Using the chiral ligands LSS (+)-4,5-pinene bipyridine and LRR (−)-4,5-pinene bipyridine (Scheme 1), two novel Eu(III)-based complexes with the formula [Eu(DBM)3L] (LSS in 1, LRR in 2, DBM = dibenzoylmethanate) have been successfully synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal determination and spectroscopic methods. The crystal structure analysis of 1 and 2 reveal that they crystallize in the chiral space group P21 of the monoclinic system. The central Eu(III) ion is eight-coordinated in a geometrical environment intermediate between a square antiprism and a dodecahedron. The CD spectra reflect that complexes 1 and 2 are enantiomers. When ground in daylight, complexes 1 and 2 exhibit brilliant triboluminescence at room temperature.  相似文献

Deoxygenation of the syn-3-phosphabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane 3-oxides bearing a 3-phenyl or a 3-(4-methylphenyl) substituent (1a,b) by trichlorosilane took place already at mild condition and resulted in the corresponding phosphines (2a,b) with retention of configuration at phosphorus, while in the case of 3-(2-methylphenyl)-3-phosphabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane (2c), the inversion of the phosphorus atom was observed in solution under ambient conditions that was evaluated by quantum chemical calculations. A further phosphine ligand (5) was obtained by the reduction of 4-dichloromethylene-1,4-dihydrophosphinine oxide (4). The phosphine ligands (2 and 5) were used in the preparation of Rh(III) complexes (3 and 6). A Pd(II) complex of type PdCl2(5)2 (7) was also prepared. The stereostructures of a series of Rh(III) complexes of 3-aryl-3-phosphabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes (3b-syn, 3c-syn and 3c-anti) were elucidated by single crystal X-ray analysis confirming the relative position of the dichlorocyclopropane and the P-substituent.  相似文献

A new chloride-dimethylsulfoxide-ruthenium(III) complex with nicotine trans-[RuIIICl4(DMSO)[H-(Nicotine)]] (1) and three related iridium(III) complexes; [H-(Nicotine)]trans-[IrIIICl4(DMSO)2] (2), trans-[IrIIICl4(DMSO)[H-(Nicotine)]] (3) and mer-[IrIIICl3(DMSO)(Nicotine)2] (4) have been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic techniques and by single crystal X-ray diffraction (1, 2, and 4). Protonated nicotine at pyrrolidine nitrogen is present in complexes 1 and 3 while two neutral nicotine ligands are observed in 4. In these three inner-sphere complexes coordination occurs through the pyridine nitrogen. Moreover, in the outer-sphere complex 2, an electrostatic interaction is observed between a cationic protonated nicotine at the pyrrolidine nitrogen and the anionic trans-[IrIIICl4(DMSO)2]¯ complex.  相似文献

The new potentially bidentate pyrazole-phosphinite ligands [(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl diphenylphosphinite] (L1) and [2-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)ethyl diphenylphosphinite] (L2) were synthesised and characterised. The reaction of L1 and L2 with the dimeric complexes [Ru(η6-arene)Cl2]2 (arene = p-cymene, benzene) led to the formation of neutral complexes [Ru(η6-arene)Cl2(L)] (L = L1, L2) where the pyrazole-phosphinite ligand is κ1-P coordinated to the metal. The subsequent reaction of these complexes with NaBPh4 or NaBF4 produced the [Ru(η6-p-cymene)Cl(L2)][BPh4] and [Ru(η6-benzene)Cl(L2)][BF4] compounds which contain the pyrazole-phosphinite ligand κ2-P,N bonded to ruthenium. All the complexes were fully characterised by analytical and spectroscopic methods. The structure of the complex [Ru(η6-p-cymene)Cl(L2)][BPh4] was also determined by a X-ray single crystal diffraction study.  相似文献

The preparation of tetradentate amine-bis(phenol) proligands with dichloro and difluoro substituted phenol groups and their reaction with FeX3 (X = Cl or Br) is described. The compounds, 2-pyridylamino-N,N-bis(2-methylene-4,6-dichlorophenol), H2[L1]; 2-pyridylamino-N,N-bis(2-methylene-4,6-difluorophenol), H2[L2]; dimethylaminoethylamino-N,N-bis(2-methylene-4,6-dichlorophenol), H2[L3]; 2-tetrahydrofurfuryl-N,N-bis(2-methylene-4,6-dichlorophenol), H2[L4]; and methoxyethylamino-N,N-bis(2-methylene-4,6-dichlorophenol), H2[L5] were prepared in aqueous medium and obtained as white powders in good to excellent yield. Ten new iron(III) halide complexes supported by these tetradentate ligands are reported. Representative single crystal X-ray diffraction structures were obtained for H2[L1] and a water adduct of the iron(III) complex, aquachloro{2-pyridylamino-N,N-bis(2-methylene-4,6-dichlorophenolato)}iron(III), 2·H2O. The structure of the proligand H2[L1] shows intramolecular hydrogen bonding. In the solid-state structure, the iron complex exhibits intermolecular hydrogen bonding between the water ligand and the phenolate oxygen of a neighbouring complex. The anhydrous complexes were studied for catalytic activity towards C-C cross-coupling of Grignard reagent nucleophiles with alkyl halide electrophiles.  相似文献

