In this paper, nine N,N,N,N-tetraalkyldiamides have been synthesized and the extracting ability for uranium and thorium under different conditions has been studied. All results were compared with those obtained by using tributyl phosphate (TBP) under exactly the same conditions. The extracting ability of thorium and uranium for different N,N,N,N-tetraalkyldiamides is discussed.  相似文献

Syntheses of systems containing two oxazole rings [2-phenyl-, 2-(2-furyl)-, and 2-(2-thienyl)-2,5-bioxazoles, and 2,2-(2,5-furylene)bisoxazole] from aldehydes obtained by formylating 2-phenyl-, 2-(2-furyl)-, and 2-(2-thienyl)oxazole have been developed. Terephthalate and thiophen-2,5-dicarboxylate esters have been used to obtain 2,2-(1,4-phenylene)- and 2,2-(2,5-thienylene)bisoxazoles. Conclusions The reaction of 1,2-bis(methyldimethoxysilyl)ethane and the corresponding ethylene and acetylene derivatives with bis(2-hydroxyethyl)methylamine gives 1,2-bis(2,6-dimethyl-1,3-dioxa-6-aza-2-silacyclooctyl-2)ethane and the corresponding ethylene and acetylene derivatives. Summary Dichloro complexes of PdII, [Pd(L–L)Cl2], where L–L=1-(thiomethyl)-2-(diphenylarsino)ethane (S–As) or 1-(thiomethyl)-2-(diphenylphosphino)ethane (S–P) andtrans-[PdL2Cl2], where L=diphenyl(2-phenylethyl)-phosphine (PE), diphenyl(1-naphthyl)phosphine (PN) orN-methyl-2-thiophenealdimine (SN), have been prepared and characterized. The reactions of these complexes with MeLi were investigated. The dimethyl complexes [Pd(L–L)Me2] (L–L=S–As, S–P) and [Pd(PE)Me2] were isolated and characterized. Reaction of [Pd(L–L)Me2] (L–L=S–As, S–P) with HCl affords the monomethyl derivatives [Pd(L–L)Me(Cl)]. In contrast to the Pt analogues, [Pd(L–L)Me2] and [Pd(L–L)Me(Cl)] are relatively less stable than [Pt(L–L)Me2] and [Pt(L–L)Me(Cl)].  相似文献

Summary The polarographic procedure can be used for the quantitative analysis of all the aminoazobenzenes tested in this study as indicated by proportionality between diffusion current and concentration. There is no significant correlation between the half-wave potential and carcinogenic potency for rat liver for three monosubstituted and seven disubstituted derivatives ofp-dimethylaminoazobenzene. These ring-substituted azocarcinogens rank from weak to very strong for carcinogenic potency against rat liver. Also aminoazobenzenes such as the noncarcinogenic 4-amino-4-dimethylaminoazobenzene and the carcinogenic N,N-dimethyl-4-amino-N-formyl-N-methyl-4-aminoazobenzene and N,N-dimethyl-4-amino-N-acetyl-N-methyl-4-aminobenzene have similar have-wave potentials. On the other hand, the noncarcinogenic 4-aminoazobenzene, 4-amino-N-methyl-4-aminoazobenzene and N-methyl-4-amino-N-methyl-4-aminoazobenzene have half-wave potentials that are about 100 mv more negative than that of all other aminoazobenzenes discussed in this report.
Zusammenfassung Die Proportionalität zwischen Konzentration und Stromdurchfluß bietet die Grundlage zur polarographischen Bestimmung aller in dieser Arbeit geprüften Aminoazobenzole. Zwischen dem Halbwellenpotential und der carcinogenen Wirkung gegenüber Rattenleber besteht bei drei monosubstituierten und sieben disubstituierten Derivaten desp-Dimethylaminoazobenzols keine signifikante Korrelation. Diese ringsubstituierten Azocarcinogene zweigen schwache bis sehr starke carcinogene Wirkung gegenüber Rattenleber. Aminoazobenzole wie das nicht-carcinogene 4-Amino-4-dimethylaminoazobenzol und die carcinogenen Verbindungen N,N-Dimethyl-4-amino-N-formyl-N-methyl-4-aminoazobenzol und N,N-Dimethyl-4-amino-N-acetyl-N-methyl-4-aminoazobenzol haben ähnliche Halbwellenpotentiale. Andrerseits ist das Halbwellenpotential der nicht-carcinogenen Verbindungen 4-Aminoazobenzol, 4-Amino-N-methyl-4-aminoazobenzol und N-Methyl-4-amino-N-methyl-4-aminoazobenzol ungefähr um 100 mV negativer als das aller anderen hier behandelten Aminoazobenzole.

