从直缘乌头(Aconitum transsectum Diels.)根中分离得到4个新的乌头碱型 C_(19)-二萜生物碱。由光谱法(IR, ~1H NMR, ~(13)C NMR, 2D-NMR, MS)确定其 结构为:8-O-乙基滇乌碱(8-O-ethylyunaconitine) (1)、去氮乙基查斯曼宁(N- deethyl chasmanine)(2)、直缘乌碱丁(transconitine D)(3)和直缘乌碱戊( transconitine E)(4)。 相似文献

研究了从Sm^3^+到Lu^3^+(Gd^3^+除外)九个稀土单酞菁化合物的^1H NMR化学位移.发现对重稀土化合物,酞菁环上α、β质子诱导位移符号的变化呈现"三个一组效应".即,"Tb^3^+、Dy^3^+、Ho^3^+化合物,^1H共振谱线移向高场,而对Er^3^+、Tm^+^3、Yb^3^+化合物,则移向低场.化学位移的最大变化发生在4f^8构型(Tb^3^+)处.所得结果与Bleaney理论一致.测得部分稀土单酞菁化合物的^1^3C NMR谱,讨论了化学位移的变化. 相似文献

报道了齐墩果酸与四种单糖和二糖(葡萄糖、半乳糖、乳糖及葡萄糖醛酸)进 行糖苷化制备糖缀合物的方法。在合成过程中首先将葡萄糖、半乳糖及乳糖转化成 相应的全苯甲酰三氯亚胺酯糖基供体(10a-10c),将葡萄糖醛酸转化成为1-溴代 乙酰葡萄糖醛酸甲酯糖基供体(10d);在齐墩果酸的28-位羧基上进行酰胺化引入 ω-氨基羧酸甲酯得到其衍生物6。然后10a-10c在TMSOTf的催化下与化合物6的3-位 羟基进行β-糖苷化;10d在AgOTf的催化下与6进行β-糖苷化,最后脱掉保护基得 到相应的糖缀合物13a-13d,所有目的化合物均为新化合物,其结构经IR,^1H NMR,^13C NMR,2D-COSY,HMQC,DEPT及HRMS进行了确证。 相似文献

四川轮环藤根中两种海岛轮环藤-N-氧化物的分离鉴定 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
从中国特有植物四川轮环藤(Cyclea sutchuenensis Gagnep.)根中分得两种海岛轮环藤碱-N-氧化物。采用波谱分析和化学方法鉴定, 证明分别为海岛轮环藤碱-2β-N-氧化物(3)和海岛轮环藤碱-2'β-N-氧化物(4)。二者均为新生物碱, 是首尾氧桥双苄基异喹啉生物碱-N-氧化物。从该植物根中还分得已知的海岛轮环藤碱(1)和海岛轮环藤酚碱(2)。本文首次详细报道并分析了2的1^H NMR和13^C NMR数据。经三种人癌细胞实验, 证明2具有显著的抗癌活性。 相似文献

从采自中国南海西沙群岛海域的海绵Phacellia fusca Schmidt中得到了一种结构新颖的脑甙类化合物 Phacelliacerebroside A.经1HNMR、13CNMR, HMQC、1H-1HCOSY、NOE、FABMS和GC-MS 等光谱分析,确证其结构为长链碱(LCB)含3个自由羟基的α-葡萄糖苷神经酰胺,命名为 Phacelliacerebroside A.这是Phakellia sp.海绵中首次报道的脑甙类化合物. 相似文献

Marine sponges are one of the prolific producers of bioactive natural products with therapeutic potential. As an important subgenus of Haliclona, Reniera sponges are mainly distributed in the Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic area, and had been chemically investigated for over four decades. By an extensive literature search, this review first makes a comprehensive summary of all natural products from Reniera sponges and their endozoic microbes, as well as biological properties. Pyrrololactam type of alkaloids was found in many marine sponges which belong to the family Axinellidae. In the course of our systematic research for bioactive substances in marine organisms, we studied the sponge Phacellia fusca Schmidt which also belongs to the family Axinelldae. From the chloroform-soluble fraction, ten A-nor-sterols were isolated and identified, while from the water-soluble portion, three known pyrrololactam alkaloids and a new pyrrololactam alkaloid, which was named fuscin, were obtained. Every petroleum-processing plant produces sewage sludge containing several types of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). The degradation of PAHs via physical, biological, and chemical methods is not yet efficient. Among biological methods, the use of marine sponge symbiont bacteria is considered an alternative and promising approach in the degradation of and reduction in PAHs. This study aimed to explore the potential performance of a consortium of sponge symbiont bacteria in degrading anthracene and pyrene. Three bacterial species (Bacillus pumilus strain GLB197, Pseudomonas stutzeri strain SLG510A3-8, and Acinetobacter calcoaceticus strain SLCDA 976) were mixed to form the consortium. The interaction between the bacterial consortium suspension and PAH components was measured at 5 day intervals for 25 days. The biodegradation performance of bacteria on PAH samples was determined on the basis of five biodegradation parameters. The analysis results showed a decrease in the concentration of anthracene (21.89%) and pyrene (7.71%), equivalent to a ratio of 3:1, followed by a decrease in the abundance of anthracene (60.30%) and pyrene (27.52%), equivalent to a ratio of 2:1. The level of pyrene degradation was lower than that of the anthracene due to fact that pyrene is more toxic and has a more stable molecular structure, which hinders its metabolism by bacterial cells. The products from the biodegradation of the two PAHs are alcohols, aldehydes, carboxylic acids, and a small proportion of aromatic hydrocarbon components. 相似文献

式根岛海绵及其高度复杂的共生体系是生物活性物质的丰富重要来源, 产生以calyculins为主要成分的毒性物质. 活性物质含量低, 使得直接从海绵分离大量活性物质不可取. 海绵共生菌是活性物质的主要生产者, 但是大部分的共生菌是不可培养的, 使得单纯的分离培养不能发挥很好的作用. 功能宏基因组学避开了培养的瓶颈, 可以获取独特的活性物质及其功能基因. 对式根岛海绵2013年2月以前分离出的活性物质作一综述, 并对非培养依赖型的功能宏基因组学, 在蕴含大量不可培养微生物的式根岛海绵中的应用进行综述. 探讨功能宏基因组在研究开发式根岛海绵及其他海绵的活性物质及有趣功能基因中的应用潜能, 为研究国内海绵的丰富活性物质和有趣的基因提供一种思路和方法. 相似文献

Chemical diversification of substances present in natural product extracts can lead to a number of natural product-like compounds with a better chance of desirable bioactivities. The aim of this work was to discover unprecedented chemical conversion and produce new compounds through a one-step reaction of substances present in the extracts of marine sponges. In this report, a new unnatural tetracyclic bromopyrrole-imidazole derivative, rac-6-OEt-cylindradine A (1), was created from a chemically diversified extract of the sponge Petrosia (Strongylophora) sp. We also confirmed that 1 originated from naturally occurring (-)-cylindradine A (2) via a new reaction pattern. Moreover, (-)-dibromophakellin (3) and 4,5-dibromopyrrole-2-carboxylic acid (4), as well as 2, were reported herein for the first time in this genus. Studies on the possible reaction mechanism and bioactivities were also conducted. The results indicate that the direct chemical diversification of substances present in natural product extracts can be a speedy and useful strategy for the discovery of new compounds. 相似文献