A series of titanocene(III) alkoxides L2Ti(III)OR where L = Cp, R = Et(1b), tBu(1a), 2,6-Me2C6H3(1c), 2,6-tBu2-4-Me-C6H2(1d), or L = Cp*, R = Me(2e), tBu(2a), Ph(2f) was synthesized and subjected to reaction with [CpM(CO)3]2 [M = Mo, W], [CpRu(CO)2]2, and Co2(CO)8. The Ti(III) precursors 1a, 1c, 2a, 2e, and 2f reacted with [CpM(CO)3]2 [M = Mo, W] to form heterobimetallic complexes L2Ti(OR)(μ-OC)(CO)2MCp [M = Mo, W], of which Ti and M are linked by an isocarbonyl bridge. Reactions of these Ti(III) complexes with Co2(CO)8 resulted in formation of Ti-Co1 heterobimetallic complexes, from 2a, 2e, or 2f, or Ti-Co3 tetrametallic complexes, Cp2Ti(OtBu)(μ-OC)Co3(CO)9 from 1a, 1b, or 1c. The products were characterized by NMR, IR, and X-ray crystallography. Reaction mechanisms were proposed from these results, in particular, from steric/electronic effects of titanium alkoxides.  相似文献

Reactions of 2-(pyridine-3-yl)-1H-4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid (H3PyIDC) with a series of Ln(III) ions affords ten coordination polymers, namely, {[Ln(H2PyIDC)(HPyIDC)(H2O)2]·H2O}n [Ln=Nd (1), Sm (2), Eu (3) and Gd (4)], {[Ln(HPyIDC)(H2O)3]·(H2PyIDC)·H2O}n [Ln=Gd (5), Tb (6), Dy (7), Ho (8) and Er (9)], and {[Y2(HPyIDC)2(H2O)5]·(bpy)·(NO3)2·3H2O}n (10) (bpy=4,4′-bipyridine). They exhibit three types of networks: complexes 1-4 are isomorphous coordination networks containing neutral 2D metal-organic layers, while complexes 5-9 are isomorphous, which consist of cationic metal-organic layers and anionic organic layers, and complex 10 is a 2D network built up from 4-connected HPyIDC2− anion and 4-connected Y(III) ions. In addition, thermogravimetric analyses and solid-state luminescent properties of the selected complexes are investigated. They exhibit intense, characteristic emissions in the visible region at room temperature.  相似文献

New di- (2) and tetracarboxylate ligands (4) were prepared on a sulfonylcalix[4]arene platform by O-alkylation of thiacalix[4]arene with ethyl bromoacetate, followed by hydrolysis of the ester function and oxidation of the sulfide bridges. The sulfonyl-based ligands 2 and 4 formed luminescent 1:1 complexes with terbium(III) ion having higher luminescent quantum yield (Φ = 0.291 and 0.287, respectively) than 1:1 complexes of the corresponding thiacalix[4]arene-based di- (1) and tetracarboxylate ligands (3) (Φ = 0.038 and 0.003, respectively), implying higher efficiency of sulfonyl ligands (2 and 4) than those of thia ligands (1 and 3) in the energy transfer process.  相似文献

