The RuO4-catalyzed oxidative polycyclization of digeranyl, a Cs-symmetric tetraene possessing a repetitive 1,5-diene structural motif, has been studied. The required substrate has been synthesized by Ti(III)-mediated tail-to-tail homocoupling of geranyl bromide. The process afforded two hitherto unknown isomeric tris-tetrahydrofuran products possessing unexpected all-threo cis-trans-cis and cis-trans-trans relative configuration. The new stereochemical outcome is explained based on previously formulated chelation or steric control models on the basis of structural differences between digeranyl and previously studied isoprenoid polyenes farnesyl acetate, geranylgeranyl acetate and squalene.  相似文献

The IDCP-promoted intramolecular C-glycosylation of pentenyl α-mannopyranosides carrying, at O-2, an activated benzyl group gave, unexpectedly, the 1,2-trans-fused bicyclic product which corresponds to an α-C-aryl mannopyranose derivative. This remarkable, strained C-glycosyl compound was rapidly epimerized to the more stable 1,2-cis product on treatment with BF3·Et2O. The IDCP-reaction product could be elaborated into a 2-(α-C-mannopyranosyl)-3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl alcohol derivative.  相似文献

A thermodynamically less stable cis isomer of 1,2-diphosphacycle was prepared from the corresponding trans isomer. Diphosphine, in which a PhP-PPh bond bridges the 1,8-positions of naphthalene, 1,2-diphenyl-1,2-dihydronaphtho[1,8-cd][1,2]diphosphole (1), was first prepared according to a previously reported method, and the trans isomer of 1 was irradiated in tetrahydrofuran with UV-vis light to reach equilibrium with cis-1 in a trans:cis ratio of 1:2. When a similar photochemical conversion was carried out using a saturated hexane solution of trans-1, cis-1 was precipitated in a good yield of 94%. The configuration of cis-1 was confirmed by X-ray analysis. Both cis- and trans-1 diphosphine ligands were used for the preparation of binuclear gold complexes. The crystal structure of (μ-cis-1)-[AuCl]2 demonstrated that the two lone pairs of cis-1 are suitably directed for arrangement of the two gold centers in close proximity to each other. The two independent (μ-cis-1)-[AuCl]2 molecules in the crystal were found to form a dimer through the multiple intermolecular interaction among the gold centers.  相似文献

Reaction of N,N′-dimethylbenzimidazolyl iodide (A) with Pd(OAc)2 in DMSO gives selectively trans-bis(N,N′-dimethylbenzimidazoline-2-ylidene) palladium(II) diiodide (trans-2) in 77% yield. The selective formation of the trans-coordination isomer and thus the cis-trans rearrangement is driven by the insolubility of trans-2 in DMSO. X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis and 13C NMR spectroscopy confirm the trans-geometry of the square planar Pd(II) complex. Catalytic studies show that cis-1 and trans-2 are highly efficient in the Mizoroki-Heck coupling reaction of aryl bromides and activated aryl chlorides both in DMF and [N(n-C4H9)4]Br as ionic liquid. The catalytic activities of Pd(II) complexes with N-heterocyclic carbene ligands derived from benzimidazole are comparable to their imidazole-derived analogues.  相似文献

The enantioselective allylation of aldehydes using a variety of β-amido functionalized allyltributylstannanes proceeded smoothly with good to high yields and enantioselectivities in the presence of 10 mol % of a chiral catalytic complex prepared from In(OTf)3 and 2,6-bis[(S)-4-isopropyloxazolin-2-yl]pyridine {(S)-i-Pr-pybox}, providing the corresponding chiral γ-hydroxy amides.  相似文献

