聚合物发光二极管以其独有的优点在显示方面显现了光明的前景,关于它的研究也很快成为国际上竞争激烈的热点。目前,聚合物发光二极管的各项性能距实际应用的要求还有相当一段距离。在提高聚合物发光二极管的各项性能的进程中,电注入发光聚合物的能带工程将起着积极的作用。本文简要地介绍了电注入发光聚合物的能带的形成、表征以及能带工程在聚合物发光器件中的应用。 相似文献

聚合物发光电化学池(polymer light-emitting electrochemical cell,PLEC)作为一种新型的聚合物发光二极管(polymer light-emitting diodes,PLED),它的本质特征是在PLED活性层掺杂电解质以提高活性层载流子传输能力,由于其具有对电极金属功函数不敏感和量子效率高等诸多优点而受到广泛关注。本文从活性层配方的改良、电极金属及基板的表面处理、相容性的改善、固定p-n结的实现和引入热处理手段等方面综述了近几年PLEC的研究进展,分析了当前PLEC在电致发光领域面临的问题,并对PLEC的前景进行了展望。 相似文献

聚合物光电功能材料与器件因其广阔的应用前景,1990年以年来吸引了世界各国学术界的广泛关注和兴趣.聚合物光电子器件主要包括聚合物电致发光二极管、聚合物场效应晶体管和聚合物太阳能电池等,其使用的关键材料是共轭聚合物光电子材料,包括共轭聚合物发光材料、场效应晶体管材料和光伏材料等.本文主要对共轭聚合物电致发光材料和光伏材料的研究进展进行综述,介绍了这些聚合物材料的种类、结构和性质以及在聚合物电致发光器件和聚合物太阳能电池中的应用.并讨论了当前共轭聚合物光电子材料中的关键科学问题和今后的发展方向. 相似文献

聚集态诱导发光(AIE)现象自2001年被发现以来发展十分迅速,从早期的小分子体系逐渐发展到高分子聚合物体系。与传统的小分子相比,聚合物体系的AIE材料能够克服加工上的难题,为制备高效发光器件创造了良好条件。AIE机理随着体系的开发不断发展,其核心依然是分子聚集态变化导致的辐射跃迁渠道,每一种AIE现象的形成往往需要几个因素协同作用,机理的不断完善一方面很好地解释了现有的AIE现象,另一方面为开发出新的AIE体系奠定了理论基础。本文总结了几种在小分子基础上形成的聚合物AIE体系,并在现有的机理基础上介绍了几种较新的AIE机理。 相似文献

Erbium doped borate glass is widely used in luminescent materials, the luminescence dynamics of erbium doped borate glass is of great significance for optimizing and improving the luminous efficiency. The 2% molar ratio erbium doped borate glass was synthesized by the traditional melt quenching method, and annealed at 260 \begin{document}$^{\circ}$\end{document} C below the borate glass transition temperature. The thermal performance parameters of borate glass undoped and doped with Er\begin{document}$^{3+}$\end{document} were measured by differential scanning calorimetry with 10 \begin{document}$^{\circ}$\end{document} C/min. The transient emission spectrum and decay kinetics curves were measured for the luminescence mechanism of erbium doped borate. Er\begin{document}$^{3+}$\end{document} ions have different lifetime when emitted at 556 nm with different excitation wavelengths, the excited state trap may exist in erbium doped borate glass. 相似文献

Hybrid gels incorporated with functional organic molecules are interesting for their physical properties and microstructures as well as their potential applications. Organic-inorganic hybrid silica gels incorporated with hydrophobic organic dye were prepared by hydrolysis of phenyltriethoxysilane (PhTES) and tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) in ethanol solution containing organic dye, pyrene or rhodamine-B (RB). The structure of the gels were investigated by mean of IR absorption spectra and UV-visible absorption/fluorescence spectra. The xerogel prepared from the solution of [PhTES]/[PhTES + TEOS] < 0.3 was stable, and the incorporated dyes hardly dissolved into ethanol. Si-Ph bond increased with increasing PhTES content in the precursor solutions. The UV-visible absorption spectra of the gels incorporated with RB show increase in the amount of dimer with increasing Ph-content. The fluorescence spectra for the gels incorporated with pyrene show that the hydrophobic dye is preferentially incorporated as monomers when the amount of Ph-group in the gels increases in contrast with hydrophilic RB. It is also suggested that the hydrophobic dye is preferentially incorporated into gels as monomers when the gelation rate is low. 相似文献

