captured twice. The digital correlation method is used to calibrate the experimental system. The zero-order component can be eliminated by subtracting intensities of the same surface point in two captured images. And then the phase can be extracted by Fourier transform without the disturbance of zero-order component. Experimental results demonstrate that this method is feasible for the moving surface profile detection and the measurable slope of height variation can be extended.  相似文献

The 2π phase ambiguity caused by surface isolations and large height step can be solved by dual-frequency projection grating profilometry. However, in the Fourier transform profilometry (FTP) of a moving object, only one single deformed fringe pattern can be obtained. In order to introduce the dual-frequency technique into the FTP of moving object, a novel experimental system is designed to capture two fringe patterns with different frequency at the same time. A grating structure comprising two regions with different frequencies is projected upon the surface of the detected object. Two line-scan CCD cameras are used to capture the surface images encoded by the two kinds of patterns, respectively. By getting the corresponding image intensity at the same point of the object surface in the two acquired images, the dual-frequency technique is applied to extract the real phase without phase ambiguity. The surface profile of a specimen with a large height step is measured to prove the feasibility of the proposed method. The experimental results show that the proposed method can solve the 2π phase ambiguity problem successfully in the surface profile inspection of a moving object.  相似文献

The shortcomings of conventional shadow Moiré topography have in the past been improved by means of the phase-shift method which enhances the sensitivity and allows to process the fringe patterns automatically. This paper presents a digital implementation of the phase-shifting process, which requires only one image to be taken. The grating lines, projected onto the deformed object surface, are captured directly with a digital camera. Next the reference grating is superimposed numerically onto the projected grating lines. Then a number of phase-shifts are performed taking into account the non-linearities in the expression for the height-dependent intensity field. Experimental results prove that these non-linearities can considerably affect the micro deformation measurements of curved surfaces. The proposed method is very efficient and eliminates all causes of erroneous measurements due to the miscalibration of phase-stepping devices.  相似文献

提出一种基于位错点阵投影的三维数字成像方法。该方法以二维点阵结构光顺序照明参考平面和被测物体表面,通过分析分别投影在参考平面和物体上的点阵的成像过程,建立投射在参考平面和被测物体表面上的点阵中同一点在成像面上横向位置错动与被测物体深度之间的数学模型。依据此模型,通过计算相对应点在成像平面上的横向位移。可计算出物体的深度图像。二维点阵可以在垂直于光轴的平面内做横向和纵向的两维移动,以填补由于离散而丢失的其他空间点的深度信息,获得高空间分辨率。实验验证了该方法的可行性,此方法对于拓扑复杂的表面和大梯度表面有较强的适应性。  相似文献

利用数字投影栅线技术, 采集变形前后的两幅图像,存入计算机中,然后根据Fourier变换原理进行处理,解调出物体的形貌信息.整个过程自动化程度较高,尤其是投影栅线为正弦栅线且栅距随意可调,比栅板投影栅线所含噪音小,因此精确度较高,而且使用的仪器常见,对环境要求 低,简便易行,有利于进一步推广.给出对爆竹像的实际测量结果,结果表明了该方法的实用价值.  相似文献

在实际傅里叶变换轮廓术测量中,获取的条纹图扩展的零频分量对傅里叶变换轮廓术的测量精度和测量范围有很大影响,甚至妨碍正确三维面形的恢复。π相移技术常被用来消除零频分量对测量的影响,但需要在测量系统中安装精密相移装置,并需要采集两帧具有π相位差的条纹图。传统傅里叶变换轮廓术中,完成精密相移需要较长的时间,影响了傅里叶变换轮廓术测量方法的实时性。提出了采用双色正弦光栅投影来实现从一帧条纹图中消除零频对傅里叶变换轮廓术测量的影响。该方法同传统的π相移方法相比,不需要相移装置,测量系统简单,并且能真正实现高速测量。  相似文献

大剪切电子散斑干涉技术不需要引入参考光,具有条纹质量好等特点。提出将干涉场的载频调制技术引入到大剪切电子散斑干涉中,可形成具有载频调制功能的新的电子散斑干涉系统。该系统具有对测量环境的隔振振动要求低,能方便定量求解物体的变形场等优点。首先讨论大剪切载频的调制机理,然后利用中心加载、周边固定的圆盘进行典型实验,设计了可用计算机控制且可对参考物进行精确偏转的步进电机系统,进而实现了对电子散斑干涉场的自动控制调制。最后,利用傅里叶变换法对调制条纹进行解调,解调出变形场的相位,并通过相位与位移的转换计算,得到精确的物体变形场。实验结果证明,该系统能够调制电子散斑干涉场,求解物体的位移场。  相似文献

超声散斑相移法能满足工程建设中对水下物内层界面关键点位移进行测量的特殊要求。测量时,引入数字参考信号与物面测点上的散斑信号进行数字干涉,获得叠加信号强度。界面位移前后,应用软件逐步改变参考信号相位,可逐步改变叠加信号强度,根据这些信号强度值可计算出测点的位移量。应用此技术对水下试件内层表面的法线和切线方向上的位移进行了实测,测量结果与理论值有较好的吻合;研究表明打磨后的粗糙外层界面不影响应用相移法进行测量。在应用相移法测量时,不需声像转换,不需全场扫描,测量精度不受散斑尺寸限制。  相似文献

