To find new lead compounds with high biological activity,a series of novel 4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carboxaldehyde benzoyl hydrazone derivatives were designed and synthesized.Their structures were confirmed by ~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR,IR spectrum and elemental analysis.Preliminary bioassay indicated that the title compounds exhibited moderate to strong fungicidal activity against six fungi in vitro at50 μg/mL.Moreover,some of the title compounds exhibited good curative activity against TMV in vivo at500 μg/mL.The structure-activity relationship analysis of compounds against Valsa mali showed that compounds containing halogen at the para position on phenyl exhibited the best activity.Especially compound 8k showed broad spectrum fungicidal activities against Valsa mali,Botrytis cinerea,Pythium aphamdermatum,Rhizoctonia solani,Fusarium moniliforme and Altemaria solani with the EC_(50) values of8.20,24.42,15.80,40.53,41.48,and 34.16 μg/mL,respectively.  相似文献

New series of pyrazolo[1,5-α]pyrimidine derivatives 7a-i,11a-c and Schiff bases 13a-c were synthesized and screened for their in vitro antitumor activity against three human carcinoma cell lines,namely colorectal carcinoma(HCT116),prostate adenocarcinoma(PC-3) and liver carcinoma(HepG-2) using MTT cytotoxicity assay at 100 μg/mL.Some of the tested compounds displayed good anticancer activities against HCT-116 and PC-3 cells.Whereas,compounds 7d and 11 a showed better antitumor activity than the rest of the compounds against both cell lines.A structure-activity relationship(SAR) has been discussed and structures of the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by different spectral data(MS,IR,~1H NMR and ~(13)C NMR) and elemental analysis.  相似文献

A series of methylenebis(phenyl-1,5-benzothiazepine)s 4 and methylenebis(benzofuryl-1,5-benzothiazepine)s 5 were prepared by the reaction of methylene-bis-chalcones 3 with 2-aminothiophenol for 4 and followed by the condensation with chloroacetone for 5. The structures of the synthesized compounds have been confirmed by their IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and elemental analyses. All the synthesized compounds were tested for their antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive, Gram-negative bacteria and fungi. To elucidate the essential structural requirements for the antimicrobial activity, the preliminary structure-activity relationship has been described. Among the compounds tested, the dimeric compounds 4f, 4g, 5f and 5g were found to be most active against Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus sphaericus, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella aerogenes and Chromobacterium violaceum. Similarly these dimeric compounds showed potent antifungal activity against Candida albicans, Aspergillus fumigatus, Trichophyton rubrum, and Trichophyton mentagrophytes. It is interesting to note that the dimeric compounds with substituents of heterocyclic ring at the 4th position of benzothiazepine system displayed notable antibacterial activity equal to that of streptomycin and penicillin. Further, the activity of all the dimeric compounds was compared with that of their monomeric compounds, and it is interesting to note that almost all the dimeric compounds showed enhanced activity than their monomeric compounds.  相似文献

<正>Eudistalbin A was isolated from marine tunicate eudistoma album and possess cytotoxic activity(ED_(50)3.2μg/mL) in vitro against the growth of KB human buccal carinoma cells.The synthetic eudistalbin A showed potent inhibitory activity against the breast carcinoma cell line MDA-231 with an IC_(50) value of 2.1μmol/L using the metabolic assay MTT.All structures of new compounds were confirmed by ~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR,HRMS and optical rotation.  相似文献

A new series of N-arylquinoline derivatives 5a-x bearing 2-morpholinoquinoline moiety has been synthesized by one pot base catalyzed cyclocondensation reaction of 2-morpholinoquinoline-3-carbaldehydes 2a-c,malononitrile 3 andβ-enaminones 4a-h. All the synthesized compounds were screened for their in vitro antimicrobial activity against six bacterial pathogens,namely Streptococcus pneumoniae,Clostridium tetani,Bacillus subtilis,Salmonella typhi,Vibrio cholerae,Escherichia coli and against two fungal pathogens,Aspergillus fumigatus and Candida albicans using broth microdilution MIC method.Of the compounds studied,majority of the compounds were found to active against C.tetani,B.subtilis and C.albicans as compared to first-line standard drugs.  相似文献

A series of novel triazole derivatives containing γ-lactam were designed and synthesized, and their structures were confirmed by ~1H NMR,~(13)CNMR and HRMS. The in vitro antifungal activities of the target compounds were evaluated. The results showed that all of the compounds exhibited stronger activity against the six clinically important fungi tested than fluconazole. 3D and 3E showed comparative activity against the fungi tested except for Candida glabrata and Aspergillus fumigatus as voriconazole. In addition,the docking model for 2A and CYP51 was investigated.  相似文献

