172-Phenyl-5,10,15,20-tetraazatribenzo[b,g,l]pyrazino[2,3-q]porphyrin-173(174 H)-one was synthesized for the first time by template cyclotetramerization of 5,7-diphenyl-6H-1,4-diazepine-2,3-dicarbonitrile with phthalonitrile. Its complexation with zinc(II) acetate followed a bimolecular mechanism. Acid-base properties of the resulting zinc complex in benzene-acetic acid were studied, and the stability constant of its monoprotonated (at the meso-nitrogen atom) form was determined.  相似文献

Benzene-fused bis-(borondipyrromethene)s (bis-BODIPYs) were synthesized by retro-Diels-Alder reaction of the corresponding bicyclo[2.2.2]octadiene-fused (BCOD-fused) bis-BODIPYs, which were, in turn, prepared from 4,8-ethano-4,8-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-f]isoindole derivatives. The π-fused bis-BODIPY chromophores were designed to show intensive absorption and strong fluorescence in the near-infrared region and not to have any strong absorption in the visible region. A 6,10-dibora-5a,6a,9a,10a-tetraaza-s-indaceno[2,3-b:6,5-b']difluorene derivative (syn-bis-benzoBODIPY) obtained by a thermal retro-Diels-Alder reaction of the corresponding BCOD-fused BODIPY dimer has strong absorption and emission bands at 775 and 781 nm, respectively. The absolute quantum yield is 0.36. The absorption is more than 5.0 times stronger than other absorptions observed in the visible region. In the case of 6,15-dibora-5a,6a,14a,15a-tetraaza-s-indaceno[2,3-b:6,7-b']difluorene derivatives (anti-bis-benzoBODIPY), the absorption and emission maxima exceed 840 nm.  相似文献

Five new dyes with D–π–A structure bearing 5-(methylene)-rhodanine-3-acetic acid as an acceptor-anchoring part and thieno[3,2-b]indole or benzo[g]thieno[3,2-b]indole as an electron-donating part were synthesized and applied as photosensitizers for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). In addition, thermal stability, optical and electrochemical properties of these dyes were investigated. The highest PCE value of 1.09% (Jsc = 3.01 mA cm–2, Voc = 0.53 V, FF = 0.69) was achieved for DSSC based on benzo[g]thieno[3,2-b]indole dye under AM 1.5G irradiation.  相似文献

The thermal treatment of N-(2-propenyl)-1-naphthylamines provided the expected aza-Claisen rearranged products, 2-(2-propenyl)-1-naphthylamines and benz[g]indoles, these last derived from an intramolecular hydroamination reaction on those primary products. The 2-(2-propenyl)-1-naphthylamines were converted into their triphenylphosphazene derivatives, which by aza-Wittig reaction with disubstituted ketenes yielded N-[2-(2-propenyl)-1-naphthyl] ketenimines. The heating of these ketenimines in boiling toluene induced their cyclization either via an intramolecular Diels-Alder reaction, to afford dibenz[b,h]acridines, or via [1,5] hydrogen migration from the sp3 carbon atom of the propenyl substituent to the central carbon atom of the ketenimine fragment, followed by a 6π electrocyclic ring closure, to give benzo[h]quinolines.  相似文献

This study demonstrates that the double cross-coupling reaction of 1,2-bis(pinacolatoboryl)alkenes and -arenes with 2,2′-dibromobiaryls proceeds smoothly with the aid of a catalytic amount of Pd(PPh3)4 in the presence of excess base to give a variety of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, such as phenanthrenes, [5]helicene, dithienobenzenes, triphenylenes, dibenzo[g,p]chrysenes, and triphenyleno[1,2-b:4,3-b′]dithiophenes in good to high yields. It is noteworthy that the annulations using 2,2′-dibromooctafluorobiphenyl as an electrophile furnish the otherwise difficult to synthesize octafluorophenanthrenes and semi-fluorinated dibenzo[g,p]chrysenes in high yields.  相似文献

