Aryl bromides (3 equiv) were coupled efficiently with triarylbismuths (1 equiv) in an atom-efficient way using the Pd(OAc)2/PPh3 catalytic system in the presence of K3PO4 as base in DMF at 90 °C, providing excellent yields of the cross-coupled biaryls in short reaction times.  相似文献

Sonogashira coupling with aqueous ammonia is tolerable for the reaction of aryl iodides or terminal alkynes bearing an azobenzene group. The reaction of (4-heptyloxyphenyl)ethyne with (4-heptyloxyphenyl)-(4-iodophenyl)diazene in the presence of 1 mol% of PdCl2(PPh3)2, 2 mol% of CuI, and 2 equiv of 0.5 M aqueous ammonia gives the corresponding azotolane in 87% isolated yield after stirring at room temperature for 15 h.  相似文献

The cross-coupling reaction of triarylbismuths with acid chlorides using a catalytic amount of PdCl2/PPh3 afforded the corresponding ketones in high yields. The reactions of aromatic and aliphatic acid chlorides occurred with atom efficiency, as 3 equiv of acid chlorides coupled effectively with 1 equiv of triarylbismuths to yield 3 equiv of the corresponding diaryl and alkyl aryl ketones.  相似文献

This report describes the fluoride-mediated homocoupling of aryl iodides and bromides catalyzed by palladium(0). This coupling protocol is tolerant of electron-donating and electron-withdrawing substitutents on the aryl halide, as well as ortho substitution. Optimum reaction conditions entail 10 mol% Pd(dba)2, 3 equiv of tetrabutyl ammonium fluoride (TBAF) in DMF at 90 °C.  相似文献

An efficient method for palladium-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reaction with simultaneous reduction of nitro- to amino-group has been developed. This method allows nitro-substituted aryl halides to readily react with arylboronic acids, to afford aryl substituted aniline in low to excellent yields. The reaction was catalyzed by Pd(OAc)2 (3 mol %) at 150 °C under atmospheric pressure in the presence of K2CO3 (3 equiv) in DMF/H2O (5/1).  相似文献

1,4-Disubstituted 1,3-dialkynes were obtained from the one-pot palladium/copper-catalyzed coupling reactions of aryl iodide and propiolic acid. The optimized catalytic system consisted of 5.0 mol % Pd(PPh3)2Cl2, 10 mol % dppb, 10 mol % CuI, 2.4 equiv of DBU, and 1.2 equiv of K2CO3. The coupling reaction was carried out at 30 °C for 6 h and subsequently at 80 °C for 3 h.  相似文献

α-Aminonitriles have been synthesized by a Strecker synthesis from aldehydes and ketones under mild catalytic, metal-free conditions. Aromatic aldehydes (1 equiv) were reacted with aromatic and 1° or 2° aliphatic amines (1 equiv) in EtOH containing 3 mol % of NH4Cl to give high yields of α-aminonitriles. An alternative to adding NH4Cl as a catalyst involved the use of excess TMSCN (1 equiv) and to promote the process. The reaction was also successful under microwave conditions using excess TMSCN with no solvent. Ketones similarly reacted with aromatic amines and excess TMSCN under conventional and microwave heating, but 30 mol % of added NH4Cl was required for optimum conversion.  相似文献

Aryl selenides and selenoxides trap efficiently the intermediates in the reaction of singlet oxygen with sulfides. In the co-photooxygenation of 1 equiv of an aryl selenoxide with 1.3 equiv of dimethyl sulfide, the aryl selenone is formed quantitatively. It is discovered that the use of biscyclohexylamine (Cy2NH) as an additive can greatly enhance the enantioselectivity for the reaction of linear alkyl alkynes with linear aldehydes. The combination of (S)-BINOL (20 mol %), Cy2NH (5 mol %), ZnEt2 (2 equiv), and Ti(OiPr)4 (0.5 equiv) catalyzes the reaction at room temperature in diethyl ether solution with 81-89% ee and 57-77% yield.  相似文献

