3,6-Di(pyridin-2-yl)pyridazines are an interesting class of compounds because of their metal-coordinating ability resulting in the self-assembly into [2x2] gridlike metal complexes with copper(I) or silver(I) ions. These and other substituted pyridazines can be prepared by the inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder reactions between acetylenes and 1,2,4,5-tetrazines. In this contribution, the effect of (superheated) microwave conditions on these generally slow cycloadditions is described. The cycloaddition of acetylenes to 3,6-di(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine could be accelerated from several days reflux in toluene or N,N-dimethylformamide to several hours in dichloromethane at 150 degrees C. In addition, the unexpected cycloaddition of the enol tautomers of various ketones and aldehydes to 3,6-di(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine is described in detail providing an alternative route for the synthesis of (substituted) pyridazines.  相似文献

The reactions of pyrimidine-2-carbonitrile and 4,6-dimethylpyrimidine-2-carbonitrile with hydrazine hydrate were investigated. Intermediates in the route of successive transformations of pyrimidine-2-carbonitrile (pyrimidine-2-carbamidrazone and 1,2-bis[amino(pyrimidin-2-yl)methylidene]hydrazine) into trinuclear heterocyclic compounds, viz., symmetrical di(pyrimidin-2-yl)-1,4-dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazines and di(pyrimidin-2-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-amines (potential polydentate ligands), were isolated. The oxidative dehydrogenation of di(pyrimidin-2-yl)-1,4-dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazines afforded the corresponding 3,6-di(pyrimidin-2-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazines.  相似文献

The radical complexes [(micro-L)[Ru(bpy)(2)](2)]*(3+), [(micro-bmtz)[Ru(cym)Cl](2)]*(+) and [(micro-L)[Re(CO)(3)Cl](2)]*(-), where L are 3,6-disubstituted 1,2,4,5-tetrazines such as 3,6-bis(2-pyrimidyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (bmtz) and cym =p-cymene, were studied by X-band EPR in fluid solution and by 285 GHz EPR in glassy frozen solution. A comparison with other transition metal complexes (Cu, Rh, Os, Ir, Pt) involving tetrazine radical ligands reveals that the g anisotropy reflects (i) the pi acceptor effect of the tetrazine substituents, (ii) the competition from ancillary pi acceptor ligands for back donation from the metal, and (iii) the spin-orbit coupling contributions from the transition metal.  相似文献

The Ru(2)(III,II) mixed-valent state is strongly stabilized in [(bpy)(2)Ru(mu-bttz)Ru(bpy)(2)](5+) (3(5+), bttz = 3,6-bis(2-thienyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine, as evident from lowered oxidation potentials and isolability, a strongly increased comproportionation constant K(c) = 10(16.6), and a high-energy intervalence charge transfer band at 10100 cm(-1). Curiously, no such effects were observed for the diosmium(III,II) analogue, whereas the related systems [(bpy)(2)M(mu-bmptz)M(bpy)(2)](5+), bmptz = 3,6-bis(4-methyl-2-pyridyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine, exhibit conventional behavior, i.e., a slightly higher K(c) value of the Os(2)(III,II) analogue. EPR signals were observed at 4 K for 3(5+) but not for the other mixed-valent species, and high-frequency (285 GHz) EPR was employed to study the diruthenium(II) radical complexes 2(3+) and 3(3+).  相似文献

This article reports the synthesis and optical properties of three dinuclear, cationic copper complexes [Cu(2)(μ-dppm)(2)(μ-L)](NO(3))(2) (dppm diphenyldiphosphinomethane, L: L(A) 3,6-bis(2-pyridyl)-4,5-diphenyl-pyridazine, L(B) 3,6-bis(2-pyridyl)-4,5-di(4-pyridyl)-pyridazine and L(C) 3,6-bis(2-pyridyl)-8,9-diazafluoranthene). These were formed on the reaction of [Cu(μ-dppm)(NO(3))](2) with a series of N-donor (bppn) ligands L. The single crystal X-ray structures of [Cu(2)(μ-dppm)(2)(μ-L)](NO(3))(2)·CH(2)Cl(2) were determined and revealed that in both, the two copper atoms are held by three bridging ligands, two dppm ligands and one bppn ligand acting as a tetradentate bridge. The absorption spectra of the complexes present a MLCT [Cu → π*(N(∧)N)] band in the λ 370-425 nm region. These new complexes exhibit red-orange MLCT-based emission in the solid-state with lifetimes in the microsecond range. In oxygen-free dichloromethane solution, the complex [Cu(2)(μ-dppm)(2)(μ-L(C))](2+) has a long lifetime of 22.8 μs. The long emission lifetimes are attributed to a rigid conformation that precludes the possible distortion of the copper in the excited state.  相似文献

