The heteroleptic dmit complex [Et4N]2[Ni2(C2S4)(C3S5)2] has been prepared by the reaction of NiCl2.H2O with Na2dmit, NaSC2H4OH in the MeOH solution. The compound has been characterized by X-ray diffraction study, IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Crystallographic data : space group: P21/n, a=11.843(2), b=11.079(1), c = 15.404(1)(), β=110.33(1)°, V = 1895.1()3, Z=2, Dc=1.62 g/cm3, μ=17.6 cm-1, F(000)=956, R=0.052, Rw=0.061. In the structure of the title complex, the tto (tto=tetrathioxalato) ligand in bridging form is chelated to two nickel atoms and dmit (dmit=1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolate) ligands coordinated to nickel atoms.  相似文献

A new electrical conductive crystal PyEt[Ni(dmit)2]2 (dmit=4,5-dimercapto-1,3-dithiole-2-thione) has been synthesized and its X-ray structure has been determined to be in monoclinic system, C2/c space group. In PyEt[Ni(dmit)2]2 crystal, the conducting component [Ni(dmit)2]0.5- is face-to-face packed forming molecular column along the c-direction, and these molecular columns are then side-by-side extended along the a-direction forming a kind of two-dimensional conducting sheet on (010). The measured conductivity at room temperature along a certain direction on (010) plane is 10 S .cm-1. From 282 to 269 K, the crystal shows metallic behavior but changes to semiconductor below 269 K. Based on the measured crystal structure and calculated band structure, this conductor-semiconductor phase transformation can be primarily interpreted: The metallic conductivity is corresponding to the uniform molecular column and the atomic-lattice-chain structure of Ni chain, while the semi-conductive behavior to staggered mo  相似文献

A new coluster-cracking method to synthesize dithiolate metal complexes was reported and four unsymmetric complexes with formula(Me4N)2[M(Ln)(SPh)2](M=Cd and Zn,L1=dmit=1,3-dithiole-2-thione4-5,dithiolate,L2=dmid=1,3-dithiole-2-one-4,5-dithiolate,SPh=thiophenolate)(1-4)were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,UV NMR spectra and so on.The advantages of this method are summarized in two aspects:(1) the preparation is very convenient;(2) the reaction usually completed giving the product with high pruity.The crystal structure of 1 showed that the bond distances of Cd(Ⅱ)to the sulfur of the thiophenolate group are shorter than those of Cd(Ⅱ)to the sulfur of dmit,so that the thiophenolate group does not be replaced in the reaction and thmixed ligand complexes are the dominant produxts.The dmit complexes showed well third-order NLO properties,but not of the dmid complexes,although dmid is an analogue to dmit.  相似文献

The ligands (C5Me4R) [R =n-Butyl (1), Benzyl (2), PhMe-2 (3)] reacted with Ru3(CO)12 in refluxing xylene to give corresponding new substituted tetramethylcyclopentadienyl diruthenium metal carbonyl complexes [(η5-C5Me4R)Ru(CO)( μ-CO)]2 [R=n-Butyl (4), Benzyl (5), PhMe-2 (6)], respectively. The three new complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectra. The crystal structure of complex 5 was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The X-ray crystal structure of complex 5 confirms the structure with bridging and terminal CO groups. CCDC: 709601.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound 2-[(P, P-Diphenoxy)phosphono(p-methyl)benzyl]-1, 2-benzisoselenazol-3(2H)-one, C27H22NO4PSe, was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P(No. 2) with Mr=534.41, a=9.761(2), b=10.304(2), c=13.396(3), α=110.97(3), β=107.70(3). γ=90.02(3)°, V=1190(1) 3, Z=2, Dx=1.492 g/cm3, λ=0.71073, μ=1.6596 mm-1 and F(000)=544. The structure was solved by direct methods. The final R factor is 0.068 and Rw is 0.074 for 2500 unique observed reflections [I≥3σ(I)]. The results presented herein indicate that the selenium-containing bicyclic moiety is a coplanar structure and that two adjacent molecules are symmetrically linked to each other forming a dimer through the Se(1c)...O=P(1) bonding interaction with an intermolecular Se(1c)...O distance of 2.797 .  相似文献

At room temperature, a coordination polymer [Ni(btec)(H2O)4][Ni(imi)2(H2O)4]·2H2O was synthesized by reaction of NiCl2·6H2O, 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic dianhydridc and imidazole in a water/THF solution. The structure was determined by X-ray diffraction crystal structure analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic P1 space group with the crystal cell parameters of a=0.67542 (2) nm, b=1.000 14 (1) nm, c=1.09088 (3) nm, α=74.140(2)°, β= 74.388(1)°, y=73.239(2)°, and V=0.664 09(3) nm3, Z=1. The crystal structure shows that Ni1 atom is coordinated by four water and two imidazole molecules, while Ni2 is coordinated by four water molecules and two carboxyl oxygen atoms. The 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate ions bridge Ni2 coordination centers to form one-dimensional chain structure. Moreover, the chains are further linked together by hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional network. CCDC: 295873.  相似文献