The behavior of sol-gel prepared thin films exhibiting a gasochromic effect; i.e., a reversibly change in colour from transparent when in air to blue when in H2, has been studied. The films were prepared from a Pd (PdCl2) doped peroxopolytungstic acid sol using a dip-coating technique. Transmission electron microscopy together with selected area electron diffractrometry revealed that the films consist of monoclinic and hexagonal nanocrystalline grains (2–5 nm) embedded in an amorphous phase. This amorphous hydrated phase was established using Infrared (IR) and Raman spectroscopy. Characteristic vibrations observed in the in-situ IR spectra of the coloured and bleached states revealed the presence and the importance of terminal W=O and W—OH2 groups in the colouring of the films. Colouring/bleaching changes of Pd doped W-PTA films observed using in-situ UV-Vis spectroscopy are described in terms of Pd concentration, and the number of reducing/oxidising cycles. The rate of colouring/bleaching is greater for films containing a higher concentration of Pd but the change in the optical density does not increase, i.e., shows saturation. 相似文献

以4-溴-1,8-萘酐为原料,合成脂溶性4-[2-(二甲氨基)乙氧基]-N-十八烷基-1,8-萘酰亚胺。对其进行了1H NMR和IR表征。考察了荧光染料在DMF、乙腈、丙酮、乙酸乙酯和乙醚5种溶剂中的荧光光谱和吸收光谱,发现由于溶剂效应,随溶剂极性由小到大,荧光光谱和吸收光谱的最大峰值波长逐渐红移。考察了不同金属离子和pH对荧光染料荧光光谱的影响,结果表明荧光强度随Fe3+、Zn2+、Co2+浓度增大而逐渐增强,Fe3+的影响最为显著;当pH<7时,荧光强度随着pH的降低逐渐增强;进一步考察了Fe3+、Zn2+、Co2+对吸收光谱的影响,结果发现吸收光谱均蓝移。分析认为荧光染料的光致电子转移被阻碍,实验结果表明,合成的新型荧光染料可用于溶液中金属离子和pH的检测。 相似文献

聚苯撑乙烯(PPV)类聚合物是优异的发光材料, 有望作为全色显示中三基色的材料之一得到应用. 我们采用2-溴-1,4-亚二甲苯二乙酯为原料, 合成了商品名为Supper Yellow PPV (SY PPV)的苯基取代PPV. 中间体、单体和聚合物的结构都通过核磁共振、元素分析进行了表征. SY PPV的吸收峰在434 nm, 吸收边在510 nm, 带隙2.44 eV. 光致发光峰值和电致发光峰值分别在516和552 nm. SY PPV的器件性能为: 启动电压为2.4 V, 最大亮度大于49000 cd·m-2, 最大流明效率为21 cd·A-1, 显著优于采用老方法合成SY PPV的最大流明效率(16-18 cd·A-1). 相似文献

将少量(摩尔分数为1%—3%)含噻吩的窄带隙单体和宽带隙硅芴单体进行共聚, 合成了聚{9,9-二己基-3,6-硅芴-co-[2,5-二(2-甲基苯撑-4-基)-噻吩]}和聚{9,9-二己基-3,6-硅芴-co-[2,5-二(2-苯撑-4-基)-噻吩]}两类硅芴共聚物, 通过紫外-可见吸收光谱、光致发光光谱, 并制作聚合物发光二极管器件测试电致发光光谱等手段, 系统表征了两类硅芴共聚物材料的性能. 实验结果表明, 噻吩的加入形成了新的蓝色发光中心, 并且实现了从硅芴链段到含噻吩发光中心的有效能量转移. 通过增加发光中心结构的空间位阻来减小其共轭程度, 可以使聚合物的PL和EL光谱发生较大蓝移. 最终得到了效率为0.46%和色坐标(CIE)为(0.19, 0.16)的蓝光LED器件. 相似文献

3种不同的荧光染料被分别嵌入硅基多孔氧化铝模板中,并且在室温下得到了蓝光、绿光和红光波长的荧光发射.实验中同时观测到上述荧光光谱的蓝移现象.研究结果表明,荧光染料沉积在不同的模板(如硅基多孔氧化铝、多孔硅)中,其相互作用的机理是不同的.模板发光机制的差异将直接影响荧光染料的发光性质. 相似文献

Fabrication of complex molecular films of organic materials is one of the most important issues in modern nanoscience and nanotechnology. Soft materials with flexible properties have been given much attention and can be obtained through bottom up processing from functional molecules, where self-assembly based on supramolecular chemistry and designed assembly have become crucial processes and technologies. In this work, we report the successful incorporation of cationic laser dye rhodamine 6G abbreviated as R6G into the pre-assembled polyelectrolyte/surfactant complex film onto quartz substrate by electrostatic adsorption technique. Poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH) was used as polycation and sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) was used as anionic surfactant. UV-Vis absorption spec-troscopic characterization reveals the formation of only H-type aggregates of R6G in their aqueous solution and both H- and J-type aggregates in PAH/SDS/R6G complex layer-by-layber films as well as the adsorption kinetics of R6G onto the complex films. The ratio of the absorbance intensity of two aggregated bands in PAH/SDS/R6G complex films is merely independent of the concentration range of the SDS solution used to fabricate PAH/SDS com-plex self-assembled films. Atomic force microscopy reveals the formation of R6G aggregates in PAH/SDS/R6G complex films. 相似文献