The synthesis of dinuclear [Ru(II)([n]aneS(4))] (where n = 12, 14) complexes of the bridging ligand 3,6-bis(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine are reported. The X-ray structures of both of the new complexes are compared to a newly obtained structure for a dinuclear [Ru(II)([9]aneS(3))]-based analogue, whose synthesis has previously been reported. A comparison of the electrochemistry of the three complexes reveals that the first oxidation of the [Ru(II)([n]aneS(4))]-based systems is a ligand-based couple, indicating that the formation of the radical anion form of the bridging ligand is stabilized by metal center coordination. Spectroelectrochemistry studies on the mixed-valence form of the new complexes suggest that they are Robin and Day Class II systems. The electrochemical and electronic properties of these complexes is rationalized by a consideration of the pi-bonding properties of thiacrown ligands.  相似文献

A number of 1,4-dihydropyridazines and pyridazines were prepared by the Diels-Alder reaction with an inverse electron demand from cyclic heterodiene systems, 3,6-bis(3,5-dimethyl-4-R-pyrazol-1-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazines, and some enamines as well as from 4-vinylpyridine, butyl vinyl ether, phenylacetylene, and acrylamide. The reaction of 3,6-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine with styrene afforded 4,5-dihydropyridazine, which was readily oxidized by atmospheric oxygen to form the corresponding pyridazine. Electron-withdrawing substituents (Br or Cl) in the pyrazole rings accelerate [4+2]-cycloaddition. When heated, 1,4-dihydropyridazines, which were synthesized from tetrazines and enamines, eliminated amine to give pyridazines. The reactivities of tetrazines were evaluated by quantum-chemical methods. Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 2, pp. 354–360, February, 2000.  相似文献

A novel, and quite general, approach for the preparation of tris(heteroleptic) ruthenium(II) complexes is reported. Using this method, which is based on photosubstitution of carbonyl ligands in precursors such as [Ru(bpy)(CO)(2)Cl(2)] and [Ru(bpy)(Me(2)bpy)(CO)(2)](PF(6))(2), mononuclear and dinuclear Ru(II) tris(heteroleptic) polypyridyl complexes containing the bridging ligands 3,5-bis(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole (Hbpt) and 3,5-bis(pyrazin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole (Hbpzt) have been prepared. The complexes obtained were purified by column chromatography and characterized by HPLC, mass spectrometry, 1H NMR, absorption and emission spectroscopy and by electrochemical methods. The X-ray structures of the compounds [Ru(bpy)(Me(2)bpy)(bpt)](PF(6))x0.5C(4)H(10)O [1x0.5C(4)H(10)O], [Ru(bpy)(Me(2)bpy)(bpzt)](PF(6))xH(2)O (2xH(2)O) and [Ru(bpy)(Me(2)bpy)(CH(3)CN)(2)](PF(6))(2)xC(4)H(10)O (6xC(4)H(10)O) are reported. The synthesis and characterisation of the dinuclear analogues of 1 and 2, [{Ru(bpy)(Me(2)bpy)}(2)bpt](PF(6))(3)x2H(2)O (3) and [{Ru(bpy)(Me(2)bpy)}(2)bpzt](PF(6))(3) (4), are also described.  相似文献