Reaction of N-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)-4-R-benzaldimines (L-R, R = OCH3, CH3, H, Cl and NO2) with [Os(PPh3)3Br2] in refluxing 2-methoxyethanol in the presence of triethylamine affords two families of organoosmium complexes (1-R and 2-R). In both 1-R and 2-R complexes a benzaldimine ligand is coordinated to the metal center as tridentate C,N,O-donor. In the 1-R complexes, a bidentate N,O-donor imionsemiquinonate ligand, derived from the hydrolysis of another benzaldimine, and a PPh3 ligand are also coordinated to osmium. In the 2-R complexes, a carbonyl, derived from decarbonylation of 4-R-benzaldehyde (derived from the same hydrolysis stated above), and two PPh3 ligands take up the remaining coordination sites on osmium. Structures of the 1-Cl and 2-OCH3 complexes have been determined by X-ray crystallography. All the 1-R and 2-R complexes are diamagnetic, and show characteristic 1H NMR signals and intense MLCT transitions in the visible region. Cyclic voltammetry on the 1-R complexes shows a reversible Os(III)-Os(IV) oxidation within 0.47-0.67 V (vs SCE), followed by an irreversible oxidation of the imionsemiquinonate ligand within 1.10-1.36 V. An irreversible Os(III)-Os(II) reduction is also displayed by the 1-R complexes within −1.02 to −1.14 V. Cyclic voltammetry on the 2-R complexes shows a reversible Os(II)-Os(III) oxidation within 0.29-0.51 V, followed by a quasi-reversible oxidation within 1.04-1.29 V, and an irreversible reduction of the coordinated benzaldimine ligand within −1.16 to −1.31 V.  相似文献

A new terbium selective sensor based on N-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-(2-hydroxyphenylhydroxyphenylimino)-N-phenylbutanamidine (L1) and N,N′-bis((1H-indole-3-yl)methylene)butane-1,4 diamine (L2) as a ionophore is reported. Effect of various plasticizers; 2-nitrophenyloctylether (o-NPOE), dibutyl butylphosphonate (DBBP), chloronaphthelene (CN), dioctylphthalate (DOP) and tri-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate (TEHP) with anion excluder, potassium tetrakis (p-chloropheny1)borate (KTpClPB) have been studied. The membrane with a composition of ionophore (L1):KTpClPB:PVC:o-NPOE (w/w, %) in ratio of 3.0:5.0:30.0:62.0 exhibited enhanced selectivity towards terbium ions (III) in the concentration range of 3.5 × 10−7 to 1.0 × 10−2 M with a detection limit of 1.2 × 10−7 M and a Nernstian slope (20.0 ± 0.5 mV dec−1 activity). The sensors showed the working pH range to be 3.5-7.5 with response time of 11 s. The sensor has been found to work satisfactorily in partially non-aqueous media up to 15% (v/v) content of methanol, ethanol or acetonitrile and could be used for a period of 3 months. The selectivity coefficients indicated high selectivity for terbium (III). The fast and stable response, good reproducibility and long-term stability of the sensors were observed. The application of the sensor has been demonstrated in determination of terbium (III) ions in spiked water samples.  相似文献

N-heterocyclic bis-carbene ligand (bis-NHC) which was derived from 1,1′-diisopropyl-3,3′-ethylenediimidazolium dibromide (L·2HBr) via silver carbene transfer method, reacted with [(η6-p-cymene)RuCl2]2 and [CpMCl2]2 (Cp = η5-C5Me5, M = Ir, Rh) respectively, afforded complexes [(η6-p-cymene)RuCl2]2(L) (1), [CpIrCl2]2(L) (2) and [CpRhCl(L)][CpRhCl3] (3). When [CpIrCl2]2 was treated with 2 equiv AgOTf at first, and then reacted with bis-NHC ligand, [CpIrCl(L)]OTf (4) was obtained. The molecular structures of complexes 1-4 were determined by X-ray single crystal analysis, showing that 1 and 2 adopted bridging coordination mode, 3 and 4 adopted chelating coordination mode. All of these complexes were characterized by 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy and element analysis.  相似文献

The syntheses and structures of a series of metal complexes, namely Cu2Cl4(L1)(DMSO)2·2DMSO (L1 = N,N′-bis(2-pyridinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 1; {[Cu(L2)1.5(DMF)2][ClO4]2·3DMF} (L2 = N,N′-bis(3-pyridinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 2; {[Cd(NO3)2(L3)]·2DMF} (L3 = N,N′-bis-(2-pyrimidinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 3; {[HgBr2(L3)]·H2O}, 4, and {[Na(L3)2][Hg2X5]·2DMF} (X = Br, 5; I, 6) are reported. All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is dinuclear and the molecules are interlinked through S?S interactions. In 2, the Cu(II) ions are linked through the L2 ligands to form 1-D ladder-like chains with 60-membered metallocycles, whereas complexes 3 and 4 form 1-D zigzag chains. In complexes 5 and 6, the Na(I) ions are linked by the L3 ligands to form 2-D layer structures in which the [Hg2X5] anions are in the cavities. The L2 ligand acts only as a bridging ligand, while L1 and L3 show both chelating and bridging bonding modes. The L1 ligand in 1 adopts a trans-anti conformation and the L2 ligand in 2 adopts both the cis-syn and trans-anti conformations, whereas the L3 ligands in 36 adopt the trans conformation.  相似文献