Addition of excesses of N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHCs) IEt2Me2, IiPr2Me2 or ICy (IEt2Me2 = 1,3-diethyl-4,5-dimethylimidazol-2-ylidene; IiPr2Me2 = 1,3-diisopropyl-4,5-dimethylimidazol-2-ylidene; ICy = 1,3-dicyclohexylimidazol-2-ylidene) to [HRh(PPh3)4] (1) affords an isomeric mixture of [HRh(NHC)(PPh3)2] (NHC = IEt2Me2 (cis-/trans-2), IiPr2Me2 (cis-/trans-3), ICy (cis-/trans-4) and [HRh(NHC)2(PPh3)] (IEt2Me2(cis-/trans-5), IiPr2Me2 (cis-/trans-6), ICy (cis-/trans-7)). Thermolysis of 1 with the aryl substituted NHC, 1,3-dimesityl-4,5-dihydroimidazol-2-ylidene (IMesH2), affords the bridging hydrido phosphido dimer, [{(PPh3)2Rh}2(μ-H)(μ-PPh2)] (8), which is also the reaction product formed in the absence of carbene. When the rhodium precursor was changed from 1 to [HRh(CO)(PPh3)3] (9) and treated with either IMes (=1,3-dimesitylimidazol-2-ylidene) or ICy, the bis-NHC complexes trans-[HRh(CO)(IMes)2] (10) and trans-[HRh(CO)(ICy)2] (11) were formed. In contrast, the reaction of 9 with IiPr2Me2 gave [HRh(CO)(IiPr2Me2)2] (cis-/trans-12) and the unusual unsymmetrical dimer, [(PPh3)2Rh(μ-CO)2Rh(IiPr2Me2)2] (13). The complexes trans-3, 8, 10 and 13 have been structurally characterised.  相似文献

Intramolecular base catalyzed C-C bond formation led to exclusive stereoselective syntheses of trans-6,7-dihydro-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazines, trans-7,8-dihydro-6H-[1,2,4]triazino[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazin-4-ones, and trans-3,4-dihydro-2H-[1,3,4]thiadiazino[2,3-b]quinazolin-10-one. trans-6,7-Dihydro-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazines isomerize slowly in CDCl3 and more rapidly in DMSO-d6 into the corresponding cis-stereoisomers. The other trans-6,7-dihydro-[1,3,4]thiadiazines isomerize also in DMSO-d6 into the corresponding cis-stereoisomers. Pyrolytic conversion of these heterocyclic condensed dihydrothiadiazines into their corresponding pyrazolo[5,1-b][1,2,4]triazoles, pyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazin-4-ones and pyrazolo[4,3-b]quinazolin-9-ones via desulfurization ring contraction is described.  相似文献

In view of existing contradictory assignments of the symmetrical stretching vibrations associated with the formal C-C and C-F bonds of trans/cis oxalyl fluoride, an additional theoretical analysis of the corresponding calculated wavenumbers was preformed on trans-C2O2F2 and cis-C2O2F2 based on previously calculated ab initio scaled force fields at the HF/6-31G computational level and new force fields calculated at the MP2/aug-cc-pVTZ level. This novel analysis included computational data from the isotopic shifts brought about by incorporating 13C and 14C atoms into the structure. A detailed examination of the calculated wavenumbers made it possible to validate the assignments of the ν2 and ν3 wavenumbers in the trans-C2O2F2 and cis-C2O2F2 molecules as the formal C-C bond stretching and the formal C-F bond symmetrical stretching vibrations, respectively.  相似文献

Aligned Zn1-xMgxO nanowire arrays were successfully prepared on Si(111) substrates via the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method with a mixture of ZnO, Mg, and activated carbon powders as reactants. The microstructures and optical properties of the synthesized Zn1-xMgxO nanowire arrays were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive analysis X-ray (EDAX), and photoluminescence (PL) spectrum analytic apparatus, respectively. While Mg content was achieved or less approximately 0.29 (x, atomic ratio) in ZnO lattice, the crystal lattice of the synthesized samples exhibited wurtzite structure. The Mg atoms were distributed into the ZnO crystal as the interstitial and displaced atoms, and there was no phase separation in preparing Zn1-xMgxO nanowire arrays. However, as the Mg content was up to 0.53 (x) in the fabricated Zn1-xMgxO samples, a clear phase separation phenomena appeared in the Zn1-xMgxO crystal. Compared with the PL spectrum of the pure ZnO nanowire arrays, the analytic results showed that a blue-shift of the near-band edge emission with increasing Mg content was observed in the Zn1-xMgxO arrays. And the relative intensities of green peak at ca 535 nm and UV emission peak at ca 376 nm were all restrained.  相似文献

