Derivate des Heptafluor-n-propyl-eisentetracarbonylwasserstoffs

By the reduction of C₃F₇Fe(CO)₄J with sodium borohydride in methanol a solution is obtained from which derivatives of the very unstable perfluoropropyliron tetracarbonyl hydride C₃F₇Fe(CO)₄H can be precipitated. The compounds [C₃F₇Fe(CO)₄]₂Hg and [C₃F₇Fe(CO)₄]₂[Fe(N₂C₁₂H₈)₃] have been characterized by their IR, NMR and mass spectra.     

4-Hydroxy-3-thiosemicarbazid

The synthesis of 4-hydroxy-3-thiosemicarbazide (3) by hydrazinolysis of O-p-chlorophenyl-N-hydroxy-thiocarbamate (2) is described. A mechanism for the decomposition of2 to O-p-chlorophenyl-carbamate (6) and sulfur is discussed.     

Derivate des 1,3-Dioxolan-4-ons und des 1,3-Oxathiolan-5-ons

Zusammenfassung Es wird die Synthese einer Anzahl von 1,3-Dioxolan-4-onen und 1,3-Oxathiolan-5-onen beschrieben und über eine pharmakologische Prüfung dieser Substanzen berichtet.Herrn Prof. Dr.J. W. Breitenbach mit den besten Wünschen zum 60. Geburtstag gewidmet.     

Derivate des 3-Phenyl-benzo[b]thiophens

Zusammenfassung 2-Methylthio-benzophenon reagierte mit Chloressigsäure zu 3-Phenyl-benzo[b]thiophen-2-carbonsäure und mit -Chlorphenylessigsäure zu 2,3-Diphenyl-benzo[b]thiophen. 3-Phenyl-5-methoxy-benzo[b]thiophen-2-carbonsäure wurde aus 3-Phenyl-5-amino-benzo[b]thiophen-2-carbonsäure durch Verkochen des Diazoniumsalzes und Methylierung erhalten; ihr N-Methylpiperazid sowie 3 basisch substituierte Ester wurden dargestellt.

Derivatives of 3-phenylbenzo[b]thiophene

2-Methylthio-benzophenone reacted with chloroacetic acid to 3-phenyl-benzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxylic acid and with -chloro-phenylacetic acid to 2,3-diphenyl-benzo[b]thiophene. 3-Phenyl-5-methoxy-benzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxylic acid was prepared by diazotation of 3-phenyl-5-amino-benzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxylic acid and hydrolysis to the hydroxy compound followed by methylation; its N-methylpiperazide and three esters with basic substituents were synthesized.

     

The reaction of 4-alkyl-3-thiosemicarbazides with β-haloketones

The reactions of 4-alkyl-3-thiosemicarbazides with β-halophenones and o-halophenones gave 4,5-dihydro-N-alkyl-3-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-1-carbothioaraides and 3-phenyl-1H-indazoles, respectively.     

Studium einiger Derivate des 7-Aminophenoxazons-(3)

Zusammenfassung Wir haben neue Farbstoffe durch Kondensation von Chinondichlordiimin mit Phloroglucin hergestellt und einem spektrophotometrischen Studium unterworfen. Es wurden deren Ionisationskonstanten vermessen und festgestellt, daß die hergestellten Stoffe als azidobasische Indikatoren sehr geeignet sind, hauptsächlich bei der indirekten Bestimmung von Ammoniak.Mit 6 Abbildungen3.
