The propylene epoxidation over TS-1/SiO2 catalyst hydrothermally treated was investigated. It was found by EPR characterization that two types of Ti (IV)-superoxide radicals,A (gz=2.0271; gy=2.0074; gx=2.0010) and B (gz=2.0247; gy= 2.0074; gx= 2.0010), were observed for TS-1/SiO2. The superoxo species A converted to B after TS-1/SiO2 catalyst was hydrothermally treated. The results show that over TS-1/SiO2 catalyst hydrothermally treated at 170℃, about 95% conversion of H2O2 with above 94% PO selectivity is obtained during continuous running for 300 h under the conditions of reaction temperature 45℃, 0.5 h^-1 WHSV of propylene. 相似文献

8-Bromobicyclo[5.1.0]oct-1(8)-cne (7), an intermediate for the preparation of 8-substituted bicyclo[5.1.0]oct-1(8)-enes, was synthesized by denomination of 1,8,8-tribromobicyclo[5.1.0]octane (6). Compound 7 underwent bromo-lithium exchange followed by nucleophilic substitution reactions to generate bicyclo[5.1.0]oct-1(8)-ene (5), 8-methylbicyclo[5.1.0]oct-1(8)-ene (10), and 8-trimethylsilylbicyclo[5.1.0]oct-1(8)-ene (11). The bicyclic cyclopropenes 7, 5, 10, and 11 reacted with cyclopentadiene to form adducts 12, 13, 14, and 15, respectively. All of these Diels-Alder adducts are endo-exo isomers (endo-addition from the view of the cyclopropene and exo-addition from the view of the cyclooctene). 相似文献

The super microporous tin-doped zirconium oxides were successfully synthesized by sol-gel method using zirconyl chloride as Zr source, tin chloride as Sn source and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) as template under hydrothermal or refluxing conditions. The structures of the resultant materials were characterized by XRD, BET, FTIR, TG-DTA, XRF and HRTEM techniques. Experimental results indicated that the framework of the samples is typically ordered hexagonal structure. The surface area and pore volume of the materials prepared by refluxing method were larger than by hydrothermal method, but the ordering of pore distributions is lower. The thermal stability of the samples was relatively high (〉773 K) and decreased with the increment of tin content. 相似文献

在沉淀凝胶法制备的Cu/SiO2催化剂中采用浸渍法添加La助剂,制备了一系列不同La含量的Cu-La2O3/SiO2催化剂,利用BET、XRD、TPR、XPS和TEM对催化剂进行了系统表征,并在高压反应釜中对其进行了甘油氢解制备1,2-丙二醇活性评价,研究了La含量对催化剂高温热稳定性及甘油氢解活性的影响.结果表明:适量La的引入能明显抑制催化剂的高温烧结,维持催化剂的大比表面及活性组分的高分散,提高催化剂的结构稳定性;同时对减少反应过程中活性组分的流失也有很好的效果.铜镧之间存在着协同作用,经高温焙烧后得到加强,对Cu/SiO2催化剂的甘油氢解活性有很好的促进作用. 相似文献

Gallium oxide nanorods with unprecedented small dimensions (20–80 nm length and 3–5 nm width) were prepared using a novel, template‐free synthesis method. This nanomaterial is an excellent heterogeneous catalyst for the sustainable epoxidation of alkenes with H2O2, rivaling the industrial benchmark microporous titanosilicate TS‐1 with linear alkenes and being much superior with bulkier substrates. A thorough characterization study elucidated the correlation between the physicochemical properties of the gallium oxide nanorods and their catalytic performance, and underlined the importance of the nanorod morphology for generating a material with high specific surface area and a high number of accessible acid sites. 相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了Pd质量分数为0.1%~1.0%的Pd/SiO2和Pd/5%CexZr1-xO2/SiO2(x0.0~1.0)系列催化剂,在微型固定床反应器上对催化剂的甲烷催化燃烧性能进行了评价,用XRD、H2-TPR等分析测试技术对催化剂的结构进行了表征。结果表明,Pd/SiO2和Pd/CexZr1-xO2/SiO2催化剂都具有较好的甲烷催化燃烧活性,CexZr1-xO2可以明显提高催化剂的催化活性,并且Ce和Zr的比值对催化剂催化活性也有显著的影响。XRD和TPR显示,Pd/CexZr1-xO2/SiO2催化剂中的CexZr1-xO2对PdO的分散性和还原性有较好的促进作用。 相似文献

