利用十六烷基罗丹明B作为主要荧光探针,研究了水溶性嵌段共聚物Pluronic F-68在水溶液中的胶束化行为,研究表明,Pluronic-F-68形成胶束的监界胶束浓度与温度有极大关系,随温度的升高,其CMC值急剧下降,并且温度对胶束的性质也有很大,影响温度升高可导致胶束的微观粘度增大,表现出很强的负粘-温效应,并发现引起这种负粘-温效应的主要原因是Pluronic F-68分子中聚环氧乙烷(PE  相似文献

通过粘度和紫外吸收光谱的测定,研究了PAM与R12SO3Na-R11COONa混合表面活性剂之间的相互作用,结果表明,PAM可与混合表面活性剂形成复合物,从而使体系表现出典型聚电解质的粘度行为。可能的机理是,以疏水力形成的R12SO3^-—R11COOH(Na)预胶束或二聚体通过PAM-R11COOH间的氢键力相结合。进而使大分子链上带有大量负电荷,静电斥力引起大分子链伸展,因而产生电粘效应。  相似文献

用自由基聚合法合成了聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAAM)样品,用乌氏粘度计考查了该聚合物的四氢呋喃(THF)溶液和水溶液的粘度与温度的依赖关系。发现PNIPAAM-THF体系的特性粘数随温度升高而增大,PNIPAAM-H2O体系的特性粘数-温度曲线表现出较为复杂的变化规律。并用实验确定的特性粘数对合成样品的分子量进行了表征Mn=8.44×10^5g·mol^-1。  相似文献

两亲嵌段共聚物溶液内胶束形成的温度效应   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
合成了一系列具有两亲嵌段结构的聚(乙二醇)(PEO)一聚(丙二醇)(PPO)共聚物.利用荧光探针及示差量热法测定了共聚物水溶液的临界胶束形成温度(CMT)值.发现二嵌段共聚物(PEO-PPO)和三嵌段共聚物(PEO-PPO-PEO)有着类似的变化规律,即随共聚物分子中疏水链(PPO)长度的增大,其CMT值降低.但三嵌段共聚(PPO-PEO-PPO)则因疏水链段处于共聚物分子的两端,因而在溶液中有可能形成立体网状交联结构.此外,利用探针分子在不同极性溶剂中荧光峰值波长发生位移的现象可以对形成胶束内核的组织程度、极性大小进行估测.  相似文献

通过测定海藻酸钠水溶液的特性粘数及在低高于强度的条件下其浓度与比浓粘度关系曲线上的峰值,系统地研究了KCl浓度在2×10(-5)-0.5mol·L(-1)范围内对海藻酸钠溶液粘度行为的影响.根据Odijk-Skolnick-Fixman理论和Rinaudo的处理方法,从理论上对海藻酸钠溶液的粘度行为进行了探讨.研究结果表明:聚电解质溶液的电粘滞效应可使用静电相关长度得到合理解释  相似文献

用锥权流变仪及DSC的方法研究了5种不同分子量的酞侧基聚芳醚酮(PEK—C)在低剪切速率区(10-2-10s-1)的流变行为及其分子量与玻璃化转变温度(Tg)的关系.结果表明,样品的粘流活化能随分子量的增加而增大,Tg随分子量的变化是二个线性区,其交点值与所求的样品的临界分子量(Mc)值相对应.利用测得的零剪切粘度值(η0)首次求得了PEK—C的临界分子量(Mc)值.同时也讨论了Mc与温度及η0和Tg与分子量的关系.  相似文献

为了研究不同疏水化修饰的聚N 异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAM)高分子的水溶液性质,合成了一系列N 异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)和长链丙烯酸酯及丙烯酸胆固醇酯的共聚物.利用表面张力法证实了该类共聚物在室温下都具有良好的表面活性,在水溶液中能够形成胶束.利用荧光探针法,研究了共聚物的低温临界溶液温度(LowerCriticalSolutionTemperature,LCST),发现,随着丙烯酸酯碳链及其配比(摩尔投料比)的变化,共聚物的LCST变化不明显,但它们都比均聚的PNIPAM要低;利用荧光偏振法研究了共聚物在水溶液中的微粘度,发现其微粘度不随共聚物中丙烯酸酯链长和配比的变化而变化,说明了该类共聚物在室温下能够形成相类同的胶束内核.  相似文献

用L-90流变仪研究了芳基乙炔预聚物的流变性能。结果表明:在所研究的温度范围内,芳基乙炔聚物流体为牛顿流体,其粘度随温度增加而降低,粘流活化随预聚物分子量的增加而增加。预聚物在室温存储过程中粘度逐渐增加;在60-80℃恒温90min其粘度变化不大。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

In the context of the preparation of camptothecin and luotonin A analogs, the synthesis of some key keto-precursors and their use in Friedländer condensation are described. This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献