A penta-coordinated Cu(Ⅱ) complex with 1,4-diazacycloheptane (DACH),[Cu(DACH)2(H2O)]Cl2(1),has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction,IR spectra,elemental analyses,thermal analyses,UV-Vis and ESR techniques.Complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic crystal system,Pbcn space group with a=1.6075(4),b=1.0539(3),c=0.9195(3)nm,V=1.5578(7)nm^3,Mr=352.79,Z=4,Dc=1.487g/cm^3,final R=0.0451 and wR=0.1294.The structure of 1 indicates that the central Cu(Ⅱ) atom is penta-coordinated by four nitrogen aboms of two DACH moieties at the equatorial positions and a water molecule at the axis position.The coordination geometry of Cu(Ⅱ) could be considered as an approximately ideal square-pyramidal environment.Both DACH rings arrange in cis-form and are predominantly in the boat-boat conformation (80%) with some disorder to the chair-chair conformation (20%).The Cl^- anions are hydrogen bonded with the nitrogen donors of the DACH rings and the oxygen donor of the coordinated H2O molecule to form a one-dimensional zigzag linear structure. The solution behaviors of 1 are also discussed in detail by Uvvis and ESR technique.  相似文献

The final R factor is 0. 0603 for 1214 unique ob24- served reflections [I≥2σ(I)]. The structure consists of [Cu(en)2]2+ (eh=ethylenedi amine) cations and [Ni(CN)4]2- anions linked together by two of the CN groups (the remaining two act as unidentate ligands) to form infinite chains, in the chain, the hy between the interchains also exist, with distances of 3. 160 and 3. 124 A , so it forms a three-dimensional structure of the title compound.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound cis-2-[(P, P-Diethoxy)phosphono(m-nitro)benzyloxy]-4-Phenyl-5,5-Dimethyl-1,3,2-Dioxaphosphorinane 2-Sulfide, C22H29NO8P2S, was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with Mr=529.49, a=9.888(2), b=20.831(4), c=12.797(3) , β=94.42(3)°, V=2628(1) 3, Z=4, Dx=1.338 g/cm3, λ=0.71073, μ=0.2796 mm-1 and F(000)=556. The structure was solved by direct methods. The final R factor is 0.052 and Rw is 0.057 for 1793 unique observed reflections [I≥3σ(I)]. A cis-configuration and a preferred chair conformation for the molecule have been established by X-ray diffraction analysis. The results presented also give a good explanation to the correlation between the configurational assignments and the regularity in the chemical shifts of C4-H and 31P NMR.  相似文献

The synthetic process for 2,2-dimethyl-5-nitro-5-nitroso-1,3-dioxane(DMNNDO) was improved by using tri(hydroxymethyl)nitromethane and acetone as starting materials through a "one-pot" method combined with alkaline hydrolysis and nitrosation reactions. The yield of DMNNDO was increased from 37% to 45%. The structure of DMNNDO was characterized by IR,~1H NMR,~(13) C NMR,and elemental analysis. Also the thermal decomposition of DMNNDO was studied by using DSC and TG-DTG to find that there are primarily two exothermic decomposition processes between 90 and 300 oC. The crystal structure of DMNNDO was studied by X-ray single-crystal diffraction for the first time. The molecular structure exists as a dimeric form due to the presence of nitroso group. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a = 14.515(3),b = 9.955(2),c = 11.897(2) ?,β = 98.500(3)°,V = 1.6998(2) nm~3,Z = 8,D_c = 1.486 g×cm~(-3),μ = 0.128 mm~(-1),F(000) = 800,S = 1.055,R = 0.0358 and wR = 0.0917. In particular,DMNNDO could be easily hydrolyzed in hydrous systems and the hydrolysis mechanism in CDCl_3 was revealed by means of NMR monitoring.  相似文献

The bayleyite crystallizes in monoclinic space group C_2~5h-P2_1/c with a=6.499(1), b=15.235(5), c=26.513(6), β= 92.92(2)°, Z=4. Intensities of 3430 independent reflections are collected with diffractometer using MoKα radiation. The crystal structure has been solved by the Patterson method and refined by block least square refinement for positional parameters and isotropic temperature factor of non-hydrogen atoms. The final R factor is 0.038.The result of crystal structure analysis shows that the structure consists of discrete [UO_2(CO_3)_3]~(4-) ions and Mg~(2 ) cations are between slab-like units, but they are not in a slablike unit. Its crystal struture is different from that of liebigite which was determined by Appleman. Complexes and cations between slab-like units and in a slab-like unit are connected by hydrogen bonds formed by water molecules.  相似文献

