(Chromon-3-yl)bis(indol-3-yl)methanes and E-2-hydroxy-3-(1-methylpyrrol-2-ylmethylene)chroman-4-ones have been obtained in good yields from 3-formylchromones on reaction with indoles and N-methylpyrrole under solvent-free conditions. Reactions of (chromon-3-yl)bis(indol-3-yl)methanes with guanidine carbonate and hydrazine hydrate proceed with the participation of the chromone ring system and lead to the formation of the corresponding pyrimidines and pyrazoles bearing the bis(indol-3-yl)methyl moiety.  相似文献

The NNN-tridentate metal complexes, LMCl2 (M = Fe or Co; L represents a ligand of 2-(benzimidazol-2-yl)-1,10-phenanthrolines), were synthesized and fully characterized with spectroscopic and elemental analysis. The single-crystal X-ray crystallographic analyses revealed complex 1a with a distorted octahedron geometry due to incorporating one methanol molecule, and complexes 5a and 9b with a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry. Upon activation with modified methylaluminoxane (MMAO), these complexes showed good to high catalytic activities toward ethylene oligomerization. The detailed investigations were carried out to disclose the influences of various reaction conditions and nature of ligands on their performing activities of metal complexes.  相似文献

Reactions of tetrafluoroethylene, chlorotrifluoroethylene and 1,2-dichlorodifluoroethylene with N-potassium salts of imidazole, 2-methylbenzimidazole, 3,5-dimethylpyrazole, 1,2,4-triazole, and benzotriazole lead to the formation of the corresponding N-(1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl), N-(2-chloro-1,1,2-trifluoroethyl), and N-(2-chloro-1,2-difluorovinyl) azoles. Treatment of N-(2-chloro-1,2-difluorovinyl) and N-(2-chloro-1,1,2-trifluoroethyl) derivatives of azoles with tetramethylammonium fluoride is a useful synthetic method for the preparation of heterocycles with 1,2,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl group attached to nitrogen.  相似文献

A general method was developed to synthesize a class of N-(4-oxo-2-substituted-4H-quinazolin-3-yl)-substituted sulfonamides in moderate to good yield. This new method can be applied in both single compound and parallel synthesis. About 90 compounds with a variety of substituents were synthesized using this method in a parallel fashion.  相似文献

3-(3-Aryl-4-formyl-1-pyrazolyl)propionic acids were synthesized by the reaction of 3-aryl-1-(2-cyanoethyl)-4-formylpyrazoles with concentrated hydrochloric acid. The reactions of 2-aminoethanol with 6-methyl-2-tetra- and 6-methyl-2-pentafluoroethylchromones involve the carbonyl group to give imines; the reactions with 6-nitro-2-tetra- and 6-nitro-2-pentafluoroethylchromones involve the C(2) atom, resulting in the pyrone ring opening. The reaction of N-(5-methyl-2-thienylmethylidene)-2-thiolethylamine (1) with Fe2(CO)9 in refluxing acetonitrile yielded di-(μ3-thia)nonacarbonyltriiron (2), μ-[N-(5-methyl-2-thienylmethyl)-η11(N);η11(S)-2-thiolatoethylamido]hexacarbonyldiiron (3), and N-(5-methyl-2-thienylmethylidene)amine (4). If the reaction was carried out at 45 °C, di-μ-[N-(5-methyl-2-thienylmethylidene)-η1(N);η1(S)-2-thiolethylamino]-μ-carbonyl-tetracarbonyldiiron (5) and trace amount of 4 were obtained. Stirring 5 in refluxing acetonitrile led to the thermal decomposition of 5, and ligand 1 was recovered quantitatively. However, in the presence of excess amount of Fe2(CO)9 in refluxing acetonitrile, complex 5 was converted into 2-4. On the other hand, the reaction of N-(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethylidene)-2-thiolethylamine (6) with Fe2(CO)9 in refluxing acetonitrile produced 2, μ-[N-(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethyl)-η1 (Npy);η11(N); η11(S)-2-thiolatoethylamido]pentacarbonyldiiron (7), and μ-[N-(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethylidene)-η2(C,N);η11(S)-2- thiolethylamino]hexacarbonyldiiron (8). Reactions of both complex 7 and 8 with NOBF4 gave μ-[(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethyl)-η1(Npy);η11(N);η11(S)-2-thiolatoethylamido](acetonitrile)tricarbonylnitrosyldiiron (9). These reaction products were well characterized spectrally. The molecular structures of complexes 3, 7-9 have been determined by means of X-ray diffraction. Intramolecular 1,5-hydrogen shift from the thiol to the methine carbon was observed in complexes 3, 7, and 9.  相似文献

A series of N-(pyridin-2-yl)picolinamide derivatives was synthesized and characterized. Tetranickel complexes were obtained by stoichiometric reaction of NiBr2 and corresponding ligands, and characterized by elemental and spectroscopic analysis. Moreover, the coordination pattern of complex 3a was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In the structure, two ligands linked two nickel atoms to form a unit, and two units were bridged via μ3-OMe and μ2-Br to form a tetranickel cluster. These Ni(II) complexes were investigated in ethylene oligomerization and found to exhibit remarkable catalytic activities upon activation with MAO. Reaction conditions as well as ligand environment significantly affected the catalytic performance of the nickel complexes; the highest activity could be achieved to be 2.7 × 106 g mol−1 Ni h−1.  相似文献