Reaction of 3,6-diaryl-1,2,4,5-tetrazines (aryl = R = phenyl, 2-furyl or 2-thienyl) with 2 equiv of Ru(acac)2(CH3CN)2 results in reductive tetrazine ring opening to yield diruthenium complexes [(acac)2Ru(III)(dih-R(2-))Ru(III)(acac)2] bridged by the new 1,2-diiminohydrazido(2-) (dih-R(2-) = HNC(R)NNC(R)NH(2-)) ligands. rac/meso diastereoisomers could be detected and separated for the compounds with R = phenyl and 2-thienyl, all species are diamagnetic and were characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy. Crystal structure determination of the meso isomers with R = phenyl and 2-thienyl confirmed the 1,2-diiminohydrazido formulation through long N-N (approximately 1.40 A) and short C=N(H) bonds (approximately 1.31 A), implying two bridged ruthenium(III) centers at about 4.765 A distance with strong antiferromagnetic coupling. The complexes undergo two reversible and well-separated one-electron reduction and oxidation processes, respectively. EPR Spectroscopy of the paramagnetic intermediates with comproportionation constants K(c) > 10(12) and UV-vis-NIR spectroelectrochemistry were used to identify the accessible redox states as [(acac)2Ru(II)(dih-R(2-))Ru(II)(acac)2]2-, [(acac)2Ru(II)(dih-R(*-))Ru(II)(acac)2]-, [(acac)2Ru(III)(dih-R(2-))Ru(III)(acac)2], [(acac)2Ru(III)(dih-R(*-))Ru(III)(acac)2]+, and [(acac)2Ru(III)(dih-R)Ru(III)(acac)2]2+. While the UV-vis-NIR spectroscopic response of [(acac)2Ru(dih-R)Ru(acac)2](0/-/2-) is very similar to that of [(bpy)2Ru(adc-R)Ru(bpy)2](4+/3+/2+), adc-R(2-) = 1,2-diacylhydrazido(2-), the EPR result indicating ligand-centered spin for [(acac)2Ru(II)(dih-R(*-))Ru(II)(acac)2]- despite deceptive NIR absorptions around 1400 nm reveals distinct differences in the electronic structures.  相似文献

Multiply charged ions from electrospray ionization (ESI) were observed for ruthenium-bidentate ligand complexes, such as [RuL2B]X2 and [(RuL2)2B]X4, where L is 2,2′-bipyridine, B are tetradentate ligands of 2,2′-bis(2′-pyridyl)bibenzimidazole and 2,6-bis(2′-pyridyl)benzodiimidazole, bidentate ligand of 2-(2′-pyridyl)benzimidazole and related compounds and X is CIO4- or CI-. ESI mass spectra showed a simple mass pattern for easy structural assignment and detecting impurities. The mass spectra for binuclear complexes provide a charge state distribution ranging from 4+ to 2+ for Ru(II)—Ru(II) compounds and 5+ to 2+ for Ru(II)—Rh(III) compounds. It was found that different multiply charged ions are generated by loss of counterions and by protonation/deprotonation at the proton site of ligands B. The abundances of these ions are qualitatively explained in terms of the acidity of metal complexes depending on the bridging ligand structures and the charge of the metal ions. Ions produced by removal of ligands were hardly observed.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the self-assembled metallapentacycles [{Fe(5)(bptz)(5)(CH(3)CN)(10)} ? 2SbF(6)][SbF(6)](8) (1) and [{Fe(5)(bmtz)(5)(CH(3)CN)(10)} ? SbF(6)][SbF(6)](9) (2) with the π-acidic ligands bptz (3,6-bis(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine) and bmtz (3,6-bis(2-pyrimidyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine), respectively, revealed cationic pentagons templated by [SbF(6)](-) ions. The short anion-π contacts established between the anions and the tetrazine rings play an important role in the stability of the pentagons.  相似文献

Structurally characterised 2,5-bis(2-hydroxyphenyl)pyrazine (H2L) can be partially or fully deprotonated to form the complexes [(acac)2Ru(mu-L)Ru(acac)2], [1], acac = acetylacetonato = 2,4-pentanedionato, [(pap)2Ru(mu-L)Ru(pap)2](ClO4)2, [2](ClO4)2, pap = 2-phenylazopyridine, or [(pap)2Ru(HL)](ClO4), [3](ClO4). Several reversible oxidation and reduction processes were observed in each case and were analysed with respect to oxidation state alternatives through EPR and UV-VIS-NIR spectroelectrochemistry. In relation to previously reported compounds with 2,2'-bipyridine as ancillary ligands the complex redox system [1]n is distinguished by a preference for metal-based electron transfer whereas the systems [2]n and [3]n favour an invariant Ru(II) state. Accordingly, the paramagnetic forms of [1]n, n = -, 0, +, exhibit metal-centred spin whereas the odd-electron intermediates [2]+, [2](3+) and [3] show radical-type EPR spectra. A comparison with analogous complexes involving the 3,6-bis(2-oxidophenyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine reveals the diminished pi acceptor capability of the pyrazine-containing bridge.  相似文献

