Five new sulfated derivatives of sokotrasterol and halistanol have been obtained: 24-nor-5-cholane-2,3,6,23-tetraol 2,3,6-tri(sodium sulfate); 24-nor-5-cholane-2,3,6,23-tetraol 2,3,6-tri(sodium sulfate) 23-palmitate; 24,25-dimethyl-5-cholestane-2,3,6-triol 3-(sodium sulfate); 24,25-dimethyl-5-cholestane-2,3,6-triol 6-(sodium sulfate); and 24,25-dimethyl-5-cholestane-2,3,6-triol 2,6-di(sodium sulfate). The inhibiting and membranolytic properties of the polysulfated steroids from sponges and their derivatives have been studied. Zusammenfassung Auf Grund von Modellbetrachtungen wurde die Existenz der in der Literatur beschriebenenOctanitro-Derivate von ,,-Trihalo-,-bis-(4-alkoxy-phenyl)-äthanen in Zweifel gezogen. Entsprechende Untersuchungen ergaben, daß es sich bei ihnen umTetranitro-Verbindungen handelt und daß es nicht möglich ist, diese DDT-Analogen mehr als vierfach zu nitrieren. Die Konstitution der Tetranitro-Verbindungen wurde durch Abbau bewiesen: Beim ,,-Trichlor-,-bis-(3,5-dinitro-4-methoxy-phenyl)-äthan (II) durch Überführung in das entsprechende Keton (VII), beim ,,-Trichlor-,-bis-(3,5-dinitro-4-äthoxy-phenyl)-äthan (IV) durch Entalkylierung und Methylierung zu II. Der Beweis der 3,3, 5,5-Stellung der Nitrogruppen in II und IV ist auch für andere Tetranitro-Derivate von ,,-Trihalo-,-bis-(4-X-phenyl)-äthanen (X=Substituenten I. Ordnung) von Bedeutung.Mitt. Summary 1. The synthesis of the following neutral plasmalogens has been effected: -O-(octadec-1-enyl)-, distearoylglycerol, -O-(octadec-1-enyl)-, -dipalmitoylglycerol, -O-(hexadec-1-enyl)-, -distearoylglycerol, and -O-(pentadec-1-enyl)-, -dipalmitoylglycerol.2. During the synthesis, the following compounds were isolated and characterized by their physicochemical constants: the -octadec-1-enyl ether of glycerol, -(2-hydroxyoctadecyl) , -isopropylideneglyceryl ether, the tosylate of -(2-hydroxyoctadecyl) , -isopropylideneglyceryl ether, and -O-(2-tosyloxyoctadecyl) glycerol.3. New data on the spectral properties and solution enthalpies of unsymmetrically substituted 2-(alkyl-2-pyrrolylmethylidene)methylpyrrolium bromides (or ,-dipyrrylmethene hydrobromides), their ,-, ,-isomers, as well as their oxa and thia analogs, that is, 2-(2-furylmethylidene)- and 2-(2-thienylmethylidene)-3,4,5-trimethyl-1H-pyrrolium bromides, in solutions of organic solvents of different nature are presented. A decrease in the number of substituents, as well as replacement of the heteroatom (N) in one five-membered ring of the dipyrrylmetnehe by oxygen or sulfur atoms cause a monotonic hypsochromic shift of absorption bands in the electronic absorption spectrum and weakening of the chromophore properties of the compounds. The chromophore properties of isomers are weakened from the ,- to ,- and ,-dipyrrylmethenes. Main trends in the influence of structural factors on the specific features of thermooxidative destruction of the above-mentioned compounds were analyzed.  相似文献

Conclusion The reaction of 20,20-dimethoxy-16,17-epoxypregn-5-ene-3,21-diol-20-one with pyridine thiocyanate in the presence of carbethoxyhydrazine proceeds by two competing paths: cisopening of the oxide ring by a -SCN ion at the C17 atom, and substitution of one of the methoxyl groups by -NCS ion. Acetylation with acetic anhydride of (4,8,13)-16-hydroxy-13-methyl-17-norkaurane-18-carboxylic acid and its methyl ester, obtained by reduction of isosteviol and (4,8,13)-18-methoxycarbonyl-13-methyl-16-oxo-17-norkaurane, respectively, gives rise to (4,8,13)-16-acetoxy-13-methyl-17-norkaurane-18-carboxylic acid and (4,8,13)-16-acetoxy-18-methoxycarbonyl-13-methyl-17-norkaurane. Cyclization of esters of butane-1,1,4,4- and pentane-1,1,5,5-tetracarboxylic acids during electrolysis in methanol in the presence of Nal produces, with a yield of 95%, the esters of cyclobutane-1,1,2,2- and cyclopentane-1,1,2,2-tetracarboxylic acids. Under similar conditions, esters of the highest ,,,-alkanetetracarboxylic acids undergo iodation and hydroxymethylation due to electrical oxidation of methanol to formaldehyde. During electrolysis in methanol in the presence of NaOAc, the esters of ,,,-alkanetetracarboxylic acids undergo effective hydroxymethylation, followed by cyclization into substituted five- and six-member lactones, or tetrahydrofurans when structurally possible.N. Six polyhydroxylated steroids and their derivatives were isolated from the starfish Lysastrosoma anthosticta collected in the Posyet Bay, Sea of Japan. These include a new glycoside of the steroid polyol, lysastroside A (1), which was identified as (25S)-26-O--d-xylopyranosyl-5-cholestane-3,6,8,15,16,26-hexaol, and the previously known pycnopodioside C monoglycoside (2), marthasterone sulfate (3), (25S)-5-cholestane-3,6,8,15,16,26-hexaol (4), (25S)-5-cholestane-3,6,7,8,15,16,26-heptaol (5), and (25S)-5-cholestane-3,6,7,8,15,16,26-heptaol (6). The compounds were tested for the haemolytic activity and the action on the embryogenesis of the sea urchin Strongylocentrotus intermedius.  相似文献

