A new fluorinated polystyrene bearing a p-sulbstiuted perfluoro[1-(2-fluorosulfonylethoxy)]ethyl group was synthesized via one-electron oxidation of polystyrene by perfluoro[2-(2-fluorosulfonylethoxy)]propionyl peroxide at different peroxide to polystyrene molar ratios.The yield of perfluoroalkylation decreases with the increase of the reactant molar ratio.The modified polymer has been characterized by various techniques:the ring pefluoro[1-(2-fluorosulfonylethoxy)]ethylation has been proved by FT-IR and ^19FNMR;the X-ray photoelectron spectra(XPS) show the maximum binding energy of F18,O18,C18(two kinds of carbon atoms,namely C-H and C-F)and S2p,respectively; desulfonylation of the fluorinated polystyrene appearing at 217℃ has been found by its thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).The determinations of contact angle,refractive index and glass transition temperature of the modified polymer have disclosed that when the contact angle increases with the increase of the molar ratio,the refractive index and glass transition temperature decrease.The polydispersity values indicate that the degradation of the polymer chains did not occur during the reaction.  相似文献

A new series of 3-heteroarylacrylamides 2 and 4 was prepared and the inhibitory activities against the rat passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) reaction and the enzyme 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) were tested. Most of the compounds exhibited an anti-PCA activity superior to or equivalent to ketotifen and had a 5-LO inhibitory activity. The 3-heteroarylacrylamide derivatives including 3-(3-pyridyl)acrylamides represent a new structural class of compound that exhibits not only an in vivo anti-PCA activity but also an in vitro 5-LO inhibitory activity.  相似文献

报道了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(5-氯吡啶)三氮烯(NPCPDT)的合成及其与镉的显色反应研究。在Triton X-100的存在下,pH 11.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂能与镉发生显色反应,镉与NPCPDT形成摩尔比为1∶3的黄色配合物,在440 nm处有一最大吸收,在535 nm处有一最大负吸收。以440 nm为参比波长,535 nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.68×105L.mol-1.cm-1,镉的质量浓度在0~0.48μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定废水和环境水样中的微量镉。  相似文献

报道了显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯化合物的合成及其与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,pH 10.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH的缓冲介质中,该试剂能与镉(Ⅱ)与发生显色反应,形成摩尔比为4∶1的黄棕色配合物,配合物在波长453 nm处有最大吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为6.90×104L.mol-1.cm-1,镉(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0~0.56μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律。用拟定方法测不同废水中的镉(Ⅱ)。  相似文献

合成了新的三氮烯试剂:1 (8 喹啉) 3 (2 苯并噻唑) 三氮烯(QBTT),并研究了该试剂与Cu2 的显色反应,建立了测定铜的灵敏度较高、选择性较好的光度分析新方法。在选定的实验条件下,Cu2 与QBTT在室温下迅速生成络合比为1∶1的紫色络合物,其最大吸收波长为590nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=7.48×104L·mol-1·cm-1,Cu2 的质量浓度在0~1.0μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,该方法可用于测定食品中的微量铜。  相似文献

A series of 3-(furyl)-3-(diethoxyphosphoryl)acrylates was synthesized by the reaction of 2- and 3-furoyl phosphonates with ethoxycarbonylmethylenetriphenylphosphorane. It was shown that in all cases diethoxyphosphoryl and ester groups were in trans-position with respect to the double bond disregarding the structure of the furan fragment. Potassium fluoride catalyzed addition of nitromethane to the compounds synthesized was studied. It was found that this reaction proceeded regioselectively to form 2-[(furyl)(diethoxyphosphoryl) methyl]-3-nitropropanoic acids.  相似文献

以4-(二甲氨基)吡啶为催化剂,通过(R)-3-叔丁基二甲基硅氧丁醇与甲磺酰氯之间的改进烷基磺酰化反应得到(R)-3-叔丁基二甲基硅氧丁基甲磺酸酯(2b,收率98%),2b再与苯硫酚钠反应生成(R)-3-叔丁基二甲基硅氧丁基苯硫醚(3,总收率89%)。2和3的结构经1H NMR,IR和MS表征。  相似文献

合成了新显色剂1 (6 羟基 2 嘌呤基) 3 [4 (苯基偶氮)苯基] 三氮烯(简称HPAPT),研究了它的性质及其与镉显色反应的条件。实验表明,试剂的分子式为C17H13N9,相对分子质量为359,熔点127~129℃,各级酸离解常数为pKa1=4.1,pKa2=7.2,pKa3=10 7。在pH9.0~11.0的Na2B4O7 NaOH缓冲介质中,试剂与镉形成2∶1的红色络合物,表观摩尔吸光系数为2 25×105L·mol-1·cm-1,镉质量浓度在0~0.6mg/L范围内符合比耳定律,在联合掩蔽剂的作用下,可不经分离直接测定环境水样和工业废水中微量镉。  相似文献

A methylated adduct of lithiated 1-(1-ethoxyethoxy)allene and methyl isothiocyanate undergoes intramolecular cyclization in the presence of CuBr to give 3-(1-ethoxyethoxy)-1-methyl-2-(methylthio)pyrrole. A potential dopamine D4 receptor ligand, 1-(4-(4-(4-fluorobenzyl)-1-piperazinyl)butyl)indolin-2-one (4) was synthesized through a four-step process and its affinity and selectivity for dopamine D2-like receptors was determined through in vitro receptor binding assay. [18F]4 was prepared using a one-pot two-step method with total radiochemical yield 21.2 % (decay-corrected). The molar radioactivity was around 135 GBq/μmol and the radiochemical purity was greater than 95.5 %. The partition coefficient (Log P) of [18F]4 was determined to be 2.10 ± 0.30 through octanol experiment. The in vivo biodistribution and the competitive distribution of [18F]4 in rat exposed that the tracer passes through blood–brain-barrier (BBB) and may specifically bind to D4 receptor. Metabolite analysis revealed that there was no metabolism of [18F]4 in brain. Conclusively, these preliminary results demonstrated that [18F]4 shows promises as a radioligand for the in vivo study of dopamine D4 receptor.  相似文献

An acid catalyzed oxa-Pictet-Spengler reaction ‘on water’ leading to the synthesis of a variety of 1-aryl-6,7-dimethoxyisochromans is described. The aqueous chemistry is a much cleaner, efficient, cheaper and simple method for synthesis. The scope of reactions was extended to thia-Pictet-Spengler reaction to afford the some isothiochromans.  相似文献