Reduction of 1-alkyl-3-(2-quinolyl)quinolinium halides with sodium borohydride leads to 1-alkyl-1,2-dihydro-2,3-biquinolyls which, except for the ethoxycarbonyl derivative, undergo rearrangement to 1-alkyl-1,4-dihydro-2,3-biquinolyls. 3,4,3,4-Tetramethyldiphenyl ether readily forms 2,2-dihalo derivatives on bromination and iodination. 1,2,5-Trimethyl-4-(9-fluorenylidene)piperidine, which is formed by condensation of fluorene with 1,2,5-trimethyl-4-piperidone, is converted catalytically to 9(2,5-dimethyl-4-pyridyl)fluorene, from which 2-methylpyrido[4,5-a]fluoranthene and its demethylated analog were obtained by catalytic dehydrocyclization. Oxidation of 9-(2,5-dimethy1-4-pyridyl)fluorene gave 9-(2,5-dimethyl-4-pyridyl)9-fluorenol and fluorene-9-spiro-4-(6-oxo-2-carboxypyrido[4,5-c]-4-6-dihydrofuran). 6-Methyl-2-phenyl-7-(9-fluorenyl)indolizine was synthesized by the Chichibabin method.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 8, pp. 1087–1090, August, 1978.  相似文献

The following tricyclic heterocyclic compounds are synthesized: 2-methylthiazolov (5, 4-e) benzo-1, 2, 3thiadiazole, 2-methylthiazolo (4, 5-e) benzo-1, 2, 3-thiadiazole, 2-methylthiazolo (4, 5-g) benzo-1, 2, 3-thiadiazole, and 2-methylthiazolo (5, 4-g) benzo-1, 2, 3-thiadiazole. The quaternary salts of these bases are used to prepare symmetrical and unsymmetrical trimethinecyanines and dimethinemercocyanines containing N-ethylrhodanine residues. The absorption maxima of these dyes are shifted toward the long-wave region as compared with the corresponding thiacyanines.  相似文献

