A new nitrogen-rich energetic salt of bis-1-methylimidazole 1H,1′H-5,5′-bistetrazole-1,1′-diolate salt, (1-M)2BTO, was synthesized and characterized (FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, elemental analysis, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction). Results indicated that (1-M)2BTO crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1. The thermal decomposition behavior of (1-M)2BTO was determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric tandem infrared spectroscopy. The decomposition peak temperature of (1-M)2BTO was 530 K, which suggested that the salt is strong heat resistance. The apparent activation energies were 130.56 kJ mol?1 (Kissinger’s method) and 132.50 kJ mol?1 (Ozawa’s method), respectively. The enthalpy of formation for the salt was calculated as 917.3 kJ mol?1. The detonation velocity and detonation pressure of (1-M)2BTO were 7448 m s?1 and 20.7 GPa, respectively, using the Kamlet-Jacobs equation. Furthermore, the sensitivity test results showed that its impact sensitivity is greater than 50 J and friction sensitivity is 180 N, indicating that it has a lower sensitivity.

Heating 5,13-dihydro-11H-isoquino[3,2-b]quinazolin-11-one with isonicotinoyl chloride in pyridine gives 6-isonicotinoyl-5,13-dihydro-11H-isoquino[3,2-b]quinazolin-11-one. The 1-alkyl-4[(11-oxo-5,13-dihydro-11H-isoquino[3,2-b]quinazolin-6-yl)carbonyl]pyridinium iodides obtained by alkylation of 6-isonicotinoyl-5,13-dihydro-11H-isoquino[3,2-b]quinazolin-11-one using alkyl iodides in the presence of NaH are converted to 1′-R-spiro[7H,8H-2a,7a-diazacyclopenta[fg]naphthacene-2,4′(1′H)-pyridine]-1,8(2H)-diones. The chemical and spectroscopic properties of the spiro compounds obtained were studied. For Communication 32 see [1]. The new electrocatalytic multicomponent transformation has been found: the electrolysis of arylaldehydes, N,N′-dimethylbarbiturate, and cycloxehane-1,3-diones in alcohols in the presence of sodium bromide as a mediator in an undivided cell results in the formation of substituted unsymmetric spirobarbituric dihydrofurans in 62%–76% yields. The optimized reaction conditions and a mechanistic rationale for this electrocatalytic multicomponent transformation are presented. This new electrocatalytic process is a facile and efficient way to produce substituted unsymmetric spirobarbituric dihydrofurans containing both barbituric and 3,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1-benzofuran-4(2H)-one fragments, which are promising compounds for different biomedical applications, among them are anticonvulsants, anti-AIDS agents, and antiinflammatory remedies. The scaffold approach was employed to find a protein, which may be influenced by the synthesized compounds—human aldose reductase was proposed. It was shown by molecular docking studies that such a scaffold search is beneficial and tetrahydro-2′H,4H-spiro[benzofuran-2,5′-pyrimidines] used in this approach are promising for the development of novel aldose reductase inhibitors.  相似文献