Zirconium oxide gels were prepared by controlled hydrolysis and condensation of zirconium-n-propoxide in alcoholic solution. After completion of the gelation the aging and drying of the alcogel was observed in situ by Small and Wide Angle X-ray Scattering experiments at room temperature. The xerogels obtained have been annealed at different temperatures to crystallization. The structural changes were observed by using SAXS and WAXS. Structural models reproducing the experimental WAXS data have been simulated by the reverse Monte Carlo method. A comparison between zirconium oxide xerogels obtained under different thermal treatments was made and evidence was found that thermal treatment at higher temperatures and preparation conditions affect the atomic arrangement of these amorphous gels. 相似文献

硅胶是目前应用最为广泛的色谱载体. 硅胶的比表面积及孔体积大, 渗透性好, 孔结构适宜于色谱分离, 但在pH<2及pH>8条件下不稳定, 对碱性化合物, 尤其是对生物样品产生不可逆吸附. 氧化锆化学性质非常稳定[1], 适宜碱性样品尤其是生物大分子的分离; 但是其比表面积和孔体积小[2~5], 孔结构对色谱分离不利[6], 可涂敷的固定相量较小, 渗透性差. 本文采用分子自组装方法[7~9]在微米硅球表面包覆多层纳米氧化锆制备了较为理想的色谱载体. 相似文献

The supported Au/TiO2 and Au/TiO2-SiO2 catalysts were prepared by deposition precipitation method. The TPD study reveals that propylene oxide competes with propylene to be adsorbed on the same adsorptive center-Tin site on the surface of the catalyst and that the adsorbing capacity of the catalyst for propylene oxide is larger than that for propylene. Catalytic behavior for propylene epoxidation with H2 and O2 was tested in a micro-reactor. Under typical conditions, the selectivity for propylene oxide is over 87%. The TG curves show that PO successive oxidation cause carbon deposition on the active center and deactivation of the Au catalysts. Because the amounts of Tin site decrease significantly, and consequently the separation between Tin sites increases, the Au/TiO2-SiO2 catalyst is more stable than Au/TiO2. 相似文献

由喷雾燃烧法制备含Ag2O质量分数为8%和12%的Ag2O/SiO2纳米复合催化剂,采用SEM、XRD和FT-IR技术对催化剂及其前驱体进行表征,考察样品焙烧、活化中形貌和微观结构的变化.表征结果显示了处理过程中样品粒径和活性中心等变化情况,且两个催化剂变化情形一致.以分子氧为氧化剂,采用气相环己烷一步环氧化生成环氧环己烷反应,对催化剂进行活性测试,考察Ag2O负载量、实验温度、O2和原料气流速对催化剂性能的影响,并将两个催化剂活性测试结果进行比较.结果表明,8%Ag2O/SiO2纳米复合催化剂催化性能优于12%Ag2O/SiO2纳米复合催化剂;一定实验条件下,用8%Ag2O/SiO2纳米复合催化剂进行催化,环己烷转化率低于9.2%时,环氧环己烷选择性最高可达95.2%. 相似文献

A method for synthesis of 2-cyanobicyclo[3.3.0]oct-1-en-3-ones and 2-substituted bicyclo[3.3.0]oct-1-en-3-ones was developed by assembly of three components, cyclobutanones, chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide, and nitriles, with one-carbon ring expansion of the cyclobutane ring. As an application of this method, a formal synthesis of 1-desoxyhypnophilin in racemic form was performed starting from 3,3-di(phenylthiomethyl)cyclobutanone. 相似文献