提出一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的嵌入式三维数字成像系统设计方案。该方案的硬件平台由条纹投影模块、数据采集模块、条纹自动分析模块及储存器等其他辅助电路组成。条纹投影模块将DSP输出的正弦光栅条纹, 经视频编码后用DLP投射到物体表面; 数据采集模块通过CCD相机采集被物体表面三维信息调制后的变形条纹图, 并进行视频解码; 条纹自动分析模块中利用相移算法计算折叠相位, 再结合相位展开算法求绝对相位分布。系统软件采用多线程技术并行控制三个模块。在相位解调过程中以软件流水线为主综合运用了循环展开、数据预取和内联函数等多种方法优化解调程序。实验结果表明, 该系统可以高速、准确地实现三维轮廓测量,优化后相位展开程序速度是优化前的7倍。  相似文献

Stereoscopic digital speckle photography offers a technique to measure object shapes and 3-D displacement fields in experimental mechanics. The system measures the displacement of a random white light speckle pattern, which somehow is present on the object surface, using digital correlation. This paper describes a general physical model for stereo imaging systems. A camera calibration algorithm, which takes the distortion in the lenses into account, is also presented and evaluated by real experiments. Standard deviations of small deformations as low as 1% of the pixel size for in-plane deformations and 6% of the pixel size for the out-of-plane component are reported. Using the calibration algorithm described, the main source of errors is random errors originating from the correlation algorithm.  相似文献

An electro-optic holographic technique (also called electronic speckle pattern interferometry or TV holography) for the measurement of displacements and strains on three-dimensional object surfaces is presented. The three components of the displacement vector, in a fixed coordinate system, are separated using four independent illumination beams. The interferometric phase for each illumination beam is extracted using the phase stepping technique. Displacements in the fixed coordinate system are projected on to the object surface using the tensor transformation law. Equations for the computation of surface strains using the projected displacements and the surface geometry are developed. The technique is applied for the measurement of strains on the surface of a cylindrical vessel subjected to internal pressure.  相似文献

Conventional digital image correlation (DIC) technique using a fixed reference image provides high-accuracy measurements but normally fails when serious decorrelation effect occurs in the deformed images due to large deformation, serious illumination fluctuations or other reasons. In this paper, an incremental reliability-guided digital image correlation (RG-DIC) technique, by combining the recently developed RG-DIC technique and an automatic reference image updating scheme, is proposed for large deformation measurement. In the incremental RG-DIC technique, a seed point is defined in the original reference image and searched in the deformed images, if the estimated correlation coefficient is larger than a preset threshold, which means no serious decorrelation effect exists in the deformed image, the RG-DIC technique is used to continue correlation analysis to obtain full-field displacements. Otherwise, the image recorded just before the current deformed image is chosen as an updated reference image to proceed with correlation analysis. Afterwards, the incremental displacements extracted by comparing the current deformed image and the updated reference image can be cumulated to determine the overall deformation. The effectiveness of the proposed technique is demonstrated by retrieving the full-field deformation of a foam sample subjected to large compressive deformation.  相似文献

A phase shifting technique using a Michelson interferometry system is presented and applied to surface contour measurement. Hyperbolic fringes are produced by the interference of two spherical wavefronts expanded from a beam expander. The fringe pattern is projected on an object surface and the deformed grating image is captured by a CCD camera for subsequent analysis by a PC. Phase variation is achieved by a liquid-crystal device incorporated in the Michelson interferometry system. Results obtained using the proposed method for objects of various shapes and sizes compared well with those from a conventional profilometer.  相似文献

Additive-subtractive phase modulated speckle interferometry (ASPMSI) is a technique that minimizes the susceptibility of speckle methods to environmental noise while providing fringes of good visibility. The method requires the acquisition of two consecutive video frames of additive-speckle images of the same two deformed states of an object at a rapid enough rate such that ambient noise is not a problem. The additive-speckle images as expected are of very poor visibility due to the presence of the self-interference term. An interframe phase-modulation is introduced and the two additive-speckle images are digitally subtracted to improve the fringe visibility by removing the self-interference term. The ASPM-SI method works with in-plane and out-of-plane deformation sensitive ESPI as well as with displacement-gradient sensitive speckle-shearing interferometry. It is shown that the ASPM-SI scheme has higher visibility than conventional additive-SI and performs consistently better than subtractive-SI schemes in the presence of partial interframe speckle decorrelating optical noise. Furthermore, it is shown that the fringe visibility of the out-of-plane displacement sensitive interferometer which uses a protected reference beam separate from the object beam can be made to be essentially unity even at complete interframe decorrelation.  相似文献

A digital speckle pattern shearing interferometer is presented which utilizes a single birefringent wedge. Two orthogonally polarized images of an object measured are sheared by the wedge, and the bias phase difference between two polarized images is shifted by translating the wedge. The phase shifting technique applied to speckle pattern shearing interferometry makes it possible to analyze a slope and surface strain numerically. The fringe formation in the present interferometer is analyzed with statistical theory. Experimental results are also presented in two cases: (1) measurement of a slope and normal displacement with a single illumination; (2) simultaneous and separate measurement of a slope and surface strain with two symmetrical illuminations.  相似文献
