前体/进气道一体化设计是高超声速飞行的关键技术,一体化设计的核心是前体与进气道在基准流场上的气动融合.针对腹部进气布局中前体压缩后的非均匀流影响进气道性能的问题,文章基于局部收缩比处处一致的思想,提出了离散等收缩比设计方法,实现了乘波前体/内转式进气道流向气动融合与遵循气动规律的变截面流道设计.将进气道的三维流场分解成一簇具有相同收缩比的三维流管,视每根流管侧壁为轴对称流场;以锥导乘波前体压缩后的非均匀流作为来流条件,以总压恢复为目标对每根流管进行优化设计;通过匹配激波反射位置将流管重新组合起来,流管的对应边界组成内转式变截面进气道.该设计方法适配任何已知的非均匀来流,可灵活控制唇口位置,且适用于任意形状之间的变截面转换.数值研究表明,依托该方法设计的一体化构型性能符合预期,出口流场均匀,具有优越的抗反压能力,且非设计点流场波系结构良好.离散等收缩比设计方法为腹部进气布局中前体/进气道一体化气动融合设计提供了新思路.  相似文献

应用表面油流和压力测量技术,结合数值模拟方法研究了超燃冲压发动机侧压式进气道无支板和有支板两种典型工况的基本流动特性.结果表明:由侧壁诱发的后掠激波与底板边界层相互作用,形成一对逆向旋转的漩涡,该漩涡在下游不断发展并偏离底板,在出口截面形成一个低马赫数低总压区;支板的引入增加了压缩率,但同时导致底板与侧壁边界层严重分离,使进气道性能偏离设计工况.  相似文献

为了研究乘波体几何外形参数和飞行参数对前体/进气道一体化设计的影响,采用理论分析和数值模拟相结合的方法,以马赫数Ma=6和攻角α=0为设计状态、进气道总压恢复系数和前体阻力系数为目标函数,对乘波体前体/进气道进行了优化设计,并在此基础上研究了攻角、马赫数、前缘半径、前体宽度对气动参数的影响。结果表明:该乘波体前体/进气道构型具有良好的攻角特性,总压恢复系数比基准构型提高17.79%,阻力系数比基准构型降低78.5%,符合高超声速飞行器高升力、低阻力的要求,且非常适合小攻角高超声速巡航飞行;为了得到较高升阻比的前体,在前缘半径R≤2mm的范围内进行流场反设计时,可以将设计马赫数的取值比预期低一些。  相似文献

主要进行了超燃冲压发动机三面压缩进气道的实验观测。利用来流马赫数4.5的直通式激波风洞,考察了三组具有不同压缩角度的进气道模型内部的流场情况。实验观测手段为油流法、丝线法和高速纹影,同时,辅以数值模拟以有助于流场细节分析。纹影照片展示了进气道内部以激波边界层相互作用为主要影响因素的流场复杂结构,数值模拟也显示了相近的结果。油流技术与丝线法显示了近壁面处的流动图像,照片中可见激波、分离线、再附线等分界线位置。根据实验结果,可以推测唇口激波与进气道内边界层的相互作用及其引起的壁面分离是影响进气道内流动的主要因素。同时,尝试了利用抽吸方法减弱激波与边界层相互作用诱发的壁面流动分离,并取得一定结果。  相似文献

根据飞机空中试验用转顶基座及金属支架结构静力试验技术需求,研制了一套试验系统,解决了转顶基座及金属支架结构支持模拟、加载边界模拟等关键问题。对载荷进行等效处理,设计加载假件,采用载荷偏移与力偶施加相结合的方法施加力矩,分别完成了五级风载荷下4种工况的设计载荷试验和极限载荷试验,以及八级风载荷下其中第4工况的极限载荷试验。考核了结构的危险部位应力值及结构安全余量。试验结果表明,该试验系统工作稳定可靠,转顶基座及金属支架在设计载荷试验工况下未发生有害塑性变形,其强度、刚度满足设计要求。上述试验结果可作为该结构强度、刚度性能的评定依据,同时为后续结构研究的有限元建模提供数据支持。  相似文献