Eleven new 1-{5-[4-(benzyloxy)phenyl]-3-methyl-4,5-dihydropyrazol-l-yl} oxime ester dcrivatives were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, HRMS, ^1H NMR data. All the compounds were screened for their antibacterial potential in vitro against Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The results indicate that compounds 8c and 8f possess potent activity with the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of 1.562--3.125 ug/mL against all the four bacteria. Compounds 8c, 8e and 8f show moderate inhibition against the DNA gyrase(IC50=1.9--2.5 ug/mL). On the basis of the biological activities, structure-activity relationship was discussed.  相似文献

A novel series of 5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles were designed and synthesized in order to find novel potent anticancer compounds.The structures were confirmed by ~1H NMR and MS.Their antiproliferative activities against two cancer cell lines were tested by the MTT method in vitro.Three of compounds (1e,1g,and 1h) exhibited potent antiproliferative activities,especially compound 1h (with IC_(50) values of 5.2μmol/L and 1.9μmol/L against Bel-7402 and HT-1080,respectively).The preliminary structure-activity relationships of 5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indole derivatives were discussed.  相似文献

A series of novel 2,5-disubstituted-1,3,4-oxadiazoles have been synthesized from long-chain alkanoic and alkenoic acids. The structures of these compounds have been elucidated by elemental and spectral (IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, MS) analysis. Furthermore, compounds were screened for in vitro antibacterial activity against the representative panel of two Gram-positive and two Gram- negative bacteria. All the synthesized compounds were also tested for their inhibitory action against five strains of fungus. The various compounds show potent inhibitory action against test organisms. 2007 Abdul Rauf. Ten aromatic derivatives of β-aminopropionic acid and γ-aminobutyric acid were prepared.Their compositions and structures were identified by elemental analysis,IR,and 1H NMR.They have been examined for their antibacterial action against Staphylococcua aurens and Escherichia coli.These compounds showed higher activity than the aromatic derivatives of ct-amino acid which were reported previously.The general conclusion to be drawn is that the distance between amino and carboxylic group in these molecules could affect their antibacterial activity.Furthermore,those compounds with p-methyl substituent in phenyl ring exhibit higher activity than the others,and all the compounds exhibit higher activity against Escherichia coli and against Staphylococcua aureus.  相似文献

以查尔酮衍生物为前体, 与盐酸羟胺在碱性条件下反应制得7个3-(2-羟基-4,6-二甲氧基苯基)-5-芳基异噁唑啉化合物(2a~2g), 产物经红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱和元素分析表征. 抑菌活性研究结果表明, 化合物2d和2e对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌和绿脓杆菌均有一定抑制作用, 其中化合物2e对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌表现出极好的抑菌活性.  相似文献

A new dimeric lignan, named biplanispine A ( 1 ) which represents the first example of a dimeric 2,6‐diaryl‐3,7‐dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octane skeleton from a Rutaceae plant, together with 13 known lignans 2 – 14 , was isolated from the bark of Zanthoxylum planispinum. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, especially 2D‐NMR techniques. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial activities by the disc diffusion method. Compounds 7 and 9 showed interesting antibacterial activities at 200 μg/disc; they were as effective as kanamycin sulfate at 10 μg/disc against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis.  相似文献

首次合成了Bartericin A (1), 2’,6’-二羟基-5’-(2’’-羟基-3’’-甲基-3’’-丁烯基)-4’-甲氧基查尔酮(2), Xanthohumol D (3)和Angusticornin B (4) 4个羟基异戊烯基查尔酮类天然产物.为了探讨天然产物中不同官能团对其核心骨架结构抗菌活性的影响,设计合成了衍生物6.所合成的目标产物和未知中间体化合物经过1H NMR、13C NMR、IR、HRMS进行了确证.选取大肠杆菌[CMCC(B)44102]、绿脓杆菌[CMCC(B)10104]、金黄色葡萄球菌[CMCC(B)260003]和枯草芽孢杆菌[CMCC(B)63 501],采用稀释点样法对所合成的4个天然产物及1个新型衍生物进行了抗菌活性评估.结果显示,天然产物1、4和衍生物6对革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌表现出了一定的抑制活性.天然产物3对枯草芽孢杆菌表现出了较为明显的抑制活性,但对其他3种菌株无抑制活性(最小抑菌浓度>200μg/mL).  相似文献

In the course of our research for biologically active constituents from coniferous plants, a chromone derivative (1) and an abietane derivative (2) were isolated along with several diterpenes from Chamaecyparis pisifera. Structures of the new compounds were determined to be 5,7-dihydroxy-2-(1-acetyl-2-methoxycarbonylethyl)-chromone and rel-(8R,10R,20S)-8,10,20-trihydroxy-9(10-->20)-abeo-abieta-9,13-dien-12-one by means of spectral methods including two-dimensional NMR experiments. Some of these abietane-type compounds isolated from this plants showed antibacterial activitv against the gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis.  相似文献

