1,1'-二甲基-5,5'-偶氮四唑是一种有一定实用价值的含能材料.本文报导了用Calvet微热量热计、DSC、TG-DTG和质谱仪考察了该化合物的热分解和电子轰击下的裂解过程.以揭示该化合物在高温下的变化规律和快速评定其耐热性.结果表明甲基在1位的化合物其热稳定性优于甲基在2位的化合物,因此认为甲基位置是影响这类化合物热稳定性的基本因素.  相似文献

利用1-[5'-氨基-1'-(4'-氯苯基)-1', 2', 3'-三唑-4'-甲酰基]-4-芳基氨基硫脲在汞盐Hg(OAc)2-HOAc中加热缩合, 制得11种新的2-芳胺基-5-[5'-氨基-1'-(4'-氯苯基)-1', 2', 3'-三唑-4'-基]---1, 3, 4-恶二唑。所有化合物的结构经元素分析, IR、MS以及1H NMR确认。选择代表物作生测试验, 结果表明, 2b, 2k中MIC3.1mg/L时, 对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌繁殖有明显抑制。  相似文献

在胺存在下,3,7-二硝基二苯并溴五环硫酸氢盐与二甲基亚砜反应生成2-溴-4,4'-二硝基-3'-二甲基锍-2'-联苯酚内盐(3).3的X射线晶体结构分析数据表明其分子具有内盐结构但酚氧负离子的负电荷是部分离域的,分子内两苯环所成的两面角为117.3°.3在熔解时发生重排及热分解分别生成2-溴-2'-甲氧基-3'-甲硫基-4,4'-二硝基联苯(6)及3,7-二硝基-4-甲硫基-二苯并呋喃(7).3与盐酸反应生成相应的锍盐(8).  相似文献

1-[5'-氨基-1'-(4"-氯苯基)-1,2,3-三唑-4'-甲酰基]-4-芳基-3-氨基硫脲在浓硫酸催化下环化得到2-芳胺基-5-[5'-氨基-1'-(4"-氯苯基)-1',2',3',-三唑-4'-基]-1,3,4-噻二唑2a-i, 依此法合成了九个标题化合物, 收率为30-74%。化合物2i的结构用X-光衍射单晶分析确证。  相似文献

以4,4'-二硝基-2,2'-联吡啶-6,6'-二亚甲基双三氟乙酸酯作为起始原料, 经水解、 溴化、 酯化和对氨基苯乙炔取代4步反应合成了4,4'-二(对氨基苯乙炔基)-6,6'-二[N,N-二(乙氧基羰甲基)氨甲基]-2,2'-联吡啶. 通过红外光谱、 核磁共振波谱、 高分辨质谱等表征了该化合物的结构. 该化合物经水解后与铕离子形成稀土荧光螯合物, 在紫外光激发下, 发射出具有铕离子特征的荧光光谱.  相似文献

以4,4'-二硝基-6,6'-二甲基-2,2'-联吡啶-N,N'-二氧化物为起始原料,经过三氟乙酸酐酯化、羟甲基化、氢溴酸溴甲基化及亚氨基二乙酸二乙酯氢胺基甲基化合成了4,4'-二溴-6,6'-二(N,N-二(乙氧基羰甲基)氨甲基)-2,2'-联吡啶。通过熔点、红外光谱、核磁共振、高效液相色谱、高分辨质谱测试技术表征了该化合物的结构,为合成时间分辨荧光免疫分析新型双功能螯合剂提供了重要中间体。  相似文献

用X射线单晶衍射法测定了反-1,2-双[2'-(5'-苯基恶唑基)]乙烯(POEOP)的晶体结构,POEOP晶体属单斜晶系, 空间群为P2~1/C, a=0.8268(2), b=0.5977(2), c=1.6292(3)nm;β=100.55(2)°; v=0.7915nm~3; Z=2; d~x=1.319g/cm~3。POEOP分子具有中心对称性,它的两个苯环和两个恶唑环是彼此平行的, 但整个分子却稍有些扭曲成螺旋浆式构型。键长数据表明POEOP分子中苯环与恶唑环以及恶唑环与C'=C双键间均有很大程度共轭。  相似文献

2-(4-Decarboxydehydroabietyl)-5-p-toyl-[1,3,4]-oxadiazole, C28H34N2O, has been synthesized and characterized by IR, NMR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with a = 6.1351(5), b = 14.8495(19), c = 25.9050(2) A, V = 2360.0(4) A3, Z = 4, Mr = 414.57, Dc = 1.167 Mg/m^3, 2 = 0.71073 A,μ(MoKa) = 0.070 mm^-1, F(000) = 896, the final R = 0.0452 and wR = 0.1076 for 1647 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). There are five rings in the crystal structure of the title compound, but the oxadiazole ring is non-coplanar with the benzene ring D.  相似文献