A highly stereoselective synthesis of cis- and trans-3-alkoxy-3-phenyl/benzylthioazetidin-2-ones is described. The reaction of α-chlorosulfide-β-lactams with various alcohols catalyzed by a Lewis acid such as ZnCl2 in the presence of molecular sieves (3-4 Å) leads to cis-3-alkoxy-3-phenyl/benzylthio-β-lactams whereas treatment of potassium 2-alkoxy-2-phenylthioethanoate with appropriate Schiff's base using POCl3 in the presence of triethylamine leads to the formation of trans-3-alkoxy-3-phenylthioazetidin-2-ones as major products.  相似文献

The coordination properties of the novel conjugate towards copper ions were investigated. The performed studies exhibited the unusual binding properties of the ligand molecule having two potential strong coordination sites, namely dipeptidic chain and pyridyl nitrogens. On the basis of potentiometric and spectroscopic studies the binding at the low pH values to the aromatic entity is suggested, while the rise of pH (including physiological one) yielded the dimeric head-to-tail complex formation. This stable species possesses three nitrogen donors involved in Cu(II) chelation: N(pirydyl), NH2 and N(amide).  相似文献

An intramolecular Ugi reaction of 2-(2-formyl-1H-indol-1-yl)acetic acid with aryl amines and isocyanides has been developed to produce a novel class of N-alkyl-3-oxo-2-aryl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrazino[1,2-a]indole-1-carboxamides in good yields. This is the first report on intramolecular Ugi three component reaction of 2-(2-formyl-1H-indol-1-yl)acetic acid, aryl amine, and isonitrile.  相似文献

The reactions of Mo2(O2CCH3)4 with different equivalents of N,N′-bis(pyrimidine-2-yl)formamidine (HL1) and N-(2-pyrimidinyl)formamide (HL2) afforded dimolybdenum complexes of the types Mo2(O2CCH3)(L1)2(L2) (1) trans-Mo2(L1)2(L2)2 (2) cis-Mo2(L1)2(L2)2 (3) and Mo2(L2)4 (4). Their UV–Vis and NMR spectra have been recorded and their structures determined by X-ray crystallography. Complexes 2 and 3 establish the first pair of trans and cis forms of dimolybdenum complexes containing formamidinate ligands. The L1 ligands in 13 are bridged to the metal centers through two central amine nitrogen atoms, while the L2 ligands in 14 are bridged to the metal centers via one pyrimidyl nitrogen atom and the amine nitrogen atom. The Mo–Mo distances of complexes 1 [2.0951(17) Å], 2 [2.103(1) Å] and 3 [2.1017(3) Å], which contain both Mo?N and Mo?O axial interactions, are slightly longer than those of complex 4 [2.0826(12)–2.0866(10) Å] which has only Mo?O interactions.  相似文献

1-Vinylpyrrole-2-carbaldehydes react with phosphorus pentachloride (benzene, 10-15 °C) to afford E-2-(2-dichloromethylpyrrol-1-yl)vinylphosphonium hexachlorophosphates in up to 85% yield, which after treatment with SO2 (benzene, rt) are converted into E-2-(2-dichloromethylpyrrol-1-yl)vinylphosphonyl dichlorides in 50-75% yields.  相似文献

[2-(β-Ionylidene)propyl]triphenylphosphonium bromide is reacted with 3-methyl-4-oxobut-2-enenitrile in refluxing 1,2-epoxybutane to give a mixture of 11-Z- and all-E-11-methylretinal via DIBAL-H reduction. In an analogous fashion, β-ionyl triphenylphosphonium bromide is reacted with 3,5-dimethyl-6-oxohexa-2,4-dienenitrile in 1,2-epoxybutane followed by subsequent DIBAL-H reduction to afford a mixture of new products consisting of 9-Z-11-methylretinal, its all-E isomer and 1-(2′,6′,6′-trimethylcyclohex-2′-en-1′-yl)-6-(buten-2″-al-3″-yl)-3,5-dimethylcyclohexa-1,3-diene. The present report describes the preparation and characterization of several N-2-(trimethylsilyl)ethyl-N-nitrosocarbamates, designed as precursors to thermally unstable secondary N-nitrosocarbamate anions via fluoride-assisted cleavage. X-ray structural studies demonstrate that the core N-nitrosocarbamate moiety has a nearly planar geometry, with an s-E orientation at the N-N bond. DFT calculations (B3LYP/6-31+G(d)) reproduce accurately the structural features of the title compounds and detailed conformational analysis at the same level of theory addresses the long-standing issue of preferred geometries for three classes of related structures: N-nitrosocarbamates, N-nitrosoureas and N-nitrosoamides. Desilylation studies demonstrate that both the solvent and the fluoride concentration influence the rate of the process.  相似文献