A new 20-membered octaazamacrocyclic compound named 1:4,6:9,11:14,16:19-tetramethylentetrabenzo[b,g,l,q][1,4,6,9,11,14,16,19]octaazaeicocine (TTBOE) (9) has been prepared by means of in situ one-pot synthesis between the aminal 6H,13H-5:12,7:14-dimethanedibenzo[d,i][1,3,6,8]tetraazecine (DMDBTA) (3) and electron-deficient phenols. Otherwise, electron-rich phenols such as 4-chloro-3,5-dimethylphenol or 2-naphthol produce an ortho-regioselective aminomethylation resulting in 2-(1H-benzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)-4-chloro-3,5-dimethylphenol (7) and 1-(1H-benzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)-2-naphthol (8) in a Mannich type reaction in a basic medium. Moreover, obtainment of 1,1′-methylenbis(1H-benzimidazole) (15) from TTBOE is discussed.  相似文献

Reaction of dienamine 4a with substituted phenacyl bromides gave steroidal[3,4-b] furans 5a–g. The same principle reaction was utilized for the total synthesis of (±) 2 - (p - chlorophenyl) - 3 - oxa - A - nor - estra - 1,5(10), 9(11) - triene - 17 - acetate 12a. Treatment of 4a, b with benzenediazonium salts, in DMF, followed by a Fischer-indole cyclization yielded steroidal[6, 7-b] indoles 8a–k. Dienamine 4b could be annelated to benz[4, 5, 6] steroids 9a and 9b by reaction with methyl vinyl ketone and crotonaldehyde, respectively.  相似文献

Three-component condensation of lower aliphatic aldehydes (C1-C3) with arylamines and cyclopentadiene (the Povarov reaction) gave 3a,4,5,9b-tetrahydro-3H-cyclopenta[c]-quinolines. Ozonization of their N-trifluoroacetyl derivatives afforded the corresponding ozonides. Cyclocondensation of 4-fluoroaniline with formaldehyde and cyclopentadiene gave earlier unknown 2-fluoro-3b,6,6a,7,9,9a,10,12a-octahydrobenzo[i,j]dicyclopenta[b,g]quinolizine.  相似文献

The characteristics of the electrogenerated chemiluminescence in dimethylformamide of pyrene, 1,2-benzpyrene, 3,4-benzpyrene and dibenzo[a,lpyrene, dibenzo[a,i]pyrene, dibenzo [a,h]pyrene and dibenzo [b,l]pyrene generated with optimum conditions of applied potential are described. The appearance of emission at wavelengths longer than those expected from the excited singlet state of the hydrocarbons may be attributed to decomposition products. Pyrene and 3,4-benzpyrene exhibit long wavelength emission, however, which it is suggested may be due to excimer formation.  相似文献

Naphtho[1,2-b]furans 1a-f, naphtho[2,1-b]furans 2a-f, benzo[1,2-b:5,4-b′]difurans 3a-b, benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]difurans 4a-b, and benzo[1,2-b:4,3-b′]difurans 5a-b were synthesized by base-catalyzed cyclization reaction of the corresponding o-alkoxybenzoylarene derivatives. The o-alkoxybenzoylarenes were obtained from the etherification reaction of the o-hydroxybenzoylarenes, which were prepared either by the reaction of methoxyarenes with benzoyl chloride in the presence of aluminum chloride or by photo-Fries rearrangement of aryl benzoates.  相似文献

Three novel pyrido-fused tris-heterocycles have been prepared based on a Suzuki coupling and subsequent cyclisation approach. Pyrido[4,3-e]pyrrolo[2,3-c]pyridazine (3b, 77%) and pyrido[4,3-e]furano[2,3-c]pyridazine (5b, 76%) were obtained by intramolecular diazocoupling. Successful diazocoupling of furan (5b) is thus reported for the first time by NOBF4 generation of the diazonium intermediate. N-TIPS-pyrido[3,4-b]pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrrole (TIPS-4b) was synthesised by thermal cyclisation of pyridyl nitrene in considerably higher yield (71%) than previously experienced from similar cyclisations, due to TIPS-activation.  相似文献

Substituted cyclopenta[b]quinolin-1-ones were prepared by thermal ring-expansion of substituted N-Boc protected 4-(2-aminophenylethynyl)-4-hydroxy-2-cyclobuten-1-ones forming the corresponding 2-aminophenylmethylidene substituted 4-cyclopentene-1,3-diones. Deprotection of the amine resulted in spontaneous condensation giving cyclopenta[b]quinolin-1-ones. Sodium borohydride reduction of these products produced cyclopenta[b]quinolin-1-ols.  相似文献

