光束取样光栅(BSG)是一种重要的用于光束取样诊断的衍射光学元件。以2块取样光栅代替单块光栅作为初始光学结构,运用Zemax光学设计软件采用分步优化的方法设计了具有消像差功能的光栅对结构,此方法比采用Matlab语言编程计算的方法消像差更快捷、更灵活,同时可以验证程序计算结果的正确性。设计结果显示:再现的会聚光经2块光栅衍射后在像平面上点列图中的均方根半径仅为0.506μm,单块取样光栅的均方根半径则为7.284μm,说明2块光栅能够做到像差互相矫正,其像质明显好于单块取样光栅。另外,设计出的双光栅光学系统,可进行远场光斑质量检测,为激光束性能的在线诊断提供了行之有效的技术支持。 相似文献

光谱仪用平场凹面光栅的凸面母光栅的消像差设计思路 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
平场全息凹面光栅是光谱仪中的核心元件之一,其成像质量和衍射效率直接影响了光谱仪的分辨率和光能利用率。利用凸面母光栅复制制作凹面光栅,便于在凸面基底上进行离子束刻蚀以获得高的衍射效率。为了保证复制的凹面光栅具有高的成像质量,文章提出一种全息凸面光刻胶光栅的消像差设计方法,优化中考虑了凸面基底对记录光束的折射效应以及由基底折射率所引入的附加光程。通过将“光程函数级数展开法”和ZEMAX光学设计软件相结合,采用粗精两步优化的方法,显著提高了优化的效率和成功率。ZEMAX对比仿真结果显示,复制得到的凹面光栅与传统直接采用全息法制作的凹面光栅的成像质量是相当的。 相似文献

随着户外物性分析实验的日渐增多,开发轻小型、便携式,且响应波段范围宽的光谱仪器的需求越来越迫切。根据凹面全息光栅均方根优化理论,设计了一款轻小型宽波段单色仪。该单色仪主要由三块IV型凹面全息光栅和上下两层可旋转的平台组成,三块光栅对称地固定于上层平台上,由一台步进电机带动上层平台旋转实现光栅之间的切换,另一台步进电机带动下层平台旋转实现单块光栅的扫描。三块光栅的响应波长范围分别为400~1000,1000~1700和1700~2500nm,其理论分辨极限分别优于2.5,2.8和4.0nm。并对三块光栅的制作误差和双层平台结构误差进行了分析,结果表明,在能够保证的误差范围内,该单色仪的光谱质量可以较好地满足户外光谱分析的要求。 相似文献

非旋转轴对称光学系统波像差理论的建立有利于理解旋转 轴对称光学系统的装调误差和离轴三反射光学系统等非旋转轴对称光学系统的选型设计. 本文利用旋转轴对称球面光学系统的全口径初级波像差理论推导了子孔径面对称光学系统的初级波像差分布公式, 证明了面对称光学系统中的节点像差理论, 即除球差外的所有初级像差的零值节点偏离视场中心, 而不再是视场的旋转对称函数; 并首次阐述了多零值节点初级非对称像差产生的根源和变化特性. 该理论可以有效指导非对称光学系统初始结构的选择和优化设计过程.

We present a semi-analytical modeling suitable for the investigation of the spectral characteristics of UV-waveguide Bragg gratings (UV-WBGs) having arbitrary apodization function and extending both in the film layer and in the overlayer. The modeling is based on a proper combination of coupled mode theory and transfer matrix formalism and provides a powerful tool for designing and simulation of complex UV-grating based structures. The results of a detailed investigation of UV-WBGs in doped silica based channel optical waveguides are presented and critical issues for upgrading the performances of related device are discussed. Validation of the modeling is provided by means of an extensive comparison between theoretical and experimental results relevant to UV-WBGs realized in phosphorous (P)- and boron (B)-doped silica based waveguides. 相似文献

A new type grating, tilted holographic planar structured dichromated gelatin (DCG) grating with large refractive index modulation, is presented in this paper. The grating is inscribed by superposing two coherent laser beams from the front and the thin side surfaces, respectively. The relationship between the tilted angle and the three types of coupling modes is analyzed when coupling with fiber. Besides, the couple mode theory and experimental investigation are applied on major characteristics analysis of the radiation mode DCG grating of tilted angle 45°. Due to the tilted planar structured grating has large refractive index modulation, it not only offers convenience for connecting (or integrating) with other fiber or waveguide-based devices, but also provide some special characteristics such as low wavelength selectivity (which is required for some applications such as multiple spectrum biomedical imaging). Therefore, this unique grating device has a wide application in optical fields such as for the waveguide-based, parallel, multiple spectrum imaging system. 相似文献

We derive the general conditions for which spectral Talbot phenomena, both integer and fractional self-imaging, can be observed in sampled arbitrarily chirped fiber Bragg gratings. These results are a generalization of those previously reported in [C. Wang, J. Azaña, L.R. Chen, Opt. Lett. 29(14) (2004) 1590] in which spectral Talbot phenomena were observed in sampled linearly chirped fiber Bragg gratings. We confirm our theoretical derivations with numerical simulations. 相似文献

设计了一种结构渐变的表面等离子体光栅光吸收器,采用二维时域有限差分法(2D-FDTD)对其吸收特性进行了详细的分析。结果表明,通过调整槽深、槽宽和墙宽,可以有效地降低反射率,提高其对光的吸收能力。由中心向两边适当地使槽宽线性增加,同时使墙宽线性减小,可以达到较理想的吸收效果。对于不同空间半峰全宽的入射光,反射谱线的形状有所不同。当入射光的空间半峰全宽较窄时,该吸收器对短波长光的吸收能力更强。当入射光的空间半峰全宽较宽时,该吸收器对长波长光的吸收能力更强。这种光吸收器有望在全光芯片中得到应用。 相似文献