2-[-(5-halogenofur-2-yl)vinyl]benzimidazoles (I) have been synthesized by the condensation of o-phenylenediamine with 5-halogeno-fur-2-ylacroleins or of 2-methylbenzimidazole with 5-halogenofurfurals. 1.4-Bis(4-hydroxy-1,2,5-trimethyl-4-piperidyl)-1.3-butadiyne has been synthesized from the individual isomers of 4-ethynyl-1,2,5-trimethyl-4-piperidol. Zusammenfassung In Humanknochenmark als einem fetthaltigen Gewebe konnten -, - und -Hexachlorcyclohexan (HCH/BHC), Hexachlorbenzol (HCB), 4,4DDT, 4,4-DDE, ein komplexes Muster von Polychlorbiphenylen (PCB) sowie Spuren von Dieldrin und Heptachlorepoxid nachgewiesen werden. Die Extraktion der Organochlorverbindungen erfolgte zusammen mit den Lipiden in einer Säulentechnik mit einem Gemisch aus Hexan, Aceton und Methanol als Extraktionsmittel. Aus dem Extrakt wurde die Matrix durch Adsorptions-Chromatographie auf desaktiviertem Florisil bei Verwendung von n-Hexan und n-Hexan/Diethylether als Elutionsmittel für eine Gruppentrennung der obengenannten Verbindungen abgetrennt. Die Bestimmung der Einzelkomponenten erfolgte durch Capillar-Gas-Chromatographie mit EC-Detektion. Bezugsbasis für die quantitative Bestimmung war der extrahierbare Lipidanteil. Für die einzelnen Verbindungen wurden folgende Gehalte (g/g extrahierbare Lipide) bestimmt: -HCH: 0,02; -HCH: 1,3; -HCH: 0,01; HCB: 2,6; 4,4-DDT: 0,4; 4,4-DDE: 8,4; Summe PCB (60% Chlor): 6,4. To obtain benzodioxazole analogs of the polypyromellitimides and polymers with alternating pyromellitimide and benzodioxazole links, we have synthesized 2,6-di(paminophyl)benzo[1,2-d5,4-d]dioxazole (I), 2,6-di[p-(p-aminophenoxy)phenyl]benzo-[1,2-d5,4-d]dioxazole (II), N,N-di(p-chloroformylphenyl)pyromellitdiimide (III) and N,N-di(p-chloroformylphenyl)-2,5-dimethoxycarbonyl terephthalamide (IV). The two major fundamental obstacles which so far have prevented theisolation of stable silynes, RSiCR (1), are: (a)the existence of more stable isomers, e.g., RRC=Si: (2) and(b) their extremely facile (exothermic) dimerication. The steric andelectronic effects of various substituents R and R (R = alkoxy,alkyl, aryl and silyl; R = alkyl and aryl groups) on the stability ofRSiCR relative to the isomeric RRC=Si:(E(1-2)), and on the energy of dimerization tothe corresponding 1,3-disilacyclobutadienes (E(D)), werestudied computationally using density functional theory (DFT) and theONIOM method. The goal was to find a combination of substituents thatwill make RSiCR more stable than RRC=Si: and whichwill also prevent its dimerization. For R = R = H,E(1-2)) = 40.7 kcal/mol (i.e., 2 islower in energy than 1), and E(D) = –104.0kcal/mol. 1, R = OH, R = m-Tbt 2,6-bis[bis(silyl)methyl]phenyl, is by 11.1 kcal/mol morestable than the isomeric silylidene 2. However, thedimerization of 1, R = OH, R = m-Tbt remains highlyexothermic (by 101 kcal/mol). 1, R = R = m-Tbt and1, R = (t-Bu)3Si, R = m-Tbt, are by 5.8 and 2.0kcal/mol, respectively, less stable than the corresponding 2.However, the dimerization of 1, R = (t-Bu)3Si, = m-Tbt is exothermic by only 12 kcal/mol. For1, R = (t-Bu)3Si, and R = Tbt 2,6-bis[bis(trimethylsilyl)methyl]phenyl, the corresponding1,3-disilacyclobutadiene dimer 3, dissociates spontaneously.Thus, (t-Bu3Si)SiCTbt is predicted to be kineticallystable towards both, isomerization to (t-Bu3Si)TbtC=Si: anddimerization to 3, making it a viable synthetic target. Thereported energies were calculated atB3LYP/6-31G**//B3LYP/3-21G*; good agreement is found betweenthe DFT and the ONIOM results.  相似文献

A preparative synthesis of the antimetabolite 6-azacytidine is described which involves the amination under mild conditions without the use of an autoclave of 2, 3, 5-tri-O-acyl-4-thip-6-azauridines with the isolation of the intermediate 2, 3, 5-tri-O-acyl-6-azacytidines and subsequent elimination of the protective groups at room temperature.For communication VI, see [10].  相似文献

In aqueous and aqueous-ethanolic buffer solutions at pH<9, 2, 2-bifuryl and 2, 2-furoin give two-electron polarographic electroreduction waves, the half-wave potentials of which depend on the pH. The primary product of the electroreduction of 2, 2-bifuryl is trans-1,2-dihydroxy-1,2-bis(, -furyl)ethylene, which then rearranges into 2, 2-furoin. The anode-cathode wave of 2,2-bifuryl has been studied by means of a Kalousek commutator. It has been shown that the polarographic behavior of 2,2-bifuryl and 2, 2-furoin is similar to that of benzil and benzoin, but differs from the behavior of analogs of the pyridine series.  相似文献

Xanthalin has been shown to have the structure of 2, 2-dimethyl-3, 4,-diangeloyloxy-3, 4-dihydropyrano-5, 6:6, 7-coumarin on the basis of the preparation of a number of derivatives and cleavage products.2.
