研究了运动石英玻璃板在CO2激光作用下的热效应,在考虑表面辐射和空气对流的情况下建立了数学模型,采用有限元软件ANSYS进行数值计算,得到了运动情况下石英玻璃的温度分布。比较了激光功率、光斑半径和运动速度对温度分布的影响,得到了温度分布与运动速度和激光参数之间的关系。结果显示石英玻璃板的表面温度随激光功率的增加而增加,随光斑半径、运动速度的增加而减小。  相似文献

根据充电方程和电荷守恒条件,导出了双麦克斯韦分布的弱电离尘埃等离子体充电频率(电荷弛豫速率),给出了充电电流的计算公式. 对结果分析表明,定向运动速度大小对充电电流和充电频率有一定的影响,充电频率随着定向速度增加而减小,当定向速度远远小于电子的热速度时,充电频率与文献给出的表达式一致. 关键词: 尘埃等离子体 双麦克斯韦分布 充电频率  相似文献

基于分布参数方法,对低温多效海水淡化系统中的单效水平管降膜蒸发器进行三维数值模拟,分析蒸发器传热参数在不同进料海水盐度及喷淋密度下的变化及空间分布规律。模拟结果显示:蒸发器平均传热系数随进料海水喷淋密度的增加及盐度的降低均有所升高。在管内蒸汽在二管程末端完全凝结的前提下,蒸发器表观传热温差随进料海水喷淋密度的增加及盐度的降低而减小。二次蒸汽最大饱和温度降随进料海水喷淋密度的增加及盐度的降低而减小。传热量及传热系数在蒸发器内空间分布规律随喷淋密度变化而改变。  相似文献

本文研究了耦合布朗粒子在空间非均匀摩擦环境下的定向输运问题,并进一步讨论了摩擦系数振幅、空间相位差等因素对耦合粒子质心平均速度及能量转化效率的影响.研究发现,耦合粒子的质心平均速度和能量转化效率随摩擦系数振幅的变化都能呈现多峰结构.这一结果表明摩擦阻尼并不总是阻碍布朗粒子的定向运动,一定条件下合适的摩擦环境还能多次增强耦合布朗棘轮的输运性能.此外,在小摩擦系数振幅条件下通过改变外力振幅、外势不对称度、空间相位差还能诱导摩擦棘轮流反转的产生.本文所得结论不仅有助于理解摩擦环境中耦合布朗粒子的输运性能,还可为微观纳米机器的设计与粒子的筛选分离技术提供理论指导.  相似文献

基于高功率激光装置研究了大口径激光束通量空间分布随机变化的统计规律.统计分析表明,多发次累积的光束最大通量分布服从高斯分布,平均值随累积发次的增加而上升,但标准差保持不变,与单发次光束通量分布的标准差基本一致.这一统计规律是由大口径光束通量空间分布的大面相似性和局域差异性所决定的.  相似文献

The temperature and the field dependence of the effective magnetic penetration depth (lambdaeff) in the vortex state of a d-wave superconductor, as measured by muon spin rotation (muSR) experiments, is calculated using a nonlocal London model. We show that at temperatures below [EQUATION: SEE TEXT], the linear T dependence of lambda-2eff crosses over to a T3 dependence. This could provide an explanation for the low temperature flattening of the lambda-2eff curve observed in a recent muSR experiment.  相似文献

We have calculated the magnetic field distribution and the resistance of a homogeneous type II superconductor cylinder at transition under the influence of axial current in zero external magnetic field. In this calculation we have expressed the magnetic field dependence on flow resistivity f by two or more potential functions and have shown that the accuracy of this approximation is sufficient. For some values of the lower critical field and various temperatures, the magnetic field distribution and the resistance of the cylinder are calculated as a function of the applied electrical field and/or the applied current. The temperature dependence of the electric field at which, the normal state appears on the surface of the cylinder is also given.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the Hall coefficient and the magnetic field dependence of the Hall resistivity of CeCu6 have been determined in the temperature range 80 mK<T<10 K and in magnetic fields up to 10T. The Hall coefficientR H shows a very strong temperature dependence with two extrema and a change of sign, and the Hall resistivity xy has a strong field dependence with up to two changes of sign. The observed behavior can partially be explained by the field- and temperature dependence of the skew scattering contribution to the Hall coefficient.  相似文献