Facile N-tert-butoxycarbonylation of amines is described by the treatment of various primary, secondary, benzylic and aryl amines with di-tert-butyl dicarbonate in the presence of catalytic amounts of La(NO3)3·6H2O under solvent-free conditions at room temperature to afford N-tert-butylcarbamates in excellent yields.  相似文献

5-(N-Bromo)iminothianthrene (2) and 5-(N-bromo)iminothianthrene 10-oxide (5) and 10,10-dioxide (8) were prepared and their alkaline hydrolyses were studied. The compound 2 and cis-5-(N-bromo)iminothianthrene 10-oxide (cis-5) afforded the corresponding sulfoximine exclusively. While, unexpectedly, both trans-5-(N-bromo)iminothianthrene 10-oxide (trans-5) and 8 afforded mainly de-brominated products, trans-5-iminothianthrene 10-oxide (trans-4) and 5-iminothianthrene 10,10-dioxide (7), respectively. In these cases, 5-iminothianthrene 5,10-dioxide (6) (Z- and E-mixture) and 5-iminothianthrene 5,10,10-trioxide (9) and further de-iminated products were also formed respectively as minor products. The stereochemical considerations on the SN reactions are described in view of the steric effect and ‘flip-flap’ motion of the thianthrene framework.  相似文献

Biosynthetic studies on naphthylisoquinoline alkaloids involving a specifically [1,1′-13C2]-labeled dihydroisoquinoline 7 are described. The synthesized precursor 7 was fed to callus cultures of Triphyophyllum peltatum and the isolated secondary metabolites were characterized by spectroscopic methods (1H, 13C NMR, and INADEQUATE experiments). The unambiguous incorporation of the precursor into dioncophylline A and two minor naphthylisoquinolines, together with the formation of the labeled corresponding trans-configured tetrahydroisoquinoline, proves the implication of such advanced intermediates in the proposed biosynthetic pathway of naphthylisoquinoline alkaloids.  相似文献

The combination of a neodymium borohydride, Nd(BH4)3(THF)3 (1) or Cp*Nd(BH4)2(THF)x (2), with MgnBuEt (BEM), affords an efficient and highly selective (up to 96.7% 1,4-trans) catalyst for butadiene polymerization. In the presence of excesses of Mg co-catalyst, polymer chain transfer takes place between neodymium and magnesium, and significant amounts of 1,2-units are observed. When considered for butadiene-styrene statistical copolymerization, the catalytic system based on 2 showed a good ability to produce poly[(1,4-trans-butadiene)-co-styrene)], with strong impact of the Mg/Nd ratio on the yield and on the copolymer microstructure, including the percentage of inserted styrene (up to 16.9 mol%). Whatever the co-monomers concentration the polybutadiene backbone remained 1,4-trans. The precise microstructure of the polymers and copolymers was thoroughly analyzed by means of high resolution NMR spectroscopy (900 MHz) and MALDI-ToF spectrometry.  相似文献

The nanocrystalline LaCoxFe1-xO3 with different concentrations of Co was prepared by polyethylene glycol (PEG) sol-gel method and characterized by differential thermal analysis and thermal gravimetric analysis (DTA-TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was found that the crystal structure of perovskite-type could be obtained at 600 °C, and the concentration of Co had significant effects on the solid-state reaction and the average particle size of the obtained nanocrystals. Furthermore, the humidity-sensitive properties of nanocrystalline LaCoxFe1-xO3 were investigated, and it was found that LaCo0.3Fe0.7O3 exhibited higher sensitivity to humidity compared with other samples. The addition of Na2CO3 improved the humidity-sensitive properties of this sample, and made its response to humidity good in the whole humidity range of 11%-95% relative humidity (RH).  相似文献

A Pd2dba3/P(i-BuNCH2CH2)3N catalyzed one-pot synthesis of unsymmetrically substituted trans-4-N,N-diarylaminostilbenes and both symmetrically and unsymmetrically substituted N,N-diarylaminostyrene derivatives is reported.
