The solid-state structures of two non-metal pentaborates [Me3NCH2CH2OH][B5O6(OH)4] (1) and [4-MepyH, 4-Mepy][B5O6(OH)4] (2) have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Structures 1 and 2 both contain supramolecular pentaborate frameworks held together by extensive H-bond interactions. The framework of 1 exists essentially as planes of pentaborate anions linked via three pairwise ‘planar’ β → α interactions, with a fourth β → β interaction crosslinking the planes. The framework of 2 is very similar except that one of the three pairwise linkages within the plane is replaced by pairwise ‘step-like’ bifurcated H-bonds to both α sites of a neighboring anion. The cations in 1 and the cations and neutral 4-Mepy ligands in 2 are present in the framework cavities and channels, with additional H-bond interactions existing between cations and anions.  相似文献

Three new dimeric sesquiterpenoids, halichonadins G-I (1-3), and one new eudesmane sesquiterpenoid possessing a 1-phenethyl urea moiety, halichonadin J (4), were isolated from a marine sponge Halichondria sp. Halichonadins G (1) and H (2) are homo-dimers of eudesmane sesquiterpenoid, linked through a methyl 2-{1-(2-amino-2-oxoethyl)ureido}acetate fragment and a 2-hydroxymalonamide fragment, respectively, while halichonadin I (3) is a new hetero-dimer of eudesmane sesquiterpenoid linked through a urea fragment. The structures of 1-4 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data.  相似文献

Syntheses of rac/meso-{PhP(3-t-Bu-C5H3)2}Zr{Me3SiN(CH2)3NSiMe3} (rac-3/meso-3) and rac/meso-{PhP(3-t-Bu-C5H3)2}Zr{PhN(CH2)3NPh} (rac-4/meso-4) were achieved by metallation of K2[PhP(3-t-Bu-C5H3)2] · 1.3 THF (2) with Zr{RN(CH2)3NR}Cl2(THF)2 (where R = SiMe3 or Ph, respectively) using ethereal solvent. These isomeric pairs were characterized by 1H, 13C{1H}, and 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy; rac-3 and rac-4 were also examined via single crystal X-ray crystallography. The structures of rac-3 and rac-4 are notable in the tendency of the cyclopentadienyl rings towards η3 coordination. While isolated samples of rac-3/meso-3 and rac-4/meso-4 slowly isomerize in tetrahydrofuran-d8 to equilibrium ratios, the isomerization rate for 3 is more than 15-fold greater than that for 4. In addition, equilibrium ratios are rapidly reached when isolated samples of rac-3/meso-3 and rac-4/meso-4 are exposed to tetrabutylammonium chloride in tetrahydrofuran-d8 solvent. We propose that a nucleophile (either chloride or the phosphine interannular linker) brings about dissociation of one cyclopentadienyl ring, thus promoting the rac/meso isomerization mechanism.  相似文献

An efficient regioselective synthesis of pyronyl pendant ethyl methylthiocarbonylalkanoates 5 has been delineated from the base catalyzed reaction of suitably functionalized 2-pyranone 1 and 2-carbethoxycycloalkanones 2, 6 through successive substitution and regioselective ring opening by in situ generated mercaptide ion. To assess the effect of C-4 substituent on regioselectivity, reactions of 6-aryl-3-cyano-4-(piperidin-1-yl)-2-oxopyran 8 with 2-carbethoxycyclohexanone 6a and 2-carbethoxy-2-methylcyclohexanone 6b were carried out separately under analogous reaction conditions but the compounds isolated were identical and characterized as 4-aryl-8-methyl-2-piperidin-1-yl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalene-1-carbonitriles 9. Ethyl 2-(5-amino-4′-bromo-4,6-dicyanobiphenyl-3-yl)-5-methylsulfanylcarbonylpentanoate 10 has also been prepared through base catalyzed ring transformation of ethyl 2-[6-(4-bromophenyl)-3-cyano-2-oxo-2H-pyran-4-yl]-5-methylsulfanylcarbonylpentanoate 5d by malononitrile in DMF.  相似文献