To obtain further information about the formation of cellulose I and I, cross polarization/magic angle spinning (CP/MAS)13C NMR spectroscopy was used to study the effects of polymeric additives, stirring and culture temperature on the I When xyloglucan (XG) or carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt (CMC) was added to the incubation medium, the amount of cellulose I decreased markedly, from a normal level of 64% to as low as 30%, with the most additive giving the lowest levels of I. Moreover, stirring causes mixtures containing even small amounts of XG to have a large effect. These results suggest that CMC or XG interferes with the aggregation of fibrillar units into the normal ribbon assemblies. It may be that there is a strain associated with this aggregation that results in the higher-energy I form. Thus, cellulose I may grow preferentially when the strain caused by aggregation is not present. Lower temperatures (36–10 °C) gave an increase in I (from 56 to 72%).  相似文献

Two new glycosides, gomphotin (1) and gomphotoxin (13), and also the known gomphoside (9) have been isolated from the leaves ofGomophocarpus fruticosus. Compounds (1) and (9) contain a 4,6-dideoxyhexosulose residue as the sugar component, and (13) a 6-deoxyhexosulose, which are attached to glycolic OH groups of the aglycons by 3-O-1,2-O-2 (9, 13) and 3-O-1,4-O-2 (1) acetal-ketal bonds. Zusammenfassung Aus den entsprechenden -Bromestern werden durch Umsetzung mit Natriumnitrit die -Oximinodicarbonsäuredimethylester C7 und C9 und der , -Dioximinoazelainsäuredimethylester erhalten. -Methyladipinsäure wird zum Gemisch aus -Bromund -Bromester umgesetzt. Mit Natriumnitrit wird -Nitro-und -Oximino--methyladipinsäuredimethylester erhalten.
The -oximino dicarboxylic dimethyl esters of C7 and C9 and the , -dioximino azelaic acid dimethyl ester are received from the corresponding -bromo esters by reaction with sodium nitrite. -Methyladipic acid is reacted with bromine to a mixture of the -bromo and -bromo ester. Reaction with sodium nitrite gives the -nitro ester and the -oximino ester of -methyl adipic acid.

A differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) was modified for the determination of enthalpies of solution. The measurements were performed on aqueous solutions of the deoxy- and fluoro-deoxy derivatives of D-glucopyranose (Glu) where the OH group on the C1, C2, C3, and C6 is replaced by H (1HGlu, 2HGlu, 3HGlu, and 6HGlu) and by F (1FGlu, 2FGlu, 3FGlu, and 6FGlu), 4-deoxy 4-fluoro--D-glucopyranoside (4FGlu), 1-methoxy--D-glucopyranoside (MeOGlu), 1-phenoxy--D-glucopyranoside (PheOGlu), D-mannopyranose (Man), and 3-methoxy--D-glucopyranoside (3MeOGlu), at 15.1, 25.0, 35.0, and 45.1°C. The enthalpies of solution sH0(T) ranged from 1.00±0.25 kJ-mol–1 for 6HGlu at 15.1°C to 20.4±1.4 for PhOGlu at 45.1°C and were in good agreement with literature values for Man, Glu, MeOGlu, and 3MeOGlu at 25.0 and 35.0°C and for MeOMan and 2HGlu at 35.0°C. sH0(T) for the derivatives were then extrapolated up to the melting temperature Tm and compared with their enthalpies of fusion, fH also determined from DSC measurements. If the agreement between sH0(Tm) and fH was within the 95% confidence level, then it was concluded that intermolecular interactions between the carbohydrate molecules in the liquid phase were the same as between the carbohydrate and water molecules in the solution phase. This agreement was observed for aqueous solutions of Man, Glu, MeOGlu, 3HGlu, 3FGlu, and 6FGlu.  相似文献