The crystal structure of Ni(Ⅱ) complex with 3-hydroxyl-1, 5-diazacycloheptane-N, N'-diacetate was determined by X-ray diffraction method. Crystal data for Ni2 (C9H14N2O5)2·2H2O: monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 1.1717(5), b = 0.9794(3), c = 1.2971(2) nm, β= 96.62(3), V= 1.4786(7) nm3, Dc = 1.377 g/cm3, Z = 2,μ=13.321 cm-1 (Mo-Kα), F(000)=640. The final R and Rw are 0.075 and 0.089 respectively. The Ni(Ⅱ) ion forms 2:2 complex with ligand. Two ligands are bridged by two Ni(Ⅱ) atoms which are bridged by two O atoms. Every Ni(Ⅱ) is coordinated by two N atoms and four 0 atoms. The coordination polyhedron of the Ni(Ⅱ) ion is a distorted octahedron.  相似文献

A novel Ni(II) coordination polymer [Ni(dtba)(4,4′-bpy)] (1, H2dtba = 2,2′-dithio- bisbenzoic acid, 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine) has been synthesized by H2dtba and Ni(CH3COO)2·4H2O with exo-bidentate rigid ligand 4,4′-bpy by using hydrothermal method, and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray crystal structure analysis reveals that complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group Cc with a = 11.7624(9), b = 18.7933(19), c = 10.3071(11), β = 97.6510(10)°, V = 2258.2(4)3, Z = 4, C24H16N2NiO4S2, Mr = 519.22, Dc = 1.527 g/cm3, μ = 1.079 mm-1 and F(000) = 1064. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0434 and wR = 0.1000 for 3281 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The coordination environment of Ni(II) is a distorted octahedron, and a three-dimensional structure was formed with the coordination effect of dtba2- and 4,4′-bpy ligands. The topological analysis reveals that the whole framework of 1 is a 2-nodal net of (52.6)(53.64.72.8) topology. The thermal stability and XRD pattern of 1 were also investigated.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Ni(oxen)Cu(bpy)2](ClO4)2.CH3OH has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal is triclinic system, space group P1 with a=12.179(1),b=12.298(2), c=11.476(2) A, a=97.57(1), B=97.52(1), 7=80.29(2), V=1669.04(67) A3, Z=2, Dcalcd=1.667 g/cm3. The structure has been refined to final R of 0.076 and Rw of 0.080, respectively. The complexes have an extended oxamido-bridged structure and consist of Ni(Ⅱ) ion in a square planar environment and Cu(Ⅱ) ion in a distorted octahedral environment.  相似文献

The dibutyltin 3,4-dimethoxybenzotate compound {[(3,4-(CH3O)2C6H3COO) Sn(Bu-n)2]2O}2 has been synthesized by the reaction of dibutyltin oxide with 3,4-dimethoxybenzoic acid. Its structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 1.2003(2),b = 1.2821(3),c = 1.3666(3) nm,α = 80.50(3),β = 65.56(3),γ = 73.36(3)°,Z = 2,V = 1.8318(6) nm3,Dc = 1.530 Mg·m-3,μ(MoKa) = 1.413 mm-1,F(000) = 860,R = 0.0554 and wR = 0.1092. In the complex,each tin atom adopts a distorted tigonal bipyramidal structure,and the dimer structure is shaped by one Sn2O2 planar four-membered ring. The stabilities of the title complex,along with its orbital energies and composition characteristics of some frontier molecular orbitals have been investigated by means of quantum chemistry calculation methods.  相似文献

This paper reports the crystal and molecular structure of title compound. 3978 three-dimensional independent reflections were collected by Syntex R3 four circle diffractometer. The crystal is monoclinic with space group P2_1, a=8.074(1), b=11.309(4), c=27.793(9), β=106.84°(2), Z=4. The molecular formula is Pt(C_8 H_(15)O_4N)_a Cl_2. The crystal structure was solved by Patterson method and refined by block matrix least squares refinement techniques. The final R factor is 0.039.The result of crystal structure analysis shows that Pt(Ⅱ) has a dsp~2 hybrid orbital and square coordination. Two C1 atoms are located oppositely to two diethyi-dichloride-di-L-aspartare. N atoms have sp~3 tetrahedral hybrid configurations and form the coordinate bonds with Pt(Ⅱ) atom using their lone pair electrons. By reason of molecular packing and due to the formation of inner hydrogen bonds in the complex molecule, the configuration of L-aspartic acid in the title complex is more twisted than that of L-and DL-aspartic acid  相似文献

In order to find leading compounds with an excellent fungicidal activity, the title compound 2-( 1,3-dithiolan-2- yl-idene)-1-phenyl-2-( 1,2,4-tfiazol-1-yl) ethanone was synthesized according to the biological isosterism and its structure was confirmed by means of IR, MS, ^1 H NMR and elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray diffraction. The preliminary biological test shows that the synthesized compound exhibits some biological activities.  相似文献
