Reaction of 3,4,4-trichloro-1-(4-methylphenyl)-3-buten-1-one with amines results in replacement of the internal chlorine atom and is accompanied by prototropic allyl rearrangement leading to formation of the corresponding 3-amino-4,4-dichloro-1-(4-methylphenyl)-2-buten-1-ones. The reaction of the title compound with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine yields 3,4,4-trichloro-1-(4-methylphenyl)-3-buten-1-one 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone and is not accompanied by allyl rearrangement.  相似文献

Polychlorinated enamidonitrile Cl2CÍC(CN)NHCOCHCl2 readily reacts with primary aromatic amines, dialkylamines, piperidine, and morpholine. The reaction is accompanied by complete elimination of chlorine atoms as chloride ions with formation of 4-cyanooxazoles having the corresponding amine residue in position 5 of the ring and a CHÍN or diaminomethyl moiety in position 2. The structure of 5-arylamino(dialkylamino)-4-cyano-2-formyloxazoles was confirmed by their acid hydrolysis, as well as by the condensation with phenylhydrazine, N-alkylrhodanines, and ethyl acetoacetate in the presence of urea.  相似文献

We have obtained 2-(4-arylthiazol-2-yl)-4-chloro-3-oxobutyronitriles by acylation of 4-aryl-2-cyanomethylthiazoles with -chloroacetyl chloride. We have studied their reaction with secondary aliphatic amines, leading to formation of 4-dialkylamino-2-(4-arylthiazol-2-yl)-3-oxobutyronitriles, and also intramolecular alkylation with formation of 3-aryl-7-cyano-6(5H)-oxopyrrolo[2,1-b]thiazoles. We have determined some aspects of the tautomerism of the synthesized compounds.  相似文献

The interaction of 3,5-bis(N,N-dimethylaminomethylene)amino-1-methyl-4-nitropyrazole with amines proceeds regioselectively with the formation of 3-amino-5-(N,N-dimethylaminomethylene)amino-1-methyl-4-nitropyrazole. Amines are converted in this way into N,N-dimethylformamidine derivatives. The structures of the compounds obtained were proved by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and by X-ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献

Malononitrile reacted with the title compound to give 6-amino-5-cyano-2-(3,3-dicyano-2-methylallylidene-4-methyl-2H-pyran (3). Treatment of 3 with hot 80% sulfuric acid yielded 4,7-dimethyl-56-hydroxy-2(1H)quinolone. With concentrated aqueous sodium hydroxide, 3 gave 5-amino-3,6-dicyano-4,7-dimethyl-2(1H)quinolone and 5-amino-6-carbamoyl-3-cyano-4,7-dimethyl-2(1H)quinolone. The reaction of 3 with hydrochloric in acetic acid gave a mixture of 6-amino-3,7-dicyano-2,8-dimethyl-4-quinolizone and 3-cyano-4-methyl-6-(3,3-dicyano-2-methylallyl)-2-pyrone. Compound 3 also reacted with methylamine, butylamine and piperidine to give 8-amino-5-cyano-4-methyl-2-pyridone, 6-bulylamino-5-cyano-4-methyl-2-pyridone and 5-eyano-4-methyl-6-piperidino-2-pyridone respectively.  相似文献