Thiophene was regioselectively deprotonated at C2 on treatment with 1/3 equiv of Bu3MgLi in THF at room temperature. The lithium arylmagnesate formed was either trapped with electrophiles or cross-coupled in a ‘one-pot’ procedure with aryl halides under palladium catalysis. 2-Chlorothiophene and 2-methoxythiophene were similarly deprotonated at C5 under the same reaction conditions. The complex [PdCl2(P-N)] containing the basic and sterically demanding 8-(di-tert-butylphosphinooxy)quinoline ligand (P-N) is a highly efficient catalyst for the coupling of phenylboronic acid with aryl bromides or aryl chlorides. The influence of solvent and base has been investigated, the highest rates being observed at 110 °C in toluene with K2CO3 as the base. With aryl bromides the reaction rates are almost independent on the electronic properties of the para aryl substituents, on the contrary, reduced reaction rates are observed when bulky substituents are present on the substrate. Nevertheless the coupling of 2-bromo-1,3,5-trimethylbenzene with phenylboronic acid can be carried out to completion in 2 h using a catalyst loading of 0.02 mol %. Under optimized reaction conditions, turnover frequencies as high as 1900 h−1 can be obtained in the coupling of 4-chloroacetophenone with phenylboronic acid; lower reaction rates are obtained with substrates bearing EDG substituents on the aryl group.  相似文献

A new type of triaryl phosphine-functionalized imidazolium salts 6 were prepared. Their palladium complexes, generated in situ, were successfully applied in the palladium-catalyzed Heck reaction. Using 1 mol% of Pd(dba)2 and 1 mol% 6c in the presence of 2 equiv of K2CO3 in DMAc has proven to be highly efficient for the coupling of a wide array of aryl bromides and iodides with acrylates in excellent yield. The coupling of 4-bromotoluene with various styrene derivatives catalyzed by Pd/6c complex also gave good results.  相似文献

Magnesium bis(monoperoxyphthalate) hexahydrate (MMPP) was found to be an effective reagent for the oxidation of various α-amino acid esters to the corresponding α-oximino acid esters. This transformation could be completed under mild conditions within 2.5 h using 1.1 equiv of MMPP in THF. Clean oximino esters were obtained after quenching and extracting the reaction from sodium thiosulfate solution. The O-phosphorylated derivative of 2-oximinoglutarate exhibited slow binding inhibitory potency for the metallopeptidase prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) with an IC50 value of 58 nM.  相似文献

Under microwave irradiation (75 W), treatment of 2-alkynylbenzonitriles with 1.5 equiv of sodium azide in DMSO at 140 °C gave 4,5-disubstituted-2H-1,2,3-triazoles in 60-99% yields. Additionally, adding 8 equiv of ZnBr2 and using 8 equiv of sodium azide in DMF at 100 °C lead to the formation of tetrazolo[5,1-a]isoquinolines up to 87% yield.  相似文献

The catalytic activity of η2-(olefin)palladium(0)(iminophosphine) complexes in the Suzuki-Miyaura coupling is strongly dependent on the reaction conditions and on the nature of the ligands. The reaction is at the best carried out in aromatic solvents in the presence of K2CO3 at 90-110 °C. Higher reaction rates are obtained when the R substituent on the N-imino group is an aromatic group of low steric hindrance and the olefin is a moderate π-accepting ligand such as dimethyl fumarate. At temperatures lower than 90 °C, a self-catalyzed process leading to catalyst deactivation becomes predominant. Preliminary mechanistic investigations indicate that the oxidative addition of the aryl bromide to a Pd(0) species is the rate determining step in the catalytic cycle and that the olefin plays a key role in catalyst stabilization. Systems in situ prepared by mixing Pd(OAc)2 or Pd(dba)2 with 1 equiv of iminophosphine appear substantially less active than the preformed catalysts.  相似文献

4-Chloropyridine was deprotonated on treatment with 1/3 equiv of the highly coordinated magnesate Bu3(TMP)MgLi2 in THF at −10 °C, as evidenced by trapping with I2. The use of Bu(TMP)2MgLi in Et2O allowed the reaction of 2-chloropyridine, giving the 3-functionalized derivative as the main product. Mixtures of 3- and 4-functionalized derivatives were obtained when 2,6-dichloropyridine was involved in the reaction. Performing the reaction on 3-chloropyridine with lithium magnesates in THF, either the 4,4′-dimer or the 4-iodo derivative was formed after quenching by I2, the former using 1/3 equiv of Bu2(TMP)MgLi and the latter using 1 equiv of (TMP)3MgLi. Similar results were observed with 3,5-dichloropyridine, 2,5-dichloropyridine and 3-chloro-2-fluoropyridine. 1,2-Migration of the lithium arylmagnesate formed by deprotonation was proposed to justify the dimers formation.  相似文献