The synthesis and properties of 3 new ligand-bridged bimetallic complexes, 1(2+), 2(2+), and 3(2+), containing [RuCl([9]aneS(3))](+) metal centers are reported. Each complex was bridged by a different ditopic ligand. 1(2+) is bridged by 3,6-bis(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine (bptz), while 2(2+) and 3(2+) are bridged by 2,3-bis(2-pyridyl)pyrazine (dpp) and 2,2'-bipyrimidine (bpym), respectively. The Ru([II]) isovalent states of these complexes have been investigated using a variety of techniques. In the case of 3(2+), X-ray crystallography studies show preferential crystallization of an anti form with respect to coordinated chloride ligands (crystal data for [3][Cl(2)].4H(2)O: C(20)H(38)Cl(4)N(4)O(4)Ru(2)S(6), monoclinic, space group P2(1)/a, a = 10.929(14), b = 13.514(17), c = 11.299(16) A, beta = 90.52(1), V = 1669 A(3), Z = 2). UV/vis spectroscopy shows that spectra of these complexes are dominated by intraligand (pi-->pi) and metal-to-ligand Ru(d)-->L(pi) charge transfer transitions. Electrochemical studies reveal that metal-metal interactions are sufficiently intense to generate the Ru(III)/Ru(II) mixed valence [[RuCl([9]aneS(3))(2)](L-L)](3+) state, where L-L = individual bridging ligands. Although the 1(3+), 2(3+), and 3(3+) mixed valence states were EPR silent at room temperature and 77 K, isotropic solution spectra were observed for the electrochemically generated radical cations 1(+), 2(+), and 3(+), with 1(+) displaying well-resolved hyperfine coupling to bridging ligand nitrogens. Using UV/vis/NIR spectroelectrochemistry, we investigated optical properties of the mixed valence complexes. All three showed intervalence charge transfer (IVCT) bands that are much more intense than electrochemical data indicate. Indeed, a comparison of IVCT data for 1(3+) with an analogous structure containing [(NH3)(3)Ru](2+) metal centers shows that the IVCT in the new complex is an order of magnitude more intense. It is concluded that although the new complexes show relatively weak electrostatic interactions, they possess large resonance energies.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization, and photophysical properties of the N6-N5C bichromophoric [(bpy)2Ru(I)Ru(ttpy)][PF6]3 (bpy is 2,2'-bipyridine and ttpy is 4'-p-tolyl-2,2':6',2'-terpyridine) and [(bpy)2Ru(II)Ru(ttpy)][PF6]3 (I and II are bpy-dipyridylbenzene ditopic ligands bridged by an ethynyl and phenyl unit, respectively) complexes are reported together with the model mononuclear complexes [(bpy)2Ru(I)][PF6]2, [(bpy)2Ru(II)][PF6]2, [Ru(VI)(ttpy)][PF6] (VI is 3,5-di(2-pyridyl)-biphenyl) and [Ru(dpb)(ttpy)][PF(6)] (Hdpb is 1,3-di(2-pyridyl)-benzene). The electrochemical data show that there is little ground state electronic communication between the metal centers in the bimetallic complexes. Selective excitation of the N(5)C unit in the bichromophoric systems leads to luminescence typical for a bis-tridentate cyclometallated ruthenium complex and is similar to the [Ru(VI)(ttpy)][PF6] model complex. In contrast, the luminescence from the tris-bidentate N6 unit is efficiently quenched by energy transfer to the N5C unit. The energy transfer rate has been determined by femtosecond pump-probe measurements to 0.7 ps in the ethynyl-linked [(bpy)2Ru(I)Ru(ttpy)][PF6]3 and to 1.5 ps in the phenyl-linked [(bpy)2Ru(II)Ru(ttpy)][PF6]3 (in acetonitrile solution at 298 K), and is inferred to occur via a Dexter mechanism.  相似文献

