LENTICULAR NONCOMMUTATIVE TORI

All C*-algebras of sections of locally trivial C* -algebra bundles over ∏i=1sLki(ni) with fibres Aw Mc(C) are constructed, under the assumption that every completely irrational noncommutative torus Aw is realized as an inductive limit of circle algebras, where Lki (ni) are lens spaces. Let Lcd be a cd-homogeneous C*-algebra over whose cd-homogeneous C*-subalgebra restricted to the subspace Tr × T2 is realized as C(Tr) A1/d Mc(C), and of which no non-trivial matrix algebra can be factored out.The lenticular noncommutative torus Lpcd is defined by twisting in by a totally skew multiplier p on Tr+2 × Zm-2. It is shown that is isomorphic to if and only if the set of prime factors of cd is a subset of the set of prime factors of p, and that Lpcd is not stablyisomorphic to if the cd-homogeneous C*-subalgebra of Lpcd restricted to some subspace LkiLki (ni) is realized as the crossed product by the obvious non-trivial action of Zki on a cd/ki-homogeneous C*-algebra over S2ni+1 for ki an integer greater than

Dilating covariant representations of the non-commutative disc algebras

Let φ be an isometric automorphism of the non-commutative disc algebra An for n?2. We show that every contractive covariant representation of (An,φ) dilates to a unitary covariant representation of (On,φ). Hence the C^∗-envelope of the semicrossed product Anφ_×Z⁺ is Onφ_×Z.     

On the nuclearity of certain Cuntz‐Pimsner algebras

In the present paper, we give a short proof of the nuclearity property of a class of Cuntz‐Pimsner algebras associated with a Hilbert ??‐bimodule ??, where ?? is a separable and nuclear C *‐algebra. We assume that the left ??‐action on the bimodule ?? is given in terms of compact module operators and that ?? is direct summand of the standard Hilbert module over ?? THE FUNDAMENTAL GROUP OF THE AUTOMORPHISM GROUP OF A NONCOMMUTATIVE TORUS

Assume that each completely irrational noncommutative torus is realized as an inductive limit of circle algebras, and that for a completely irrational noncommutative torus Aw of rank m there are a completely irrational noncommutative torus Aρ of rank m and a positive integer d such that tr(Aw)=1/d.tr(Aρ).It is proved that the set of all C^*-algebras of sections of locally trivial C^*-algebra bundles over S^2 with fibres Aω has a group sturcture,denoted by π1^s(Aut(Aω)),which is isomorphic to Zif Ed>1 and {0} if d>1.Let Bcd be a cd-homogeneous C^*-algebra over S^2×T^2 of which no non-trivial matrix algebra can be factored out.The spherical noncommutative torus Sρ^cd is defined by twisting C^*(T2×Z^m-2) in Bcd ×C^*(Z^m-3) by a totally skew multiplier ρ on T^2×Z^m-2。It is shown that Sρ^cd×Mρ∞ is isomorphic to C(S^2)×C^*(T^2×Z^m-2,ρ）× Mcd(C)×Mρ∞ if and only if the set of prime factors of cd is a subset of the set of prime factors of p.     

Cat1-Hopf Algebras and Crossed Modules

A reductive monoid M is called 𝒥-irreducible if M?{0} has exactly one minimal G × G-orbit. There is a canonical cellular decomposition for such monoids. These cells are defined in terms of idempotents, B × B-orbits, and other natural monoid notions. But they can also be obtained by the method of one-parameter subgroups. This decomposition leads to a number of important combinatorial and topologial properties of the monoid of B × B-orbits of M. In case M?{0} is rationally smooth these cells are closely related to affine spaces. They can be used to calculate the Betti numbers of a certain projective variety.     

AF-embeddability of crossed products of Cuntz algebras

We investigate crossed products of Cuntz algebras by quasi-free actions of abelian groups. We prove that our algebras are AF-embeddable when actions satisfy a certain condition. We also give a necessary and sufficient condition that our algebras become simple and purely infinite, and consequently our algebras are either purely infinite or AF-embeddable when they are simple.     

HOPF-BIFURCATIONS FOR NONHYPERBOLIC INVARIANT TORI

Consider the time-periodic perturbations of an n-dimensional autonomous system with a nonhyperbolic closed orbit in the phase space. By the method of averaging and Floquet theory, the bifurcations of the invariant torus in the extended phase space are studied.

A class of new braided Hopf algebras

We give the necessary and sufficient conditions for a general crossed product algebra equipped with the usual tensor product coalgebra structure to be a Hopf algebra. Furthermore, we obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for the general crossed product Hopf algebra to be a braided Hopf algebra which generalizes some known results.     

The crossed product by a partial endomorphism and the covariance algebra

Given a local homeomorphism where U⊆X is clopen and X is a compact and Hausdorff topological space, we obtain the possible transfer operators Lρ which may occur for given by α(f)=f○σ. We obtain examples of partial dynamical systems (XA,σA) such that the construction of the covariance algebra C^∗(XA,σA), proposed by B.K. Kwasniewski, and the crossed product by a partial endomorphism O(XA,α,L), recently introduced by the author and R. Exel, associated to this system are not equivalent, in the sense that there does not exist an invertible function ρ∈C(U) such that O(XA,α,Lρ)≅C^∗(XA,σA).

中心分次单代数

设M是交换Monoid，G是交换群，D是M-分次域．本文的结果是：(一)证明D上两个有有限分次维数的中心M-分次单代数之分次张量积仍是此类分次代数．(二)给出D上G-分次代数的Noether—Skolem型定理．     

交叉积的同调维数

本文证明了当Ｈ是有限维半单和余半单的Ｈｏｐｆ代数时,Ｒ与交叉积Ｒ＃σＨ的整体维数是相同的;同时,它们的弱维数也是相同的．     

L-R smash products for multiplier Hopf algebras

The theory of L-R smash product is extended to multiplier Hopf algebras and a sufficient condition for L-R smash product to be regular multiplier Hopf algebras is given. In particular, the result of the paper implies Delvaux＇s main theorem in the case of smash products.     

The positivity of linear functionals on Cuntz algebras associated to unit vectors

We study the linear functional on the Cuntz algebra associated to a sequence of unit vectors in that is a generalization of the Cuntz state. We prove that is positive if and only if is a constant sequence.

     

Crossed Products for Weak Hopf Algebras

Weak crossed products by a weak bialgebra are defined. The resulting structure is not that of a unital algebra but an associative algebra with preunit. A general formula of such a product is given in terms of a weak 2-cocycle and a weak measuring. The relation with weak cleft extensions is studied. Equivalences of weak crossed products are defined and are related to gauge transformations. A relation between cleaving maps is described in terms of gauge transformations.     

DERIVATIONS ON DIFFERENTIAL OPERATOR ALGEBRA AND WEYL ALGEBRA

Let L be an n-dimensional nilpotent Lie algebra with a basis {x1,…,xn}, and every xiacts as a locally nilpotent derivation on algebra A. This paper shows that there exists a setof derivations {y1,…,yn} on U(L) such that (A#U(L))#k[yi,…,yn] is isomorphic to theWeyl algebra An(A). The author also uses the derivations to obtain a necessary and sufficientcondition for a finite dimensional Lie algebra to be nilpotent.

本文研究了双指标非交换鞅的一些不等式问题.利用单指标非交换鞅不等式的方法,获得了双指标非交换鞅的||·||H_p(M)和||·||h_p(M)之间的关系(2≤p∞).推广了双指标非交换鞅的||·||L_p(M)和||·||h_p(M)之间的等价关系(2≤p≤4).