A new Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn3(btec)(OH)2(H2O)2]n (1, btec = 1,2,4,5- benzenetetracarboxylate) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound crystallizes in mono- clinic, space group C2/c, with a = 19.580(3), b = 5.0137(8), c = 15.975(3), β = 121.629(2)°, V = 1335.3(4)3, C10H8O12Zn3, Mr = 516.27, Z = 4, Dc = 2.568g/cm3, μ = 5.419 mm-1, F(000) = 1016, R = 0.0590 and Rw = 0.1279 for 1110 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis shows that the asymmetric unit of the title compound contains two crystallographically unique Zn(Ⅱ) atoms which are connected through the bridging carboxylate oxygen atoms of the btec ligands and μ2-bridging oxygen atoms of water molecules to generate an infinite one-dimensional chain. The adjacent chains are linked together through the benzene rings of the btec ligands to form a two-dimensional polymeric network. The adjacent two-dimensional layers are further connected together by the benzene rings of btec ligands to give the final three-dimensional structure. The dihedral angle between the quinoxaline ring and the substituted phenyl ring is 7.0°. The C-C bond distance connecting these two rings is 1.495(4) A. Two novel supramolecular architectures, [[Ag(2)L(1)(2)][X](2)] with X = CF(3)SO(3)(-) (2a) or X = NO(3)(-) (2b) and [[AgL(1)(2)][X]](n) with X = BF(4)(-) (3), were constructed by self-assembly and obtained in quantitative yields, using AgX as a building block and L(1) as the bridging ligand (L(1) = 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene). The X-ray molecular structures of 2a and 3 are reported. Complex 2a was identified as a metallomacrocycle in which one ligating triflate anion is coordinated to each of the two unsaturated Ag(I) ions. 2a crystallizes in monoclinic unit cell P2(1)/n with a = 9.728(6) A, b = 17.303(4) A, c = 13.268(3) A, beta = 92.52(4) degrees, V = 2231(2) A(3), and Z = 2. Remarkably, the X-ray structure of 2a shows a layered network structure consisting of infinite metallomacrocycles held together through pi-pi interactions between benzimidazole rings. In dramatic contrast, the product 3 prepared from AgBF(4) and L(1) lacks metal-counterion bonding, leading to a supramolecular 3D network with the following three outstanding features: (i) in one dimension, metallomacrocycles containing two Ag centers and two bridging ligands form infinite, double-stranded chains; (ii) neighboring chains are arranged by two distinct pi-pi interactions, one between substituted benzene rings and the other between benzimidazole rings, leading to a 3D structure; (iii) cavities within the 3D network contain BF(4)(-) counteranions. 3 crystallizes in monoclinic unit cell C2/c with a = 25.33(3) A, b = 11.655(6) A, c = 18.466(8) A, beta = 123.00(8) degrees, V = 4572(8) A(3), and Z = 4. Interestingly, electrospray mass spectroscopy suggests in either case that the identified elemental subunit [AgL(1)(2)](+) is the key building block which self-assembles and subsequent anion templation provides either the macrocycles 2a, b or the inorganic polymer 3. Remarkably, in dichloromethane solvent ligand-to-metal stoichiometries of 2:1 in 3 and 1:1 in 2a, b are obtained even with excess ligand, showing the power of metal-anion interactions in determining the overall supramolecular structure. Anion metathesis, showing supramolecular structural rearrangements from 2a to 2b and more spectacularly from 3 to 2b, smoothly occurred. The crucial effect and the nature of coordinating counteranions (BF(4)(-), CF(3)SO(3)(-), NO(3)(-)) on the supermolecule design are presented and discussed.  相似文献

It is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.731(2), b = 10.1185(10), c = 17.065(2) A^°, β = 98.293(10)° ,Z = 4, V = 2517.0(6)A^°^3, Dc = 1.091 g/cm^3, F(000) = 904 and Mr= 413.58. The title compound N-((1-cyclohexyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl)(5-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazol-4-yl) methyl)-4-nitrobenzenamine (C17H20N8O2S, Mr = 400.47) was synthesized via Ugi fourcomponents condensation reaction (U-4CR), and its structure was characterized by IR, 1H NMR, high-resolution mass spectrometry and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pna21 with a = 20.390(2), b = 12.9660(14), c = 6.9399(8) , β = 90.00°, Z = 4, V = 1834.7(3)3, Mr = 400.47, Dc = 1.450 g/cm3, μ = 0.210 mm-1, F(000) = 840, R = 0.0348 and wR = 0.0717. X-ray analysis reveals that the dihedral angles formed between the thiadiazole and tetrazole rings, the benzene and tetrazole rings and the thiadiazole and benzene rings are 62.59, 86.73 and 70.07°, respectively. Three intermolecular hydrogen bonds N(1)-H(2)···N(6), C(4)-H(4B)···O(2) and C(17)-H(17)···N(3) are observed. Bioassay shows that the title compound has antifungal and antivirus activities against tobacco mosaic virus.  相似文献