An innovative synthesis of aryl tethered 1,3-dimethylimidazo[4,5-b]pyrazin-2-ones 4 and 6 has been delineated through base catalyzed ring transformation of 6-aryl-4-(piperidin-1-yl)-2H-pyran-2-one-3-carbonitriles 1 and methyl 6-aryl-4-methylsulfanyl-2H-pyran-2-one-3-carboxylates 5 with 7-acetyl-1,3-dimethyllumazine 2 with subsequent ring contraction of the fused pyrimidine to an imidazole ring. An additional product, methyl [6-(1,3-dimethyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyrazin-5-yl)-4-thiophen-2-ylpyran-2-ylidene]acetate 8b, was also isolated from the reaction of 5 and 2, as a minor constituent.  相似文献

Octamethylcalix[4]pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde 1 and 3-(octamethylcalix[4]pyrrol-2-yl)propenal 5 were used as precursors of azomethine ylides, which were trapped in situ with a range of dipolarophiles, such as 1,4-benzoquinone, 1,4-naphthoquinone, and fumaronitrile. Aldehyde 1 showed very low reactivity but the azomethine ylide generated from the reaction of aldehyde 5 with N-methylglycine could be trapped with those dipolarophiles to afford new β-substituted octamethylcalix[4]pyrrole derivatives in moderate yields. The resulting cycloadducts show high affinity constants for fluoride and acetate anions; compounds 7 and 8 display sharp changes in color in the presence of these anions.  相似文献

The facile reaction of [CpCr(CO)3]2 (Cp = η5-C5H5) (1) with one mole equivalent of 2,2′-dithiodipyridine ((C5H4NS)2(SPy)2) at ambient temperature led to the isolation of dark brown crystalline solids of CpCr(CO)22-SPy) (2) in ca. 72% yield. 2 undergoes quantitative conversion to CpCrCl21-SPyH) (3) with HCl. The reaction 1 with one mole equivalent of 2-mercaptopyrimidine (C4H3N2SHHSPym) at ambient temperature led to the isolation of reddish-brown crystalline solids of CpCr(CO)22-SPym) (4) and green solids of CpCr(CO)3H (5) in yields of ca. 42% and 46%, respectively. Reaction of 4 with HCl and subsequent workup in acetonitrile resulted in the cleavage of the thiolate ligand, giving the 15-electron chromium(III) species CpCrCl2(CH3CN) (6) and free 2-mercaptopyrimidine. The complexes 2-4 have been determined by single X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

1,1,3,3,6-Pentamethyl-1,3-disilaindan-5-ol (2) is a key intermediate in the synthesis of new sila-substituted gonadotropin releasing hormone receptor antagonists, such as 1. In order to produce sufficient quantities of 1 for pharmacological and toxicological evaluation, an efficient synthesis of 2 has been developed. (1,1,3,3,6-Pentamethyl-1,3-disilaindan-5-yl)methanal (11) was synthesized in a one-pot procedure. CoBr2/Zn-catalyzed [2+2+2] cycloaddition of diyne 3 with the commercially available monoalkyne 15 was achieved through a slow addition of 3 and CoBr2 to a mixture of 15 and zinc powder in refluxing acetonitrile, giving rise to 5-(diethoxymethyl)-1,1,3,3,6-pentamethyl-1,3-disilaindane (14). In-situ aqueous acidification yielded 11. Conversion to 2 was then achieved via a Baeyer-Villiger oxidation followed by hydrolysis under basic condition. This novel methodology is useful, not only for the rapid, large-scale synthesis of 2, but also for the synthesis and development of new sila-substituted drugs derived from 11.  相似文献