Hexafluorophosphate salts of mononuclear complexes [Ru(II)Cl(L)(terpy)]+ (L = dmbpy (1); dpbpy (2), sambpy (3), and dpp (7), and binuclear complexes [Ru(II)2Cl2(dpp)(terpy)2]2+ (8) and [Ir(III)Ru(II)Cl2(dpp)(terpy)2]3+ (9) were prepared and characterized. Abbreviations of the ligands are bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, dmbpy = 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine, dpbpy = 4,4'-diphenyl-2,2'-bipyridine, dpp = 2,3-bis(2-pyridyl)pyrazine, sambpy = 4,4'-bis((S)-(+)-alpha-1-phenylethylamido)-2,2'-bipyridine, and terpy = 2,2':6',2'-terpyridine. The absorption spectra of 8 and 9 are dominated by ligand-centered bands in the UV region and by metal-to-ligand charge-transfer bands in the visible region. The details of their spectroscopic and electrochemical properties were investigated. In both binuclear complexes, it has been found that the HOMO is based on the Ru metal, and LUMO is dpp-based. [Ir(III)Ru(II)Cl2(dpp)(terpy)2]3+, indicating intense emission at room temperature, and a lifetime of 154 ns. The long lifetime of this bimetallic chromophore makes it a useful component in the design of supramolecular complexes.  相似文献

The first dinuclear iron(II) complexes of any 4-substituted 3,5-di(2-pyridyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole ligands, [Fe(II)2(adpt)2(H2O)1.5(CH3CN)2.5](BF4)4 and [Fe(II)2(pldpt)2(H2O)2(CH3CN)2](BF4)4, are presented [where adpt is 4-amino-3,5-di(2-pyridyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole and pldpt is 4-pyrrolyl-3,5-di(2-pyridyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole]. Both dinuclear complexes feature doubly triazole bridged iron(II) centers that are found to be [high spin-high spin] at all temperatures, 4-300 K, and to exhibit weak antiferromagnetic coupling. In the analogous monometallic complexes, [Fe(II)(Rdpt)2(X)2](n+), the spin state of the iron(II) center was controlled by appropriate selection of the axial ligands X. Specifically, both of the chloride complexes, [Fe(II)(adpt)2(Cl)2] x 2 MeOH and [Fe(II)(pldpt)2(Cl)2] x 2 MeOH x H2O, were found to be high spin whereas the pyridine adduct [Fe(II)(adpt)2(py)2](BF4)2 was low spin. Attempts to prepare [Fe(II)(pldpt)2(py)2](BF4)2 and the dinuclear analogues [Fe(II)2(Rdpt)2(py)4](BF4)4 failed, illustrating the significant challenges faced in attempts to develop control over the nature of the product obtained from reactions of iron(II) and these bis-bidentate ligands.  相似文献

Reaction of 3,6-diphenyl-, 3,6-bis(2-pyridyl)- and the unsubstituted 1,2,4,5-tetrazine with 4,5-dihydro-1-methyl-2-(methylthio)pyrrole ( 2 ) and 1-raethyl-2-(methylthio)-4.5,6,7-tetrahydroazepine ( 3 ) gives 4,7-di-R-2,3-dihydro-1-methylpyrrolo[2,3-d]pyridazine ( 4 , R = phenyl, 2-pyridyl, hydrogen) and 6,9-di-R-1-methyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydropyridazino[4,5-6]azepine ( 5 ), R = phenyl, 2-pyridyl, hydrogen), respectively, in reasonable to good yields. The compounds 4 (R = phenyl, hydrogen) are converted into their corresponding 1-methylpyrrolo-[2,3-d]pyridazines 6 by reaction with potassium permanganate in butanone. Reaction of 3-phenyl-1,2,4,5-te-trazine with 2 and 3 leads to the exclusive formation of the 7-phenyl isomer 4d and 9-phenyl isomer 5d , respectively, indicating that the cycloaddition is regiospecific. The mechanism is discussed.  相似文献

