新型含嘧啶氨基吡唑类化合物的合成及生物活性   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
合成了一系列新型含有嘧啶氨基的吡唑类化合物,化合物的结构经1HNMR及元素分析确证.生物活性测试表明,一些化合物对小麦赤霉、番茄早疫、芦笋茎枯、苹果轮纹以及花生褐斑等病害显示出一定的抑制活性,一些化合物具有一定的除草活性,还有的化合物对黄瓜子叶生根有一定的促进作用.实验表明这类化合物结构的变化对活性有重要影响.  相似文献

Reaction of 6-acetyl-7-(2-dimethylaminovinyl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine 1 with 1,3- and 1,4-bisnucleophiles has been investigated; obtainment of new polycyclic heterocyclic derivatives is reported. A convenient procedure leading to new pyrazolo[1,5-a]quinazolines is described; a modest bioactivity of these compounds against two human tumor cell lines was also ascertained.  相似文献

在微波辅助下,1,3-二甲基-5-醛基巴比妥酸与芳氧基/芳胺基乙酰肼及含氮杂环乙酰肼缩合制备新型酰腙化合物,并对其抑菌活性进行评价的研究。 新化合物的结构经过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱和X射线单晶衍射等技术手段确认。 体外的抑菌活性实验显示,部分目标化合物呈现出优于环丙沙星的抑菌活性。 经过构效关系分析表明,当芳基为含氮杂环时,所形成的化合物抗菌活性与芳基为苯环时相比明显较强,抑菌活性最强的酰腙化合物2t对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值为0.8 g/L,对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值为1.6 g/L。  相似文献

Different derivatives of a novel heterocyclic system, i.e., pyrimido[4,5‐d] [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐a]pyrimidine, are synthesized in moderate‐to‐good yields. These compounds exhibit excellent photochromism upon photoirradiation. The photophysical characterizations of these new compounds were evaluated by UV/VIS absorption and fluorescence emission studies. The emission spectra in various solvents are also presented and discussed. The changes are due to the intramolecular H‐bonding of pyrimido‐triazolo‐pyrimidine with H2O, and photoinduced electron and general solvent effect. These compounds display high fluorescence quantum yields and are reported as new fluorophores.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization, and mesomorphic properties of a new type of heteronuclear compounds derived from pyrimidine as core group are reported. These compounds were prepared by condensation reactions of appropriate acetophenones and benzonitriles in the presence of trifluoromethanesulphonic anhydride. They were characterized by 1 H and 13 C NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis, and their phase transitions characterized and studied by thermal analysis and polarizating microscopy. These compounds exhibit hexagonal columnar (Col h ) phases, as expected for disk-like molecules; the formation of columnar phases was found to be dependent on the numbers of alkoxy side chains attached. For those compounds having the same numbers of flexible side chains attached, the one with a preferred unsymmetric structure exhibited better mesomorphic properties. The observed improved mesomorphic behaviour of these compounds over other similar all-carbon heterocyclic compounds is attributed to the greater polarization of nitrogen atoms in the core ring.  相似文献

A pyrimidine moiety exhibiting a wide range of pharmacological activities has been employed in the design of privileged structures in medicinal chemistry. To prepare libraries of novel heterocyclic compounds with potential biological activities, a series of novel 2-(pyridin-2-yl) pyrimidine derivatives were designed, synthesized and their biological activities were evaluated against immortalized rat hepatic stellate cells (HSC-T6). Fourteen compounds were found to present better anti-fibrotic activities than Pirfenidone and Bipy55′DC. Among them, compounds ethyl 6-(5-(p-tolylcarbamoyl)pyrimidin-2-yl)nicotinate (12m) and ethyl 6-(5-((3,4-difluorophenyl)carbamoyl)pyrimidin-2-yl)nicotinate (12q) show the best activities with IC50 values of 45.69 μM and 45.81 μM, respectively. Furthermore, the study of anti-fibrosis activity was evaluated by Picro-Sirius red staining, hydroxyproline assay and ELISA detection of Collagen type I alpha 1 (COL1A1) protein expression. Our study showed that compounds 12m and 12q effectively inhibited the expression of collagen, and the content of hydroxyproline in cell culture medium in vitro, indicating that compounds 12m and 12q might be developed the novel anti-fibrotic drugs.  相似文献

