The catalytic reduction of acetophenone, methyl α-acetamidocinnamate, and dimethyl itaconate with alcohol-modified sodium borohydride was studied in the presence of complexes CoCl2·L2 (L2 are chiral C 2-symmetric diamines: (4S,5S)-2,2-dimethyl-4,5-bis(aminomethyl)-1,3-dioxolane, (4S, 5S)-2,2-dimethyl-4,5-bis(methylaminomethyl)-1,3-dioxolane, (4S, 5S)-2,2-dimethyl-4,5-bis(dimethylaminomethyl)-1,3-dioxolane, and (4S, 5S)-2,2-dimethyl-4,5-bis(diphenylaminomethyl)-1,3-dioxolane). The maximum enantiomeric excess of (S)-1-phenylethanol was 24%, that of dimethyl α-methylsuccinate was 38%.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The Thorpe-Ziegler intramolecular cyclization of 2-RCH2S-, 2-RCH2S(O)-, and 2-RCH2SO2-substituted nicotinic acid esters and nitriles (R is alkyl, aryl, and 2-thienyl) upon the action of potassium tert-butoxide has been studied. The reaction results in the formation of the corresponding 2-R-substituted 3-aminothieno[2,3-b]pyridines, 3-aminothieno[2,3-b]pyridine 1-oxides, and 3-aminothieno[2,3-b]pyridine 1,1-dioxides with the reaction taking place only in the case if R is aryl or 2-thienyl. Methyl esters of 2-RCH2S-, 2-RCH2S(O)-, and 2-RCH2SO2-substituted nicotinic acids also undergo the intramolecular cyclization of the Dieckmann type to form the corresponding 2-R-substituted 3-hydroxythieno[2,3-b]pyridines, thieno[2,3-b]pyridin-3(2H)-one 1-oxides, and thieno[2,3-b]pyridin-3(2H)-one 1,1-dioxides. We report catalytic hydroboration of esters as well as nitriles under solvent-free and mild conditions using single titanium(IV) metal complex, [{κ2-C6H4C(O)N(iPr)C(N-iPr)=N}{κ3-(iPr)N=C(O)−C6H4−NC(NMe2)N(iPr)}TiNMe2] 1 as a sustainable, economical, and efficient pre-catalyst. The molecular structure of the TiIV complex in the solid state reveals the unique coordination of TiIV metal with N, N, and O atoms of one quinazolinone unit via in-situ rearrangement, while another quinazolinone moiety coordinates in bidentate fashion via both N atoms only. The TiIV complex demonstrates excellent activity as a pre-catalyst towards the hydroboration of a wide array of esters and nitriles with pinacolborane (HBpin) to afford alkoxyboranes and diboryl amines in high yield (up to 99 %) with greater tolerance to a variety of electron-withdrawing and electron-donating functional groups. A most plausible mechanism of hydroboration of esters is also proposed based on kinetics and NMR studies, which suggests the formation of titanium-hydride species as an active catalyst.  相似文献

1,3-Bis(trimethylsilyl)- and 1,3-bis(tributylstannyl)-5,5-diethylpyrimidine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-triones were synthesized in high yields by the reactions of 5,5-diethyl-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-trione (barbital) with hexamethyldisilazane and bis(tributylstannyl) oxide, respectively. The products were reacted with acetyl, benzoyl, and 3-(triethylgermyl)propionyl halides to obtain the corresponding bisacylated pyrimidine derivatives. Quinazoline Carboxylic Acids. An Easy Route to (4-Oxo-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-3-yl)-alkanoic Acids, (4-Oxo-3,4-dihydro-1,2,3-benzotriazin-3-yl)-alkanoic Acids and their Esters A new route was found for the synthesis of (4-Oxo-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-3-yl)-alkanoic acids ( 8 ) and (4-Oxo-3,4-dihydro-1,2,3-benzotriazin-3-yl)-alkanoic acids ( 6 ) by cyclization of the N-(2-aminobenzoyl)amino acids 5 with HCOOH or HNO2. 2H-3,1-Benzoxazine-2,4(1H)-diones ( 1 ) reacted with glycine esters to 2 , which were cyclized by HNO2 to the esters 4 . Ester 4 was hydrolyzed to 6 (X = CH2). Diones 1 reacted with the most common amino acids (as the ammonium salt of tertiary amine) to amino-alkanoic acids 5 , which were cyclized with orthoformate to 7 or 8 depending on the reaction conditions.  相似文献