为实现高速飞行器的宽速域飞行,如何保证进气道在非设计状态下的性能至关重要。相比于传统被动控制方式,等离子体/磁流体流动控制技术作为新概念主动流动控制技术,由于其具有结构简单,快速响应,并可根据实际飞行条件进行反馈控制等优势,在国内外上得到了广泛关注。本文介绍了等离子体/磁流体在高超/超声速进气道的主要应用方式与等离子体/磁流体建模方法。当进气道处于超临界状态时,等离子体/磁流体流动控制主要通过热阻塞效应产生虚拟型面,从而将激波系推回至唇口,该技术有望在需要短时间流动控制的高马赫数导弹上走向工程应用;由于等离子体/磁流体激励器与壁面平齐安装,对于高超声速飞行条件,相比于粗糙元其对热防护的要求较低,并且通过超声速风洞实验初步证明了通过高频激励对边界层施加扰动的可行性,需要从稳定性理论的角度对其物理机制进行研究。在后续发展中需要进一步创新等离子体产生技术及激励方式,发展等离子体与流的全耦合计算模型等离子体与流的全耦合计算模型与高效算法 ,为指导工程应用提供依据.   相似文献

针对薄壁异形环截面管状结构,结合有限元分析,提出了基于Hopkinson拉杆技术的环向材料动 态拉伸实验方法;设计了特殊的夹具,采用空心透射杆提高透射波幅值;并对1Cr18Ni9Ti材料薄壁异形环截 面管状结构进行不同应变率下的冲击拉伸实验。实验结果表明,该实验方法可适用于这种薄壁异形环截面管 状结构,该结构具有良好的塑性变形能力,断裂应变随应变率的提高明显降低,拉伸强度随应变率的提高明显 增大。  相似文献

Influences of the inlet swirl levels on the interaction between the dilution air jets and the swirling cross‐flow to the interior flow field inside a gas turbine combustor were investigated numerically by Reynolds stress transport model (RSTM). Due to the intense swirl and jet interaction, a high level of swirl momentum is transported to the centreline and hence, an intense vortex core is formed. The strength of the centreline vortex core was found to depend on the inlet swirl levels. For the higher swirling inlet, the decay of the swirling motion causes strong streamline variation of pressure; and consequently leads to an elevated level of deceleration of its axial velocity. Predictions contrasted with measurements indicate that the stress model reproduces the flow correctly and is able to reflect the influences of inlet swirl levels on the interior flow structure. To study the three-dimensional interfacial structure development in vertical two-phase flow, air–water upflow experiments were performed in a rectangular duct. Various non-uniform two-phase profiles were created by injecting air from individually controlled spargers at the duct inlet into uniformly injected water flow. A four-sensor conductivity probe was used to measure local void fraction, interfacial area concentration, bubble velocity and Sauter mean diameter at three axial locations to record the development of two-phase parameters. Experimental results showed that the lateral development across the wider dimension of the duct was significant with a non-uniform inlet profile when compared to a uniform inlet profile. It is postulated that lift, wall and turbulent forces are the major contributors to the lateral distribution of the two-phase interfacial structures making this an useful experiment for benchmarking three-dimensional two-fluid models. In examining the interfacial area, the shearing-off of group 1 bubbles (defined as the smaller spherical and distorted bubbles) from the skirt region of group 2 bubbles (defined as the bigger cap and churn bubbles), the coalescence of group 2 bubbles due to wake entrainment, and random collision are the major source and sink mechanisms of interfacial area concentration.  相似文献

研究液滴在静电喷雾下的速度特性是理解喷雾形态的形成及演化的关键.结合锥射流模式下乙醇静电喷雾实验数据,建立了静电喷雾二维轴对称模型.基于离散相液滴运动方程、连续相空气运动方程、电场方程以及用户自定义函数,进行了数值求解,获得了锥射流模式下的乙醇静电喷雾形态、空间电场分布以及液滴速度场分布.考虑了不同空气入口流速的影响,得到了乙醇/空气同轴射流静电喷雾形态的变化规律.结果表明,喷雾外围液滴与空气流场有较强的相互作用,导致喷雾中轴线附近的液滴速度分布变化较小,而在喷雾外围处的液滴速度分布沿径向剧烈变化;随着空气入口速度的增大,乙醇/空气同轴射流静电喷雾形态先趋于发散,当空气入口速度大于喷雾外围液滴轴向速度时,喷雾形态则趋于聚拢.因此,除改变施加电压、液体流量和电极结构外,通过控制空气入口速度来影响喷雾液滴速度场,也可获得不同的静电喷雾效果.  相似文献

U-bends are a common geometry in heat exchangers. In this paper, a U-bend in the vertical plane connected to horizontal straight pipes is considered. An initially stratified water/air flow moves upwards against gravity. The aim of this research is to investigate the internal flow profile and resulting force when the U-bend is subjected to a stratified air–water flow at the inlet. This is done numerically, i.e. by solving the unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes equations. For low mass flow rates, large gas bubbles are naturally formed at the entrance of the bend. The transient force on the tube allows to determine precisely the time instants of bubble initiation and thus to quantify the bubble frequency. Firstly, the tube is assumed to be rigid and the dependence of force oscillation on the inlet conditions is investigated. Secondly, the influence of the viscosity, wall wetting and the mass flow rate is analyzed. Finally, a fluid–structure interaction calculation is performed in order to quantify the vibration characteristics of the tube.  相似文献