The classical model of DNA minor groove binding compounds is that they should have a crescent shape that closely fits the helical twist of the groove. Several compounds with relatively linear shape and large dihedral twist, however, have been found recently to bind strongly to the minor groove. These observations raise the question of how far the curvature requirement could be relaxed. As an initial step in experimental analysis of this question, a linear triphenyl diamidine, DB1111, and a series of nitrogen tricyclic analogues were prepared. The goal with the heterocycles is to design GC binding selectivity into heterocyclic compounds that can get into cells and exert biological effects. The compounds have a zero radius of curvature from amidine carbon to amidine carbon but a significant dihedral twist across the tricyclic and amidine-ring junctions. They would not be expected to bind well to the DNA minor groove by shape-matching criteria. Detailed DNase I footprinting studies of the sequence specificity of this set of diamidines indicated that a pyrimidine heterocyclic derivative, DB1242, binds specifically to a GC-rich sequence, -GCTCG-. It binds to the GC sequence more strongly than to the usual AT recognition sequences for curved minor groove agents. Other similar derivatives did not exhibit the GC specificity. Biosensor-surface plasmon resonance and isothermal titration calorimetry experiments indicate that DB1242 binds to the GC sequence as a highly cooperative stacked dimer. Circular dichroism results indicate that the compound binds in the minor groove. Molecular modeling studies support a minor groove complex and provide an inter-compound and compound-DNA hydrogen-bonding rational for the unusual GC binding specificity and the requirement for a pyrimidine heterocycle. This compound represents a new direction in the development of DNA sequence-specific agents, and it is the first non-polyamide, synthetic compound to specifically recognize a DNA sequence with a majority of GC base pairs.  相似文献

C2-functionalized pyrimidine derivative is a family of important nitrogen heterocyclic compounds due to their unique structure and multiple reaction sites. In this work, a novel method for the synthesis of C2-functionalized pyrimidine derivatives through phenylalkynes and pyrimidine disulfides under ambient conditions is proposed. The reaction can be triggered by adding catalytic amounts of cesium fluoride, which is characterized by free-catalyst and special activator. Importantly, this reaction has good compatibility with substrates substituted by electron-donating and electron-withdrawing groups at C4. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations also indicates that the production of C2-functionalized pyrimidine derivatives is more favourable.  相似文献

通过5-氨基-4-氰基-1-苯基吡唑与甲酸发生环合、再经氯化和芳香族亲核取代反应,合成了12种新的含1,3,4-噻二唑环吡唑并[3,4-d]嘧啶类化合物.目标化合物的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和元素分析方法予以确认.初步的生物活性测定试验表明,在50 mg/L浓度下,大部分目标化合物对小麦纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia cerealis)表现出较好的杀菌活性,其中化合物5b,5d和5j的抑菌率超过90%.  相似文献

A new concise and facile method was explored to synthesize a collection of new benzosuberone based thiadiazolo [3,2-a] pyrimidine-6-carboxylates using polyethylene glycol (PEG), which could be regarded as the derivatives of the hybrid scaffolds of bioactive natural benzosuberone and heterocyclic thiadiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine. The structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized by 1H, 13C NMR, MS and IR; and their anti-proliferative activity was evaluated against four human cancer cell lines; A549, SKNSH, HeLa and MCF-7. Among the tested compounds, compound 8k showed the most prominent activity against all the cell lines and these results may lay the foundation for further design of novel anti-proliferative agents.  相似文献