Alkaline hydrolysis of 3-tert-butyl-7,7-bis(hydroxymethyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-thiazolo[3,2-a][1,3,5]-triazin-6(7H)-one can occur in three directions: with cleavage of the tetrahydrotriazine ring, with cleavage of the thiazolidine ring, and also with opening of both rings. Depending on the process conditions, either the hydrolysis product corresponding to the first direction or the hydrolytic decomposition products corresponding to the second and third directions can be obtained in preparative quantities. Hydrolysis of 3,3′-di-tert-butyl-3′,4′-dihydro-2′ H-spiro[(perhydro-1,3-oxazine)-5,7′-thiazolo[3,2-a][1,3,5]triazin]-6′-one in (NH4)2CO3 solution occurs in two steps: in the first step, cleavage of the tetrahydrotriazine ring occurs; and in the second step, opening of the perhydrooxazine ring occurs. __________ Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 7, pp. 1089–1097, July, 2005.  相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling between 2,5-dimethyl-3-thienylboronic and mucobromic acids under phase transfer catalysis (PTC) conditions gave the expected 3,4-bis(2,5-dimethyl-3-thienyl)-5-hydroxyfuran-2-one in 32% yield. The by-product was 2,2’,5,5’-tetramethyl-3,3’-bithiophene. The oxidation of the obtained hemiacylal with potassium permanganate under PTC conditions afforded 3,4-bis(2,5-dimethyl-3-thienyl)furan-2,5-dione in high yield.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. Reaction was studied of 3,4-dihydroxyhexa-2,4-diene-1,6-dioic acid esters with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine that led to the formation of esters of (3E)-3-[2-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-hydrazinylidene]-4-oxohexane-1,6-dioic and (3E,4E)-3,4-bis[2-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)hydrazinylidene]-hexane-1,6-dioic acids. Three zinc(II) nitrite coordination polymers, [Zn(4-bpdb)(NO2)2]n (1), {[Zn(3-bpdb)(NO2)]·0.5H2O}n (2) and [Zn(3-bpdh)(NO2)2]n (3), 4-bpdb = 1,4-bis(4-pyridyl)-2,3-diaza-1,3-butadiene, 3-bpdb = 1,4-bis(3-pyridyl)-2,3-diaza-1,3-butadiene and 3-bpdh = 2,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-3,4-diaza-2,4-hexadiene} were prepared and characterized by elemental analyses and IR spectroscopy. Compound 3 was structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and is one-dimensional polymer with coordination environments of distorted octahedral, ZnN2O4. The thermal stabilities of compounds 1–3 were studied by thermal gravimetric (TG) and differential thermal analyses (DTA). Direct calcination of the compounds 1–3 at 600 °C under air atmospheres yields different morphologies of nano-sized ZnO.  相似文献

Tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane dinitrate benzoate hydronitrate, the first representative of mixed nitric and carboxylic esters of aminopolyatomic alcohols, was obtained by the reaction of a mixture of concentrated HNO3 and Ac2O with 4,4-bis(hydroxymethyl)-2-phenyl-2-oxazoline. The tetramethylammonium salts (NMe4)2[MO2(2,3-Hdhb)2]·2H2O and (NMe4)2[MO2(3,4-Hdhb)2]·6H2O (M = Mo, W; Hdhb = monoprotonated form of 2,3- or 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid, 2,3-H3dhb or 3,4-H3dhb) were prepared and their crystal structures determined. The structure of [Mg(H2O)6](NMe4)4[MoO2(3,4-dhb)(3,4-Hdhb)]2·13H2O, obtained by the recrystallization of (NMe4)2[MoO2(3,4-Hdhb)2] in the presence of magnesium ions, is also reported. The supramolecular interactions of the five structures are discussed in detail concerning the hydrogen bonding patterns involving complexes and water molecules of crystallization.  相似文献

