Fluoride and sulphate complexing of Np(VI) has been studied by controlled-potential coulometry at a constant ionic strength. The values of 1 * and 2 * for fluoride complexes were found to be 9.4 and 8.9, respectively, at an ionic strength =0.5. At an ionic strength =1.0, 1 * and 2 * obtained were 6.6 and 10.5, respectively. Sulphate complexing of Np(VI) was studied only at an ionic strength =0.5. The value of 1 * obtained was 5.6.  相似文献

The use of -2-cyanoethyl Boc-aspartate is proposed for the first time for the synthesis of -esters of Boc-aspartic acid. The -2-cyanoethyl protective group is selectively split out by strong organic bases under hydrolytic conditions without the -ester bond being affected. Using the -2-cyanoethyl derivative, -cyclohexyl, -benzyl, and -tert-butyl Boc-aspartates have been synthesized in good yields.All-Union Scientific-Research Institute of Molecular Biology. The glycosylation of lupeol, allobetulin, 3-28-dihydroxy-18-lupene, 3-28-dihydroxy-18, 19-epoxylupane and of betulin monoacetates in acetonitrile with mercury cyanide has been studied. The 3- and 28-mono- and the 3,28-di-O--D-glucopyranosides of 3-28-dihydroxy-18-lupene and of 3-28-dihydroxy-18, 19-epoxylupane have been synthesized for the first time. Summary Another three cardiac glycosides have been isolated from the seeds ofCheiranthus allioni hort. One of them has been identified as digifucocellobioside (digitoxigenin 3 -O-[O--D-glycopyranosyl(1 4)-O--D-glucopyranosyl(1 4)-O--D-fucopyranoside]). Triacetyl--cyclodextrin (TA--CyD), a hydrophobic cyclodextrin derivative, that is insoluble in water, was used to form a complex with flufenamic acid (FA). FA-TA--CyD complex formation was demonstrated by differential scanning calorimetry and powder X-ray diffractometry. The release rate of FA from the FA-TA--CyD complexes in phosphate buffer pH 6.8 was significantly retarded compared to that of FA from the FA and glucose mixture. When the FA-TA--CyD complexes were administered directly into the intraduodenal lumen, the plasma concentration of FA remained at a plateau level (10-18 g/ml) for 6–8 h. An increased mean residence time of FA following FA-TA--CyD complexes administration was observed. These results indicate that TA--CyD may serve as a hydrophobic carrier in prolonged-release preparations of FA.  相似文献