The fused heterocyclic compounds 2 : imidazo [1,2-a] pyridine 2a-c and pyrido [1,2-a] pyrimidine 2d were obtained from the reaction of a -cinnamoyl ketene dibenzylthio acetals 1 with diamine. When a -cinnamoyl -a '-benzoyl ketene N, N-acetals 3a-b were treated by t-BuONa/t-BuOH solution, 8- benzoyl-pyrido[1,2-a] pyrimidine 4 was produced.  相似文献

Corrosion is a phenomenon that devastatingly affects innovative, industrial, and mechanical applications, especially in the oil and gas industries. The corrosion conceivably influences industrial equipment; it deteriorates the environment and lessens the equipment/infrastructure's lifetime. Considering the significant impact of corrosion in our daily lives, this review article aims to briefly discuss the significance of corrosion and different control methods with special attention on corrosion inhibitors. The classification of corrosion inhibitors based on types and their advantage/limitations, and heterocyclic compounds as potential corrosion inhibitors, mainly nitrogen-based compounds (pyridine (1N), pyrimidine (2N), and triazines (3N) fused ring benzimidazole, etc.), and their biological significance has been discussed in detail. The mechanism, challenges, and applications of heterocyclic compounds as corrosion inhibitors in various industrial relevant corrosive environments such as acid pickling, descaling operation in the desalination plant, oil gas industry, etc., have also been highlighted in the review.  相似文献

Pyrimidine and thienopyrimidine derivatives play a very important role in organic chemistry because of their wide applications as bioactive compounds with multiple biological activities. However, a literature survey revealed that the merger of different groups in the thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidine heterocyclic ring enhances its antibacterial, antifungal and anti‐inflammatory activities. This encouraged us to prepare a new series of thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidine heterocyclic compounds and to test them as antimicrobial and anti‐inflammatory agents. These compounds have shown remarkable activity toward fungi, bacteria, and inflammation. Thus, these compounds have been prepared by the chloroacylation of 5‐amino‐4‐phenyl‐2‐(p‐tolylamino)thieno[2,3‐d] pyrimidine‐6‐carboxamide ( 4 ) using chloroacetyl chloride under neat condition to afford the target compound ( 6 ), which was used as precursor for the synthesis of a number of bioactive compounds. Thus reaction of the chloromethylpyrimidine derivative ( 6 ) with triphenylphosphine in dry benzene gave the corresponding ((4‐oxo‐9‐phenyl‐7‐(p‐tolylamino)‐3,4‐dihydropyrimido[4′,5′:4,5]thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐2‐yl)methyl) triphenylphosphonium chloride ( 7 ). Compounds 8a – 8c and 9a – 9c were obtained by the reaction of 7 with some selected aromatic aldehydes and ketones in methanol and sodium methoxide under Wittig reaction condition. The structures of the all new synthesized compounds were established on the basis of their analytical and spectral data (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and MS).  相似文献

Based on the molecular docking studies, which were performed to position Erlotinib and the target compounds into the active site of the epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) to determine the probable binding model, a novel series of 5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives as the novel potential EGFR kinase inhibitors was designed and synthesized. The antitumor activity of all the target compounds against human pulmonary carcinoma cell line A549 has been screened. Of all the target compounds, 4-[2-(1-piperidyl)carbonylmethoxyl- phenthio]-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine(7j) demonstrated the most potent antitumor activity. Several of the target compounds exhibited moderate antitumor activity. The preliminary structure-activity relationships of some target compounds were summarized.  相似文献

A series of novel [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives has been designed and synthesized in order to find novel anti-tumor compounds. The structures of all the compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H-NMR, MS and elemental analysis. Their anti-tumor activities against cancer cell lines (HT-1080 and Bel-7402) were tested by the MTT method in vitro. Among them, compound 19 displayed the best anti-tumor activity with IC50 values of 12.3 microM and 6.1 microM against Bel-7402 and HT-1080 cell lines respectively.  相似文献