The reaction of 2,5‐diamino‐3,6‐dicyanopyrazine ( 1 ) as a new pyrazine raw material with alkyl isocyanate in the presence of sodium hydride gave novel heptahydroirnidazo[4,5‐g]pteridine‐2,6,8‐trione ( 2 ), but with tertiary butyl isocyanate gave trihydroimidazo[4,5‐b]pyrazine‐2‐ones ( 3 ). Similar reaction of 1 with alkyl thioisocyanate followed by alkyl iodide gave tetrahydropyrimido[4,5‐g]pteridines ( 4 ). The reac tion of 1 with alkylamine gave the amine‐adduct of the cyano groups which was further reacted with arylaldehyde to give the pyrimido[4,5‐g]pteridine ( 10 ). The products prepared are all of interest as potential pesticides and fluorescent chromophores.  相似文献

The reaction of sarcosine and 1,3-thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid with salicylaldehyde-derived alkynes and allenes opened the way to new chromeno[4,3-b]pyrrole and chromeno[2,3-b]pyrrole derivatives. Tetrahydro-chromeno[4,3-b]pyrroles were obtained from the reaction of these secondary amino acids with O-propargylsalicylaldehyde. Interestingly, sarcosine reacted with ethyl 4-(2-formylphenoxy)but-2-ynoate to give a monocyclic pyrrole resulting from rearrangement of the initially formed 1,3-dipolar cycloadduct. Decarboxylative condensation of ethyl 4-(2-formylphenoxy)but-2-ynoate with 1,3-thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid afforded in a stereoselective fashion the expected chromeno-pyrrolo[1,2-c]thiazole, which structure was unambiguously established by X-ray crystallography. However, the 1H,3H-pyrrolo[1,2-c]thiazole resulting from the opening of the pyran ring was also isolated. The reaction with O-buta-2,3-dienyl salicylaldehyde afforded 3-methylene-hexahydrochromeno[4,3-b]pyrrole. O-Allenyl salicylaldehyde reacted with sarcosine and 1,3-thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid to give a new type of chromeno-pyrroles. A mechanism proposal for the synthesis of these chromeno[2,3-b]pyrroles has been presented.  相似文献

3-Thioxo-2H-imidazo[1,5-b]isoquinoline-1,5-dione (3) and 2-sub-stituted 3-thioxo-2H-imidazo[1,5-b]isoquinoline-1,5-diones (4a–l) were prepared from the reaction of 2-thiohydantoin (2) and 3-substituted 2-thiohydantoin (5a–l) with 2-formyl benzoic acid (1). Alkylation of 3 under an anhydrous basic conditions afforded 4a–i. The alkylation of 3 in aqueous basic solution afforded 3-(alkylmercapto)imidazo[1,5-b]isoquinoline-1,5-diones (7a,b). Reactions of the aromatic amino acids 9a,b and 12 with 7a afforded 2-(2H-1,5 dioxoimidazo[1,5-b]isoquinazolin-3-ylideneamino)benzoic acids (10a, b) and 3-(2H-1,5-dioxoimidazo[1,5-b]isoquinazolin-3-ylideneamino)2-naphthalenecarboxylic acid (13), which were then cyclyzed by heating in acetic anhydride to afford 15H-isoquino[2′,3′ :3,4] imidazo[2,1-b]quinazoline-7,13,15-triones (11a,b) and 14H-isoquino[2′,3′:3,4]imidazo[2,1-b]benzo[g]quinazoline-8,14,16-trione (14). 1,2,4-Triazines bearing cycloalkeno[c]pyridine substituents at the 5-position, 2a-d, prepared by an intermolecular Diels-Alder reaction of bi-5,5-triazines with cyclic enamines, were provided with an alkynyloxy or a 2-cyanophenoxy group at the 3-position of the triazinyl unit. A subsequent intramolecular Diels-Alder reaction of the former, followed by loss of N2 leads to two new classes of 2,2′-bipyridine analogues containing different heterocyclic units, namely cycloalkeno[c]pyridine and 2,3-dihydrofuro- or 2,3-dihydropyrano[2,3-b]pyridine 8a-h; the intramolecular reaction of the 2-cyanophenoxy compound gives benzo[4,5]furo[2,3-b]pyrazine 10a-c.  相似文献