Condensation of aromatic (heteroaromatic) aldehydes with 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds under the 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([Bmim][BF4]) ionic liquid-piperidinium acetate catalytic system (0.2 equiv. of each component) in the absence of a solvent affords, depending on the structures of the reagents, 2-arylidene derivatives of methyl acetoacetate and acetylacetone, diethyl 2,4-bis(trifluoroacetyl)-3-phenylpentanedioate, or dimethyl 2-aryl-4-hydroxy-6-oxocyclohexane-1,3-dicarboxylates. The reactions of the resulting 2-arylidene derivatives with O-methylisourea in the [Bmim][BF4] ionic liquid produced methyl 2-methoxy-4-methyl-6-aryldihydropyrimidine-5-carboxylates and 1-(2-methoxy-4-methyl-6-phenyldihydropyrimidin-5-yl)ethanone (mixtures of 3,6- and 1,6-dihydro isomers), which were transformed into the corresponding 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-one derivatives. Three new cobalt(Ⅱ) coordination compounds,[Co(3,3’-Hbpt)2(H2pm)(H2O)2]·2H2O(1),[Co(4,4’-Hbpt)(pm)0.5(H2O)]·3H2O (2) and [Co(3,4’-Hbpt)(pm) 0.5 (H2O)3]·2H2O(3)(3,3’-Hbpt=3,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole;4,4’-bpt=3,5-bis(4-pyridyl)1H-1,2,4-triazole,3,4’-Hbpt=3-(3-pyridyl)-5-(4’-pyridyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole and H4pm=pyromellitic acid) have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that compound 1 has a one-dimensional (1D) chain network,2 exhibits a four-connected three-dimensional (3D) structure with 1D open channels encapsulated by water molecules,while 3 displays a regular two-dimensional (2D) architecture connected through 1D metal helical chains.In addition,the efficacy of compounds 1-3 as additives to promote the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate (AP) is explored by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).  相似文献

Two analogous series of ionomer precursors based on 4-substituted styrene copolymers were prepared with substituents R = -(CH2)nCO2Me (n = 1, 5, 10), or R = -O(CH2)nCO2Me (n = 1, 4, 10), and degrees of substitution from 10 to 15 mol%. The synthesis of the alkyl series compounds involved either chloromethylation of polystyrene or bromoalkylation via lithiation of a styrene-4-bromostyrene copolymer, followed by conversion to the nitriles. Methyl esters were then produced by reaction of the nitriles with methanol/HCl gas. The ether series compounds were obtained directly by reacting a styrene-4-hydroxystyrene copolymer with the methyl esters of the corresponding ω-bromoaliphatic carboxylic acids in a Williamson ether-type synthesis.  相似文献

(Z)-3-Phenacylidene- and (Z)-3-hetaroylmethylidene-1-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoxalin-2-ones react with oxalyl chloride to give 3-acyl-5-phenyl-1,2,4,5-tetrahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]quinoxaline-1,2,4-triones. The reduction of 1,2-bis(bromomethyl)benzene with zinc powder followed by cycloaddition with the chiral dienophile (4R,5S)-1-acryloyl-3,4-dimethyl-5-phenyl-2-imidazolidinone in the presence of BF3·Et2O under ultrasound irradiation gave the corresponding Diels–Alder cycloadduct in high yield (90%) and high diastereoselectivity (R:S = 87:13).  相似文献