Reactions of [Ti(OPri)4] with various oximes, in anhydrous refluxing benzene yielded complexes of the type [Ti{OPri}4−n{L}n], where, n = 1-4 and LH = (CH3)2CNOH (1-4), C9H16CNOH (5-8) and C9H18CNOH (9-12). The compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, molecular weight measurements, FAB-mass, FT-IR and NMR (1H, 13C{1H}) spectral studies. The FAB-mass spectra of mono- (1), and di- (2), (6), (10) substituted products indicate their dimeric nature and that of tri- (3) and tetra- (4), (8) substituted derivatives suggest their monomeric nature. Crystal and molecular structure of [Ti{ONC10H16}4·2CH2Cl2] (8A) suggests that the oximato ligands bind the metal in a dihapto η2-(N, O) manner, leading to the formation of an eight coordinated species. Thermogravimetric curves of (3), (6) and (10) exhibit multi-step decomposition with the formation of TiO2 as the final product in each case, at 900 °C. Low temperature (∼600 °C) sol-gel transformations of (2), (3), (4), (6), (7) and (8) yielded nano-sized titania (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f), respectively. Formation of anatase phase in all the titania samples was confirmed by powder XRD patterns, FT-IR and Raman spectroscopy. SEM images of (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) exhibit formation of nano-grains with agglomer like surface morphologies. Compositions of all the titania samples were investigated by EDX analyses. The absorption spectra of the two representative samples, (a) and (f) indicate an energy band gap of 3.17 eV and 3.75 eV, respectively.  相似文献

Reaction of 2-benzoylpyridine thiosemicarbazone (H2Bz4DH, HL1) and its N(4)-methyl (H2Bz4Me, HL2) and N(4)-phenyl (H2Bz4Ph, HL3) derivatives with SnCl4 and diphenyltin dichloride (Ph2SnCl2) gave [Sn(L1)Cl3] (1), [Sn(L1)PhCl2] (2), [Sn(L2)Cl3] (3), (4) [Sn(L3)PhCl2] (5) and [Sn(L3)Ph2Cl] (6). Infrared and 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectra of 1-3, 5 and 6 are compatible with the presence of an anionic ligand attached to the metal through the Npy-N-S chelating system and formation of hexacoordinated tin complexes. The crystal structures of 1-3, 5 and 6 show that the geometry around the metal is a distorted octahedron formed by the thiosemicarbazone and either chlorides or chlorides and phenyl groups. The crystal structure of 4 reveals the presence of and trans [Ph2SnCl4]2−.  相似文献

The preparation of iodo acid [closo-1-CB9H8-1-COOH-10-I] (1) is optimized and scaled from 1 to 40 g of B10H14. The improved preparation of the [arachno-6-CB9H13-6-COOH] (5) uses four times smaller volume and can be run conveniently in up to 40 g scale in a 3-L vessel. The optimized oxidation of 5 to [closo-2-CB9H9-2-COOH] (4) requires less oxidant, 12 times smaller volume, and significantly shorter reaction time. The overall yields of the iodo acid 1 as the [NMe4]+ salt are typically 8-10% (10-12 g) for 40 g of B10H14. The iodo acid 1 was transformed to amino acid 8, then to dinitrogen acid 10, and finally to sulfonium acid 2[3] in overall yield of about 13%. The search for a more efficient phosphine ligand for the Pd-catalyzed amination process was not fruitful. Three routes to the sulfonium acid 2[n] were investigated, and the best yield of about 47% was obtained for Cs2CO3-assisted cycloalkylation. Liquid crystalline ester of acid 2[3] and 4-butoxyphenol was prepared and investigated.  相似文献

A simplified synthesis of a previously reported Cd2Cu2 complex 4 was developed in order to have a more readily available source of 1,3,5-tris(trifluoromethyl)-cyclohexane-cis,cis-1,3,5-triol 1, a unique tridentate ligand, only tentatively identified elsewhere. Attempts to liberate the ligand from 4 resulted in the sole formation of 2,4,6-tris(trifluoromethyl)-tetrahydropyran-cis,cis-2,4,6-triol (2); no traces of 1 were detected. A newly conducted X-ray analysis of complex 4 led to diffraction data that could be explained either by the previously reported structure for 4 or by the statistically disordered structure 5, containing ligand 2 rather than 1. Whereas refinement of both models led to equivalent merit factors, mass spectral data and elemental analysis of the crystals revealed unequivocally the sole presence of the tetrahydropyran derivative within the complex and proved thus the erroneous structure assignment 4 previously published for compound 5.  相似文献

