This paper is concerned with the stability analysis of neutral-type stochastic distributed delay differential systems described by Markovian switching. This system has some special kind of neutral behaviour with uncertain distributed time delays occurring in the state variables. Based on the Lyapunov function, novel methodologies for analyzing stability criteria, and the design of an uncertain distributed delay model are presented. The proposed method is an alternative way to study the robustness and stability of uncertain distributed delays with neutral systems. In order to demonstrate the applicability of the results, the investigation considers two specific examples.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel projective synchronization scheme called adaptive generalized function projective lag synchronization (AGFPLS) is proposed. In the AGFPLS method, the states of two different chaotic systems with fully uncertain parameters are asymptotically lag synchronized up to a desired scaling function matrix. By means of the Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive controller with corresponding parameter update rule is designed for achieving AGFPLS between two diverse chaotic systems and estimating the unknown parameters. This technique is employed to realize AGFPLS between uncertain Lü chaotic system and uncertain Liu chaotic system, and between Chen hyperchaotic system and Lorenz hyperchaotic system with fully uncertain parameters, respectively. Furthermore, AGFPLS between two different uncertain chaotic systems can still be achieved effectively with the existence of noise perturbation. The corresponding numerical simulations are performed to demonstrate the validity and robustness of the presented synchronization method.  相似文献

A Chebyshev interval method for nonlinear dynamic systems under uncertainty   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
This paper proposes a new interval analysis method for the dynamic response of nonlinear systems with uncertain-but-bounded parameters using Chebyshev polynomial series. Interval model can be used to describe nonlinear dynamic systems under uncertainty with low-order Taylor series expansions. However, the Taylor series-based interval method can only suit problems with small uncertain levels. To account for larger uncertain levels, this study introduces Chebyshev series expansions into interval model to develop a new uncertain method for dynamic nonlinear systems. In contrast to the Taylor series, the Chebyshev series can offer a higher numerical accuracy in the approximation of solutions. The Chebyshev inclusion function is developed to control the overestimation in interval computations, based on the truncated Chevbyshev series expansion. The Mehler integral is used to calculate the coefficients of Chebyshev polynomials. With the proposed Chebyshev approximation, the set of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) with interval parameters can be transformed to a new set of ODEs with deterministic parameters, to which many numerical solvers for ODEs can be directly applied. Two numerical examples are applied to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, in particular its ability to effectively control the overestimation as a non-intrusive method.  相似文献

In this paper, a new and systematic method for designing robust digital controllers for uncertain nonlinear systems with structured uncertainties is presented. In the proposed method, a controller is designed in terms of the optimal linear model representation of the nominal system around each operating point of the trajectory, while the uncertainties are decomposed such that the uncertain nonlinear system can be rewritten as a set of local linear models with disturbed inputs. Applying conventional robust control techniques, continuous-time robust controllers are first designed to eliminate the effects of the uncertainties on the underlying system. Then, a robust digital controller is obtained as the result of a digital redesign of the designed continuous-time robust controller using the state-matching technique. The effectiveness of the proposed controller design method is illustrated through some numerical examples on complex nonlinear systems––chaotic systems.  相似文献

In this paper, the transformation method is introduced as a powerful approach for both the simulation and the analysis of systems with uncertain model parameters. Based on the concept of α-cuts, the method represents a special implementation of fuzzy arithmetic that avoids the well-known effect of overestimation which usually arises when fuzzy arithmetic is reduced to interval computation. Systems with uncertain model parameters can thus be simulated without any artificial widening of the simulation results. As a by-product of the implementation scheme, the transformation method also provides a measure of influence to quantitatively analyze the uncertain system with respect to the effect of each uncertain model parameter on the overall uncertainty of the model output. By this, a special kind of sensitivity analysis can be defined on the basis of fuzzy arithmetic. Finally, to show the efficiency of the transformation method, the method is applied to the simulation and analysis of a model for the friction interface between the sliding surfaces of a bolted joint connection.  相似文献

In this paper we present a new method of confidence interval identification for Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy models in the case of the data with regionally changeable variance. The method combines a fuzzy identification methodology with some ideas from applied statistics. The idea is to find, on a finite set of measured data, the confidence interval defined by the lower and upper bounds. The confidence interval which defines the band that contains the measurement values with certain confidence. The method can be used when describing a family of uncertain nonlinear functions or when the systems with uncertain physical parameters are observed. In our example the proposed method is applied to model the pH-titration curve.  相似文献

The robust memoryless state feedback H control problem for uncertain time-delay discrete-time singular systems is discussed. Under a series of equivalent transformation, the equivalence of this problem and the robust state feedback H control problem for standard state-space uncertain time-delay discrete-time systems is presented. In this paper, we propose a design method of an observer-based controller for uncertain time-delay systems by delayed feedback. Based on the Lyapunov method, an LMI (linear matrix inequality) criterion is derived to design an observer-based controller which makes the system stable. A robust reliable control with integral quadratic constraint (IQC) performance for a class of uncertain systems with state and input delays is considered in this paper. Two classes of failure situations for sensor or actuator are studied. In the first class, a delay-dependent criterion for time-delay systems without perturbations is proposed to design the reliable control with IQC performance. Next, a criterion for uncertain time-delay systems with parameter uncertainties is obtained via simple derivations. The linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is used to design a robust reliable state feedback control with IQC performance. In the second class, a reliable control with IQC performance is also provided from he previous method. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the procedure. In this letter, the exponential stability of uncertain time-delay systems is investigated. Based on the Lyapunov method, a novel stability criterion has been derived in terms of matrix inequalities which can be easily solved using efficient convex optimization algorithms. This paper proposes a new higher-efficiency interval method for the response bound estimation of nonlinear dynamic systems, whose uncertain parameters are bounded. This proposed method uses sparse regression and Chebyshev polynomials to help the interval analysis applied on the estimation. It is also a non-intrusive method which needs much fewer evaluations of original nonlinear dynamic systems than the other Chebyshev polynomials based interval methods. By using the proposed method, the response bound estimation of nonlinear dynamic systems can be performed more easily, even if the numerical simulation in nonlinear dynamic systems is costly or the number of uncertain parameters is higher than usual. In our approach, the sparse regression method “elastic net” is adopted to improve the sampling efficiency, but with sufficient accuracy. It alleviates the sample size required in coefficient calculation of the Chebyshev inclusion function in the sampling based methods. Moreover, some mature technologies are adopted to further reduce the sample size and to guarantee the accuracy of the estimation. So that the number of sampling, which solves the certain ordinary differential equations (ODEs), can be reduced significantly in the Chebyshev interval method. Three numerical examples are presented to illustrate the efficiency of proposed interval method. In particular, the last two examples are high dimension uncertain problems, which can further exhibit the ability to reduce the computational cost.  相似文献

This paper considers the problem of global asymptotic stability of a class of nonlinear uncertain discrete-time state-delayed systems. The class of systems under investigation involves multiple state delays, norm-bounded parameter uncertainties, and generalized overflow nonlinearities which cover usual types of overflow arithmetic used in practice. A new criterion for the global asymptotic stability of such systems is presented. A numerical example is given to illustrate the applicability of the criterion presented.  相似文献