The influence of intake port design on the flow field in a dual-intake valve engine was investigated using computational fluid dynamics, in order to study the effect of inlet port design on the in-cylinder flow. A detailed 3D computational grid incorporating all the features of the Ford Zetec production engine inlet ports, valves and cylinder head was initially created and the flow structure modelled at 5 and 10 mm valve lifts under steady flow conditions. Comparisons of computational results with experimental data obtained by laser Doppler anemometry indicate that the flow characteristics have been predicted well in most regions. Flow generated by different intake port designs was also simulated by introducing air into the cylinder at different directions to the inlet valve axes and the effects of port deactivation, throttling and exhaust gas recirculation were examined. The implications of the results for intake port design are discussed.  相似文献

A steady state numerical study of combined laminar mixed convection and conduction heat transfer in a ventilated square cavity is presented. The air inlet gap is located at the bottom of a vertical glazing wall and air exits the cavity via a gap located at the top surface. Three locations for the opening at the top surface: left (case a), center (case b) and right side (case c) are considered. All the remaining surfaces are considered adiabatic. The mass, momentum and energy conservation equations were solved using the finite volume method for different Rayleigh numbers in the interval of 104 < Ra < 106 and Reynolds number in the interval of 100 < Re < 700. Temperature, flow field, and heat transfer rates are analyzed. The effect of the interaction between ambient conditions outside the glazing and the air inlet gap at the bottom for different air outlet gap positions at the top surface modifies the flow structure and temperature distribution of the air inside the cavity. The Nusselt number as a function of the Reynolds number was determined for the three cases. It was found that configuration for case (a) removes a higher amount of heat entering the cavity compared to cases (b) and (c). This is due to the short distance between the main stream and the glass wall surface. Thus, the forced airflow entering the cavity is assisted by the buoyancy forces, and most of the cavity remains at the inlet flow temperature, which should be appropriate for warm climates. These results may provide useful information about the heat transfer and fluid flow for future studies.  相似文献

The effects of supply temperature and vertical location of inlet air on particle dispersion in a displacement ventilated (DV) room were numerically modeled with validation by experimental data from the literature. The results indicate that the temperature and vertical location of inlet supply air did not greatly affect the air distribution in the upper parts of a DV room, but could significantly influence the airflow pattern in the lower parts of the room, thus affecting the indoor air quality with contaminant sources located at the lower level, such as particles from working activities in an office. The numerical results also show that the inlet location would slightly influence the relative ventilation efficiency for the same air supply volume, but particle concentration in the breathing zone would be slightly lower with a low horizontal wall slot than a rectangular diffuser. Comparison of the results for two different supply temperatures in a DV room shows that, although lower supply temperature means less incoming air volume, since the indoor flow is mainly driven by buoyancy, lower supply temperature air could more efficiently remove passive sources (such as particles released from work activities in an office). However, in the breathing zone it gives higher concentration as compared to higher supply air temperature. To obtain good indoor air quality, low supply air temperature should be avoided because concentration in the breathing zone has a stronger and more direct impact on human health.  相似文献

Air injection as a stabilization method is evaluated for flow boiling in a micro tube. Pyrex glass tube coated by ITO film is employed as a test tube for flow visualization with water as a working fluid. Air bubble and liquid slug lengths are controlled by changing air and liquid mass velocities. Wall temperatures and inlet/outlet pressures show very large fluctuations during flow boiling without air injection. Severe reverse flow is also observed from flow visualization. On the other hand, wall temperature and inlet/outlet pressures as well as visualized flow patterns become very stable with air injection. In addition, much higher heat transfer coefficients are obtained for air injected cases. It is observed from the flow visualization that the flow becomes much stable and shows regular patterns.  相似文献

It is well recognized that frost formation on heat exchanger surfaces seriously affects the performance of a refrigeration system. Consequently, defrosting is essential, yet it is only effective when both analytical tools and comprehensive experimental data on frost formation are available. In air conditioning units, frost formation most commonly takes place in the entrance region of the heat exchanger. Therefore, in this study, an experimental investigation was undertaken to characterize the effect of environmental conditions on the frost growth occurring on a vertical plate in the hydrodynamically and thermally developing region. Several experiments were performed while four environmental parameters, inlet air temperature, inlet air humidity, air velocity and cooling surface temperature, were varied. The thickness, mass, and density of the frost layer were determined from the measured data and empirical correlations were reduced from dimensionless parameters.  相似文献