Half-sandwich [η51N-C5Me4CH2-(2-C5H4N)]MCl3 (M = Ti (4), Zr (5)) and sandwich [η5-C5Me4CH2-(2-C5H4N)][η5-C5Me5]ZrCl2 (6) ring-peralkylated complexes have been prepared and characterized. Evidence of the intramolecular coordination of the side-chain pyridyl group both in 4 and 5 in solutions is provided by NMR spectroscopy data. Crystal structure of an adduct 5-py with one molecule of pyridine has been established by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Fluorinated norbornenes are very desirable monomers in the semiconductor and high-temperature polyimide industries. We describe herein a synthetic strategy for the stereospecific mono- or difluorination of the C7-carbon in norbornene systems beginning with 7-ketonadic anhydride 1. In particular, anti-7-fluoro methyl diester 4 and its 7,7-difluoronadic analog 7 can be prepared from 1 in 3 or 4 steps: saponification, reduction (for 4), esterification, fluorination with DAST. In addition, anti-7-fluoro-syn-7-fluoromethylnadic diester 16 is obtained from epoxide 14, and dimethyl 7,7-difluorobicyclo[2.2.2]oct-5-ene-2,3-dicarboxylate (17) from ketone 15. Anchimeric assistance of the norbornene double bond guides the introduction of attacking fluoride anions stereospecifically anti to the olefinic linkage.  相似文献

A novel vitamin B6 cofactor derived anion sensor L for the selective colorimetric detection of acetate has been developed by the condensation of pyridoxal and 2-aminothiophenol. The sensor L showed a noteworthy change in the visible region of the spectrum and was detected by the ‘naked-eye’ for both acetate and fluoride anions in DMSO but selectively for acetate in DMSO/H2O (88:12, v/v). The anion recognition ability of L was investigated by spectroscopic (UV–vis and 1H NMR) and DFT methods.  相似文献

Reactions of [Pt2(μ-Cl)2(C8H12OMe)2] (1) (C8H12OMe = 8-methoxy-cyclooct-4-ene-1-yl) with various anionic chalcogenolate ligands have been investigated. The reaction of 1 with Pb(Spy)2 (HSpy = pyridine-2-thiol) yielded a binuclear complex [Pt2(Spy)2(C8H12OMe)2] (2). A trinuclear complex [Pt3(Spy)4(C8H12OMe)2] (3) was isolated by a reaction between 2 and [Pt(Spy)2]n. The reaction of 1 with HSpy in the presence of NaOMe generated 2 and its demethylated oxo-bridged tetranuclear complex [Pt4(Spy)4(C8H12-O-C8H12)2] (4). Treatment of 1 with ammonium diisopropyldithiophosphate completely replaced C8H12OMe resulting in [Pt(S2P{OPri}2)2] (5), whereas non-rigid 5-membered chelating ligand, Me2NCH2CH2E, produced mononuclear complexes [Pt(ECH2CH2NMe2)(C8H12OMe)] (E = S (6), Se (7)). These complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, NMR (1H, 13C{1H}, 195Pt{1H}) and absorption spectroscopy. Molecular structures of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 were established by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Thermolysis of 2, 6 and 7 in HDA gave platinum nanoparticles.  相似文献