A series of Ag(I) complexes containing the 2-amino-5-halopyrimidine ligands have been synthesized and their structures characterized by X-ray crystallography. The isomorphous complexes Ag(L-Cl)2(CF3SO3) (L-Cl = 2-amino-5-chloropyrimidine), 1, and Ag(L-Br)2(CF3SO3) (L-Br = 2-amino-5-bromopyrimidine), 2, are mononuclear, while [Ag(L-Br)(CF3SO3)]6·6C4H10O, 3, and [Ag(L-I)(CF3SO3)]6 (L-I = 2-amino-5-iodopyrimidine), 4, show cyclic self-assembly of six Ag(Ι) atoms and six L-X ligands, resulting in 24-membered metallocycles. The complex [Ag(L-I)(CF3SO3)], 5, forms 1D zigzag chains which are linked through C-I?Ag and Ag?O interactions to form a 3D structure. The tetranuclear complexes [Ag(L-X)(NO3)]4 [X = Cl, 6; Br, 7] form 16-membered metallocycles, while [Ag(L-X)(ClO4)] [X = Cl, 8; Br, 9] exhibit helical chains. The different structure of 5 from 1 and 2 appears to be due to the stronger nucleophilic character of the iodine atom. In these complexes, the relatively smaller NO3 anions lead to the formation of tetranuclear metallocycles and the larger CF3SO3 anions support the hexanuclear metallocycles, whereas the ClO4 anions induce the helical chains.  相似文献

Schiff bases of 1′-hydroxy-2′-acetonaphthone (HAN) containing chalcogen functionalities, 1-HO-C10H6-2-CH3)CN-(CH2)nEC6H4-4-R (R = H or OMe; n = 2 or 3; E = S (L1-L2), Se (L3-L4) or Te (L5-L6)) have been synthesized in yield 90-95%. They show characteristic 1H, 13C{1H} 77Se{1H} and 125Te{1H} (in case of selenated and tellurated species, respectively) NMR spectra. Their complexation with Pd(II), Pt(II), Hg(II) and (p-cymene)Ru(II) has been explored. The single-crystal structures of ligands L1, L3 and L6 and complexes of Pd(II) with L1, L2, L3 and L5 have been determined. The geometry of Pd is close to square planar in all the complexes and the ligands coordinate in a uni-negative tridentate mode. The Pd-N bond lengths are in the range 1.996(7)-2.019(5) ?. The Pd-Se bond distance is 2.3600(5) ? whereas Pd-Te is 2.5025(7) ?. The Pd(II) complexes of L1-L5 have been found promising as homogeneous catalyst for Heck and Suzuki reactions. The yields obtained were up to 85%.  相似文献

Cis-[MLCl2] complexes of di-(2-pyridyl)pyrimidin-2-ylsulfanylmethane ligand (L), where M = Pd (1), and M = Pt (2) have been synthesized. Reaction of 1 with L in presence of Na[BF4] and hot acetonitrile produced the complex [PdL2](BF4)2 (3). Complexes 1-3 and ligand L have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and NMR spectroscopy. Crystal structures of 1, 3 and L were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, showing nonplanar structures with the pyridinic rings twisted around the bridging carbon and the ipso carbon bonds. 1 and 3 displayed a bidentate coordination of L to the palladium atom with the formation of six-membered chelate rings, where the local geometry at palladium atom was distorted square planar. In 3 the palladium atom was coordinated to two dipyridyl ligands through two of the pyridinic nitrogen atoms to form a cationic complex stabilized by two tetrafluoroborate counter-ions.  相似文献

The C,N-(trimethylsilyliminodiphenylphosphoranyl)silylmethylmetal complexes [Fe(L)2] (3), [Co(L)2] (4), [ZrCl3(L)]·0.83CH2Cl2 (5), [Fe(L)3] (6), [Fe(L′)2] (7) and [Co(L′)2] (8) have been prepared from the lithium compound Li[CH(SiMe2R)P(Ph)2NSiMe3] [1a, (R = Me) {≡ Li(L)}; 1b, (R = NEt2) {≡ Li(L′)}] and the appropriate metal chloride (or for 7, FeCl3). From Li[N(SiMe3)C(Ph)C(H)P(Ph)2NSiMe3] [≡ Li(L″)] (2), prepared in situ from Li(L) (1a) and PhCN, and CoCl2 there was obtained bis(3-trimethylsilylimino- diphenylphosphoranyl-2-phenyl-N-trimethylsilyl-1-azaallyl-N,N)cobalt(II) (9). These crystalline complexes 3-9 were characterised by their mass spectra, microanalyses, high spin magnetic moments (not 5) and for 5 multinuclear NMR solution spectra. The X-ray structure of 3 showed it to be a pseudotetrahedral bis(chelate), the iron atom at the spiro junction.  相似文献