The threshold frequency of absorption in a quantum pseudodot under the influence of temperature and applied magnetic field is calculated. The threshold frequency of absorption is computed as a function of temperature and applied magnetic field. The linear and nonlinear dependence of the absorption threshold frequency on magnetic field and temperature has been showed. According to the results obtained from the present work, we find that the linear and nonlinear dependence of the absorption threshold frequency depends on used range of the temperatures and magnetic fields.  相似文献

Gd x Mn1–x Se (0 ≤ х ≤ 0.15) solid solutions are synthesized on the basis of manganese monoselenide. Their magnetic and electrical properties are studied in the temperature range of 80–900 K in magnetic fields up to 10 kOe. An FCC lattice with the Fm3m space group and antiferromagnetic ordering of the magnetic moments of manganese ions is found. A monotonic reduction in the Néel temperature and an increase in the effective magnetic moment along with the gadolinium concentration are observed. Anomalies in the temperature dependence of electrical resistivity and a shift in the temperatures of anomalies in a magnetic field are found.  相似文献

The "metallic" characteristics of high density holes in GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructures are attributed to inelastic scattering between the two split heavy hole bands. Landau fan diagrams and weak field magnetoresistance are employed to measure the interband scattering rate. The inelastic rate is found to depend on temperature with an activation energy similar to that characterizing the longitudinal resistance. It is argued that acoustic plasmon mediated Coulomb scattering might be responsible for the Arrhenius dependence on temperature. The absence of standard Coulomb scattering characterized by a power-law dependence upon temperature is pointed out.  相似文献

The optical magnetoelectric effect, which is a nonreciprocal directional dichroic response, has been demonstrated in a submicron patterned magnet by monitoring the diffracted visible or near-infrared light intensity. An artificial magnetic superstructure is composed of chevron shaped ">" islands made of the ferromagnetic permalloy Ni(80)Fe(20) with a pitch of 1 microm on silicon substrate, in which both space inversion and time reversal symmetry are broken simultaneously. On the basis of the light-polarization angle and magnetic field H dependence, and also comparing the results with the those of the submicron square patterns, we show that the optical magnetoelectric effect emerges as the finite change (approximately 10(-3) at room temperature in H of 500 Oe) of the diffracted intensity.  相似文献

The Hall coefficient RH of n-type CuInSe2 single crystals is measured between 10 and 300 K in pulsed magnetic field up to 35 T. The threshold field Bth, above which the magnetic freezeout starts to occur, varies linearly with temperature. From the analysis of the temperature dependence of electron concentration in the activation regime above 100 K at different field values, it is established that the density of states effective mass is independent of the magnetic field B and the activation energy ED, above around 6 T, varies as B1/3. Similar B1/3 dependence of the magnetoresistance in the high magnetic field regime, reported earlier in the same material, suggests that theoretical work that could explain this coincidence is needed.  相似文献

The parameter space regions and the sheath formation in an electronegative discharge in the presence of thermal positive ions and oblique magnetic field are investigated. It is assumed that the negative species are in thermal equilibrium and the positive ions have a finite temperature. Three regimes of uniform, multilayer stratified and pure stratified are found as functions of positive and negative ion temperature, electronegativity and the magnetic field. The influence of positive ion temperature in the presence of magnetic field on the profiles of the positive ion density, positive ion velocity and electric potential are investigated. The positive ion flux at the sheath edge as a function of magnetic field is obtained for different collisionality and positive and negative ion temperatures. Finally, the influence of the magnetic field, collision frequency and the positive ion temperature on the parameter space regions are discussed.  相似文献