The reaction of oxides of internal perfluoroolefins 1-3 with urea gave two kinds of novel fluorine containing N-heterocyclic compounds depending on the solvent nature: 1,5-bis(perfluoroalkyl)tetraazabicyclo[3.3.0]octane-3,7-diones 4a-c and 2-amino-5-fluoro-4,5-bis(perfluoroalkyl)-4,5-dihydrooxazol-4-ols 7a-d. Use of polar dimethylsulfoxide, N,N-dimethylacetamide and acetonitrile afforded glycolurils 4a-c in moderate yields. In dioxane, unexpected cyclization occurred resulting in oxazolines 7a-d in high yields. A similar reaction of oxiranes 2, 3 with urea in aqueous dioxane gave mixtures of 4,5-dihydroxy-4,5-bis(perfluoroalkyl)imidazolidine-2-ones 9b, c, glycolurils 4b, c and oxazolines 7b-d. The molecular structure of trans-isomers of oxazoline 7b and imidazolidine 9b has been established by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Sodium dithionite initiated reaction of 1,2-dibromotetrafluoroethane with 1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene (1a) in an acetonitrile-water mixture proceeded efficiently at ambient temperature to give 1-(2-bromotetrafluoroethyl)-2,4,6-trimethoxybenzene (2) almost quantitatively. Similar reaction with 1,2,3-trimethoxybenzene (1b) gave only reasonable yield of regioisomers of (2-bromotetrafluoroethyl)-trimethoxybenzenes 3 and 4 and small amount of a substitution product of the central trimethoxy group, 1-(2-bromotetrafluoroethyl)-2,6-dimethoxybenzene (5). The reaction with mesitylene (6) gave complex mixtures from which, depending on the temperature and a mesitylene/BrCF2CF2Br ratio, the expected (2-bromotetrafluoroethyl)mesitylene (8) or a dimeric product, 4,4′-bis(2-bromo-1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl)-1,3,5,1′,3′,5′-hexamethylbicyclohexyl-2,5,2′,5′-tetraene (7), were isolated in a yield of 18 and 13%, respectively. The reactions of BrCF2CF2Br with pyrrole (9) and 1-methylpyrrole (11) gave the respective alkylated compounds, 2-(2-bromotetrafluoroethyl)pyrrole (10) and 2-(2-bromotetrafluoroethyl)-1-methylpyrrole (12) in over 70% yields; the former was found to be fairly unstable. The reactivity of the terminal bromine atom in 1-(2-bromotetrafluoroethyl)-2,4,6-trimethoxybenzene (2) was also investigated.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of complexes containing a Cp∗Sc(R2bpy) (Cp∗ = pentamethylcyclopentadienyl, bpy = 4,4′-R,R-2,2′-bipyridine, R = H, Me) motif are described. Cp∗ScI2 (1) was prepared from Cp∗Sc(acac)2 (acac = acetylacetonate) and AlI3 (2 equiv) in pentane. Compound 1 reacted with bipyridine and 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine (dmb) in benzene to yield Cp∗ScI2(bpy) (3) and Cp∗ScI2(dmb) (4), respectively. Compound 3 was reduced by alkali metal reductants such as Na/Hg, NaK2, and K in aromatic solvents to yield [Cp∗ScI(bpy)]2 (5). The chloride analog of 5, [Cp∗ScCl(bpy)]2 (7), was prepared from Cp∗ScCl2 by salt metathesis with Li2(dme)2bpy (6) (dme = dimethoxyethane) in toluene. Compounds 1, 5, and 7 have been structurally characterized. Analysis of the bond distances of the bipyridine ligands in 5 and 7, together with infrared and UV/vis spectroscopic data, suggest that the bipyridine ligands in these molecules exist as radical anions. The bipyridine ligands in 5 and 7 are arranged co-facially and are in close proximity (?3.30 Å), suggesting the presence of a π-π interaction.  相似文献

tert-Butyldimethylsililoxy-2-aza-1,3-butadienes react with 2H-azirine 3 leading to Diels-Alder cycloadducts in moderate yields. The reactions are endo- and regioselective with the azirine being added by its less hindered face. There is only one product in the case of 1b, 4b. There are two isomers (4 and 5) from 1a, 1c and 1d. A different result was obtained with the diene 1e. Diene 1e formed products 4e and 8. Some of compounds 4 and 5 have been hydrolysed leading to functionalised aziridines 7.