Summary Thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione (4) was silylated and condensed with methyl 5-azido-2,5-dideoxy-3-O-(4-methylbenzoyl)-D-erythro-pentofuranoside (2) in the presence ofTMS triflate to afford the corresponding protected nucleoside6 and acyclic nucleoside7. Deprotection of6 with MeONa/MeOH at room temperature gave 1-(5-azido-2,5-dideoxy--D-erythro-pentofuranosyl)-thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione (8) and the corresponding anomer9, whereas compound7 yielded 5-azido-2,5-dideoxy-1-(2,4-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-1-yl)-1-O-methyl-D-erythro-pentitol (10) under the same reaction conditions. 1-(5-Amino-2,5-dideoxy--D-erythro-pentofuranosyl)thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione (11) was obtained on treating9 with Ph3P in pyridine followed by hyrolysis with NH4OH. The anomeric nucleosides14 and15 and the corresponding acyclic nucleoside16 were obtained when4 was trimethylsilylated and condensed with methyl 2-deoxy-3,5-di-O-(4-methylbenzoyl)-D-erythro-pentofuranoside (3) followed by deprotection with MeONa in MeOH. The methyl ester of N-allyl-2-methoxycarbonylsuccinanilic acid is partially converted to 1,1′-diallyl-4,4′-dihydroxy-1H,1′H-[3,3t′]biquinolinyl-2,2′-dione in refluxing toluene in the presence of metallic sodium. The step dissociation constants of ethylenediamine-N,N′-diacetic-N,N′-dipropionic and ethylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetrapropionic acids at 298.15 K and ionic strengths of 0.1, 0.5, and 1.0 (KNO3) were determined potentiometrically. The results were extrapolated to zero ionic strength by the equation with one individual parameter. The thermodynamic constants of dissociation were calculated. A fluorinated tetraphenylbenzidine derivative, N,N′-diphenyl-N,N′-bis(2-fluorophenyl)-1,1′-biphenyl-4,4′-diamine (C36H26F2N2, Mr = 524.59) was synthesized via the palladiumcatalyzed Buchwald-Hartwig reaction of N,N′-diphenyl-1,1′-biphenyl-4,4′-diamine with 2-fluoroiodobenzene (yield: 75%) and structurally characterized. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 9.820(7), b = 14.305(11), c = 10.233(8) , β = 108.973(9)o, V = 1359.3(18) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.282 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.084 mm-1, F(000) = 548, S = 1.018, the final R = 0.0439 and wR = 0.0928. It presents a linear centrosymmetric framework constituted by a linkage of biphenyl as a bridge and two fluorinated diphenylamine moieties. The UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence spectra of the title compound were also investigated. This compound emits intense blue fluorescence with a peak wavelength of 406 nm in film.  相似文献

The standard ( po =  0.1 MPa) molar enthalpies of combustion in oxygen, at T =  298.15 K, were measured by rotative bomb calorimetry for crystalline N, N -diethyl- N-furoylthiourea, (2-C4H3O)CONHCSN(C2H5)2, HFET, and N, N -diisobutyl- N-furoylthiourea, (2-C4H3O)CONHCSN(iso-C4H9)2, HFIB. The standard molar enthalpies of sublimation of both HFET and HFIB were measured by high-temperature Calvet microcalorimetry. These values were used to derive the standard molar enthalpies of formation of the compounds, in their crystalline and gaseous phases.  相似文献

In this paper, an efficient method is introduced for the synthesis of 7′,9′-disubstituted 6′,9′-dihydro-2H,7′H-spiro[pyrimidine-5,8′-[1,3]dioxolo[4,5-f]quinoline]-2,4,6(1H,3H)-trione derivatives under mild and “green” reaction conditions. The method is based on one-pot multicomponent reaction of an aldehyde, barbituric acid, and benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-amine in ethanol as a green and environmentally friendly solvent. The reaction has given the products in the highest isolated yield in the presence of acetic acid as catalyst under reflux conditions. Various aldehydes, bearing electron-donating or -withdrawing functionalities have been used under the optimized conditions and successfully gave the desired products (13 examples) in high isolated yields.  相似文献

Four coordination polymers of the bidentate ligand 2,2′-dimethyl-4,4′-bipyridine-N,N′-dioxide (L), [La(L)(NO3)3(H2O)] n (1), {[Gd2(L)3(NO3)6]·6H2O} n (2), {[Sm(L)2(H2O)4]·3ClO4·2L·4H2O} n (3) and {[Nd(L)2(H2O)4]·3ClO4·2L·4H2O} n (4) have been synthesized by the diffusing solvent mixture method. Results of X-ray diffraction analysis reveal that 1, with a Ln/L stoichiometry of 1:1, displays a rare 3-D three-fold interpenetrating diamondoid framework, while 2 has a Ln/L stoichiometry of 1:1.5 and exhibits a polycatenane network with a {82,10} topology and large channels accommodated by water. Complexes 3 and 4, with Ln/L stoichiometry of 1:2, have 3-D two-fold interpenetrating diamondoid structures and large voids. Nonlinear optical property of 2 and luminescence of 3 were also investigated.  相似文献
