本文研究了一类具边界控制条件的正算子的不动点指数问题,得到了几个有较好应用价值的不动点指数为1或0的条件,以及一个更为广泛的锥拉伸与锥压缩不动点定理,推广和改进了[3,8,9]中的相应结果。作为应用,文中也讨论了传染病传播模型的非线性积分方程具正连续周期解的条件。  相似文献

This paper is concerned with interval general bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with proportional delays. Using appropriate nonlinear variable transformations, the interval general BAM neural networks with proportional delays can be equivalently transformed into the interval general BAM neural networks with constant delays. The sufficient condition for the existence and uniqueness of equilibrium point of the model is established by applying Brouwer's fixed point theorem. By constructing suitable delay differential inequalities, some sufficient conditions for the global exponential stability of the model are obtained. For a general linear mixed model with two variance components, a set of simple conditions is obtained, under which, (i) the least squares estimate of the fixed effects and the analysis of variance (ANOVA) estimates of variance components are proved to be uniformly minimum variance unbiased estimates simultaneously; (ii) the exact confidence intervals of the fixed effects and uniformly optimal unbiased tests on variance components are given; (iii) the exact probability expression of ANOVA estimates of variance components taking negative value is obtained.  相似文献

The asymptotic behavior of discrete type-K monotone dynamical systems and reaction-diffusion equations is investigated. The studying content includes the index theory for fixed points, permanence, global stability, convergence everywhere and coexistence. It is shown that the system has a globally asymptotically stable fixed point if every fixed point is locally asymptotically stable with respect to the face it belongs to and at this point the principal eigenvalue of the diagonal partial derivative about any component not belonging to the face is not one. A nice result presented is the sufficient and necessary conditions for the system to have a globally asymptotically stable positive fixed point. It can be used to establish the sufficient conditions for the system to persist uniformly and the convergent result for all orbits. Applications are made to time-periodic Lotka-Volterra systems with diffusion, and sufficient conditions for such systems to have a unique positive periodic solution attracting all positive initial value functions are given. For more general time-periodic type-K monotone reaction-diffusion systems with spatial homogeneity, a simple condition is given to guarantee the convergence of all positive solutions.  相似文献

The general inverse problem of optimal control is considered from a dynamic programming point of view. Necessary and sufficient conditions are developed which two integral criteria must satisfy if they are to yield the same optimal feedback law, the dynamics being fixed. A high dimension predator-prey model is considered in this paper. Some novel criteria are established for the existence and global asymptotic stability of a unique equilibrium of such model. The approaches are based on fixed point theory, matrix spectral theory and Lyapunov functional. The existence and stability conditions given in terms of spectral radius of explicit matrices are better than conditions obtained by using classic norms. Finally, an example and its simulations show the feasibility of our results.  相似文献

Iterated Defect Correction (IDeC)-methods based on the implicit Euler scheme are shown to have a fixed point. This fixed point coincides with the solution of certain implicit multi-stage Runge-Kutta methods (equivalent to polynomial collocation). Sufficient conditions for the convergence of the iterates to the fixed point are given for linear problems. These results indicate that for a large variety of general non-linear stiff problems, fixed-point-convergence can be expected, and moreover they indicate that the rate of convergence to the fixed point is very high for very stiff problems. Thus the proposed methods combine the high orders and the high accuracy of multistage-methods with the low computational effort of single-stage methods.  相似文献

We formulate a new multi-stage decision process with Markov-type fuzzy transition, which is termed Markov-type fuzzy decision process. In the general framework of the decision process, both of state and action are assumed to be fuzzy itself. The transition of states is defined using the fuzzy relation with Markov property and the discounted total reward is described as a fuzzy number on a closed bounded interval. To discuss the optimization problem, a partial order of convex fuzzy numbers is introduced. In this paper the discounted total reward associated with an admissible stationary policy is characterized by a unique fixed point of the contractive mapping. Moreover, the optimality equation for the fuzzy decision model is derived under some continuity conditions. Also, an illustrated example is given to explain the theoretical results and the computation in the paper.  相似文献

This paper considers the nonlinear stability of general linear methods. The diagonal matrix of an algebraically stable method is shown to be fixed. Readily testable necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for algebraic stability and, more generally, for nonlinear stability in closed disk regions of the complex plane. It is shown that the latter criteria are satisfied by some explicit methods. It is also shown that certain methods, including some that are L-stable, suffer from nonautonomous instability along the negative real line near zero. A loose classification of methods is given according to nonlinear stability properties.  相似文献

The solutions of most nonlinear optimal control problems are given in the form of open-loop optimal control which is computed from a given fixed initial condition. Optimal feedback control can in principle be obtained by solving the corresponding Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman dynamic programming equation, though in general this is a difficult task. We propose a practical and effective alternative for constructing an approximate optimal feedback controller in the form of a feedforward neural network, and we justify this choice by several reasons. The controller is capable of approximately minimizing an arbitrary performance index for a nonlinear dynamical system for initial conditions arising from a nontrivial bounded subset of the state space. This article is concerned with the problem of pinning outer synchronization between two complex delayed dynamical networks via adaptive intermittent control. At first, a general model of hybrid‐coupled dynamical network with time‐varying internal delay and time‐varying coupling delay is given. Then, an aperiodically adaptive intermittent pinning‐control strategy is introduced to drive two such delayed dynamical networks to achieve outer synchronization. Some sufficient conditions to guarantee global outer‐synchronization are derived by constructing a novel piecewise Lyapunov function and utilizing stability analytical method. Moreover, a simple pinned‐node selection scheme determining what kinds of nodes should be pinned first is provided. It is noted that the adaptive pinning control type is aperiodically intermittent, where both control period and control width are non‐fixed.