Ten new azo Schiff bases 5a-h and 7a-b were prepared in excellent yields via the condensation of different aromatic amines and a new azoaldehyde, 2-hydroxy-3- methoxy-5-(4-methoxyphenylazo)benzaldehyde (4) by two different methods. All new compounds were tested against five microorganisms: Staphylococcus aureus (Gram positive and methicillin resistant), Bacillus subtilis (Gram positive), Kelebsiella pneumonia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli (all Gram negative). Compounds 4, 5a, 5c, 5d and 5g were moderately active against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. Compound 7b was highly active against Bacillus subtilis and moderately active against Staphylococcus aureus. Other compounds were inactive against these strains of bacteria. The antifungal activities of these compounds were also tested against eight different fungal species. None of them were active against the fungi species tested.  相似文献

以顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,经过水解、缩合、库尔提斯重排、脱保护得到1-苄基-3-氨基-吡咯烷-4-羧酸甲酯盐酸盐,再与硫脲衍生物缩合得到1-苄基-4-(2-甲酸叔丁酯-3-胍基)吡咯烷-3-羧酸甲酯衍生物,最后经过水解、酯化、脱保护得到六氢-1H-吡咯并[3,4-d]嘧啶衍生物,其结构经~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR、ESI-MS和元素分析表征。3-(4,5-二甲基噻唑-2)-2,5-二苯基四氮唑溴盐(MTT)法测试其抗肿瘤活性,实验结果表明,其中化合物9d和9g对肿瘤细胞(Bel-7402)株具有明显的抑制活性。  相似文献

合成了一系列新型的基于咔唑的单-/双-硫代碳酰腙衍生物.利用IR、1H NMR、13C NMR和元素分析对其进行了结构表征.评价了目标化合物对Cdc25B和PTP1B的抑制活性,讨论了其结构与活性的关系.实验结果显示,大部分目标化合物对Cdc25B和PTP1B表现出良好的抑制活性.其中,1,5-双[(9-戊基-3-咔唑基)亚甲基]硫代碳酰腙(4d)对Cdc25B的抑制活性最高,IC50为(0.23±0.02)μg/m L.1,5-双[(9-乙基-3-咔唑基)亚甲基]硫代碳酰腙(4a)对PTP1B的抑制活性最高, IC50为(1.00±0.16)μg/m L.对目标化合物4a和4d进行分子对接研究和密度泛函理论(DFT)计算,结果表明,目标化合物4d和4a分别进入到了Cdc25B和PTP1B酶的活性位点区域,有活性作用的主要是硫代碳酰腙和咔唑基团.  相似文献

为了发现具有良好生物活性的吡唑肟化合物,以唑螨酯为先导化合物,在吡唑肟中引入取代噁唑结构,设计并制备了20个未见文献报道的新型吡唑肟衍生物,利用1H NMR,13C NMR和元素分析确证了目标产物的结构.生物活性测试结果显示,部分目标化合物在500和100μg/mL浓度下对粘虫或蚜虫表现出优良的杀虫活性,其中5-(3-氟苯氧基)-1,3-二甲基-1H-吡唑-4-甲酰基-O-{[5-(4-氯苯基)噁唑-2-基]甲基}肟(9j)、5-(4-氟苯氧基)-1,3-二甲基-1H-吡唑-4-甲酰基-O-{[5-(4-氯苯基)噁唑-2-基]甲基}肟(9k)、5-(4-叔丁基苯氧基)-1,3-二甲基-1H-吡唑-4-甲酰基-O-{[5-(4-氯苯基)噁唑-2-基]甲基}肟(9r)和5-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)-1,3-二甲基-1H-吡唑-4-甲酰基-O-{[5-(4-氯苯基)噁唑-2-基]甲基}肟(9s)在浓度为100μg/mL时对粘虫的防治效果均达100%,5-(4-溴苯氧基)-1,3-二甲基-1H-吡唑-4-甲酰基-O-{[5-(4-氟苯基)噁唑-2-基]甲基}肟(9g)和9s在浓度为100μg/mL时对蚜虫的杀灭活性均为100%.此外,化合物9s在500μg/mL时对朱砂叶螨的防治效果为70%.  相似文献

<正>A new naphthoquinone compound named 7-hydroxyl-8-methoxyltrypethelone 3 together with two known compounds trypethelone 1 and trypethelone methyl ether 2 was isolated from cultured mycobiont of Astrothelium sp.The structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis as well as comparison with those reported in literatures.Compound 1 displayed significant antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis(ATCC 6633),and showed modest antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus col(MRSA)(CGMCC 1.2465),while compounds 2 and 3 showed modest antibacterial activity against Enterococcus faecalis 850E(CGMCC 1.2135) and S.aureus col(MRSA)(CGMCC 1.2465).  相似文献
