多羟基甾醇的合成及其结构与抗扣瘤细胞活性关系研究   总被引:11,自引:1,他引:10  
报道了6个具有类似结构的多羟基甾醇的合成和它们的抗肿瘤细胞活性。发现此类化合物的细胞毒性与其分子中双键存在与否有着密切关系。当甾核或支链中双键被饱和时,其细胞毒性均明显降低。甾醇(5)和(8)对胃癌(MGC)、宫颈癌(HELA)细胞的生长具有一定的抑制作用。  相似文献

报道南海湛江硇洲岛软珊瑚Dendronephthya sp.中两种具有细胞毒性的四羟基甾醇化合物:23-降-24-亚甲基-麦角甾-3β,5α,6β,7β-四醇(1)和24-亚甲基-麦角甾-3β,6β,9α,19β-四醇(2),其结构通过波谱和化学方法确定,其中化合物1为新化合物,化合物2首次从该属珊瑚中获得.化合物1对肿瘤细胞BEL-7402,MCG,MCF,LOVO和HepG-2具有抑制作用,其IC50值分别为32.2,20.5,2.0,5.5和18.6μg/mL;化合物2对肿瘤细胞MCG和LOVO作用的IC50值分别为22.0和和13.8μg/mL.  相似文献

报道了从三亚海域的一种肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophyton crassocaule Mosre中分离得到2个多羟基甾醇1和2. 通过波谱分析等方法测定了它们的化学结构, 化合物1为新化合物, 命名为Sarcrasterol. 化合物2为已知物[24ξ-methyl-colestane-3β,5β,6α,25-tetrol], 但其C24构型未确定, 通过X射线单晶衍射分析测定了其相对构型为24S.  相似文献

采用现代分离手段,从采自中国南海硇洲岛的软珊瑚Chromonephthea sp.中分离纯化得到两种甾醇化合物,经过MS,IR,1H NMR,13C NMR(DEPT),HSQC,HMBC和NOE等光谱技术鉴定它们的结构为:24-甲基胆甾-5-烯-3β,12β,16β,20-四醇(1)和24-乙基胆甾-5-烯-3β,12β,16β,20-四醇(2),这两个化合物均为新化合物.肿瘤活性实验表明两种甾醇化合物显示微弱的细胞毒性.  相似文献

24-亚甲基-胆甾-3β,5a,6β,19-四醇(1)和24-亚甲基-胆甾-5-烯-3β,7β,19-三醇(2)首先是从南中国海软珊瑚Nephtheaalbida及M tiexieralverseveldt中分离得到[1],化合物1对人体直肠癌细胞、人体肺癌细胞、人体口腔癌细胞以及鼠类淋巴癌细胞均具有强烈的毒活性,EDso值分别是0.81,0.93,0.39和0.34μg/mL;化合物2对以上4种癌细胞的EDso值分别是0.69,0.72,0.58和0.24μg/mL[2].1和2在海洋生物中的含量极低,作为我们对海洋生理活性天然产物分离、提取的进一步扩展,我们以豆甾醇为起始原料,通过10步反应合成得到化合物1,总产率9.3%;以豆甾醇为起始原料,通过14步反应合成得到化合物2,总产率3.1%(Scheme 1).  相似文献

The islands of the South Pacific Ocean have been in the limelight for natural product biodiscovery, due to their unique and pristine tropical waters and environment. The Kingdom of Tonga is an archipelago in the central Indo-Pacific Ocean, consisting of 176 islands, 36 of which are inhabited, flourishing with a rich diversity of flora and fauna. Many unique natural products with interesting bioactivities have been reported from Indo-Pacific marine sponges and other invertebrate phyla; however, there have not been any reviews published to date specifically regarding natural products from Tongan marine organisms. This review covers both known and new/novel Marine Natural Products (MNPs) and their biological activities reported from organisms collected within Tongan territorial waters up to December 2020, and includes 109 MNPs in total, the majority from the phylum Porifera. The significant biological activity of these metabolites was dominated by cytotoxicity and, by reviewing these natural products, it is apparent that the bulk of the new and interesting biologically active compounds were from organisms collected from one particular island, emphasizing the geographic variability in the chemistry between these organisms collected at different locations.  相似文献

The authors' chemical studies on the secondary metabolites from marine organisms are summarized. From marine sponges, algae and soft corals grown in the South China Sea, thirty five compounds were isolated. Their structures were elucidated mainly on the basis of spectral evidence. Density functional theory was employed to investigate the molecular properties of new systems that serve as antioxidants in the marine environment. The B3LYP/6-311++G** protocol was used for all computations. Investigation, performed in gas phase and in solvent, was devoted mainly to the determination of the O–H bond dissociation enthalpies and the ionization potentials of examined compounds, since these quantities represent the most important parameters on which the biological activity can be rationalized. The results, interpreted in terms of conjugation and delocalization effects acting on molecules and all their possible radicals, showed that between the studied systems the hydroquinone derivatives have the greatest potentiality as antioxidants.Electronic Supplementary Material Supplementary material is available in the online version of this article at  相似文献

Despite the vastness of Eastern Indonesian Waters (EIW), no review has been done on the status of drug discovery research based on marine organisms from this area. The aim of this paper is to briefly discuss the challenges and perspectives on drug discovery research based on marine organisms in these indigenous waters. The emphasis is on the last 20 year period (1993 to 2013). Research activities completed during this period suggest that marine organisms from EIW could be utilized as an important natural resource for future drug discovery and development. However, lack of facilities, as well as competent human resources, significantly hinder progress on drug discovery research. More in-depth study especially on deep-sea natural products needs to be carried out to solidify the research on the potential for marine organisms from EIW to contribute to the future of drug discovery.  相似文献

为了解海生物对钢板管椿腐蚀之影响 ,将SS4 1金属试片浸渍于高雄港 #1 4码头水深 3m处及实验室人造海水中 .试验期间 ,以DC直流动电位极化曲线扫描与AC交流电阻抗分析现场量测各试片的瞬间腐蚀速率 .结果发现 :宏观地看 ,海生物在金属 (或锈层 )表面的附著可以减缓金属腐蚀 ,但从微观 (micro)的观点推论 ,海生物在金属表面的附著亦可以造成氧差或浓度差异电池 ,促成局部腐蚀 .此外 ,等效电路的模拟 ,有助于了解海生物附著对金属腐蚀的影响 ,即随浸渍时间的延长 ,金属表面因锈层增厚且趋于致密 ,以致锈层电阻增加 ;又因海生物种类不同 ,含水量不同 ,海生物电阻可能会有极大的差异  相似文献