The tetradentate ligands 1,8-bis(pyrid-2-yl)-3,6-dithiaoctane (pdto) and 1,8-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)-3,6-dithiaoctane (bbdo) form the complexes [Ru(pdto)(mu-Cl)](2)(ClO(4))(2) 1 and [Ru(bbdo)(mu-Cl)](2)(ClO(4))(2) 2 respectively. The new di-mu-chloro dimers 1 and 2 undergo facile symmetrical bridge cleavage reactions with the diimine ligands 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) and dipyridylamine (dpa) to form the six-coordinate complexes [Ru(pdto)(bpy)](ClO(4))(2) 3, [Ru(bbdo)(bpy)](ClO(4))(2) 4, [Ru(pdto)(dpa)](ClO(4))(2) 5 and [Ru(bbdo)(dpa)](ClO(4))(2) 6 and with the triimine ligand 2,2':6,2'-terpyridine (terpy) to form the unusual seven-coordinate complexes [Ru(pdto)(terpy)](ClO(4))(2) 7 and [Ru(bbdo)(terpy)](ClO(4))(2) 8. In 1 the dimeric cation [Ru(pdto)(mu-Cl)](2)(2+) is made up of two approximately octahedrally coordinated Ru(II) centers bridged by two chloride ions, which constitute a common edge between the two Ru(II) octahedra. Each ruthenium is coordinated also to two pyridine nitrogen and two thioether sulfur atoms of the tetradentate ligand. The ligand pdto is folded around Ru(II) as a result of the cis-dichloro coordination, which corresponds to a "cis-alpha" configuration [DeltaDelta/LambdaLambda(rac) diastereoisomer] supporting the possibility of some attractive pi-stacking interactions between the parallel py rings at each ruthenium atom. The ruthenium atom in the complex cations 3a and 4 exhibit a distorted octahedral coordination geometry composed of two nitrogen atoms of the bpy and the two thioether sulfur and two py/bzim nitrogen atoms of the pdto/bbdo ligand, which is actually folded around Ru(II) to give a "cis-alpha" isomer. The molecule of complex 5 contains a six-coordinated ruthenium atom chelated by pdto and dpa ligands in the expected distorted octahedral fashion. The (1)H and (13)C NMR spectral data of the complexes throw light on the nature of metal-ligand bonding and the conformations of the chelate rings, which indicates that the dithioether ligands maintain their tendency to fold themselves even in solution. The bis-mu-chloro dimers 1 and 2 show a spin-allowed but Laporte-forbidden t(2g)(6)((1)A(1g))--> t(2g)(5) e(g)(1)((1)T(1g), (1)T(2g)) d-d transition. They also display an intense Ru(II) dpi--> py/bzim (pi*) metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) transition. The mononuclear complexes 3-8 exhibit dpi-->pi* MLCT transitions in the range 340-450 nm. The binuclear complexes 1 and 2 exhibit a ligand field ((3)MC) luminescence even at room temperature, whereas the mononuclear complexes 3 and 4 show a ligand based radical anion ((3)MLCT) luminescence. The binuclear complexes 1 and 2 undergo two successive oxidation processes corresponding to successive Ru(II)/Ru(III) couples, affording a stable mixed-valence Ru(II)Ru(III) state (K(c): 1, 3.97 x 10(6); 2, 1.10 x 10(6)). The mononuclear complexes 3-7 exhibit only one while 8 shows two quasi-reversible metal-based oxidative processes. The coordinated 'soft' thioether raises the redox potentials significantly by stabilising the 'soft' Ru(II) oxidation state. One or two ligand-based reduction processes were also observed for the mononuclear complexes.  相似文献

Alkylation of tetrahydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazine-3,6-dithione with iodomethane and 1,2-dichloro-4-(chloromethyl)benzene, respectively (Scheme 1, 4 ) followed by oxidation afforded 3,6-bis(methylthio)- and 3,6-bis[[(3,4-dichlorophenyl)methyl]thio]-1,2,4,5-tetrazines ( 6, 15 ). The reaction of 15 with amines provided the 6-[(arylmethyl)thio]-1,2,4,5-tetrazin-3-amines ( 16) while sequential displacement of both methylthio groups in 6 afforded the tetrazine-diamines 8 and 10 . Hydrolysis of N,N-dimethyl-6-(methylthio)-1,2,4,5-tetrazin-3-amine ( 11 ) with potassium hydroxide afforded the tetrazin-3-ol ( 12 ) which was chlorinated and then treated with 4-chlorobenzenethiol to provide 13 . The target 6-substituted-1,2,4,5-tetrazin-3-amines displayed negligible antimalarial activity.  相似文献