A structural study of lanthanide complexes with the deprotonated form of the monobracchial lariat ether N-2-salicylaldiminatobenzyl-aza-18-crown-6 (L4) (Ln = La(III)–Tb(III)) is presented. Attempts to isolate complexes of the heaviest members of the lanthanide series were unsuccessful. The X-ray crystal structures of [Pr(L4)(H2O)](ClO4)2 · H2O · C3H8O and [Sm(L4)(H2O)](ClO4)2 · C3H8O show the metal ion being bound to the eight donor atoms of the ligand backbone. Coordination number nine is completed by the oxygen atom of an inner-sphere water molecule. Two different conformations of the crown moiety (labelled as A and B) are observed in the solid state structure of the Pr(III) complex, while for the Sm(III) complex only conformation A is observed. The complexes were also characterized by means of theoretical calculations performed in vacuo at the HF level, by using the 3-21G basis set for the ligand atoms and a 46 + 4fn effective core potential for lanthanides. The optimized geometries of the Pr(III) and Sm(III) complexes show an excellent agreement with the experimental structures obtained from X-ray diffraction studies. The calculated relative energies of the A and B conformations for the different [Ln(L4)(H2O)]2+ complexes (Ln = La, Pr, Sm, Ho or Lu) indicate a progressive stabilization of the A conformation with respect to the B one upon decreasing the ionic radius of the Ln(III) ion. For the [Ln(L4)(H2O)]2+ systems, most of the calculated bond distances between the metal ion and the coordinated donor atoms decrease along the lanthanide series, as usually observed for Ln(III) complexes. However, our ab initio calculations provide geometries in which the Ln–O(5) bond distance [O(5) is an oxygen atom of the crown moiety] increases across the lanthanide series from Sm(III) to Lu(III).  相似文献

PN ligands 3 and 4, derived from 2-diphenylphosphanylmethylpyridine 2a, were synthesized, to which in the backbone a tether to a cyclopentadiene system and for comparison an iPr substituent were attached. The chiral compounds were resolved by introduction of a menthoxy substituent into the 2-position of the pyridine system and/or palladium complexes with enantiomerically pure co-ligands. The tripod ligand 3b contains three different binding sites (Cp, P, N) connected by a resolved chiral carbon atom. (SC)-configuration of this tripod ligand enforces (RRh)-configuration at the metal atom in the halfsandwich rhodium complex (LMent,SC,RRh)-7b. The opposite metal configuration is inaccessible. Substitution of the chloro ligand in (LMent,SC,RRh)-7b by halide (Br, I) or pseudohalide (N3, CN, SCN) ligands occurs with retention of configuration to give complexes 8b-11b. However, in the reaction of (LMent,SC,RRh)-7b with PPh3 the pyridine arm of the tripod ligand in compound 13b becomes detached from the metal atom. In the Cp*Rh and CpRh compounds of the bidentate PN ligands 4a and 4b both metal configurations are accessible and in complexes 14a-17a and 14b-17b they equilibrate fast. The stereochemical assignments are corroborated by 9 X-ray analyses.  相似文献

1-(Phenylselenomethyl)-1H-benzotriazole (L1) and 1-(4-methoxyphenyltelluromethyl)-1H-benzotriazole (L2) have been synthesized by reacting 1-(chloromethyl)-1H-benzotriazole with in situ generated nucleophiles PhSe and ArTe, respectively. The complexes of L1 and L2 with Pd(II) and Ru(II)(η6-p-cymene) have been synthesized. Proton, carbon-13, Se-77 and/or Te-125 NMR spectra authenticate both the ligands and their complexes. The single crystal structures of L1, L2 and [RuCl(η6-p-cymene)(L)][PF6] (L = L1: 3, L = L2: 4) have been solved. The Ru-Se and Ru-Te bond lengths have been found 2.4801(11) and 2.6183(10) Å, respectively. The palladium complexes, [PdCl2(L)] (L = L1: 1, L = L2: 2) have been explored for Heck and Suzuki-Miyaura C-C coupling reactions. The TON values are upto 95,000. The Ru-complexes have been found promising for catalytic oxidation of alcohols (TON ∼ 7.8-9.4 × 104). The complexes of telluroether ligands are as efficient catalysts as those of selenoether ones and in fact better for catalytic oxidation.  相似文献
